EL Taylor, Sr.: Went to them in October 2022, and he measure my feet for a fitting for shoe, and I have yet to hear from them. I have left messages, they have yet to return my phone call or reach out to. Have went by, and it's dark in there, no light are on during hours they suppose to be open.
Monica Johnson: My mother paid for a pair of shoes at this place in October and have not received them. Been calling and leaving massage no return call or nothing. I'm going to have to take it to BBB and the news station. She paid in full for her shoes. They toke her money and no shoes. We will be in court

I have yet to receive credit back to my credit card from them and they won't take my phone calls because I ordered online. I am unable to reach them through email either. Very disappointed with this company.
