Ram Mar: I have a bad experience of my vehicle Alignment with "Chippewa Tire" "they wasn't do it right" my tires have worn and clanking when I turn right or left, all of this happened after they made the alignment, I went back to the shop "40 days later" the manger lady she said the warranty only one month and the warranty is over, that lady with the fake smile, she said we can do another alignment but not for free that I have to pay for her another $100 dollars to fix the alignment. I hope my experience helps the others to find out "shops do jobs well done or "shops just for to get your money"

I was there looking for a 235 75 15 tire for my van and they didn't have one she suggested a couple places to call when I did she's always been very helpful great lady.

That one was a booger to get off! It was more than I wanted my aging hubbs to handle. I think that may have been the owner or manager helping me. His english was perfect! For this old white woman... that was a plus! He never indicated if getting under that truck and wrasselin that tire was an issue. I assume he made money sellin tires. Had he told me one of my five tires were bad and needed replacing I wudda believed him and bought one. But he was very kind and honest and showed me why he thought all still were good. I decided then that this was my place to go when they have in-stock what or the service that I need. I have sent several folks to this place since. As far as I know they were happy with the service.But when I bought a tire (always used!) a yr or so later, plus I had requested other tires rotated. This service was done by another employee. The rotation I got was not as their own printed version of rotation as I watched. At no time was a tire remounted on a rim. Just fronts to the rear, and rears were put to the front. My boys cudda done that!Just wasn't done right.Live and learn. I will still go there. Just pay more attention to detail.

Took it back, they then tell me I have to pay another 10 a piece to have them balanced. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Brandon Radford: Went in for a spare tire on a Jeep. They put the tire on wheel & swapped the wheel onto the Jeep. $50 total & took about 15 minutes. You will need to take your old tire with you, so be sure you have the space.

All the big name shops around told me 3 day wait plus I’d have to leave my car for part of the day. Doc said 15-20 min in and out and told me to come on down, and I had my tire fixed and back on the road less then a hour after I called.
Justin Winfield: The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because they didn't put my cap back on after they changed my tire, the tires are practically new for little to no money. But I love my caps and they forgot to put it back on.
Molly Jehling-Taylor: Don't be fooled be the look of this place. I got a flat tire on a Saturday evening and nothing else was open. I took it into Doc Tires and I am so glad I did. I was in and out in under 20 minutes with a brand new tire, and it cost me 1/4 of the price it would have cost me if i had taken it into a tire and auto chain. Great place and all the guys were really friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Jessica Tanovic: I'm sitting on the side of the road with my 5 month old son in the car and my kids father took off our tire that had fix a flat in it to get aired up and they wouldn't do it for him. It was a 5 minute walk to this place with the tire in hand and they turned him away in the rain and cold while I sat on the side of the highway with my 5 month old. Now he has to turn around and walk a mile away with a flat tire. What is wrong with people? Where is the love at in this world. Its sad because my kids father helps people all the time. The guy told me when I called up there that it could kill his employee if he aired up the tire with fix a flat in it!

Jimmy Drew: Usually great to deal with. I pull up today shop doors open, a guy working on tires, and a guy loading tires onto a trailer but the sign on the door was flipped over to closed. I thought maybe the sign accidentally was flipped no big deal. I was met at the door by the older gentleman who’s said service department is closed. I looked over at the guy in the shop looked back at him and he yelled in my face CLOSED. Then went on a rant about how nobody showed up to work. My reply was, well ok then but you ain’t gotta be mean to me over it. Definitely owe me an apology..
ANTHEUS BOWDEN: Too bad I couldn't give less stars. I bought two brand new tires from this establishment thinking I got a deal to find out one of the tires had bubbles in not one but three different spots. I literally drove about 500 miles and it was pointed out to me when I went to a dealership. I never noticed and never hit a pothole but was instructed to go back to the shop I got it from because it had to be a defect. The owner was not cooperative at all and raised his hands as if he had no time for me.It's a shame that I wanted to trust this place because it seemed to be an upstanding family establishment. Just another place who is in no need of developing lifetime customers. If there is a company in St Louis that genuinely cares let me know. I'm so serious.

wrotedog: Almost 40$ to stop 1 leak...Had a slow leak comming off the highway so googled the nearest tire shop and it happens to be tucker tire shop. My 1st time there you get the sense that they (5 others in the office) could be elsewhere than greeting customers with etiquette, let alone getting anything done. Anyway The tire tech was awesome, once my tire was fixed he explained that i had a leaky valve stem that was of lesser grade material. Not many words from the guy dave.. Fyi "clean your dirty shop with those extra ppl sitting at computers". In the navy we call it cleaning stations, daily!!
