James Heinkel: I would not recommend this place. Bikes are not checked out thoroughly enough before you buy! The front axle nut came loose twice! This nut holes the front wheel on. Plus there’s a plastic cover that goes over the nut. This kept me from noticing the problem right away. The bike wobbled horribly due to this dangerous issue. This was apparent 4 days after purchase. Plus The speedometer gas gauge also stopped working to boot. They did fix it after several trips there and being talked down to as if I were a child. If I said I didn’t like Dan (the salesman) it would be an understatement !

Jen & Juice: Nothing but horrible experiences with this place, and horrible is putting it lightly.First and foremost, the owner is a creep. As I was paying, he made an extremely inappropriate and unsolicited remark about the size of my breasts. Not that it matters, but I wasn't even wearing anything revealing. I had just come from work and was wearing a black polo and black slacks. It caught me completely off guard and made me super uncomfortable (especially considering he's well over twice my age).Moreover, they do shoddy work. I brought my scooter in because I had a broken throttle cable. They ghetto rigged the 'repair' by securing a USED cable with ZIP TIES. They claimed the part was new but it was obviously pulled from a rack that contained salvaged parts.No surprise, the replacement cable didn't last more than 24 hours before snapping again. I had it towed back the next day and they told me I would have to pay for a new cable, which I found completely absurd but I went along with it anyways. I go to pick it up a few days later, only to discover they had done the same horrible repair.I expressed my dissatisfaction with the job, to which to owner threatened to charge me rent for storage if I did not pay for the 'work'. He also tried to deflect blame onto me, accusing me of turning the throttle too hard - which was completely untrue. I've owned several scooters through the years and have not once had this issue.I just wanted to be done with the situation so I once again paid $100 for a used throttle cable held in place with zip ties. I didn't even make it two miles down the street before it SNAPPED AGAIN.At that point, I gave up because it was clear this place is owned by a crook. Not to mention I had paid $500 for a new battery and carburetor prior to that...and the battery they put in failed shortly thereafter, and I was forced to purchase another battery.

S. Matthews: It doesn't make a difference if you're paying cash or financing the price is the price on the scooters. And the weird thing is, the 49ccers go for the exact same cost as the 150cc. It's just a matter of who you want to get it licensed or not and do you want the power or not?. So it's no fuss no muss you see what you get and he has I think a two-year service warranty on these.

Michael Shelton: This was my first visit to Moto Europa, so I don't have a lot to go on. I also have not yet used their Service department for service, but one of their staff did review a motorcycle's electronics package with me prior to a test ride. That person seemed knowledgeable, was well spoken, and was clear about the electronics.

Mike Cain: Sold me a pre owned 2015 KTM Duke 390, was told it went through inspection and just had an oil change. Found out it had been drilled into at the oil filter guard. Went to change the oil for the first time after it had been leaking and found the holes pictured. Contacted Moto Europa and they said it was serviced before traded in and they wouldn’t check anything like that in an inspection. They won’t do anything about it. I am trying to figure out how to get this fixed so I can get my bike running. This place is shady, they tell you don’t worry it’s been inspected and it’s road ready and nothing wrong with it. It’s bad over heating issues since I got it and a slow oil leak. Now I feel this is just something that any dealership would notice when accepting a trade in to sell confidently to another person. Bad business in my opinion and would never recommend buying use from them.

Tony Jenkins: Well they have a nice motorcycle shop went there to look at some Vespas disappointed they have no 300s on the floor really all the inventory is $150s and 50s but Philip is a good guy he'll help you anyway you can and it's a very beautiful place very clean restrooms and a nice location in St Louis in St Louis by St Louis University and I do feel that the documentation fee is too high I live in Illinois I'm going to do my own documentation so I don't think it should be 399 it is the closest Vespa dealership to me I live in Springfield Illinois so maybe it's worth paying the extra just so that I'm familiar to them when I go in for service

MotoEuropa did everything beautifully. Paperwork explained and all requested to do list items taken care of. Bike ran like a champ.

The single salesman was busy BSing with some guy the entire time I was there with his back to the service/parts entrance. They weren't even talking about motorcycles. I was totally ignored, so I visited the Museum. It gets 5 ⭐

Devin Greenwell: Seemed like a nice old man when he was pitching his services to me, then I dropped my bike off just for him to look at it which took a week by itself and long story short he stripped my whole engine and bike frame apart just to tell me he couldn’t fix it. I said that’s fine and went to pick it back up and I mistakenly let him charge my card $100 before getting my bike in which he gave it to me back all taken apart with all the nuts and bolts in a baggie. Also cracked my frame and chipped and scratched the engine trying to get a bolt off. Had to look everything up on YouTube to get everything back together

Spicy Triangle: Sure the prices and selection are great but will you actually get the parts you order? Probably not.I ordered a part, waited 2 weeks past when the shipping date was just because you know, corona, got no emails or anything saying it was on the way, so I called, got a answering machine, left a message asking about the order, 20 mins later I get a refund in my bank account, ok but not what I was wanting. So I place the order again, and same thing 2 weeks past ship date I call, I get a person this time, he tells me the part just came in and that If it doesn't show up in 3-5 days call him back, ok cool, no wait I wake up the next day to another refund... Like I literally just told dude don't send me a refund it's okay if it's on back order... So ya prob won't be ordering from this place ever again.
