Mark Clarkson: Well it wasn’t just one visit but two and over a dozen phone calls and it’s still not over I go in to get a new remote for my eight hundred dollar Vizio tv which I bought there two years ago and took the old bad remote with me to hopefully get the correct one but no sold me the one witch cost me thirty five dollars and I get home and it doesn’t work so that means a few more days on the phone and it’s still far from straighten out, this has been an endless nightmare and far from straighten out!!!

Jada Madison: Best Buy Geek Squad was very unprofessional..and the service was terrible. I came in on April 30th to get a repair on a phone that had to be shipped off in order for me to get a whole new phone (understandable, phone was pretty messed up) they told me it would take 3-4 business days and that it was $669( I was fine with that) ..so I went up there Thursday because there wasn’t any communication about where my package was or anything. So I went up to the store and I asked to speak to the manager “thinking” she knew was she was talking about, which unfortunately for me she didn’t!. So she told me to wait a additional day to have the package delivered to them, which I did. So I just called them today, and the man on the phone told me that I had to pay an additional $300 something dollars in order for me to get the phone, he didn’t have a valid reason as to why..so I just told him I want my refund and my BROKEN phone that they were suppose to fix back. I will NEVER go through Best Buy again.

Jolt 7800: I didn’t realize the new Zelda game was coming out the very next day. I was able to go online and preorder it. I got a text the next morning, before the store opened that it was ready. The line was not super long but they went above and beyond moving us through effectively. This location always has been good to me.
Deathbang: Employees were very nice, multiple asked me throughout my time in the store if I needed any assistance. However the headphone displays were a let down as more then half of the few they had, did not function. Had no way to gauge the audio quality and ended up taking a risk just buying from Amazon instead.

Leslie Gallop: I hate to say it but please do not bring your tablet, phone or computer here to the Geek Squad to fix before finding out who exactly they’re sending your belongings to! It’s not a good situation when your laptop is sent to a 3rd party to get fixed and the person working on it compromises your social media accounts and passwords and uses whatever info you have on your device to harass you through email, on your own social media and elsewhere. This is exactly what we’re going through right now. We have been harassed and stalked online via a person who worked on a laptop through this 3rd party. He just won’t stop. It’s a very dangerous situation when you get threats from this person also. We are working on trying to stop him and get him fired because we aren’t the first people he’s done this to. So please, be careful!

Deborah Halter: Schaefer's is a great, well established craft store with a large variety of products available. Models, jewelry making supplies, beads, stamping supplies, doll making, clock making plus a great deal more. They have a website which should cover what I missed. Went in to get stuff for building a Pinewood Derby car and not only did I find what my son and I needed but the people working there are super friendly and knowledgeable about everything in the store. Needless to say, I am super impressed with the whole experience except for the parking lot, only because it was apparently the day when everyone that doesn't know how to drive or park was in their lot! Aside from that tiny issue, I highly recommend Schaefer's Hobby for all your hobby needs!!

Mike Martin: I bought a spektrum transmitter from them and brought my car up their for them to bind it all together, left everything with them for Andrew to tell me that it want bind so I returned the transmitter and receiver back because if they can't get my best car to bind then I didn't new that spektrum product. When back today to buy a new traxxas receiver and to try in get my car to work but know luck, 2 days ago Andrew was on the computer with my car to try an get the throttle working with that spektrum stuff and now all of a sudden my esc won't bind with the new receiver Traxxas I bought today, but to make bad matters worse I've spent thousands of dollars here and Adam had the nerve enough to say he is tired of seeing my car its only been two days but they are messed up for that I won't spend no more of my money their at all I'm already knowing whatever Andrew did to my car on the computer is why my car won't bind now, but Adam cost them a customer for sure with his attitude

He looked like a kid in a candy store, exclaiming they had nothing close to a shop like this in Florida anywhere between Orlando and Daytona. Found 2 uncommon/hard to find models and bought them. I’m a regular for rc parts, the guys know their stuff and are very helpful. Not pushy but honestly helpful. They’ll order something for you if they don’t stock it. Ordered a part Monday and had it on Friday. Patronize this place so we don’t have to say I wish we had a good hobby shop anymore.
