Rose: I filed for emancipation 5 months ago. I've called the courthouse at least 50 times within that time to get updates or any kind of help with my case. The last time I called, they FINALLY got me a hearing. When I received the hearing notice in the mail, it was a hearing notice for a name change.... but i filed for emancipation. And it said I filed on December 13th... but I filed on August 10th. (my hearing was filed by Joan M. Gilmer.)

Mike Fedder: Most of the staff are professional and helpful. One of the bailiffs, Val is the exact opposite unfortunately. Her special skills involve belittling and harassing almost everyone in the courtroom, bullying those she personally doesn't like, and being so bored in her personal life that she brings her pettiness into her job with her. I won't go into details but it's obvious she enjoys making people as miserable as she clearly is. At least that's what I was always taught as a kid. I also was shocked to see her openly engaging with flirting with court participants during court recess as an employee of the state. Very unprofessional and rude conduct for a courtroom.

I was initially quoted a specific price for my insurance coverage, only to find that increased amounts were unlawfully withdrawn from my bank account. It became evident that this was not an isolated incident, as other customers have reported similar occurrences. It appears that the representatives deliberately provide lower quotes to entice individuals into purchasing policies, only to manipulate the information and charge higher amounts without consent.In addition to the fraudulent financial practices, I discovered that my insurance information was intentionally sent to the wrong mailing address. This deliberate act ensured that I remained unaware of the discrepancies until I reviewed my bank statement. It is clear that this location engages in deceitful tactics aimed at taking advantage of unsuspecting customers.Moreover, the supervisor at this branch, Michael, is directly involved in these fraudulent activities. Leslie Thompson: I'm highly disappointed in the office. I have AAA for my car, home and roadside assistance. I was recently stranded at a wedding about 38 minutes from home. They could not and did not find a service tech that would come help me. They basically left me stranded to find another company (keep in mind my policy is paidin full!) I found another company to rescue me and now they won't pay me the reimbursement for what i had to pay because they could not and did not assist when i needed them. They are only good at collecting your money for your policy but they do not come through when you need them. I have been given nothing but the runaround from this Lindell Office. Take your money somewhere else!

We've decided to go back to making our own arrangements for our next trip. The ONLY thing the travel agent did was book the flight and hotel. No suggestions, no advise, nothing.Maybe the role of a travel agent has changed. Also, we prob could have gotten a better price on the flights and hotel if we wld have done it ourselves. If ur expecting more than a booking agent then ur out of luck with this travel agency.
Amberly Johnson: It wasn’t good. To start out the guy we signed the policy with wasn’t cooperative at all and was very lazy. He made us do a lot of stuff and wouldn’t help us understand what information we need from our previous insurer. Then threatened to pull our policy or give us a penalty charge if we didn’t get it to him. I ended up calling the local office to us and they fixed the problem for us in one all and even saved us money. We were also told by BOTH people, the original guy and the sedalia mo office that our policy would be transferrable or that they were nation wide so all we had to do was change our address. Well that wasn’t true either so we had a I get a whole new policy elsewhere or drive 4.5 hours to do a whole new policy through aaa. Worst experience because it felt like we were lied too. I don’t recommend AAA to anyone.

Probably because one of the clerks took a smoke break after every customer. Oh and its not ok for you to stand when there is no seats but it's ok for you to sit on your lovers lap cause COVID understands. SHUT IT DOWN!

That same report I went and got within 2 days within 2 days Anne sent to her and her supervisor and did not hear back from either one of them. The car repair shop has been trying to contact them since the sit's the 6th of January January and has not gotten any response. I don't know who's running the business over there but they need help.

So I question what is even the point of paying $120 if at the end of the day that person can still just not pay? If I could get him to pay in the first place I wouldn't even be needing small claims court?? The answer I got, "no baby we don't force people to pay, that's up to you. did anyone force you to pay?" ummm..yes? YOU did by charging the VICTIM 120 dollars to do NOTHING. 🤦🏼‍♀️PURE STUPIDITY!

You have gone to court and got a judgement but there are no directions to complete forms and no one knows process or where to go when.. I was told 3xs to get an attorney on a $1600 judgement if I wanted help to complete the forms. Why? I had already done the hard part in small claims court. They are not trained to be helpful between sheriff's dept and execution dept, and cashier.

CJ Zanders: Black judge made asian money launder pay for stealing from her job. That's right, she was using the company's credit card to issue unwarranted purchases. She tried to pretend like they were advised purchases but they were not. She got her wages garnished and a whole bunch of other things that made her life rightfully miserable. She might as well just told the company that she was sorry but she just played stupid. At the end of it all, our representative of the company said, "ahhh, sweet justice," while going down the elevator. That's my experience. Sometimes the system works, and we need to understand that. End.

After evaluating my car, she contacted me again and promised to promptly resolve my claim if I would release the vehicle to AAA.Today is April 14, 2017 and they hold hostage me and my family.AAA Insurance took away our vehicle and refuse to return it. They are not settling the claim and force me to rent a car so I can continue my therapy and go to work.Anne Bozarth, after lying to me and avoiding my attempts to resolve the claim, left me no options but to deal with her manager, Elizabeth Phillips. Ms. Philips continue to ignore my attempts to settle the claim and in a phone conversation was yelling at me "If you want your car then go and get it, you have the address (of storage)."Do not use AAA. If you suffer from a collision where other driver is insured, or whatever they call it, by AAA - DO NOT TALK TO THEM. Talk to your insurance agent and then hire an attorney to deal with AAA Insurance.After doing some home work, I discovered a resume posted by Anne Bozarth where she described herself as "possessing ... aggressiveness in investigating, managing, and disposing of claims." If you want to be aggressively disposed, AAA is the place for this.

Due to work schedule and 270 traffic, I have been unable to go into my agency and have pictures taken of my car to add full coverage to it. This office is close to where I work so I went in to have pictures taken by a AAA employee. I was greeted by Drew M. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, stating that they don't usually do work for other agencies and that he does not service existing policies because he only gets commission from new business and he only services those. I asked him a questions about depreciation on my car due to a dent and he said he couldn't answer it because he was not my agent. My Agent or not, he should know AAA's policy because he works there. Good luck in the insurance selling industry with that attitude. I am GLAD you are not my agent.
