All the big name shops around told me 3 day wait plus I’d have to leave my car for part of the day. Doc said 15-20 min in and out and told me to come on down, and I had my tire fixed and back on the road less then a hour after I called.
Justin Winfield: The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because they didn't put my cap back on after they changed my tire, the tires are practically new for little to no money. But I love my caps and they forgot to put it back on.
Molly Jehling-Taylor: Don't be fooled be the look of this place. I got a flat tire on a Saturday evening and nothing else was open. I took it into Doc Tires and I am so glad I did. I was in and out in under 20 minutes with a brand new tire, and it cost me 1/4 of the price it would have cost me if i had taken it into a tire and auto chain. Great place and all the guys were really friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Taylor Fleig: You guys are amazing!! I hit a curb last night and got a flat. I tried calling other stores in town and every place said they would have to order my tire. I called bargain tires and they said they had options for me new and used in stock. I pulled up and immediately the men working asked me how they could help. I decided on the used tire with the help of the employees since my other tires are a couple years old. They took my flat out of the trunk and within maybe 10 minutes or less I was done. It was $80 all said and done with taxes and fees and they were so helpful and nice! The tire is even the same exact tire brand and type as I have on my other wheels. Thanks again everyone!

I called numerous places and somehow a lot of them were out of town willing to ship me one. No thanks. I kept calling around till I called Bargain Tire and Wheel. This sweet and nice girl said she can get us one by next day. "Too good to be true", actually no. They were able to find one the very next day. I was SUPER ecstatic. That one was a booger to get off! It was more than I wanted my aging hubbs to handle. I think that may have been the owner or manager helping me. His english was perfect! For this old white woman... that was a plus! He never indicated if getting under that truck and wrasselin that tire was an issue. I assume he made money sellin tires. Had he told me one of my five tires were bad and needed replacing I wudda believed him and bought one. But he was very kind and honest and showed me why he thought all still were good. I decided then that this was my place to go when they have in-stock what or the service that I need. I have sent several folks to this place since. As far as I know they were happy with the service.But when I bought a tire (always used!) a yr or so later, plus I had requested other tires rotated. This service was done by another employee. The rotation I got was not as their own printed version of rotation as I watched. At no time was a tire remounted on a rim. Just fronts to the rear, and rears were put to the front. My boys cudda done that!Just wasn't done right.Live and learn. I will still go there. Just pay more attention to detail.
