People were standing at the registers and I tried to get their attention but yeah hopefully they'll believe me tomorrow when I come back .. other than that everyone is nice- store is a mess though and it's hard to find things, you kind of have to dig through stuff. Some stuff just kinda falling off hangers, it needs a sweep through and reorganization

Patty Vergano: I went to the South County location and was looking at the kayak display when one of the employees asked me if I needed help. He was very knowledgeable about the kayaks and was able to help me determine which type I wanted to purchase. Very nice and large store with lots of merchandise to choose from.
Ricky StrAwhun: They sell absolutely nothing related to hunting. Not a single call or even a camouflage shirt.... Unless your wanting a $100+ pair of under armour leggins I wouldn't advise this place.....
Bob H: I was there on 9/14 at 11:25am. Several employees throughout the store offered help as I shopped- very nice! When I got up to check out at the registers, there was one register open, and the gentleman behind it was having some sort of issues waiting on a lady. Our line grew to five people, at which time the cashier went and found someone to come up and deal with the issue. After waiting about three minutes, with no other cashiers in sight, I left my items on the counter, and left the store. I don’t get it. Lots of employees, but only one cashier. I’m sure I will not return to that store.

Larry Huskey: Great looking and well staffed location. My first time in a DSG and staff was very friendly, a little disappointed that it appears they only cater to those already in fit conditions. I'm older and trying to rehabilitate to shed pounds and inches. Nothing I could find in the store was going to fit. But I will go back after I downsize a little. lol

John Kohl: All I did was some mittens for riding my motorcycles something they could really take the cold as soon as I walked in the door I was helped immediately I believe they're a little pricey though I don't know about these mittens the label of hot fingers is it just a bunch of bowls a sales pitch well it seems really keep my hands warm what is 20 degrees and I'm driving 50 miles an hour I don't know about the rest of the store it was the end of my work day and I just wanted to go have a beer I'll have to check the place out for another day

Shawn etherton: Well they were able to fix a phone screen that Teddy Nash destroyed Teddy Nance destroyed, and it works like brand new so yeah if you ever break your phone and you want to keep your information and I'd have to change your passwords and everything yeah it's worth it to go ahead and just buy pay you in a little bit of money to have your phone screen fixed so that you can retain all your information and contacts and accounts so it's a good thing to do and it works like brand-new
Nicole Smith: Wow. Used to be my favorite store, but customer service here has gone down immensely. Ordered an item for curbside pickup, said they would deliver my item within 5 minutes. After 15 minutes I called to see if there was an issue and the woman who rudely answered the phone did not even ask me my name or order number, but instead said “yeah someone’s I’ll bring it to you” and hung up. Deplorable.Update: I have been waiting now for almost 30 minutes and still no order has arrived to me. What a disgrace.

SEAN Hogan: Seven people in uniform talking with each other/ walking around. Only one cashier ringing people out- with a huge line at checkout. It sucked.

Joel Garcia: Stores firearms transfer fees recently went up to $50 for transaction up from $20. Also this store stopped carrying any ar-15 style rifles. Academy used to be an awesome store but now they appear to just be another liberal dive. I won’t be coming back
Bradley Barnes: Well stocked store and had a supprusing amount of BBQ grills and accessories. They carry B&B lump charcoal one of the best brands I have used in my egg. Stocking other brands of premium lump charcoal now, FOGO and Jealous Devil. I picked up the FOGO cooked well was a little less the the B&B premium. Nice to have two brands to choose from when one os out of stock.

Joseph: Since moving inside the city limits, I have chosen The Galleria Macy's as my location. I find they have much more stock and better items than the South County Center location. Macy's @ Galleria carries a wide variety of men's Calvin Klein and Polo clothing and accessories, whereas Macy's @ South County only stock Calvin Klein socks. Inventory isn't always organized, but I don't mind digging around at Macy's Galleria until I find what I am looking for.

Adrienne Parks: Going to Macy's to get a piece of luggage. I was pretty much in and out. Luggage apartment is upstairs on the third floor. It's not too much traffic up there so the line was long at the register. As with most things in Macy's they are pricey. The store was clean, the sales woman was quick to tell me where I needed to go (in a very friendly tone), and thankfully they had a great sale going on. In and out just like I needed to be.
