Heather Sexton: I asked for assistance 4 different time waited for over 20 minutes for no one to come help unlock the tools that I need for work the next day.

Mary Horn: 5 stars for best prices locally.5 stars for someone on their staff doing my shopping for me and another fir bringing the items to my car.1 star for having to wait to get my drive up order until the next day if I order around 6:00pm or later. Really a bogus decision on their part.-3 stars for selecting a 1 hour time slot and when I arrive, I am then informed (Every. Single. Time.) that my irder isn’t ready and the estimate is another 2 hours. My time is valuable to me, Walmart. Apparently Walmart doesn’t care.5 stars for getting my order 100% right when I order a massive amount of groceries for the drive up! Love COVID’s results of drive up orders for stores and restaurants! I 100% stopped shopping inside stores since I can buy 100% online now for my groceries and paper goods.2 stars ultimately because Walmart is good on prices so I am stuck with their bogus rules and lateness for our scheduled pickups until Meijer stores finally get built here in St. Louis…then I will never darken a parking space in Walmart’s parking lot again.

Rhonda Cammann: I hate that the store trust you enough to self-checkout, but if you don't have something in a bag, they want to check your receipt to make sure you didn't steal the item. Mind you, there is a person at the self-checkout telling you which register to go to. If they really aren't going to trust us, that person at the exit can be another checker instead of checking receipts. I really hate going to Walmart, but they do have the cheapest price on things.

rosalind latham: It was my girlfriends birthday and she want some Giorgio Red perfume. I went online and it said walmart sold it and I could pay for the perfume and pick it up at a designated time. I was going to have it delivered but opted to pick it up to avoid the delivery fees. When I got off of work I went to the store and found the perfume department, and they didn't have it in stock. I was so glad I didn't pay for it ahead of time and discover that they lied and didn't have it in stock after I got there.

An amazing person: Much longer than normal wait times. I have waited multiple times for close to 20 minutes and no employees show up. The employees just walk by if they see you waiting in line or just ignore you. Employees walk by on their phones all the time. Lastly, the stockers stock items and they do not pay attention to customers around them. Employees block off aisles with their carts and do not move at all when you are trying to walk by or try to find something. Makes shopping much harder than it should be. It feels like an obstacle course. I have not been to too many Walmarts so I can’t compare it, but this one is very low. There’s now everyday things like worker gloves and deodorant behind glass that you have to wait and find an employee to unlock for you. Very inconvenient since they are nowhere. I feel sad.

dan deadeyedandh: All you need in one stop but I do not like the self check out. Only 1 aisle open with a person checker with a long line. While self checkout has twenty plus machines. I don't get my W-2 from Walmart so I am not going to check myself out.

Joseph: A little slow, but the best WalMart in the Saint Louis metro area. 🏆Inside is clean and organized, with staff that can find inventory. Outside pickup is separated from other parking, with a chill vibe and a little park area.Thank you for being better than other WalMarts. ☺️

kween v: I have had my last 3 online orders delayed, not to mention that what’s online is not in stock. The app don’t have the option of alternative options for groceries. The service is being paid for it’s not free. I’m irate that it has occurred again in a weeks time. If your company don’t have the staff, solve that issue first then restart it not make the customer wait, that’s terrible customer service.I wish there was something that I could do to rectify this situation it’s stressful trying to get food and your order keeps getting put on hold for reason I can’t control. If I pay my hard earned funds I want quality service.

Rich Brandt: I’ll never come here again. I was forced to use self checkout within sight of the door guard and on my way out I was treated like a criminal. I was told to empty all my bags and for each item the guard took he asked if I paid for it. Apparently he cannot read a receipt. After 5 or 10 minutes I was told I can leave completely humiliated. I’m getting a refund on everything I bought. Horrible customer experience

Delss: Went to get water and one of the scanners wasn’t taking cash so I proceeded to one that did. Of course paid , took my change and receipt only for the snobs at the optic center to report to the front attendant that I stole the water and had her run after me. Before that I watched her on my way out and she decided it was funny to lie. Clearly say me pay and take a receipt.

Amy Gregory: It is huge. Had lots of cool stuff even though it didn't have what I was looking for, I did buy an amazing XL beach towel that was super absorbent. And, cool colors.

reo184: Lots of selections of products and friendly people work there. Is a testing store for Walmart as they have more self check outs than others. There are still plenty of staff to help at check out.
