kinlochgirl primm: My journey with CLEAR CHOICE was well worth the wait. My confidence was strong from the start, but then I started to feel the communication was not transparent. The clarity of the process got lost and by March I had know idea of all of the things that were taking place during the procedures. At the April 12th visit the attending dental assistant ? explained what procedures were performed September 28th & March 28th when I asked her exactly what has been going on with my procedures. At this time I was more aware of what had happened . I am pleased with the asthetics but the comfort has not transition. Hopefully that will be soon. I started this journey August 22, 2022 and completed it April 12, 2023 . When I initially researched CLEAR CHOICE, I thought it was a quick fix, and although it wasn't, it was well-worth the wait.

Christina Rogers: This office is amazing. I actually found them by completing a google search. I’d already contacted two other offices, one I was referred to by my home dentist office. I needed a root canal asap and one office quoted $2000 because they were out of network and the other office said my 10th! I made these calls on April 24th. There was no way…From the moment I called Archway, I knew that it would be different than the other two places. The staff or so nice and down to earth. So many smiles that they make you want to smile through the tooth pain. Unfortunately, I can’t remember everyone’s name, but you are all awesome!Some people have a fear of going to the dentist and for some, that fear is relevant. They may have had a bad experience in the past. That fear was muted during my time at Archway. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. I didn’t even use my headphones though they were in. I was okay.I would recommend them to any and all patients that require some sort of oral surgery. I’m saving them to my contacts. I’m not hoping to have more complications, but if I do, I know who to call. Archway!! (Not Ghostbusters this time)

Dana Woodall: I was referred to Dr. Duello by my dentist who said he didn't want me at risk of losing my two bottom front teeth. I was impressed that Dr. Duello carefully explained my situation to me and the gum graft he could do to help. I'm sure he could give that explanation in his sleep, he's done it so many times, but I could tell he really wanted me to feel important in his eyes. I did feel important, and I felt I could trust Dr. Duello with his decades of experience. I could tell during the surgery Dr. Duello was completely focused on giving me a successful outcome. I would recommend before your surgery you buy meal replacement powder; my brother-in-law was visiting, and his meal powder was the only thing that enabled me to get the calories I needed for a couple days. I was also glad I had 3 days off work to recover. When Dr. Duello removed the protective coating at my one-week follow up, I was thrilled to hear him that I have a 0% chance of additional gum regression (unless my mouth experiences trauma, of course). That made the financial cost and short-term discomfort totally worth it to me.

Dave Domian: I would like to thank Dr Duello for his attention to detail. My experience was a challenging one because I knew going in I was going to be a difficult case. I had broken and worn and missing teeth. I had literally broken every partial I had been given up to that point so every dental appliance I had was made of metal. I was at the point where I was going to the my regular dentist every couple of months to get something fixed with no end in sight and no real fix provided, just another repair. The free diagnostic was appealing and the Dr was very encouraging. I was told about their history and ability to solve my problems like they had done for so many other patients. I was excited about the prospect of having things fixed. As I read some of the reviews, I saw that some of their patients weren't so happy with the outcomes. I was concerned that this was going to be a substantial investment of money and in my quality of life and appearance for the rest of my life, I decided to research further. Dr Duello's name came up. The reviews looked good, very good.No free diagnostic?? This guy must know something if he isn't willing to give it away...My experience is a long story because of the attention to detail. Upper and Lower complete replacement with some additional work (a hollow spot in my bone along my upper jaw that needed to be filled in that other dentist had been ignoring for years). Dr performed a repeated x-ray that was not covered and if they did there due diligence would have known. Now I'm stuck with a bill. I hate feeling cheated. They actually told me it's only $81. Don't count my money, all my money matter to me. You will be getting payments for your shadiness. Plus the consultation was bull bc all he told me was find a dentist. I had to say do you have a referral which was the whole point of the visit. I can't stand shady business ppl.

Phillip Berg: I’m 93 and on Monday morning, Dec. 11, 2021, I had three very bad fractured teeth surgically extracted by Dr. Stewart Moreland. The surgery went smoothly and I was surprised that I never had any pain either during the extraction or any time after. Nine days after the extractions I had a problem caused by my blood thinner which Dr. Moreland immediately cured. Dr. Moreland’s experienced and competent assistants, Tara and Madison, took a personal interest in my condition. After I went home on the day of surgery, Tara, who was with Dr. Moreland during the extractions, was in continuous contact with me monitoring my condition. They were in contact with me daily. Everyone in Dr. Moreland’s office is professional, experienced, competent, friendly and have that personal touch. Dr. Moreland is definitely the doctor to go to for any type of oral surgery.

Jo Anne Gipson: I would like to start off by saying I am terrified of the dentist. I had a broken off crown with a tooth at the gum line. I went to Dr. Moreland 4/20/21. I walked into the office a terrible reck! His staff was so kind. They took me in gave me a warm blanket and said we will take good care of you. The doctor came in and took a good amount of time explaining to me what would be happing and that it would be okay. I was given laughing gas for a few min then the shots very quick. I was very relaxed the tooth was out in 5 min. I then was able to relax with oxygen. I went home took my medication rested. By morning I was completely fine and back at work. WG Make yourself better than the status quo.: Phoned to coordinate my initial exam/info appt. as i will be coming from oot. Lady answered phone was rude condescending and refused to schedule an appt. i was asking about coordinating etc. she stated exactly that she couldn’t guarantee me a time and I would have to wait till they felt like seeing me. I stated if I schedule a time i will be there at that time. She kept making excuse after excuse. Very simple. Tried to get an idea of cash cost for and process for appt. Have all info that needed to be coordinated ahead of time. Apparently they don’t like the organized patient. Asked to speak to office manager she stated i am the office manager. Whatever. If this is the face of the office, beware. Oh and don’t ask questions, it’s offensive. When that happens their is a problem somewhere. All i was trying to do was coordinate my first office visit and get paperwork there for my future dental work. Apparently that is a problem.

JOSH GOULD: Widsom teeth extraction is never a " fun" experience but I would say Dr. Moreland makes it the best possible experience. I had all four of mine extracted. I went completely under during the extraction and thats THE WAY to go. I woke up and I was done. I have been sore and eating food has been difficult but thats just nature of the surgery. The whole staff at Dr. Morelands office could not have been nicer as well.

Rebekah Kuykendall: We were referred to Dr. Moreland by our sons pediatric dentist to have a simple procedure done. Our son is eight and is autistic. During the scheduling and intake process, I was sure to make my sons disability and anxiousness about dental visits clear to the staff. They assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. Upon arrival at their office, our son got anxious and vomited, something that is not uncommon for him. Without even being seen by the dentist, we were promptly told that our son was “too disabled” to be treated in their office. They based this conclusion off of the thirty seconds they observed him in their waiting room. They were extremely judgmental, rude, and unhelpful. My husband and I completely understand that some practices and some people aren’t well equipped to handle the small amount of extra care and compassion our son needs, but to have this conclusion made by office staff after observing our anxious son for less than a minute seems very discriminatory.

kathy Roth: I have 2 experiences with Dr Moreland and his wonderful staff that have played key roles in my regaining my health.. I will start by saying that I am a Dental Hygienist from Michigan. I have made the trip twice to receive care from Dr. Moreland because I have that much faith in his abilities. Being a dental professional myself, I couldn't have hand picked a more compassionate, knowledgeable and highly skilled surgeon and staff. From the front desk to the operatory, the entire staff treated me with great kindness and answered every question I could think of...patiently! When I first saw Dr Moreland for surgery in 2015, I was dying. I had been tested through traditional western medicine for everything under the sun. The final tests through traditional medicine were for ALS and a rare form of cancer. I was experiencing severe neurologic issues among other failing health issues.I had chronic pain and absolutely zero energy. I finally came to St. Louis to see Dr Simon Yu, whose treatment and evaluations led him to send me to Dr Moreland. Dr Moreland tested and confirmed that there was something going on in my jawbone.He performed surgery on both sides of my lower jaw in my wisdom tooth areas. He found dead bone in one area and partially dead bone on the other side of my jaw. Even during my recovery from pretty intense surgery, I experienced the most incredible return of energy, and almost immediate cessation of my neurologic issues. 4 years later, I'm still going strong.Thank you Dr. Moreland for venturing into the science and practice of energy and biologic oral surgery. Your role in my healing was crucial.

Corrie Jesu: I was told after consultation, it would take 6 months for my second "ultimate" set of teeth. After that no one said one word to me other than "Come back in two months." No one told me what was going on, WHY every two months, and it took over year. Or I would have a different nurse, and was told one more visit, on multiple occasions. No one ever fully explained the process, and considering the cost, I shouldn't have had to ask. Everyone was super nice, though, especially the ladies at the reception desk. I'm assuming there were issues considering how long it took, but not one word was ever said about that, or it was different the next time I came in, which was supposed to be my last appointment multiple times. I'm a retired RN of 30 years, and would not have ever done or said ANYTHING without a full explanation, EVERY SINGLE appointment, etc. I was never taught how to care for my dentures, which I know, in 30 years of nursing, there are folks out there that really need such teaching, even when it's self explanatory. I was scared to death about the extraction process, but the doctor and nurse during the extractions were super amazing, super kind, and I'm still amazed I made it through the worst part of the whole situation. Lbvs My only complaint, and I think it's an important part, keeping patients in the loop about what is going on every single visit.Change that, and I would highly recommend this establishment. I am so grateful, thankful to have finally had this done.

I finally said screw it and made an appointment to finally receive what I've already paid for. Not knowing at the time that he was no longer with the company. THANK GOD! I had a ton of questions because we’ve never had to deal with dental issues before. Dad had chemo and it wreaked havoc on some of his teeth. I visit his office every six months, and I have always had a fantastic experience.Dr. O’Connor and the dental hygienist, Kathy, are always very thorough and take their time. I also appreciate that when you are scheduled for a procedure, you are the only patient that is being seen. I’ve been in other clinics that shuffle procedures/patients and make you wait during your procedure while the dentist works on another (or two or three) patient. Jason Carter: I consulted with three separate highly recommended dentist. First off O'Conners office is far more then just a dental office. Although all charged for scans/ etc. This office took three hours at first sit down with me and discussed things these other two never mentioned. I am overwhelmed with gratitude to the entire staff for the entire process. I had to have teeth cut out of my sinus passage, bone grafts, six on top, six on bottom full implants. It was without a doubt at times devastating to my confidence and attitude. Pain was manageable, but a far longer process then one might think. (1.5yrs) I held on to faith and kept telling myself to trust the process. This was easier to do cause of the attention to detail and time the entire staff took with me through the process of correcting my smile. The end results are unimaginable at the time of my consultation. I was lucky to afford the overall costs which very, but it costs less then a new truck that is shot and trash in under five years. I will live the rest of my life with a beautiful smile, renewed confidence, and overwhelming gratitude for what they have done for me that echos throughout my life and my families. Eddie Baur: I highly recommend Dr.O'Connor and his team for your dentistry. I had an old baby tooth that never fell out because there was no other tooth to push it out or take its place. I needed an in-plant tooth to fill the void left behind by the baby tooth. Dr. O'Connor told me that if I wanted an implant, that I would need to have a sinus grafting procedure to grow more bone as an anchor point. I was sedated and experienced no pain. The procedure went exactly as planned. After the bone solidified, Dr. O'Connor used a digitally guided dental implant placement. It went incredibly fast and there was absolutely no pain at all. Dr. O'Connor and his team are all so professional and made sure I was always comfortable!

Cindy Spaulding: I went through initial tests with another dentist, but switched to Dr. O'Connor because he would provide more and a better treatment plan for thousands less. His office is smaller, but professional and personable, the other seemed all about the money. I posted a question on the website and within minutes, Dr. O'Connor himself called me back and talked for 20 minutes about my situation! I was hooked. They got me in quickly, were informative, honest, kind and attentive. Diane explained everything so well. I had permanent fixed implant surgery on March 15, 2017, and couldn't be happier with my treatment. They handed me a mirror after and I cried and said thank you many times. I can't even find the words to describe how much this surgery meant to me and when I looked in that mirror, I knew I had done the right thing and Dr. O'Connor and his staff were the perfect ones to do it. Sandie Hea: What's not to love about Dr. O'Connor! He's super friendly, easy to like, will not "sell" you on something you do not need, and is very, very particular about his work. I like that he gives complete instructions to both me and his dental assistant Diane (which is his wife who was formerly an Operating Room Nurse and extremely competent--they work well together!). He uses only advanced equipment, and has a high-tech office which is attractively decorated with photos of their underseas adventures. Besides routine procedures like cleaning and x-rays, I've had my chipped front tooth flawlessly filled, and 2 crowns which blend beautifully with my other teeth. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Becky Burke`: A lifetime of irresponsible dentistry is what led me to Dr. Thomas O’Connor. And I am so glad it did.Dr. O’Connor gave me his undivided attention as we discussed my entire dental history and current condition of my teeth. At 58 yoa, my teeth were in the worst condition of my life; even after spending thousands and thousands of dollars plus hours and hours of grueling dental work for root canals, bridges and crowns.We had lengthy conversations about my situation wherein I asked lots of questions and received answers I could understand and that made sense to me. Dr. Tom explained three different scenarios that offered a solution to my dental situation.If anyone ever told me that I could have all my upper teeth pulled, a sinus lift/graft, and my front gum line reshaped, all in one visit without being unconscious, and not feel any pain or even discomfort! I would have told them they were nuts.I had what is called sedation surgery. When I arrived at 7am for surgery (my sis drove me) it was dark and chilly out. I was already relaxed from the pill I had taken before bed. The atmosphere was very welcoming and calming. It was just me, Dr. Tom, his wife Diane, and a technician to monitor my vitals. Diane even put a soft, plush blanket over me. I drank the sleepy juice and the next thing I remember was Diane telling me it was “Gatorade time”. That meant it was time for me to wake up and get some fluids in me.My sister was there to pick me up. I went to her house so she could keep an eye on me and make sure I kept an ice pack on my jaw to minimize swelling. Dr. Tom and Diane called that evening to see how I was doing. When I say there was no pain, I truly mean “no pain” actually I would say there was minimal discomfort.Even the day following surgery, Dr. Tom wanted me to come in so he could check me and also to show me how to remove my temporary denture and clean it. He told me that it may be an unpleasant experience because of the surgery being so recent. But, once again there was no pain and no discomfort. I was so relieved that it was over.It has been about a month since surgery and my gums are still healing. Soon I will be undergoing sedation again for the 6 implants, more healing and then the grand day when I get my permanent overlay denture implant. Woo Hoo. I can’t wait.I could not be happier with or have more confidence in Dr. Tom and Diane. I am so fortunate to have found them.Becky Burke

Shasta Garcia: My husband and I were new to St. Louis area and were in need of a dentist but we both we traumatized from dental experiences in our childhood so I did a lot of research before deciding to call Dr. O'Connor office. I read numerous reviews on how their office really made you feel at ease and that is exactly what we needed to calm our nerves.Our first visit was a consultation to talk about everything and come up with a game plan for what our needs/wants were. Dr. O'Connor spent hours with us and we never felt rushed, he wanted to make sure we were educated and that the right expectations were set. One thing that was very important to me was getting adult braces on so that I could improve my smile before getting married and he agreed to help me get them on ASAP so that in 6 months I could have them temporarily taken off for the wedding.
