Mehalet: I first found this office around the beginning of the pandemic, called after hours with an emergency and Dr. Aubert called me back, gave guidance and got me in within a day. I've been with this office since. Truly kind and considerate people. Never a long wait. They helped me deal with dental issues I'd put off for ages. A special thank you to Jessica who helped deal with my insurance company and got them to cover what they should. Chefs' kiss really, 10/10.

R Cabardo: They mailed an invoice for a balance due after what my insurance covered, which I had no idea about because I moved. They sent it to collections. When I called to inquire about it, they said their mail was returned to them by the post office. I asked why they didn't reach out to me. They said they usually try to email it but they didn't have an email on file. Why I wasn't contacted by phone? Not sure. I tried to resolve it with them but was told I needed to call the collections company. Now this is on my credit report when it could've been easily resolved with a phone call. Upon reading other reviews online, looks like others have had similar experiences. Terrible business model. They love to send invoices to collections. Staff is VERY unprofessional. Also, good luck scheduling an appointment. They rarely pick up their phone and will turn on their after-hours voicemail during normal business hours.

We were 10 or 11 minutes late and she said I have to see if the doctor will still see you. I said that fine, then we’ll just have to be rescheduled. She said with attitude. no we’re not going to reschedule you if they can’t see you because he’s missed appointments before. I said well you can’t control being sick. She said again with attitude, well we can’t………. (something, something because at this point I was tryi f to ignore her. At the very end of it, I said yeah I know) as I was walking to my seat, but then Beth came up and called me to go back.I never had that kind of service from the desk before. I should have dealt with the other girl.2/25/23The experience I had that particular day iwith the girl at the front desk was on Jan. 24th 2023. On the 28th I received a letter from Plaza Dental letting me know they could no longer serve as my dental office because I body shamed one of their front desk staff. That was definitely not my intention and I was not even familiar with body shaming. I merely wanted to describe to others the person that spoke to me like that so they would be aware.

Jared: Definitely DO NOT give your trust to this office, doctor or employees. It seems this office takes advantage of younger people who willingly choose Crestwood Dental Group. They never mentioned to me that my insecure wasn’t covered for their services so I ended up with a huge bill. The doctor of this office also lied to me and told me I needed a filling when I had two other consultations saying my teeth were perfect. I was also not shown any x rays or pictures of my cavity at Crestwood Dental Group. I am also getting overcharged by the office when I paid with credit card in office for my filling procedure. I just received a bill from this office and when I called the lady who answered just gave me a attitude. I’m just putting this review out there so these people don’t take advantage of anyone else ever again. All I wanted was a good experience here, but unfortunately that just didn’t happen.

I came in after years of avoiding dentists, and my gums and teeth showed it. However, Amanda treated my spirit with gentleness, and Dr. Scimone carefully navigated her examination of my teeth and never made me feel bad about my negligence. I feel wonderful about my future appointments with the folks at the Hills Dental Care. (By the way, when it was just Amanda with me, she said Dr. Scimone was THE BEST BOSS, and she said it with such enthusiasm, I knew she meant it. Employees in a medical practice who feel valued and who are content make for happy patients :)

Jackie Johnson: My daughter chipped her tooth on a Friday night. I left a message on the emergency line and Dr. Sarah Spring called back immediately. She fit my daughter in that Saturday afternoon! She repaired the chip tooth beautifully! Highly recommend!
