Dawn Kochera: Progressive is an awful Company that has put me in Collections from 2017for $156.27 they say I owed. They said when I went to another Insurance Company that I did not call and cancel my policy when in fact I did!! They also said I had Snap Shot Wich I never ask for or gave permission to put it on the policy. I cancelled my policy as it was way to expensive and I found something cheaper. I paid my balance in full and they said I did not it expired on it's own for none payment so now I'm in collections and am being forced to pay the amount above so I can get it off my credit. By them doing this they have hurt my credit!! So to anyone thinking of getting them don't and if you have them and decide to cancel your policy get it in writing!!

I've had an ongoing issue with them since December and due to their negligence, they're trying to cancel our policy effective today, for a billing mistake they made in December, that I have called every single month about. Every month, they pull the call log, listen to the recording, and tell me they can't fix it that month but they guarantee it will be fixed the next month... Except they haven't fixed it and now they're cancelling us even though it's their fault.Representatives just keep getting an attitude and telling me that it can't be fixed.Supervisor just keeps putting me on hold to listen to previous calls.

He claimed the pics they researched doesn’t show where that could have taken place. I told Chris the supervisor, if you look on the exit the accident took place there9 lis a wall barrier in which my car jilted and scratched after hitting the car. He proceeded to say it looked old and had dirt as of it had already took place. How??? After the accident you all didn’t get my car in the shop until Nov 7 and the accident took place 9/24/22.Was very rude, ver combative. I told Michael Lifritz as well. I told them it’s so much construction that when I hit I heard a loud pop on my glass, I’m not sure if it was a rock which very well could have been or a piece from the customer car. It was very minor but you can tell something small came from it. They claimed that was impossible. NO sir it wasn’t impossible because it occurred. I have a 2022 Benz that was just delivered to me in May brand new. Like I told them why would I make this up, I pay you all insurance to fix damages after accident not try to find a way to get around avoiding the damages that took place. Just TERRIBLE and I am truly disappointed. I pray you all actually care for your customers and understand that people don’t have time to fabricate small things. I’m understanding about a lot, but this I can’t wrap my head around this mess. Do better.
Olivia: My brother's car was totalled in a near head on collision by one of their insured drivers and they wouldn't pay the current average market price for his 2018 Ford with low miles. They are using sale prices from before the market started skyrocketing. He was also left permanently disfigured and they tried to barely pay a dime for that. Horrible insurance company!
Shannon Bordeaux: It was a very difficult process of having to deal with a accident and dealing with people who acting like they never encountered the process of an accident. My husband had to spend so much time on the phone for a week to get a tow truck which never came with the correct equipment, the police had to tow the car themselves. Then my husband had to check online to see the status of the car which was totalled the ins rep did not call or let us know, we had to find out ourselves. Once we were able to speak with an ins rep that told us what was going on and went through the proper channels another rep called and tried to question us about the accident and the way they were talking with us was as if we were wrong which we clearly was not. When we signed over our title to the ins they did not want to put the price of the car on the title. They told us the law states they don't have to put the price on the title which is very suspicious. This whole experience has rubbed me the wrong way and it is another reason why I dislike insurance.

Brian Donn: I had progressive for automobile insurance. I let the policy lapse and moved to a different carrier.The policy lapse inccured a charge of 85 dollars. NOW, I was not in contract so if they didn't receive a payment we were no longer in business together.A year and a half later. I am buying a house. My credit has gone from 817 down to 670. I have zero debts and have never missed a payment in my life. They sent me emails that I owed them money, which went into my spam folder that I do not check regularly who does. While all of my renewals came via paper USPS.I could care less about 85 dollars. Proggresive's negligence and willingness to pop off an account to collections will cost me 30,000 dollars over a 15 year mortgage for an 85 dollar charge that I wasn't privy to.Shame on Progressive my home that costs me extra will not be insured by these clowns.
