Roseanne Ahne: First time in. Huge selection with complete size runs. Nice organized store. Staff was not overbearing like in some shoe stores. Will definitely be back. However, I get about 2 years out of my shoes so it may be awhile. Popcorn was good.
Lucas Yochum: If you like Sketcher's shoes then this, obviously, is the right place to go. The prices are good and the staff is really helpful.

Keali Zinn: They have a good selection and the staff is always friendly, but they don't have many flip flops in there anymore. I love the yoga foam (the ones that aren't wedged - but just flat like a regular flip flop) and they just don't have them. I also would buy my dad flip flops in here and they don't carry men's flip flops either. Disappointing. But still love the shoes.
Marie Wilmot: I was just recently in and I was checking out and I burp in my mask, only thing I did was extend my mask out, (mind you i DID NOT TAKE MY MASK OFF), so I'm not smelling my burp in the mask. I also felt I was being a little bit hurassed by the manager because you can tell with how i was being short that I'm not going to have a conversation with her. I myself am a manager and that was uncalled for. I would like to have the corporate number so I can make a formal complaint.
Angie Brown: Very nice variety of shoes. 1 problem fine print, instead of making it clear on your buy one get one 1/2 off sale and making your customers aware that both pair of shoes must be over $25.00 you wait until customer has shopped then you break it to them at the register that the BOGO will not be applied because the price of one or both shoes do not qualify. WHAT this should be clear from the get go. As customers we want to feel valued and appreciated, NOT taken for granted and made to feel frustrated.
Jan “Harmony”: You walk in the door and see noone, then a voice very loud yells repeatly at you, while look for the person and walk you see No one, no one whats to be hollered at, by an clerk you can even see as you walk in., definitely not a good first impression I want to see, all the while u can't see this person. She sitting on the floor stocking, guess too busy to get up and meet and greet. The prices or very high. I as well as the other who came in behind me, just turn and left.

When I arrived at the location, the store manager looked high and low for the boots that were obviously sold to someone else. I now have to call a number and wait for someone to look for the boots a second time and approve a refund. More hassle than its worth. DSW next time. ugh.

cheryl rackers: I went to the store to return items from an online order. I had already had a terrible customer service experience with the online store, so I went to this retail store hoping that if I talked to an American person it would be easier to sort it all out. Instead I received zero support for the problems I had. In fact, the manger did not believe me nor did she even attempt to help me. My experience at DSW is that the customer is wrong unless they can prove themselves right. My advice is to bring not only the receipt but also the bank card statement if you want to make sure you will get full refund on your returns.
Finion C: Lots of selection, especially of mens dress shoes. Finding what I needed was very easy. My only complaint is the shoes I purchased, I realized once arriving at home, were obviously used, but being sold as new. There was wear on the sole of the shoes and a color difference in the toe of the shoe, as if someone was cleaning off a spill. Other than that my experience was good.

Tara King: I bought shoes for a part time server job and they hurt my toes to the point it felt like my toenail was going to fall off. I tried to return the shoes fully admitting that I wore them and that they severely hurt my feet. They said it’s against policy despite the fact they hurt me snd I wasn’t trying to run a scam. I just went for a pedicure have never worn the shoes again. 2 weeks later my toes are still black and blue. There should be exceptions to policy in such circumstances. Will never shop there again.

Melissa Kopesky: I went to journeys kids inside the galleria in Saint Louis. The young lady working was super helpful, brought out multiple pairs of shoes and multiple sizes for me to look at (since my daughter wasn't with me), she even brought out some no show socks. Anyways my main point is I was in and out and the best experience. I wish I had remembered her name to give her some positivity 😔 but I don't. Leslie Rogers: NaSir the store manager needs training and it proves that because this store has an ongoing issue, they will treat their customers rude and disrespect them. I asked him for his supervisors information and he said she doesn't want to be bothered. Over a refund, he said the shoes had a scuff on them and my granddaughter is 3 years old if she would have worn those shoes, it would have been more than a scuff!! Then he sarcastically told me I should have wiped the shoes off! Really! The high priced cheap shoes has been tried on by other kids and then put back in the box and returned to the shelf, what was he thinking? A Scuff? Well, I had to call customer service put a complaint in and get my refund after they saw pictures of the shoes with the tag still on them and the date of me purchasing the day before I brought them back to be returned! It's sad! They will not get another coin out of me!!
