As a plumber, it was very important to get a comfortable, safe and long lasting boot and they made sure the pair of American Made Carolinas would fit perfectly and hold up to the toughest of job sites. Matt, the store clerk was excellent. No pressure to sell. A consultative experience, which I like.I normally wear size 10 in a boot. However, the 10.5 fit me perfect.I ultimately settled nicely into Red Wing Classics. A perfect fit/style.I’ll be back again.

Would have given it 5 stars but when you buy 2 pair of boots at nearly $500.00 and you don't get any reimbursement from your employer, a discount would be nice. Was told they don't give discounts anymore due to supply chain logistics. I get it but, I'm sure Red Wing isn't struggling and probably earning record profits. Sure would be nice to give the working man a break during these times. Thank you.

Brenden Thomas: I never write reviews for anything but this was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, i called to see if they were open and to ask a few questions as it was getting relatively close to closing time and it went to voicemail, the man working called me back and apologized for missing my call and asked if he could help me (absolute unit), that’s unheard of. He informed me that they were still open for another hour and a half so i went to the store, this man went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied with the work boot i wanted which he had to call another store from out of state to get it shipped to this location, we then talked for a little while about blues and other random things. In conclusion this store has outstanding customer service and the employee working had an awesome personality i didn’t catch his name but he had longer hair and was wearing a blues hat if the owner is reading this give this man a raise, dude is goated

Travis Powell: I placed on online order through their website and only ever received an automated email back saying the order was received. After waiting 4 days without any updates at all I tried to call their store but the phone number is disconnected. They also do not have an actual store located at the address Google provides and the same address listed onTheir website. They do all business on Instagram now. I contacted them on that platform and was assured that everything was perfect and my item would ship and I would be given a trackingNumber. I have never received anything at all except for lies and deceit from the this store. I had to file a fraud claim with my bank to get my money back. They have almost no customer service at all, and I believe their mission is to try and get as much money as they can without delivering any products. This is my experience and I caution EVERYONE to stay away OR at the very very least KNOW what you are about to “walk into” so to speak.

He is extremely knowledgeable about shoes, they also have super exclusive apparel from local as well national brands. Their own 39 Castle's apparel, which I prefer, it's exclusive, good quality, and many times Saint Louis based. The quality of the shoes are A1 and there is a good variety for the whole family.There is a good vibe at the shop as well. They have a couch and television, video games, and a throne to sit on and become apart of the royal family. The owner always includes a special Pokemon card with every purchase, which I think is cool.
