Travis Powell: I placed on online order through their website and only ever received an automated email back saying the order was received. After waiting 4 days without any updates at all I tried to call their store but the phone number is disconnected. They also do not have an actual store located at the address Google provides and the same address listed onTheir website. They do all business on Instagram now. I contacted them on that platform and was assured that everything was perfect and my item would ship and I would be given a trackingNumber. I have never received anything at all except for lies and deceit from the this store. I had to file a fraud claim with my bank to get my money back. They have almost no customer service at all, and I believe their mission is to try and get as much money as they can without delivering any products. This is my experience and I caution EVERYONE to stay away OR at the very very least KNOW what you are about to “walk into” so to speak.

Atiya Shahid: 39 Castle's is a gem to the Saint Louis community! The owner is extremely helpful and caring. He is extremely knowledgeable about shoes, they also have super exclusive apparel from local as well national brands. Their own 39 Castle's apparel, which I prefer, it's exclusive, good quality, and many times Saint Louis based. The quality of the shoes are A1 and there is a good variety for the whole family.There is a good vibe at the shop as well. They have a couch and television, video games, and a throne to sit on and become apart of the royal family. The owner always includes a special Pokemon card with every purchase, which I think is cool.
Nicolas Cervantes: These guys are great and they are most def still at the address listed on google. Picked up my wife some badass Jordan 1 lows for a great price and the owner was super helpful. Look forward to going back there again.

Paine Way: Don't think they're open anymore. Came 3 times during business hours and nobody home.
Kyle Dorney: I’ve never been to this store before and as soon as I walked in they asked if I needed help and I got 2 pairs of sneakers for just under $300 and they don’t tax bad on shoes and the owner is very nice and was knowledgeable about his stuff

Vicki Lockeby: We drove to Missouri from Illinois to look for specific Nikes that my teenage son was wanting to find without buying online. We first went to The Galleria Mall to find absolutely nothing. Then, I googled shoe places in the St. Louis area that sold Air Jordan 1 or Nike Dumks and Sneaker Perfection popped up. We were only 17 minutes away so we got in the car and drove there. Not only have I always wanted to see the Delmar area but Sneaker Perfection was the coolest shoe store I’ve ever had the opportunity to go into. The owners were both there and sooo friendly! They also had a super cool gal working in the store and she was amazing as well! I know that I’ll have to make the 1.5 hour long drive a few times every year to go visit these guys again! We could of spent our entire day just hanging out with y’all! Thank you for the great service and especially THANK YOU FOR TREATING MY SON LIKE A KING ON HIS BIRTHDAY! Not only did Ryan end up with one pair of “dream” sneakers; but, we walked out with three pairs! We will definitely be back!

As a plumber, it was very important to get a comfortable, safe and long lasting boot and they made sure the pair of American Made Carolinas would fit perfectly and hold up to the toughest of job sites. Mikhela Ungerleider: My husband went into this location a few days ago to get me a new pair of shoes. I am disabled and have worn pretty much the same pair of new balances for the last 10 years. Unfortunately, the pair that he got me did not fit the way that they used to. The bones in my feet have shifted a little bit I guess. I went back to the store the next day so that I could try shoes on in person. We had the most awesome, nice, wonderful sales woman helping us out. Rosa went above and beyond to help me find a pair of shoes that not only was comfortable, but also looked fairly stylish. She was absolutely amazing. If you need a new pair of shoes and you like new balance, I definitely recommend going to this location and having Rosa help you out!
STL LCB: It was okay at first. But then a little more work was involved, I guess that was a problem. I suggest keep your smart @ss comments lower or wait until the customer leaves. You know the customer that's spending over $100 on shoes. I definitely will not be back, the selection is mediocre and cheaper at other shoe stores.

Paula Taylor: I went to store on Big Bend in Richmond Heights, MO ON Mother's day 5/8/22 the sales staff friendly and professional. Purchase pair new line called MORE this shoes have more cushion than the 880 I wore in. Colors of the shoes are Turquoise, Sherbert, cream, I added the white elastic laces, so I can slip on without having to bend over to the laces anymore. New Balance shoes are the best shoes for walking, running, or everyday errands and work.

Kevin Hacker (Khacker): I needed a new pair of tennis shoes and started my journey to find a comfortable and reliable pair of walking or training shoes for my workouts and trip to Alaska in the near future. I was greeted by Tim M who was very courteous and professional. He showed me a few pairs of shoes that had mesh but I have not had much luck with mesh. I was replacing ones that ripped 1 month old. We settled on a leather walking shoe, the 840 walking shoe. My previous shoes had a minor arch orthotic for a high arch. Tim provided a similar orthotic - a metatarsal insole to help with excess pressurer on the balls of my feet as well as my high arches. The shoes fit well and were very comfortable and supportive. Should work well when walking and working out with little to no pain. As a bonus if you have issues with your feet they have a 3D scanner for your feet to see just what problem points you may have when wearing the wrong shoe or high arches like my podiatrist diagnosed. This was interesting to see how it worked. I would go back possibly for an all terrain shoe for hiking. This was a very successful outing. Thanks Tim M. Keep up the good work.

A-Low: We had to get shoes and the one pair the we wanted, which they had in several colors. They only had a size 7 in every color. SMH.. I was not offered an option to order anything he told me in final terms he did not have my size. I went to another fine establishment and got the exact pair I wanted. No thanks on returning.
