Ole Penjo: Getting a first job can be difficult and scary. Retail is better than working in fast-food. Fast-food is fast paced and can be very stressful. Working in retail allows for more freedom and more variety. Marshalls is a great first job because there is little to no experience needed to work there and the wage is decent. You get paid about $13 an hour and that increases after 6 months. The job involves customer service, cashiering, and stocking. Customer service is really easy for the most part because people tend to be really nice. There are times where you will deal with some difficult customers but there is always another coworker to help you out and there are multiple managers. Cashiering is probably one of the most difficult aspects but that doesn’t mean it is hard. There is a lot of folding involved and wrapping fragile items. Transactions could also from $20 to $1000. Stocking and putting things out are really easy and relaxing. Each thing has its own section and when putting out items, you can configure it out how you want. The job entails very little work, and the payout is pretty decent. For a first job, this is my strong recommendation.

Faith 2 Faith 2 Faith: I normally don't shop here HOWEVER my Aide convinced me that I could find some Holiday Deals and boy was she right😳😫 too mannnny I might add😜🤣 Seriously, though I was able to find some Steve Madden 3 pair sock set and Hand Warmers BOTH for my Mailman and for my Delivery Driver Pharmacist of 10yrs. Nice quality and all under $25 total👍🏼🎁 Thanks Marshalls

Andrea: I received bad customer service when I went up to return a Christmas gift a hat that I had a receipt for and wasn't within the window and had to argue with the manager who was really rude I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with her she was an African American lady. Finally I got a manager who would help me that came up and it was just a huge ordeal ridiculous really. It turned out it was the cashier's fault who checked me out a month sooner that messed up and ring up the item three times in a row instead of checking out each $30 hat separately. Avoid this location.

They need to gave a better path to get from Lindbergh to the store with zigns showing where to go. The parking lot you have to cross looks like a war has been raging there.

Ed Loeffelman: The plaza is currently under construction so it's a bit tricky navigating the parking lot. Especially since they don't have any directional signs anywhere. As for the store, you can usually find some decent prices on name brand clothing.

Sarah Hernandez: I love Marshalls, but I'm really shocked that the evening shift manager was rude enough to stand back behind the cashier and ask me at the counter what I was looking for when I was searching through the journals and planners. When I told him it was to journal my pregnancy he said something like "Oh I guess that's a good enough reason". 🤡 I also heard him and the cashier talking about my husband and I as we were walking up to the counter, which is really unprofessional for a manager, even if we all know we talk about customers when they're gone. No one's ever seen the stationary area organized, and we left it no worse off than when we got there so I think evening shift needs to relax.

Paul Woodward: This is one of the newer Marshalls in the StL metro area. It is fairly well laid out but IMO the men's section is not as large as other locations. Not all of the stores have a mens shoe section, this one does. I've been shopping at Marshalls since 1974 and while they have changed over the years I find decent fashion bargains. Need to check the labels closely!!
