Mehalet: I first found this office around the beginning of the pandemic, called after hours with an emergency and Dr. Aubert called me back, gave guidance and got me in within a day. I've been with this office since. Truly kind and considerate people. Never a long wait. They helped me deal with dental issues I'd put off for ages. A special thank you to Jessica who helped deal with my insurance company and got them to cover what they should. Chefs' kiss really, 10/10.

Randall Mars: Great place to go for a regular cleaning, but I've lost all trust outside of that. Went in for a routine cleaning and complained about a molar hurting pretty bad with cold fluids. They x-rayed and said nothing is wrong and ignored the fact that I had some very bad pain there for quite some time.Five weeks later while on vacation, come to find out it was a fractured tooth. Got it extracted a few states away. Then 3 months later I start getting pain so I came back to Borgmeyer, and after 7-8 jabs with the needle I was numbed."I think there might be fragments left from the extraction, and we'll need to drill into your gums and clean out pieces of the tooth that was left there I think". Okay, let's get this done.Was told it will feel much better by the evening. Was given no instructions on how to care for it. I had to keep asking questions and it just seemed like I was bothering them. Was told by the assistant that drinking out of straws is fine and dry socket would not be a problem. But was given no directions or antibiotics. This all doesn't seem right.I was able to get some gauze from the assistant after asking a few times. Three days later my neck and jaw was massively swollen and the pain became ten times worse. Five days after, I went to an oral surgeon and had the infection removed, and given antibiotics.I will never ever go to this dentist office again. I am baffled at how good the reviews are.
Liz Wilson: Several months after a filling that I got here, I ended up having to get a root canal on the same tooth. The endodontist told me Borgmeyer had drilled to close to my root and that the soft tissue between my root and the filling died resulting in an infection. When I mentioned this to Borgmeyer's office staff, there was no sorry or remorse, only a request for payment. So now I'm out $1000 for a root canal and a crown because they messed up a filling.I have relatives that still go here and have never had a bad experience, but I will never go back. Borgmeyer Dental has lost my trust.

Bethanie Reid: I’ve been seeing Dr. Palmer for over a year now and can’t say enough good things about this dental practice. Dr. Palmer knows his stuff and all of the staff are kind and helpful. I feel like I am listened to and all of my questions and anxieties are always addressed. I know that I’m going to be well taken care of here. The office is clean and their adherence to COVID guidelines has been on point. I also wanted to say that Alex, the staff member who has assisted the doctor on my last two visits, is an amazing asset to their team. She played a big part of making my last two appointments comfortable.
Guy Zahner: Third visit checked in at 11am. At noon still in waiting room. They seemed to forget I was waiting. I will wait until pandemic is over to decide if I come back here or find a new Dentist. I didn't feel safe waiting that long inside room.
Kevin Childers: They have been a great dental provider. Very clean and fully Covid 19 compliant. Dr Palmer and his staff are always attentive and helpful. They do their best to accommodate you as far as scheduling and payment. I recommend them to anyone in need of dental care they are very conveniently located in Hampton Village Plaza, with an on premises oral surgeon just down the hall should you need such services.

Jeffrey: A very friendly and welcoming dental practice for kids! All of the doctors are nice and make the kids feel great. There are Imaging and x-ray services. It is located on the second floor of the medical door and Hampton Village, near Club Fitness. At the end of the visit kids good a toothbrush and floss and a toy. I highly recommend this for young kids.
