Jaron Black: I'm upgrading my review to a five star rating in retrospect. The main thing I would like to highlight is how the cashier was very helpful at answering my questions about whether I could order take-out and how the starter options fit my dietary needs. I didn't need to wait very long for my order to be ready (I only ordered one appetizer, so it only took five minutes) and the food was incredible. I am hoping to eat here again sometime in the future.
Jacob Brinker: I ordered the Chicken Katsu Ramen and the Spam Musubi. The spam was pretty good but the ramen was not. The broth was quite bland and the chicken was dry and kind of thick for katsu. It did not seem particularly fresh as the order was brought out to me within about 5 minutes.The inside of the restaurant was of dimly lit and smelled very fishy. Not a super pleasant place to dine in.Not worth the money as far as ramen goes. There are much better options in the same price range.

E: Ordered the Calamari, Signature Ramen, and the Black Garlic Ramen. The ramen was light but flavorful. The pork on top of the ramen was extremely soft and the egg was really well done. Highly recommend the calamari, was fresh out the frier and was light and soft.

Mr. Ed Drimak: I hadn’t gone here because I heard it was a little more expensive than other places (like Nudo). Well, this should be their slogan, “it costs more for a reason … it’s better!!” The broth, noodles, Chasu, egg - all absolutely amazing! Best ramen I’ve had since Japan and Vegas (shout out to Sora Ramen). Definitely coming back!!

Dan Slattery: The Nami Signature Tonkatsu ramen is highly recommended!! Super savory broth and the pork is the perfect balance of soft and crispy. Also, you have to try the bao buns. Pork or shrimp, you can't go wrong with either. I don't live anywhere near this restaurant, but I will DEFINITELY come back!

Aj: I spent almost 50$ at this place I asked if I can exchange the spring roll to a egg roll . Mind you it’s my first time here. I’m use to spring rolls being fried not fresh I thought it was fried . She told me I can get a egg roll at 50% off instead of getting what I actually wanted!!! Also there’s no one that you can actually talk to if you need something you have to walk up to them costumer service is horrible!Update she gave me refund for one of the spring rolls. She told me they don’t do that refund food even if you have eaten it or you don’t like they don’t give refunds. The energy was extremely nasty and uncomfortable to say the least. Michael Everett: The menu has a lot of options but the service was lacking at best. Our waitress provided menus and left before we could order drinks, never checked in on us after dropping off the food (my udon was overcooked but everything else was good and the curry was great) and left the bill without asking if we wanted anything else. I know I could have asked but the feeling you aren't wanted at a restaurant is hard to shake. That's unfortunate, because the matcha tirimisu looked amazing.

Karl Wulff: Not your typical sushi place. The space is cool and funky and they play these cool, eclectic food prep videos on big screens behind the long bar that runs most of the length of this linear space. The service is friendly and fast. The sushi menu is unconventional and fun, and after more than six visits I still haven't found any item that I did really enjoy. The biggest surprise was the ramen: It is wonderful. I think I've tried most of the sushi places in St. Louis and this one is far and above my favorite. Well done!

Gary Paur: My review is a 50/50 split.........The food is phenomenal.The service is absolutely lousy.There is nobody........and I mean NOBODY ever working at the front desk near the entrance. If you walk in to be seated or pick up an on-line order, you are waiting forever!!I was in there right now to pick up an on-line order, and I could see my order sitting back in the restaurant area for 10 minutes getting cold on the counter. I couldn't find anybody to actually get it!! And on top of it, they forgot my wife's green tea which totally made matters worse. $4.95 down the drain. Oh, well. This could be a legit 5-Star Restaurant, but the lack of decent staff workers make it an average one. It's a shame.

Paige Warfield: Their sushi is great! I go there all the time and they know me by name. They left my edamame one time and I told them they forgot it. They preceded to call me a liar in front of other customers. I went back the next week and they were very rude to me. They pointed to the bag and said there edamame in a rude tone. They never gave me eye contact and they just weren’t friendly people in general. They showed me and other customers no respect. I used to love this place but I’m not going back anymore. I love sitting out on the side of the street, watching traffic pass by, hopefully they put the tables and chairs back in the front. The back patio is loud and hot so I avoid that. I enjoy the nice counters in the restaurant, but those are starting to get cramped with different items as well.I have tried to use the soy sauce dispensers, which are actually pancake syrup dispensers, and they spill a bit more than you want, so be careful with those. The bathrooms are not very clean, but they smell decent. The place is small but awesome. I love the small cafe style atmosphere in Sushi Station. Keep up the good work!!!Update 2023.This place has grown into one of the best, if not the best, sushi place in the metro St. Louis area. They have outdoor seating and recently built a covered patio in the back. If you, go early and expect a wait. The sushi is top notch and the hectic environment is sort of fun to watch. Better soy sauce dispensers (chalk the previous dispensers up to a novel idea that didn't work).The bathrooms have been rehabbed and are pretty decent. Seriously though, great sushi. The team at sushi station are doing it right.
Lauren S: We have ordered from here many times before. The last time they forgot large portion of our order and we found out after we got home. When we called to have it rectified, after having to send a screen shot of the order and having them review it, we were told that a credit would be placed under our name for the next time we order. Well we tried to order again. When we called we were told they would have to get a manager and would call us back in 10 minutes. 50 minutes later when we called again they said there wasn’t a manager available and they would call us back in 5 minutes. 20 minutes after that a manager did call us back and had us send more screen shots of our previous order and then told us they had no record of our previous conversation and that the time between our last order was too far in the past. After 1.5 hrs back and forth on the phone I asked if they were going to honor this credit and it became obvious they were not going to. I will definitely go elsewhere in the future.

Rick Knight: Two friends and I decided to come here for lunch today around 12:00.We were seated, got our beverages and informed the manager that one of us was on a special diet till May and brought his food but that the other two would be ordering. We were quickly told we could not do that and that we would have to leave. It didn’t matter that our lunch bill would of probably been about a hundred dollars, and that she only had 1 other seated table during the height of the afternoon. She was very unfriendly. Looking at the other reviews on here, I see other patrons complaining about the unfriendly service. Not to mention, we are part of a dinner group that could of brought her a lot of business. In todays small business market, I suspect unless she makes some changes to adapt to todays patrons needs, she will have a hard time ahead.
Christina Fuhrmann: Decent sushi - not the best, not the worst. Restaurant was small and not terribly comfortable, but the outdoor dining looks nice. Service was fine. Prices on the high end but not unreasonable.
Oleksandr Golovko: Something is wrong with this place. I went there several times and food tastes different every time. Also, please make sure you don’t tip them again since they include in the bill mandatory 15% sales tip and as far as I remember the sales tax in Webster is 9.11%, not 9.24%. Don’t order food online otherwise you’ll get only half of the order. Trust me, I live near and something is wrong there.

We came in the front door only to be ignored by the staff, before having to ask if we seat ourselves, or if we have to wait to be seated.We were told we had to wait to be seated, but they needed to clear a table. I could visibly see that half the tables were clean, and empty. but still we waited 5-10 minutes to be seated.Once seated, we were given a booth in the back, with our menus and a couple of waters. Only to again be ignored for 20 minutes, no one checked on us, or came by. My date went to the front again to request service. No one came to wait on us.I understand being understaffed, but communication is key when it comes to the service industry. We left without getting any type of service, whatsoever.I will not be returning, and will let my friends and family know to not come to this establishment.

Angela Sheldon: I've always loved this place and thought the service was excellent, but tonight when my 12-year-old and I dined there, they automatically added gratuity. In the past, my bill seemed high, so I wondered if they were overcharging. On my receipt, it said that four people were dining, and there were only two. Double-check your bill and make sure they're not getting over. Now I'm skeptical of this place. It is sad because my son and I really liked this restaurant. Hopefully, it was an innocent mistake. I will be on alert next time.

I have never had such a fantastic, fully-loaded bento box in my life! You get soup, salad, shumai, 6-piece California roll, spring roll — still following? — vegetable tempura, crab rangoon, and white rice in addition to your protein of choice. Furthermore, it is all delicious, especially that divine rangoon! A little on the pricy side, but well worth it for the variety and high quality.

Mike: Wonderful sushi place, especially for lunch. Their lunch special is a steal. Two rolls with a soup or salad all for like $15. They've got an expansive menu and plenty of drink options. I ended up getting the Philidelphia roll and their Mr Yum roll. Both were delicious. Normally pretty underwhelmed by Philadelphia rolls and only order them if they come in a combo, but I think I'd order one just on its own at this place. Friendly staff too! Just pray you can get parking; Streets of St Charles has always been a mess in that regard but that's not the restaurants fault.
