Mehalet: I first found this office around the beginning of the pandemic, called after hours with an emergency and Dr. Aubert called me back, gave guidance and got me in within a day. I've been with this office since. Truly kind and considerate people. Never a long wait. They helped me deal with dental issues I'd put off for ages. A special thank you to Jessica who helped deal with my insurance company and got them to cover what they should. Chefs' kiss really, 10/10.

Alyssa S: I had not been back to the dentist since the pandemic due to my concern. I was looking for a new dentist and my coworker (a PT who treats jaw pain) recommended I go to Dental Care STL. I am now fully COVID-19 vaccinated, but even if I were not, I'm sure I would feel comfortable with all the safety measures Dental Care STL has in place. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I work 10 hour days and I was able to secure my first appointment communicating by email only because my hours don't make it feasible for me to call an office during typical business hours.Unfortunately I had to have several fillings done. I do have jaw pain and have often had issues after dental care. Dr. Ahmad-Majeed was very sensitive to this and would allow me to take breaks (without me even asking), so my jaw musculature would not be too fatigued. She was also very aware of positioning, making sure my neck was not positioned in an awkward angle. I didn't have any jaw or neck pain after my procedure! I am so thankful for the care I received at Dental Care STL!

cufta05: Shelley and Abby were great. It seems like they know what they are doing. But on the other side, Dr. Apte did not convince me that she will a doctor to whom I would confide my teeth health. She was guessing which teeth should be fixed, also she mumbled so I was not sure if she was talking to me, the hygienist or herself. She did not demonstrate a knowledge that would convince me to go back, so I decided to find another dentist.

Not only was I anxious about the cleaning but added shame of letting it go for so long.Dr Apte passed no judgment. She was kind , very gentle and kept checking on me with every touch. I ended up having to get a few cavities filled as well --- I can't believe how easy and painless she made my procedure.The office was clean, comfortable. However, Amanda treated my spirit with gentleness, and Dr. Scimone carefully navigated her examination of my teeth and never made me feel bad about my negligence. (By the way, when it was just Amanda with me, she said Dr. Scimone was THE BEST BOSS, and she said it with such enthusiasm, I knew she meant it. I woke up the next day after my tooth got pulled it barely bleed it healed fast and I can't even tell I got a tooth poled I have zero pain today and I literally got it pulled yesterday this place highly highly recommend it's a little overpriced but honestly worth it because the last place I went to before I went here at Kingston dental did a horrible job my face was swollen for over a week and badly bruised. Honestly though this place was amazing the dentist who pulled my tooth so was so gentle and careful and he made me feel comfortable thank you so much Kingston dental I am definitely coming here from now on.

Arjola Hoxha: Two stars are only for the first visit I had in this office. Staff looked nice and welcoming. The lady who did the x-ray was really friendly with me, that’s why I decided to leave a second appointment and hopefully to become a patient. I left an appointment to fix an old crown and the front desk ladies told me that they need to reevaluate since has been awhile. They told me to call the insurance to see if it will be covered, since I had the same exam months ago, which I really appreciate it. They even gave me the name of the exam I was supposed to do. Two days before my appointment I received a text that they require a full mouth exam , even thoughI was not due, because the doctor cannot diagnose without X-rays and I had to pay out of pocket. They gave me the option to call my old office so they can send X-rays to them, which I did, but they did not receive any X-ray. I made it clear that I am not paying for a full mouth exam. I did not leave an appointment for this. I should have been told since the first moment I called them for the appointment that they require a full mouth exam too, not two days before my appointment. They canceled my appointment because I disagreed paying and doing the exam they were asking for, and charged me $75. I never canceled my appointment for a PA X-ray and limited exam which was covered by insurance. It looks like they do not want new patients in their office.

Taylor Noah: Scheduling was easy and everyone is incredibly nice. Texting to communicate is awesome and new patient paperwork was a breeze. X-rays & cleaning with Adita was great, no problems, was explained everything throughout which was nice too. You don’t get that often going to the dentist! Cherry on top was the new patient goodie bag contained an insulated cup full of candy chapstick, a magnet, pen, toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss. No a better way to leave the dentist than with a bunch of chocolate! Back for cavity filling in a few weeks - See you guys soon!

Felt like they truly cared. Took the time to show my teen son how to properly brush teeth and why… and it’s not the old school way. Made him understand gum health and why. So amazed. Front desk was sweet, offered drinks, waiting room wasn’t institutionalized…. Felt like they cared!

Ra Ja: Just called to book an appointment for my tooth extraction and a couple fillings and the woman who answered the phone hang up on me for no reason. I called back asking why she hang up, she said she was putting me on hold which is not true because her tone says she doesn't care, and she was rude for no reason at all because I wanted to book an appointment? She also told me I need to pay $68 over the phone just to book an appointment!. I never heard of that. Well if you just hang up on someone trying to fix his teeth, you should assign someone professional and has people skills to at least make them think that you care.By the way You are getting paid for the service and you are not doing it for free.

Lindsey Filiatreau: I am new to St. Louis and the thought of finding a new dentist is always daunting. Sure enough, the first place I chose was awful- my mouth hurt for at least a week after a routine cleaning and even longer after having a cavity filled. When they canceled my appointment I had had for 6 months and told me they couldn't reschedule me for another 6 months, I decided to make a switch to a new provider. I couldn't be happier I did. My cleaning today at Carondelet Park Dental Care is honestly the single best dental care experience I have had. When I told them my appointment at my prior dentist had been abruptly canceled they scheduled me within two weeks for a new patient cleaning. They didn't do that thing most dentists where they make you come in for x-rays and a "consultation" before you receive any service saving me an extra trip and few hours off from work. Everyone I interacted with was a joy to chat to, and most importantly, I received outstanding, thorough and thoughtful dental care. My mouth and teeth feel great! They really go above and beyond here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Not old school as in outdated but consistent in care, professionalism work ethic..ya know, still working with the original blue print lol. I had my crown today and teeth cleaning(first in Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeears if you really understand, and Rue..i believe is her name) she is thorough and an extention of the staff and owner. She CLEANED my teeth with emphases on that. I felt great and when i looked in the mirror, you KNOW I looked great!!!! Beautiful ppl, patient , legit and genuine, my type of folks hands down I DO recommend. Ps I had to bring my 4 year old daughter and they did not turn me away, they had hope and faith that it would go smoothly and it did. My lil sweetpea did exceptional and received praises and even got to pick a toy from the toy box at the end. Today was a good day( in my Ice Cube voice) thanks again to ALL staff. Jean Jacobsen: I have a not inconsiderable amount of dental fear, and Carondelet Park were wonderful and helpful to deal with, and I have less fear of going to the dentist after my visit to them. They're obviously taking COVID safety seriously, which I appreciate. The space is clean and no frills, which is what I'm looking for in a dentist. The dentist had a clear, direct chairside manner, explained what he was doing as he was doing it, and answering all of my questions. But the real high point of my visit was the dental assistant. I don't remember her name unfortunately, but she was kind, welcoming, reassuring, and just a gem. I can't say I'm quite looking forward to my next visit, but I sure am dreading it a lot less than I ever imagined I would.
STL LCB: The Dentist has never been my favorite place. Likely, it still never will be. But this place this awesome with the most amazing staff.

I decided to go to CARONDELET PARK DENTAL and I was amazed on how I was treated... they was very gentle, caring and honest....i did not fill any pain...at all...the dentist was so good at taking out me teeth til i didn't even know he was finish...if you are scared of going to the dentist, go there..they will make you feel like family.....thank you
Ally Sunshine-Merx: **EDIT** They called me back to squeeze me in.I got a filling done Saturday. On Tuesday, the tooth next to it cracked while flossing. I have a hole/chip at the gum line. This is considered a dental emergency. They couldn't see me until Thursday evening of that week. I was told they "don't do emergency appts" and that's the soonest I could be seen. I have to find another dentist to see me or I have to sit in pain for 48+ hours. This is bad business for a returning patient. Truly disappointing. I've been going here for years...

I just called two weeks in the row all morning bright an early as soon as they open for majority of the time the automated voice line keep saying there currently unavailable then I called again for the 5th time today and I finally get thru just to be put on hold for 20 mins also just for the call rep to say they have no more appointments available for dental I’ll have to call back again next Monday I do not recommend this healthcare center for dental!!

One is decayed so bad that was the whole point of the first appointment but they only did a x-ray and deep clean. Haven't heard anything since.

My student doctor was named Aishwarya Sing, very novice and destroyed one of my teeth when filling it. She over digged my teeth. When I raised my concern, they did not give me an appointment afterwards. Affinia dental abuse poor patients, like me, treat us like lab mice. I called the secretary of their chairman several times and she did nothing to get me an appointment. Because it is a non-profit entity every employee does what he wants and do not care about customers. They do not have any monitoring and evaluation unit or quality assurance. The sad thing is that the State and medicate office do not take any actions. Their appointment phone line is poor, you have to call only on Mondays. I called them every Monday for almost a year to got to know that they put me in black list and no one wants to give me an appointment. I was frustrated, they deprived me of my chance to get treated while I was befitting my pregnancy benitifts. My name is Muzhgan Rezai and whoever reads this review can check it in their database what injustice and unfairness they did to me. I never recommend this Affinia to anyone.Why should I be deprived from my right as a patient? Why I was discriminated?

The urgent care is never open at 7:30 like you are told and you can’t go in to make an appointment. Completely a waste of time or either they to lazy and only do 10 people per day!!!! Maybe if they get better customer service it wouldn’t be so much missed communication. & here I am been trying to get an appointment for over 6 months now
L E X I: I have been trying to schedule an appointment for months now and every time I call I either get an voicemail where I leave a message with all my info for a callback or I actually speak with someone who tell me to callback at a different time. I expected a way better experience from this dental establishment.***Update***I still have yet to receive a response in regards to scheduling an appointment even after writing a review about getting my message over to the proper department which I know is key for no one reaching out to me because I work for a call center where customers are told the exact same thing so I know that means my concern was looked at or reviewed but is not guaranteed a solution. But again I’ve called in to since then letting someone know I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for several months now and have been told AGAIN and AGAIN the same repetitive phrase of calling back to schedule an appointment but it’s seems the front desk doesn’t care too much either. I was advised that this Establishment was the best of the best but I can’t even get a response back from an actual rep yet alone schedule an appointment. Jessica Poertner: The nurses are very nice. The surgeon was completely awful to me. He changed my surgery last second when I didn't have a choice but to agree to him or not have my surgery. I've been trying to have this surgery done for almost a year and I spent a week's paycheck on it just to not have it done all of the way. He offered no empathy, did not walk me through the process at all once he told me he wasn't going to take all of the teeth out that we had been planning for. He never told me when he was putting me under, and when he was done he left the room and never came back; I wasn't even fully awake. I was literally crying as he put me under because now I will need to come up with the money all over again and have to go through surgery all over again and the healing process all over again. I am 100% sure he did this just because he did not feel like dealing with taking all of the teeth he had planned. It was too inconvenient for him. Now I have to suffer for his laziness and his lack of empathy.

Corrie Jesu: I was told after consultation, it would take 6 months for my second "ultimate" set of teeth. After that no one said one word to me other than "Come back in two months." No one told me what was going on, WHY every two months, and it took over year. Or I would have a different nurse, and was told one more visit, on multiple occasions. No one ever fully explained the process, and considering the cost, I shouldn't have had to ask. Everyone was super nice, though, especially the ladies at the reception desk. I'm assuming there were issues considering how long it took, but not one word was ever said about that, or it was different the next time I came in, which was supposed to be my last appointment multiple times. I'm a retired RN of 30 years, and would not have ever done or said ANYTHING without a full explanation, EVERY SINGLE appointment, etc. I was never taught how to care for my dentures, which I know, in 30 years of nursing, there are folks out there that really need such teaching, even when it's self explanatory. I was scared to death about the extraction process, but the doctor and nurse during the extractions were super amazing, super kind, and I'm still amazed I made it through the worst part of the whole situation. Lbvs My only complaint, and I think it's an important part, keeping patients in the loop about what is going on every single visit.Change that, and I would highly recommend this establishment. I am so grateful, thankful to have finally had this done.

Christina Nowicki: 4 years ago I came to this location and had work done. The dr at the time was so horrible (verbally screaming at you), I never went back to receive my final pair of dentures. I finally said screw it and made an appointment to finally receive what I've already paid for. Not knowing at the time that he was no longer with the company. THANK GOD! I will tell you this, this place has had a whole new face lift. First, the staff is so friendly. They act like they truly like what they do. Compared to the previous staff that always was so gripy. And then I got the pleasure of meeting their Manager Mr. Robert Ferris. This man is a Saint. He is so personable. Makes you feel like you're important, and he's happy you're there. I recommend this place 100%. A HUGE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. If you're reading this and experienced the same I did from the previous dr. And never went back because of it. Don't worry. Dana McDermott: I can’t say enough good things about this business. My sister and I were looking for a place to take our father for some dental work. I called many dental offices. I had a ton of questions because we’ve never had to deal with dental issues before. Dad had chemo and it wreaked havoc on some of his teeth. They took the time to answer every single question, thoroughly! They never once rushed me off the phone. This office was AMAZING! Every single person was very kind and accommodating. Lisa, you are real MVP! (I hope that’s her name, lady with the farm in Oklahoma) Dad was so nervous and she truly made all difference. They made sure he was fully medicated and didn’t feel anything. He was very worried about this. I also asked that price not be discussed with my dad. He would NEVER spend any money on himself. He always takes care of everyone else. This office kept their word and didn’t discuss money with my dad. In one week, he had 5 teeth pulled and his new partial in place. I’mhighly impressed at how quick they were. If you are looking for any dental work, I HIGHLY recommend this office. Everyone in this office deserves recognition for going above and beyond. I can’t express my appreciation enough.
