Our first meeting was with Rob, nicest guy you wanna meet. He was honest and straight forward. He let me know everything that would be needed, what would happen, what I was buying. Lee F: UPDATE: To add insult to injury, the storm windows were also installed poorly. As the weather turned cold, they started fogging up and recently, as temperatures plummeted, they have begun to ice over on the INSIDE (see photos). Windows that are installed correctly should not fog or ice on the inside as they should be sealed to prevent moisture getting in. Furthermore, we can also feel air coming in many of the windows, which did not happen with our old storm windows. While this company touted energy efficiency, it is the exact opposite. This company is a joke all around. Buyer beware!I hired STL Windows and Doors to replace 28 storm windows on my home because they were highly rated. I was told that the windows would be fully custom to fit my existing custom interior windows, however, the storm windows I received are not custom and do not line up with my existing interior windows (see photos).Honestly, I just wanted this fixed as it degrades the look of our home and is not what I ordered.What the company will tell you:1. They tried to remedy the situation, but the company they use is no longer making storm windows so there is nothing they can do.2. They apologize if the windows are not aesthetically pleasing or do not meet my expectations (disregarding the fact that they are not what I ordered).3. They pride themselves on customer service, their reputation, and their customer’s satisfaction.What I will tell you:1. When I alerted them to the issue, they said, “It is what it is.” They also told me that the storm windows only came in a 50/50 split (and not custom). I contacted the supplier myself and confirmed that the windows are available to order in custom sizes. When I told the company this, they said that they had reached out to the supplier and since they were no longer making storm windows, there was nothing they could do. I asked if there were other solutions, such as contacting another supplier, but I never received an answer to that.2. "Apologies" aside, I must now pay another company considerably more money to fix the issue caused by STL Windows and Doors.3. Their actions do not align with priding themselves on customer service. To outline a few of the particulars (without going into too much detail): they’ve blamed the original salesperson who no longer works for the company, they lied about the windows not being available in custom sizes, they then blamed me after I found out that they are available in custom sizes, a window was installed broken and has not been fixed.Please share this with family and friends to help them avoid losing money to false promises. Thank you!

Brandon Myers: I intended to purchase $10,000 worth of garage doors and equipment from Renner for our new home build, as they are the Costco/Amarr dealer. The bid process was a nightmare, my salesman had complete lack of urgency or courtesy and would take no accountability for delays that put us out of the promotional period. Once it was escalated to Brad in KC management, it only got worse. Complete disrespect and the thought that all they had to do was beat the competitors price, not honor the originally quoted promotion. Absolutely no integrity at Renner and I'd shop elsewhere.

Edie Mueller: When I called to ask about the charge for a service call, I was told it was $95. I asked if that included all labor and I was told yes, unless it was an unusually long service call. Matthew came and fixed my problem; he was very knowledgeable and did great work. But I was charged an extra $25 for labor. After questioning it with the office at Renner, I was told anything over 30 minutes is considered a 'long' service call. Who knew 30 minutes was considered a long service call!! If it wasn't for this, I would have given a 4 or 5 star review!

Christiani Williams: I spoke with Asheley, and told her my problem. Worker came out for spring issue, that was not communicated over the phone. Worker came to the home quoting a entire different price. They charge double one company charges 85$ a spring, they charged me 175$ for one spring. Had a conversation with Asheley over the phone after worker came to the home. She showed no remorse, and did not even apologize for taking an order she knew that they did not complete or give a quote for. Horrible services, no discount for the misunderstanding on their part, plus a double charge, horrible customer services. I was also informed by her that’s fine if you do not want to use again. Bad experience, would not recommend again.

Susie Jennison: Had them come out for a bid to replace 2 doors original to our 100 year old over the winter. Was told that they would send me a quote and that was never received. I called the office twice and was told they would get it to me. That never happened.
