Spa Saint Louis: what do users think?
Yvonne Patton: I will never visit this spa again !!!
Mel Manson Morales: What a gem of a spa to have, conveniently attached to the gorgeous St.Louis hotel.I had the serendipitous experience of meeting Reza, one of the most naturally gifted massage therapists I've come across...and I've worked in the ultra high-end luxury spa world for almost 20 years now ;)Highly recommend!!🖤
Hayley Bridges: I made my first Brazilian appointment in a while and my waxer, Raven, made my first visit very comfortable! Not only was the conversation was great, but the experience was Phonytail friendly! I can’t wait to utilize all the services provided! :)
renata candanedo: I had a wax appointment, I checked in 15 min early ( I like to respect someone’s time) the front desk (women) checked me in and said it would be a minute. No problem. Now it’s my appointment time about 10-15 min after I told her the front desk I’m leaving and she proceeded to tell me “ I told you she would be a minute”. “ it just 8 min pass”. “The tech is actually right here finishing another clients toes. No accountability! I asked why wouldn’t someone approach me after my appointment time to readdress that the tech will be another however many minute or so. Completely disappointed
P N: Was charged wrong amount when I went many weeks ago. You know they over charged me! Since then, I’ve been unable to get a refund!
Priyanka Kailash: Been there twice and have really enjoyed their service. Ended each massage with a glass of champagne
Tiff Kohl: Great service and best massage ever.
LAH.NEE. SHA: Massagers and massages are great here love it! They did burn my face during lazer hair removal but I enjoy the massage
Jordan Pope: I had a wax with Raven today. She was absolutely amazing and the results were so great. She completely turned my mood around, I will definitely be back!
Navenda: Great prices. Cheapest laser in St Louis. Super good customer service. Transgender friendly!
LK Garner: Fabulous service, great prices. Had my hair done and have already received lots of compliments. Kevin Murphy and Morrocan Oil products used and available. Small but very nice selection of candles. Would have loved to get a facial and massage but didn't have time. Only bad thing is that the bathrooms are the main ones in the hotel lobby and they were not clean and reeked of urine. Spa probably can't control this since it's the hotel's domain. Would highly recommend the hair services.
Penny Schoenrock: Wonderful location! Great service
Debbie Anderson: We had a couples massage and it was wonderful. Both therapists were attentive and addressed our wants! We can’t wait to return!
Ellen D: Something about Lexi's pedicures are magical. My toes look so beautiful afterwards and stay that way longer than pedis I've had at other salons. She's low key and provides an utmost relaxing experience. The salon also has delightful aromatherapy and plays perfectly chill music. 👍👍
Kate H: My gosh the cbd massage was ah-maze-ing. I’ve NEVER felt better. Totally cloud nine. I’m Buying more on Groupon ASAP.
Amy Lane: Lydia was amazing. She was professional yet friendly. Very relaxed and welcoming. She is knowledgeable of her trade and really listened as well as explained as she went. I was so relaxed but more my body felt so great and she took away a lot of pain. The spa was luxurious.
Panda Pile: The CBD massage was wonderful and the therapists were great and professional.
Shelly DeAtley: First time going here. I had a Gel Manicure, Lexi did great and was very sweet!
Green: Great place
Carly Shelmire: I visited today and was so lucky to have Monica as my massage therapist! She was so kind and accommodating from the start. When I told her my birthday was tomorrow, she immediately offered champagne and was so sweet. The massage itself was hands-down the best one I’ve ever had! The massage room and overall atmosphere was beautifully set up and Monica made sure to let me know that if at any time I didn’t like her pressure, to let her know so she could make sure I had the best experience possible.I highly recommend visiting Spa St. Louis. It is a beautiful, luxurious experience and all of the staff truly goes above and beyond. Thank you Monica! ❤️
Tricia Alford: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityLaShay gave the best deep tissue massage I have ever had!! She was very professional and nice!

The Westin St. Louis: what do users think?
Zohaib Jabbar: Came here due to a work event. Thought the place was really nice, clean and spacious and the front desk people even nicer. I stayed here for almost a week. I really didn't require any house cleaning so I can't comment on that. The location is great as it's right next to the metro and right across the street from Busch Stadium and ballpark village. Many options here to eat!I highly recommend staying at this hotel!
Aaron Heard: I stayed at the hotel for a week for business. I don’t recommend this hotel for this purpose.Reception and bar staff were fantastic; however house keeping was atrocious - the room was poorly serviced, the bed was never made properly (the cover sheet was pulled over, not made) the room itself was basic. After day three I permanently put my ‘do not disturb’ sign as I refused to tip for poor service. The neighbourhood is not safe after hours, so many Uber drivers told us not to leave the hotel at night.I can only recommend this hotel if you’re staying overnight for a ball game. There are many other options in nearby neighbourhoods.
Russ Hammock: We had a great stay at the downtown St Louis Westin. It was what we expected from a Westin hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms, good food and great service. However, one thing sets this hotel apart from most others I've encountered.... the hospitality of the staff was absolutely above and beyond measure. Not to knock most hotels we stay at because most have friendly staff, but friendly only scratches the surface at this hotel. Everyone we encountered from the valets, to the front desk staff, to the restaurant staff, to the housekeeping staff and others, went out of their way to help us, to remember us, to ask us how are day was, etc. The hotel management clearly makes hospitality a major priority. Well, I guess I've made my point, but if anyone from the hotel reads this I'll just end this review with a huge thank you to every employee we had the honor to meet at the Westin St Louis.
Sofia L.: The bathroom was nice and spacious, the bed was good, the lobby looked nice BUT, the room carpet was dirty, the bar in the lobby was closed and they wouldn’t bring a microwave to the room! We had to go to the hallway and warm up food we brought from the outside. The property was beautiful but it needs a lot of improvement and maintenance. The downtown area was lonely, the area around the Hilton a few blocks down has more stuff open and things going on.
Benjamin Prijatel: To be fair, I have never stayed at this hotel. However, I was attempting to make a reservation. After one unanswered email and three unreturned phone calls, I was able to speak to someone in the sales department who was not interested in my business. If this is any indication of the service they provide, it is probably a good thing that I'm not staying here. I will be staying next door at the Loews in July.
Brookshire International: The bathroom was so dirty. The valet left my luggage behind the counter after i walked through the huge hotel for 30 minutes lost because i was so far away from the elevator it was ridiculous. The phone didn't work when i tried to call downstairs and I just hated it. It is the Only Westin I have ever stayed in that gave motel 6 vibes. Just awful.
Tim Krumm: Good location fine staffRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More
G Suarez: We planned a family weekend in St Louis. We were excited to stay at the Westin in Jr King Suite with plenty of room. The location was good and a short walk to most of what STL has to offerThe lobby is nice and the hotel is in a good location directly to the West of Busch Stadium and near a Metro Stop.A few issues1. We were given a suite facing South overlooking a parking lot. That location seems to be the popular spot for overnight hangouts and general noise. Very loud and one would have thought with a lightly filled hotel that more thought would have been given to room assignment.2 Although the hotel was recently updated, our room was dusty and there was not a lot of thought put into outlet locations or even how shower doors open. A lot of missed opportunities to really bring the hotel into the 2020s3 Front desk staff was barely there. We used the chat feature and they never replied. I went down to the desk to resolve my issues but had to look around for someone to help.4. We used the sofa sleeper and the bag of sheets and blankets was in the room but missing all the bags and blankets. A little frustrating after a long day with everyone just wanting to get to bed.5. The TV interface was painfully slow.I expected a bit more from the Westin and this is my 2nd stay at a recently updated property where the update seemed to have fell short
Beth Remillong: Great location for baseball games. Rooms are newly renovated, very clean and nice. Staff are super friendly, even when things are really busy. The bar was hopping on Cards opening day!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Lindsay Ward: First, let me say the staff was very friendly and welcoming! The room was decent upon walking in, however upon further inspection, there was some kind of food stain on the chair. There was blood stains on the bed spread and the carpet was frayed. My family did not get any sleep both nights we stayed due to people outside doing burn outs on the street below. A car with a loud muffler drove by several times till 3:00 in the morning. This is not the hotel's fault, but frustrating nonetheless.Great location to all things downtown if you can overlook the things listed above.
Bret Ward: Worst Hotel Stay Ever!!!!First the bad, so you won't overlook it. My wife, 7 year old , and I got ZERO sleep. That's not an exaggeration! Our room was in the smaller building facing 9th street and there is a Sports Bar on the corner of 9th and Spruce that stays open till 3 am. Which is not the end of the world, but apparently, it's popular for the locals to do burnouts and rev their car engines in front of there. I'm a car guy, so I know cars, and these were extremely loud, like they have open exhaust. They did this till after 3 am. Then, apparently, it's also popular to lay on your car horn, nonstop, as your leaving the bar. Then there was also the normal young bar crowd screaming and yelling at the top of their lungs outside all night. We stayed two nights and this happened both nights and the second night this went on tIll after 5 am. The car exhaust noise also echoes off the tall buildings so it's popular for people to rev their engines for blocks all around and that is pretty much non stop at night too.The good. The hotel staff is friendly and courteous. The room itself was good enough. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I didn't like the down pillows that squish flat after a short time. The property is located close to a lot of things, so that was nice.Overall, I probably wouldn't stay here again due to the noise, but hey, if you will be out partying till early morning, this would probably be great for you.
Janelle Hunt: Location amazing, the rooms are huge and nicely updated!

The Last Hotel STL: what do users think?
Mary Avalon: The hotel is really cool and the beds are incredibly comfortable although for some reason they had two flat sheets and no fitted sheet. The air conditioning is so loud that it wakes you up at night rattling. I'm traveling with a bunch of other military people and it was the same for everyone else, not just my room. While I understand it was out of their control, there was an emergency fire alarm because somebody decided to smoke in their room. This happened at 1:030 in the morning. I ended up oversleeping and I asked the manager if he would please comp me a breakfast because I missed the breakfast at my event sleeping through my alarm after finally falling back asleep. All together I understand that he's under no obligation but it would have been nice to not go through the first part of my day hungry.
Steve Raimondi: I had a reservation for Saturday night. They sent me txts earlier in the day confirming my stay. I arrived around 5:00 and they told me my reservation was canceled due to a pricing glitch. No notification, no willingness to help, the only option they gave was to rebook it for a significantly higher price. The woman up front was not helpful at all. She said I should have been notified earlier in the day. I showed her the only communication I had was them confirming my reservation. I even responded to them confirming it. She just said nothing she could do.
Jamie Toby: Beautiful unique industrial decor! The restaurant was great the steak and potatoes was one of the best I've ever had with the gorgonza butter! Loved our date nite experience here!!!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Quiet …More
Brandon Ratliff: I booked the room on Monday for the upcoming Saturday on their website everything was fine until the day of I receive the email saying that they computer gave me the wrong price and they cancelled my room 30 minutes before I was supposed to be there to check in everything went through on the computer I received the email time to come check in they left a number to call I called plenty of times the voicemail is full like no one's never checked it I would never recommend this to nobody my job always do business there and I definitely will be letting them know to find somewhere else
Catherine Im: The staff here were amazing I every interaction I had with them. The rooms were unfortunately very dusty and likely only given a cursory clean. I was missing all toiletries (including hand soap!) and found shimmery makeup on the sink. My nose was instantly stuffy when in the room, and the tops of the green curtains were almost gray from dust. in addition, I think the ceiling was crumbling onto the bed. On the bed, directly underneath some black spots on the ceiling, were black particles. The final negative is that they only provide a stool for the desk.Otherwise, the room was spacious and had a great view from the tall windows, and the bed was very comfortable.
Peter Capano: Wonderful staff, the rooftop pool, and the pub in the fabulous lobby add up to a great experience at The Last HotelRooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Norma Arnold: Beautiful hotel, fabulous amenities, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Washington street is packed full of restaurants and bars. Not to mention the city museum is around the corner so there is a lot within walking distance. The only downside is parking. It’s a city atmosphere so it comes with city parking challenges. You can vallet park for $50/day or use the public parking in an open lot across the street for $30. They obviously don’t tell you this before you book so it’s something extra to consider. With that said, I’d stay here again anytime and If you’re in the STL area and need a quality place to stay, give this hotel a try.
Poe Castillo: Very cool place. Valet parking was nice. Wish there was more to do and see around the hotel. Short 10 minute walk to Busch Stadium. The rooms were very comfortable. Unfortunately our TV didn't work, but no big deal!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More

Justin Wisniewski: Overall the experience was good. I had did have one bad experience where the guy at the front desk gave people the room that I was staying in and they just keyed their way right into my room. He was quick to apologize but it was still awkward. The pool was the defining feature of this hotel ! Definitely worth a visit.Rooms: Rooms had a nice style, with a cozy feel.
James Ziglinski: Dirty room. Hair and dust everywhere, fingerprints on tv, scuffs and brown streaks on all walls. Had a dirty towel with a brown stain and someones hair folded up among the clean towels. No robes as shown in pictures.Rooftop bar was closed and atmosphere was absolutely dead.Housekeeping entered our room without being requested while were gone. The next day housekeeping barged into the room again without being requested or even knocking. We were showering and getting dressed. Totally unacceptable.Pretty sketchy part of town. I was approached and asked for money every time we walked down the block. I saw someone checking car doors right in front of the building. Saw a fight at the bus stop around the corner at 2 in the afternoon. That's not the businesses fault, but worth noting. Not a safe place to be.We left as fast as we could for an actual 4 star hotel, this place is a 3 on a good day. I would not go back, even if it was free.In hindsight, the name of the place tells all. This is the last hotel you should stay at in the Lou.
michelle rindal: First of all, I just want to say, I do not seek any kind of compensation by leaving this review. This is 10000% honest, and I am leaving it here as a warning for other people traveling to STL. I will say, I think the place is a cute idea, and was excited to stay here. The execution if it, though, needs some work. I would be leaving 1star, but the front desk staff overall seemed quite nice. if it wasnt for that, I would absolutely be saying 1 Star. There were some serious issues here:1. "The last rooftop" was not as expected or promised. The bar is still closed for the season even though the website says otherwise. The pool itself and the whole rooftop is quite dirty. We spent all of 5 minutes there before we left because of how dirty it was.2. Another example of things not being expected as promised- no bathrobes or minibar in the room. When I found this hotel, I had a filter that included those with parking included. This does NOT include parking. It's valet and it's $40/night or you can take your chances with street and other public parking.3. Cleanliness. Our room was actually pretty dirty. There were carpet stains, towels with hair and makeup on them still, the comforter had stains, grimy surfaces, and I had to wipe my feet anytime I walked across the carpet because there would be hair and other stuff stuck on my feet.4.Housekeeping. there is no way to opt-out of housekeeping. There's no 'do not disturb signs' or anything, so we had thought it would be service by request, as many hotels do. Well, BOTH days the housekeepers came in. The 1st, we were gone and they refreshed towels and nothing else and it made us uncomfortable to know someone was in there. The second was at 10am on the morning of checkout (checkout is at 11). The housekeeper DIDNT KNOCK. Literally just barged in while we were getting ready (showering, getting dressed).5. The last thing is that this really isn't a 4-star hotel. It's a cool concept. But, it's super expensive for the lack of things they actually deliver. Even the toiletries (shampoo and soap) are super low quality. I know that part is the least important, but it adds to all of it- this whole place is badly managed and just a money grab. it has no business being a 4-star.Rooms: The rooms look nice from the pictures, but they were not clean and did not have bathrobes or a minibar.Nearby activities: It is right in downtown, which is great, except the downtown vibe has gone downhill. It is very close to city museum so that's nice.Safety: This was not a safe location. There was sketchy behavior right outside that we dealt with every time we left the hotel. The non-valet parking is very unsecured as well.Walkability: You can definitely walk around to downtown, but it can be risky to do so.
Eve: Ive had two maids walk in on me naked! Even with the privacy thing on door! There is no parking you literally have to pay parking every two hours on the meters unless you find a parking blocks away, It is a beautiful hotel though
Jon Scott: The hotel is so cool. It used to be a shoe factory. Old hardwood, exposed beams. Very nice... City museum is right behind it. Great for the kids.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Stephanie Spencer: Orlando & Marvin went above and beyond during our stay and were the ultimate professionals, welcoming & helpful at all times. The food at La Cucina is simply amazing! Had the fried cauliflower, goat cheese & gooey cake. Hat's off to Chef Montrell Jones! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting St. Louis.Room is very nicely appointed with modern upgrades while retaining the charm & architecture of the original building.
Tim McGrail: This hotel advertises themselves as 4 stars but the current experience is more similar to a 2 star hotel. This hotel needs help. The owner seems combative in the reviews so if they respond to me, know that I cannot respond back on this system. Everything I am saying is my honest review after staying there for 5 nights.-Valet is unavailable 11pm-7am DAILY-Even when valet is available, unlike other 4 star hotels I stay at where there are MULTIPLE valets outside ready to help, nobody was outside at all, and it seemed 1 valet was stuck with full responsibilities-Online room service was broken and giving me an error. I called the restaurant downstairs twice. No answer. And their voicemail was full so obviously this has been an issue for a while lol.-After the above I called the front desk who said they'd have someone call me back to take my order. Nobody ever called back. I had to eat elsewhere.-The fridge in the room does not stay cold enough to properly keep your foods-Room was dirty on arrival and obviously not professionally cleaned. I did have the maids clean my room once halfway through my stay and that time the room was MUCH cleaner.-Obviously short staffed in ALL ASPECTS of the hotelThis hotel has potential and I hope that the owner takes these comments seriously. I'm simply being honest. I want you to get better. You can fix the above issues. No excuses. Just progress.
Rachel Peterson: The Last Hotel is great! Beautiful rooms, nice service and a decent location. I would highly recommend if you're staying in downtown STL. It's much better than the generic chains in STL and I've stayed at a few.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Aquarius Wellness Center For Healing Arts and Massage Therapy-St. Louis: what do users think?
Lisa DeCarli: Incredible massage. Super friendly massage therapist who listened to me and my needs. Super relaxing room. Highly recommend!
Jehan Hammad: Tiffany was amazing! It was my first massage and it was so great, will definitely be coming back!
Susan Butler: My daughter and I had excellent massages from Dana and Dionna is a room with a very relaxing atmosphere. Will be back and will book a longer massage next time!
M F: Asked for the price of one of their advertised services two weeks ago so I could decide on a gift certificate. No response from them.
Angela Brightman: Great massage, beautiful rooms. I had a prenatal massage with Megan and everything was perfect.
Sarah Buehler: Very small space to hangout in prior to massage. The ladies were very nice. My masseuse had ICE cold hands throughout my massage. I thought the oil used on my body would be semi-warmed up, it wasn't. My muscles never got loosened up because her hands were FREEZING. This made for a non-relaxed massage for me. I would not have another massage here.
Shea Whelan: Aquarius has the perfect vibe and the massage therapists know what they're doing. We appreciate the attention to detail and the calming environment.
Emily Osbourn: First time here and absolutely amazing. Very personalized care and personable people. Chris and Nicole were amazing!!
Sarah Rosalino: I had a facial with Ms. Nandi! It was so relaxing and she is so sweet! I strongly recommend to anyone who just want to relax.I had a great time and can’t wait to come back! Thank you very much Ms Nandi, your hands are magical, you changed my day.
Vincee Smith: Nandi is the best!!!

Jill B: Really enjoyed my facial with Nandi! I will definitely go back and try other spa services as well.

The massages leaves you feeling like a new person! This is now one of my favorite places in St. Louis! I had Dana most recently for my pamper me session and she was amazing!!! I could not recommend this place anymore! Whether it is your first massage or not this is where you need to go for your next one!
Christine Bond: Dana was outstanding.
Braydon Scott: The experience from beginning to end was incredible. Chris and Dionna went above and beyond. They were comfortable, engaging and very professional. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone to go here.
Lucy Greene: CHRIS WAS GREAT
Teresa Easley: Very quaint place, perfect decor, professional and polite staff. Although small in size it makes up for it in service. My facial was one the best I have every had. Gina is awesome!!!! Visiting from Maryland, but when I return to St Louis I will add it to my itinerary for sure. Thanks for a very relaxing and superb facial.

Hyatt Regency St. Louis At The Arch: what do users think?
Joel Dykstra: This is a very nice hotel right next to the Arch in downtown St Louis. The location is unbeatable as you can walk out the front door and be at the arch. It's also close to Bush Stadium if you wanted to go to a game. The rooms were pretty standard for this kind of hotel but the hotel itself seemed pretty classy and well-maintained. Parking was easy in the on-site garage. I think we paid about $36 for one night in the self parking. I suppose that's not super cheap but it was very convenient. There was a nice sports bar downstairs that was a great place to grab some late food and drinks. I highly recommend this hotel for a downtown St Louis stay.
Blake Ottomeyer: I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of hospitality and communication during my recent visits to your establishment. Despite being a loyal client who made prior parking arrangements through your event managers, there was a complete breakdown in communication with your security team on both occasions I have served at this location. This led to significant inconveniences and wasted time, tarnishing the image of both my client and your establishment.During the first visit, only time was wasted waiting two hours while the team failed to figure out how to charge me. On the second occasion, despite providing evidence of my reserved parking, I faced dismissive and disrespectful treatment from your staff. In front of my client, I was told to move my vehicle due to a repair company's visit, causing embarrassment and unprofessionalism. After insisting on retaining the spot I paid $80 for, the issue was escalated to the event manager for resolution. Eventually, I was asked to move my vehicle a mere 4ft, but the initial approach lacked courtesy. Additionally, the payment process took 45 minutes of unnecessary waiting, further inconveniencing me. However, front desk was fantastic at figuring out the issue. To my surprise, the event manager accused me of lying about being informed to move my vehicle and questioned my parking reservation. Laughing it off over the phone. I assure you that the team member's confrontational and disrespectful manner left no room for ambiguity. This incident not only disrupted the proceedings but also reflected poorly on my client, my team, and the reputation of the Hyatt brand. As a valued customer, I expected a more considerate and professional approach to resolving these issues. However, the accusations and failure to acknowledge your staff's shortcomings were disheartening. I hope you understand the gravity of the situation and the impact it has on your establishment's reputation.
jessica black: Was there for a conference. The view is spectacular! The building is a bit older and outdated but served its purpose. The power went out in the building...not sure why. There were some holes in the ceiling being repaired on my floor from large leaks.Noteworthy details: The valet is great! Couple of restaurants in the hotel as well as a Starbucks which was convenient.
jeff: maintenance dept manager loves to call people in to interviews just so he can ask a couple off the wall questions and say "thanks for coming in" --- he's a real bowtie wearing jack a$$. huge waste of time -- if you're gonna interview here do not miss any work for it or anything inconvenient because the guy just loves to waste people's time.
Anthony Marill: It is not that the hotel is bad-it is than the hotel is Dangerous! THIS ONE IS DISTURBING! Was in my room at the Hyatt in downtown St. Louis, when the Hotel lost power. The room had lights but no wifi, TV or phone. The issue: the hallway was COMPLETELY BLACK, no emergency lights, no illuminated exit signs, ext.. I was thinking, if I did not have a light on my cellphone or my cellphone was dead & had needed to evacuate, it would have been impossible! I head from other guests the the stairs were 100% dark also. Update the next day, I did talk w/the hotel manager to ask about the hall (and Stairwells) being in total darkness. First he said it was because it was a city wide blackout. (it was apparently 3 or 4 blocks). He then mentioned that blackout like that are very rare. Again, so what. He then said the emergency back up generators never started. I then asked why no one, for over an hour never tried to manually start them, I got dear in the headlights. Give me break-
Jordan Lema: Had an arch view. It was pretty cool. Keurig pods in the room if you want to bring some extras. Good temperature/control. Very close to the arch. Convenience store, Starbucks, sports bar and Ruth's Chris Steakhouse built in.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view …More
Chasity Provance: Very nice 👌Very nice and professional staff. We were taken care of during our stay. You can't go wrong with Hyatt.Rooms: Nice and clean. Didn't smell all shut up and musty.Nearby activities: The arch is within walking distance. Most of all they have one of best restaurants in town.. if you want the most tender steak you've ever had.Walkability: Very close to the Arch, Casino, and not far from the cardinals stadium.
tyrone watson: Great sports barNearby activities: The Arch and river cruiseWalkability: Close to the ArchFood & drinks: Great sports bar
Luis Antezana: Totally average experience, not bad not great, so that = 3 stars.Blankets are light as a feather, even two barely weigh anything. Climate control in the room actually works.Bars close at 11 even on the weekend, which is a joke when there’s a conference and people who want to keep going.Sports bar / casual restaurant was nice vibe. Happy hour is only $1 off beers, so it hardly matters, but at least the beers aren’t overinflated in price like most places.Location near the arch makes for beautiful views and convenient touring.
Brianna Cagle: Wonderful hotel in the heart of St. Louis! We were able to have a view of the river from our room, and it's within walking distance of the arch. We didn't have a free breakfast, but the restaurant had a nice buffet for the morning. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were in great condition. Highly recommend if you're okay with the price. The only annoying thing was that the self parking was full when we arrived, and they encouraged most to do valet parking for an extra almost $50. We were able to find a garage within walking distance for cheaper, so make sure you consider what you're willing to pay for parking in downtown.

A R: Update since the manager posted they have taken appropriate action: none of the problems below have been addressed at all. Bloody pillow still here (added photo), AC still broken, TV not functioning etc.1. My room’s A/C didn’t work the whole time. Someone was sent to fix it twice and it would work for a few minutes then quit. Set to 67, feels like 77.2. Blood on pillowcase.3. Dirty towels from prior guest.4. Trash on floor from prior guest.5. The streaming app for the TV didn’t work in my room even after they said they fixed it.6. After 2 of 4 nights with all these issues, still not offered a different room.Worst hotel stay of my life; DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Thomas Funke: Perfect place if you want to go see the arch, we didn’t hang out downtown because I don’t think it’s alive like Denver and other big cities. Parking opportunities and availability sucks and I didn’t know I’d have to pay for parking, that’s not good for people on a limited budget. Room was lovely. I’m sorry there wasn’t a breakfast included and no pool. So I made one visit, doubt I’ll be there again.
clyta Lunsford: Beautiful view of Mississippi river out our window. Very clean, nice king size bed. Great place to stay. Lots of traffic trying to get in to parking garage. It was memorial day weekend.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
