He trimmed up the outside where the old siding had been and it looks fantastic. He replaced the sill with a really nice piece of painted lumber he had available and I wouldn't hesitate to order more windows though them. Very high quality of window.

Our first meeting was with Rob, nicest guy you wanna meet. He was honest and straight forward. He let me know everything that would be needed, what would happen, what I was buying. Anytime I had questions or wanted to make changes, they always answered and were very courteous about it. Install day was even better. Excellent work, excellent staff! My pets loved them and you know when your pets love the people coming in your home, you got real winners, ROFL. Bottom line, this is a class act company, the real deal! Lee F: UPDATE: To add insult to injury, the storm windows were also installed poorly. As the weather turned cold, they started fogging up and recently, as temperatures plummeted, they have begun to ice over on the INSIDE (see photos). Windows that are installed correctly should not fog or ice on the inside as they should be sealed to prevent moisture getting in. Furthermore, we can also feel air coming in many of the windows, which did not happen with our old storm windows. While this company touted energy efficiency, it is the exact opposite. This company is a joke all around. Buyer beware!I hired STL Windows and Doors to replace 28 storm windows on my home because they were highly rated. I was told that the windows would be fully custom to fit my existing custom interior windows, however, the storm windows I received are not custom and do not line up with my existing interior windows (see photos).Honestly, I just wanted this fixed as it degrades the look of our home and is not what I ordered.What the company will tell you:1. They tried to remedy the situation, but the company they use is no longer making storm windows so there is nothing they can do.2. They apologize if the windows are not aesthetically pleasing or do not meet my expectations (disregarding the fact that they are not what I ordered).3. They pride themselves on customer service, their reputation, and their customer’s satisfaction.What I will tell you:1. When I alerted them to the issue, they said, “It is what it is.” They also told me that the storm windows only came in a 50/50 split (and not custom). I contacted the supplier myself and confirmed that the windows are available to order in custom sizes. When I told the company this, they said that they had reached out to the supplier and since they were no longer making storm windows, there was nothing they could do. I asked if there were other solutions, such as contacting another supplier, but I never received an answer to that.2. "Apologies" aside, I must now pay another company considerably more money to fix the issue caused by STL Windows and Doors.3. Their actions do not align with priding themselves on customer service. To outline a few of the particulars (without going into too much detail): they’ve blamed the original salesperson who no longer works for the company, they lied about the windows not being available in custom sizes, they then blamed me after I found out that they are available in custom sizes, a window was installed broken and has not been fixed.Please share this with family and friends to help them avoid losing money to false promises. Thank you!
