Shannon Callahan: I was gifted a 2 hour deep tissue massage for Valentine’s Day, despite never having a professional massage before…lol. Aleta went over all my concerns with me and promised to build up to harder pressure. The entire experience was literal bliss! I felt like I was floating in a dreamland. I’m definitely a little sore the next day, but I can already tell that so many of the problem knots in my shoulders have been worked out! I cannot wait for my next visit!
Amari McLean: Tried to call and make a RSVP and the person answering the phone was very rude. I was asking questions in regards to the services and if it would be the right fit for me with the shoulder pain I had and the man on the phone had an attitude because he didn’t want to answer the questions. Wont be coming here.

Merna: Andy is a phenomenal massage therapist. He truly is a therapist and is passionate about helping you feel better. He is very gentle and professional when maneuvering you but can really apply firm pressure when needed and desired. He is very knowledgeable and understands muscle anatomy and physiology and applies it to address your specific concerns. He doesn’t just do a cookie cutter massage and caters to your needs. I have never been able to find a massage therapist that was worth a second visit, but I can’t imagine going anywhere else now.

Scarlett Grimes: I came because of glowing reviews and I’ve been looking for a chance to decompress, but this experience was something completely different than what I thought I signed up for (In an amazing way!). I worked with Paige, the founder, and expected a typical massage. I figured—like the other experiences I’ve had in the past—that I would come away feeling nice for the rest of the day, but eventually be locked up by the end of the week. Nope.The minute I walked in I knew this was going to be more than a massage. Paige conducts a simple (yet very telling) test from the very start. She reads your body and determines where the pain points are. She adjusts you, does stretches, and explains what she is doing and why the whole time. Afterwards, I stood up and immediately knew the differences made. I felt my feet planted levelly on the ground, in a way I’ve never felt before. It’s hard to explain, but everything felt put in place and my usually tight muscles felt flexible.Paige herself is very personable, passionate, brilliant, an active listener/observer, and she goes beyond any expectations.The price she asks for is almost impossibly low for the quality you walk away with. I would book her now before she’s on Shark Tank with her practice and has professional athletes taking up all her availability!

John Seiler: It really works! I've been lifting since 1989, and I spent 18 years in the gym business; 13 as a trainer. I've seen doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and massage therapists; most of them excellent. Paige brings something very unique to the table and has been able to fix muscular issues no else can. She's a brilliant healer who should be on your (very) short list of pain care and performance enhancing providers.

Rae was skilled and attentive, making sure to tailor the treatment to my specific needs and preferences! I also love that they offer local products to buy. I will definitely be back!

Regardless, you still get the same exceptional service so it feels fine to price adjust with the market. Their choice of body products in their retail section are too notch too!My preferred services are a 90 minute message or a herbal body scrub.If you get services done regularly then I suggest doing the membership- 100% worth it! You get a savings and some perks here and there.

Had a facial Friday ( love it) But today service was horrible I wanted to cry. Daniel started off applying cold lotion to my back the room was freezing with 2 fans and air on .The massage had long pressure pauses ( very painful) and she softly massage the palm of my hands( I felt nothing) feet never massaging the toes or fingers .EVENTHO I asked for special attention to that area.

I haven't had a facial in a long while now due to finances but I miss her and the facials bad!

Wendy Weight: Danni is a 5-star massage therapist! She met me in the small apartment space where I was staying as a guest and managed to create a soothing atmosphere in the middle of chaos. She’s an excellent listener and communicator – taking the time to ask thoughtful questions both before starting. I was particularly stressed and knotted in several places but by the time she was done with me, I felt like new! She worked on tough tension spots and melted them into butter with her magical, soothing hands (which manage to be amazingly gentle and phenomenally strong at the same time). I highly recommend her and plan to hire her whenever I’m in town.

Yoga for Beginners on Sunday mornings with Danni, has become a vital part of my weekend routine. Restorative Yoga with Bridget on Monday evenings is another great class, Bridget has amazing energy! Strength + Balance with Danni on Thursday evenings is a great core workout. I also received a great massage from Tonica, and looking forward to trying out some of the other services that are offered. This studio is a total gem in the Shaw Neighborhood!

If you’re looking to rest, reset and reflect book a Theta Healing session with Jessica. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. She is a wonderful and is truly gifted.

I’ve also taken 2 of Jessica’s Yoga Nidra workshops, which have been a great way to relax and take some time for myself. Highly recommend both and glad to have this yoga studio in the neighborhood.
Jessica Caimi: I received an amazing massage from Tonica! She has a very kind energy and created such a safe, comforting experience from the very start. Her bodywork style is very intuitive and I felt like she both listened to what I wanted and tuned in to offer work I didn't even know I needed. She added so many thoughtful touches with essential oils, heated pillows, and beautiful music to make the experience even better. I would highly reccomend booking with her!
Becky Shampay: Align is a wonderful place, I’m so glad I found them a few months ago. Everyone there is so nice and friendly and the space is really warm and welcoming. My favorite classes by far is Anna Mae’s Qi Flow class on Mondays (mix of Qigong and Yoga) and Kim’s Hip & Low Back Restoration flow on Thursdays. Both incredible teachers, I couldn’t recommend them more!! 💛

Kim Banks: My experience was excellent Rodney was great I couldn’t get a Outcall because he told me about a few mechanical issues being repaired on his work vehicle so I went to the studio for my Lymphatic massage and it was great he listened to my needs and goals and gave me a few tips along with some product(ginger oil) to take home to help with me massaging for my self care in between appointments he took his time and explained everything he was doing we also went over on our time and he didn’t charge me or say anything about that I’ve already scheduled my follow up and think you should check him out too it was a great space and he has a very calming supportive funny nature I talk a lot and he had me cracking up I really enjoyed myself thanks again Rodney

Laura Young: Rodney is incredible! He is kind, professional, and an excellent massage therapist. I came to my session with a bad crick in my neck with pain radiating through my spine. I had a wonderful, relaxing massage with hot stones and stretches, and I drank lots of water and took an Epsom salt bath afterwards per Rodney's recommendation. Now two days later, I no longer have any pain or movement restriction in my neck and upper back, and the rest of my body feels more relaxed and flexible. The stretches Rodney gave me are great, too, and helping me maintain the massage benefits. I am very glad that I chose to book a massage with Rodney; I needed a new massage therapist after my move to STL to help me manage my fibromyalgia, and I know after one massage with Rodney that he's a spectacular fit. I can't recommend him enough!

I was excited to come back for another session, so much so that book another appointment right away. The day of my appointment I get a cancelation, which was fine. I didnt receive any information regarding rescheduling, or using an alternative therapist. But 2 weeks later I still have yet to receive any contact about trying to reschedule. I was a new client, I guess I scared them off?

I wanted to get another appointment before I left but my schedule was chaos and sadly I wasn't able to, but will absolutely be back and will definitely need a deep tissue. Come here for knowledgeable and friendly folks who work very well with scheduling to fit you in. I'm so grateful they found a last minute spot for me and so glad I gave them a chance. If you look online and don't see a spot as I did, just call them, they have more info over the phone than what's online.

Not the most amazing I've ever had, but also not bad at all. This first visit was due to a Groupon and I was told that my second one would be $30 instead of her usual $60!
