Michael Strong: This experience was like every truly French thing: decadent and perfectly erotic. Nothing was over done. Nothing was under done. The flavors were balanced such that the star of the dish was the star and everything else was subject to it. The escargot has a delightful twist I've never experienced before and was just so amazed by (herb infused corn meal?) IDK. Amazing. Spectacular. Exactly what a French restaurant should be. Yum.
Jim Thacker: I refuse to believe that people frequent this place on a regular basis. This place is the most over priced, over rated restaurant that I have ever been in. The ambiance was horrible, just a dilapidated old building. I had the braised beef with glazed carrots and potato puree. The braised beef was okay, the carrots consisted of about 1/2 of one carrot diced at different angles. The potato purée is nothing more than watered down mashed potatoes and there might have been two tablespoons of it. The salad that I had was the worst I think I ever had. The desert, the floating island was nothing more than a dollop of whipped cream on a little crème brûlée sauce with some shaved almonds... not even a scoop of ice cream. I’ve had better dinners at Cracker Barrel and Bob Evans. I've eaten at many high end restaurants but I've never been so disappointed. I’ve paid high end prices but was never disappointed like this place. I have no idea how they got so many good reviews. $127.00 for the wife and I with the tip. She had a half chicken. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I think I'm building a habit of ordering seafood in the Midwest and expecting more than can be reasonably provided. My wife had the burger and our friend had steak. Bob Cymber: We specifically reserved a table for 2 at the Brass Bar, and it was obvious that they forgot and tried to bus a table ready for us. Had to wait a bit for our table, but the food and service was good.However, if you are going to reminisce about the amazing experience from Taste Bar, I think you will be disappointed. Cyn Guzman: Honestly if it wasn’t for Netflix I would of never would of gotten the chance to meet and feed myself to this place. But I am glad I did! We are residence of NWA it isn’t far and we live to eat meet and travel when can. My appetizers I got two, the fried raviolis and this huge mozzarella sticks bricks looking likes which I am so sorry for not knowing the correct name. The appetizers were fire 110% bomb. The salad tough call me crazy or perhaps I’m not but this salad it’s 10xs better than cesar salad or any vinegar salad in my travels. I grabbed the fettuccine Alfredo and my husband got the carbonara and they both were great on flavor great on size great on pasta texture and cheese and everything. Out of those two I would choose the carbonara. Definitely grab yourself a wine or two and the bread do not forget to tip it on the sauce and olive oil. Great chef great crew atmosphere and location clean and well taken care of. Will definitely come back even if it takes me 5 hrs frm home.
