I have known for a while that I enjoy Bujinkan it may be because of the variety to the classes mixing rolling, defense, joint locks, and a variety of of Japanese weapons arts. I have done a lot of martial arts but I feel the instructor here and other instructors in the art are good at cultivating a dynamic response to any situation helping to instruct away the bad habits many can pick up from training for fun like flinching or the like.I knew I needed to get back into a group training situation like this. I have been working out but nothing like the thigh burn I got from going to my first MA lesson in ten years.In short I will be back for more classes very enjoyable!
