Travelodge by Wyndham St. Louis: what do users think?
R. E. Blue: A basic, no-frills hotel for short term stay. Rooms were clean and quiet. Hotel can be confusing to reach due to one-way streets in the area; easier once you figure out the traffic flow. The location is just off the main airport hotel strip. Unlike most of the airport hotels, it does not have a shuttle or park-n-fly service.Food & drinks: There are no dining facilities at the hotel, aside from a small continental breakfast area set aside in the lobby. Did not try breakfast, so cannot comment further. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area.
Leah Busch: They took care of us. Clean room and nice staff.. the hallway smelled of incense, though, strongly. This wouldn't be my first choice in hotel, but we were in a pinch and they definitely rose to the occasion. I'm glad they were there for us.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Joel Ocampo Meza: Rooms: Muy deterioradas, las sábanas no se veían muy bien, en general no muy buenas condiciones.Safety: No me sentía seguro
Lara Muse: The lobby REEKS of strong air freshener. The price was great but the neighborhood sketchy. Definitely come to defend yourself if necessary.Staff was very polite. Breakfast was heavy on carbs.Safety: Protect yourself and always remain aware of your surroundings.
Audrey Hobbs: Do not, repeat, do not stay at this hotel. All three of our vehicles were broke into. Management didn't do anything, they have a camera but it does not record. Beds were okay, rooms need to be updated, front desk was rude. Save yourself the hassle. Also make sure they give you your $50 deposit back. Still waiting on mineRooms: 3/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Stephan Dumire: The motel is ok but the parking lot has a lot to be desired. As a group we had 3 trucks broken in and things were stolenRooms: 2/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Kara Curtis: If you want your windows broke out of your vehicle. This is the hotel for you! Manager is the only one that has access to the camera system and it was not a priority for him to come into work for the police.MANAGER RESPONSE The manager and staff were completely aware of the theft in this area to trucks. We had 3 trucks in our group. The night auditor was aware of our vehicles. All 3 trucks were hit.Why I wrote the review for potential guests in the furture! Beware
Daniel Hines: Was OK for a quick rest before getting to the airport, but it was a bit noisy, and the beds were terrible they need to be replaced, we sank right in the middle of it, the manager didn't really seem to care to much about that.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Danton Hudson: Has alot of food places around if your looking to not travel that far. I prefer steak n shake which is across the street. Rooms where nice. They also have free breakfast in the mornings. Thats kind of coolRooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Dan H: It was close to my new work so I took a chance. The pictures make it look like some brand new fancy place, but it's nowhere even remotely close to that. I had a two day reservation but could only take one night in that place, and I checked out the next morning but was still charged for both nights. Bad location and patched together building and rooms. Stay somewhere else unless you have no other choice.
Gabriela Correa: Worst hotel ever. In the hallway people ask me for weed, all food places around close early because of the area. The photos they have online are old!I stayed here because it's 5min to terminal 1, but next time I would prefer to stay farther in a better placeRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5 …More
shon scarbrough: Clean, convince, comfortable, nice attendant and housekeeping. Enjoyed my stay while visiting my son for Thanksgiving 2022.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Aryanah Miller: This Establishment Is Highly Unprofessional, The Service Was Trash & The Front Desk Guy Doesn't Listen & He Just Handed Over My Paperwork Without Going Over Final Prices. His Name Is Mark & He Is A Older White Guy In Like His 40s Or 50s... I Went There On 11/11 & I Asked For A Room Wit One Bed For Two Nights & He Only Charged Me For One Night & Gave Me A Room Wit 2 Beds & A Broken Door Knob, Me & My Guest Had To Wait Until Shift Change To Get A Whole New Room...... Terrible Service & I Wont Be Returning

Lodge at Grant's Trail: what do users think?
Bootsy Hambone: Rooms: We immediately felt welcomed at the Lodge at Grant's Trail when we entered the Rockbridge room as there was soft music playing on the TV. The fishing decor was beautifully executed and not at all cheesy. It felt like being in a bedroom in our own home.Nearby activities: We were in St. Louis to attend an evening Cardinals game and didn't want to drive the 2 hours it would have taken us to drive home. It was easy to get an Uber for the short drive to Busch Stadium and we will be staying there for any future overnight trips that we make.Food & drinks: The breakfast was delicious and more than we could eat! Our server, Vicky, was pleasant and took the time to chat with us about the Lodge and our trip to St. Louis. I don't know the name of the chef but he gets 5 stars for his ham and cheese omelet!Noteworthy details: We loved the self check-in that we knew all about because we got information via e-mail from the Lodge before our trip that explained in detail how it worked. We also received a call on the day of our visit to let us know that our room was ready and we could check in anytime and to confirm that we received the details for check-in.

Maddy Joy Brauninger: My husband and I spent his birthday and our first anniversary in Saint Louis. We stayed at the Lodge in the Mary Lincoln room. It was so beyond different than any other experience of staying somewhere. The tub was the perfect cherry on top. I wouldn’t recommend this for a family stay, but it was GREAT romantic couple getaway. It was like coming to a family member’s very cool house. In fact, I read the breakfast time wrong. We showed up 15 min past the end time, and Vicki made both of us a delicious meal from scratch. I couldn’t have been more impressed with her or the place. Just book it!!Nearby activities: Although the hotel is tucked away in an odd area, it is only a 15 minute drive to anything in the city! So, you feel safe without sacrificing time in the car driving.
Josh & Lindsey Photography: The lodge has such a unique look to it! Once you enter the front door, it's almost like you feel as if you've been transported into the great outdoors. The dark wood and tall ceilings give the bldg a mighty feel to it. You can get some creative shots inside and outside here for your wedding!@joshandlindseyphoto
Shanna Ackerson: What a wonderful place to stay. It was comfortable, peaceful, and fun. My sister and I travel together a lot and this was one of the most charming places we have stayed. We were in the Christmas room and we were feeling the nostalgia of Christmas past. We played games downstairs in the great room/dining area. We loved looking around the lodge at all the neat, beautiful, and interesting decor. Fireplaces were everywhere, it was so cozy. The breakfast was delicious and the service was friendly and attentive. We would love to stay here again on our next St. Louis visit.
Gregg Austin: Wife took me there for suprise Valentine's getaway. We enjoyed ourselves. Staff was friendly and accommodating.Rooms: Clean, large, depends on which one you pick out for other specific details.
Home Outlet Panama City: Great place to hold an event. The foid was excellent and light. The attendants to the event were on their game.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
James B: It was an attractive lodge with cozy rooms, the problem is that when there is an event you are confined to the small room. We were stuck with access to nothing but tap water and a Styrofoam cup while the area immediately beyond our door had people yelling, children crying and a full PA system for their party until 10:30. I attempted to call but the phone was not staffed. I emailed and received no response. Absolutely the worst experience ever.
Bobbie Suzanne: Wonderful venue for a private party! Delicious food served by great friendly staff!!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
shawn stockmann: Very peaceful and quiet.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Marcela A: I don't write reviews but i feel like this place deserves a rating. I brought my husband here for a little getaway for his birthday weekend and took him to the baseball game . The check in process was great and i was able to check in earlier then the 2 pm check in( i asked before if that was ok to go early). I was a little worried that it was a contactless check-in but once i received the information on how to check in and what to do it was quite easy. I ordered Wine and chocolate covered strawberries it was an extra cost but it was worth it to me. We stayed in the Mississippi room and i liked the balcony out to the back. I liked that breakfast is included and parking is free and right there next to the lodge. I like that it's has trees all around to make it seem like your in the woods but in reality your not. It's not far from the exit and right off the highway if you need to go somewhere quick. We live like 30 mins away but it was a nice little getway and a nice change of scenery i can't wait to go again.
Linda Finger: We were there for a private party. The food was excellent. Interesting location, definitely not for kids but patio is beautiful as well.
Katherine Chang: Pros: service is really good, especially the breakfast; I also like their decorations in the whole place.Cons: AC too loud and cold, because of which I did not sleep well. Our room is on the second floor and we can hear the footsteps upstairs late in the night and early in the morning; the bed is not stable, when my partner tosses and turns the bed wobbles.
Cassie Parks: We absolutely loved this place! It is tucked right off the interstate so we felt safe. The lodge is BEAUITFUL and rustic. We stayed in the Alaska room. Full balcony with a beautiful back yard! The check in process was flawless. Everything was perfect and we can’t wait to try the rest of the rooms!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

The Last Hotel STL: what do users think?
Mary Avalon: The hotel is really cool and the beds are incredibly comfortable although for some reason they had two flat sheets and no fitted sheet. The air conditioning is so loud that it wakes you up at night rattling. I'm traveling with a bunch of other military people and it was the same for everyone else, not just my room. While I understand it was out of their control, there was an emergency fire alarm because somebody decided to smoke in their room. This happened at 1:030 in the morning. I ended up oversleeping and I asked the manager if he would please comp me a breakfast because I missed the breakfast at my event sleeping through my alarm after finally falling back asleep. All together I understand that he's under no obligation but it would have been nice to not go through the first part of my day hungry.
Steve Raimondi: I had a reservation for Saturday night. They sent me txts earlier in the day confirming my stay. I arrived around 5:00 and they told me my reservation was canceled due to a pricing glitch. No notification, no willingness to help, the only option they gave was to rebook it for a significantly higher price. The woman up front was not helpful at all. She said I should have been notified earlier in the day. I showed her the only communication I had was them confirming my reservation. I even responded to them confirming it. She just said nothing she could do.
Jamie Toby: Beautiful unique industrial decor! The restaurant was great the steak and potatoes was one of the best I've ever had with the gorgonza butter! Loved our date nite experience here!!!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Quiet …More
Brandon Ratliff: I booked the room on Monday for the upcoming Saturday on their website everything was fine until the day of I receive the email saying that they computer gave me the wrong price and they cancelled my room 30 minutes before I was supposed to be there to check in everything went through on the computer I received the email time to come check in they left a number to call I called plenty of times the voicemail is full like no one's never checked it I would never recommend this to nobody my job always do business there and I definitely will be letting them know to find somewhere else
Catherine Im: The staff here were amazing I every interaction I had with them. The rooms were unfortunately very dusty and likely only given a cursory clean. I was missing all toiletries (including hand soap!) and found shimmery makeup on the sink. My nose was instantly stuffy when in the room, and the tops of the green curtains were almost gray from dust. in addition, I think the ceiling was crumbling onto the bed. On the bed, directly underneath some black spots on the ceiling, were black particles. The final negative is that they only provide a stool for the desk.Otherwise, the room was spacious and had a great view from the tall windows, and the bed was very comfortable.
Peter Capano: Wonderful staff, the rooftop pool, and the pub in the fabulous lobby add up to a great experience at The Last HotelRooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Norma Arnold: Beautiful hotel, fabulous amenities, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Washington street is packed full of restaurants and bars. Not to mention the city museum is around the corner so there is a lot within walking distance. The only downside is parking. It’s a city atmosphere so it comes with city parking challenges. You can vallet park for $50/day or use the public parking in an open lot across the street for $30. They obviously don’t tell you this before you book so it’s something extra to consider. With that said, I’d stay here again anytime and If you’re in the STL area and need a quality place to stay, give this hotel a try.
Poe Castillo: Very cool place. Valet parking was nice. Wish there was more to do and see around the hotel. Short 10 minute walk to Busch Stadium. The rooms were very comfortable. Unfortunately our TV didn't work, but no big deal!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More

Justin Wisniewski: Overall the experience was good. I had did have one bad experience where the guy at the front desk gave people the room that I was staying in and they just keyed their way right into my room. He was quick to apologize but it was still awkward. The pool was the defining feature of this hotel ! Definitely worth a visit.Rooms: Rooms had a nice style, with a cozy feel.
James Ziglinski: Dirty room. Hair and dust everywhere, fingerprints on tv, scuffs and brown streaks on all walls. Had a dirty towel with a brown stain and someones hair folded up among the clean towels. No robes as shown in pictures.Rooftop bar was closed and atmosphere was absolutely dead.Housekeeping entered our room without being requested while were gone. The next day housekeeping barged into the room again without being requested or even knocking. We were showering and getting dressed. Totally unacceptable.Pretty sketchy part of town. I was approached and asked for money every time we walked down the block. I saw someone checking car doors right in front of the building. Saw a fight at the bus stop around the corner at 2 in the afternoon. That's not the businesses fault, but worth noting. Not a safe place to be.We left as fast as we could for an actual 4 star hotel, this place is a 3 on a good day. I would not go back, even if it was free.In hindsight, the name of the place tells all. This is the last hotel you should stay at in the Lou.
michelle rindal: First of all, I just want to say, I do not seek any kind of compensation by leaving this review. This is 10000% honest, and I am leaving it here as a warning for other people traveling to STL. I will say, I think the place is a cute idea, and was excited to stay here. The execution if it, though, needs some work. I would be leaving 1star, but the front desk staff overall seemed quite nice. if it wasnt for that, I would absolutely be saying 1 Star. There were some serious issues here:1. "The last rooftop" was not as expected or promised. The bar is still closed for the season even though the website says otherwise. The pool itself and the whole rooftop is quite dirty. We spent all of 5 minutes there before we left because of how dirty it was.2. Another example of things not being expected as promised- no bathrobes or minibar in the room. When I found this hotel, I had a filter that included those with parking included. This does NOT include parking. It's valet and it's $40/night or you can take your chances with street and other public parking.3. Cleanliness. Our room was actually pretty dirty. There were carpet stains, towels with hair and makeup on them still, the comforter had stains, grimy surfaces, and I had to wipe my feet anytime I walked across the carpet because there would be hair and other stuff stuck on my feet.4.Housekeeping. there is no way to opt-out of housekeeping. There's no 'do not disturb signs' or anything, so we had thought it would be service by request, as many hotels do. Well, BOTH days the housekeepers came in. The 1st, we were gone and they refreshed towels and nothing else and it made us uncomfortable to know someone was in there. The second was at 10am on the morning of checkout (checkout is at 11). The housekeeper DIDNT KNOCK. Literally just barged in while we were getting ready (showering, getting dressed).5. The last thing is that this really isn't a 4-star hotel. It's a cool concept. But, it's super expensive for the lack of things they actually deliver. Even the toiletries (shampoo and soap) are super low quality. I know that part is the least important, but it adds to all of it- this whole place is badly managed and just a money grab. it has no business being a 4-star.Rooms: The rooms look nice from the pictures, but they were not clean and did not have bathrobes or a minibar.Nearby activities: It is right in downtown, which is great, except the downtown vibe has gone downhill. It is very close to city museum so that's nice.Safety: This was not a safe location. There was sketchy behavior right outside that we dealt with every time we left the hotel. The non-valet parking is very unsecured as well.Walkability: You can definitely walk around to downtown, but it can be risky to do so.
Eve: Ive had two maids walk in on me naked! Even with the privacy thing on door! There is no parking you literally have to pay parking every two hours on the meters unless you find a parking blocks away, It is a beautiful hotel though
Jon Scott: The hotel is so cool. It used to be a shoe factory. Old hardwood, exposed beams. Very nice... City museum is right behind it. Great for the kids.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Stephanie Spencer: Orlando & Marvin went above and beyond during our stay and were the ultimate professionals, welcoming & helpful at all times. The food at La Cucina is simply amazing! Had the fried cauliflower, goat cheese & gooey cake. Hat's off to Chef Montrell Jones! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting St. Louis.Room is very nicely appointed with modern upgrades while retaining the charm & architecture of the original building.
Tim McGrail: This hotel advertises themselves as 4 stars but the current experience is more similar to a 2 star hotel. This hotel needs help. The owner seems combative in the reviews so if they respond to me, know that I cannot respond back on this system. Everything I am saying is my honest review after staying there for 5 nights.-Valet is unavailable 11pm-7am DAILY-Even when valet is available, unlike other 4 star hotels I stay at where there are MULTIPLE valets outside ready to help, nobody was outside at all, and it seemed 1 valet was stuck with full responsibilities-Online room service was broken and giving me an error. I called the restaurant downstairs twice. No answer. And their voicemail was full so obviously this has been an issue for a while lol.-After the above I called the front desk who said they'd have someone call me back to take my order. Nobody ever called back. I had to eat elsewhere.-The fridge in the room does not stay cold enough to properly keep your foods-Room was dirty on arrival and obviously not professionally cleaned. I did have the maids clean my room once halfway through my stay and that time the room was MUCH cleaner.-Obviously short staffed in ALL ASPECTS of the hotelThis hotel has potential and I hope that the owner takes these comments seriously. I'm simply being honest. I want you to get better. You can fix the above issues. No excuses. Just progress.
Rachel Peterson: The Last Hotel is great! Beautiful rooms, nice service and a decent location. I would highly recommend if you're staying in downtown STL. It's much better than the generic chains in STL and I've stayed at a few.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Forest Park Hotel: what do users think?
Terri Lambert: DOES NOT deserve even one star. This was the worst hotel. Don’t expect clean rooms, bath linens, hair dryers, a TV remote or ice machine that works or courteous night staff. The room was dirty. The girl on night shift was rude and unhelpful. We booked a room for 4 adults for 2 nights. We had 2 towels and 1 washcloth. When we asked for more we were told housekeeping didn’t work that day so we couldn’t get more. She sent my sister with a room key to a different room to look for more towels and washcloths. She found one each. The next day we were brought 4 more towels but no washcloths. Please do not stay here. Don’t waste your money.

Gabby Penaflor: Fist room had bugs in bathroom and second wasn't clean with used towels and confetti on the floor. Staff was so accommodating with helping us find a clean room, giving us a choice of three. All three were okay. A bit overpriced for the quality of rooms and hotel. cory edinger: Run down old Holiday Inn with OUTDATED PICTURES. Fencing is falling down around it, Pool is closed and run down, paint flaking off the building. Staff were pleasant enough. Rooms were mostly clean, like a bed bug but not catch Hepatitis kind of clean. The Elevator feels like it’s failing apart, because of this I also found out the 7th floor stairway smells like someone pee’d all over it. Over charged and over payed to stay here. Go next door!
Danielle Harper: I booked over the phone for two connecting rooms as we have a large family with young children. They were one of the only hotels in the area that was able to guarantee that our rooms would be conjoined in advance which was amazing. The service when we arrived was also great. The rooms were more run down than I would have liked, there was no breakfast like advertised and one of our rooms smelled like someone had smoked weed in it moments prior to our arrival. Even though it is legal I have small children and didn't want them sleeping in a room that smelled so heavily of weed. It was too late to find anything else so we decided to let the room air out which took several hours. The front desk brought up a room spray and discounted our rates.I am thankful for the service we received but it's probably not a location we would stay at again.
RonAnnette Stone: Toilet leaked, no refrigerator in room, floor had not been vacuumed.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Mary Brady: DO NOT GO HERE THEY HAVE A SETUP TO STEAL VECHILES AND DO NOT HAVE CAMERAS PLUS HAVE SECURITY THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE FIRST RED FLAG BUT NONE THE LESS THE POLICE DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
Bryan Norris: Dump. Sleep in your car. More comfortable and no cigarette ash on you feet, unless you smoke. If so you'll be right at home.
Patrick Forseth: JUST DONT!!After telling the person at the front desk that I was going leave a negative review, the manager on duty Rachel came barging out of the office and began to angrily kick out myself and my 9 & 10 yr old kids (I’m disabled and my daughter has special needs (also relayed to hotel staff)) without knowing anything going on.Apparently, you are not allowed to say that you will share your experience without getting yelled at. We luckily talked Rachel down and thought we helped her understand that she could’ve talked to me about it and tried to help (as a qualified manager should). Then, as I was walking back down to move my truck from the doors, I heard her, the original desk associate, and the security guard absolutely roasting me and loud. I started recording as she said she was going to “bash my head into the granite”. I turned the corner and asked her if I heard that right and she yelled at me “I just might!”, and chewed me out for minutes (pics of her rampage included). I wish I could post that video on here. When I said that I intended to speak with the manager in am, Rachel then threatened to kick us out again (at 10pm in a bad part of St Louis)!!! I’m not saying that I’m 100% in the right, but this was just shocking and 100% unacceptable! Folks, this is what $200+ per night will get you at Forest Park Hotel. Don’t try to talk to manager Ben. The girls are adamant “he has their back always”.PS - They don’t have the A/C on when you book a room, so it’s 95 degrees in your room when you check in at 9pm and want to sleep.
Fred Rix: This is no longer a Holiday Inn and it's pretty run down for the price.

Barnes Lodge: what do users think?
Tara Shafer: Love This Place. Reasonable rate, laundry room that supplies the laundry detergent and dryer sheets, and it doesn't cost.
Deanna “Dee” Haller: Thankful for this placeClean QuiteComfortableVery kind
G. S. White: If you expect or want a five star hotel this isn't it. But it's good for people getting surgeries st Barnes Jewish. You can stay here and ride the shuttle to the hospital. It's good enough for what you need.
Samantha Smith McCormick: It was a great place to stay in.
Barbara Winkleman: Great. SafeRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Susan Hiatt: Spoke to a woman on the phone very quipped and not friendly. Son was in serious condition and I hadn't slept for two days. Got more info from hotel on Forest Park went there to sleep. Please be kinder when you answer the phone.
Laura Conway: This is no home away from home, the beds are so horrible, you have to make your own bed. Can not have anything in your room to eat or drink Cept water. The lady at front desk apparently doesn't like her job. Basically threw the guest rules clipboard at me to read. Her tone was not friendly! I would suggest in better beds and clean rooms better!
Kim McMullin: I've stayed here twice. The place is very clean with amazing common areas. The kitchen is very well equipped, just bring your own food. The gated patio area is very well maintained. The parking lot is gated and secured. The bathrooms in the rooms are very nice and clean as well. They offer a free shuttle with a schedule to and from Barnes Jewish Hospital. They don't take reservations so you will need to call in advance to be placed on a list for your desired dates. A staff member will call you that morning to give you an update on room availability and to confirm you still need to stay. I think you must reside more than 50 miles from Barnes. If you drink coffee, you will need to bring your own.You do have to put the provided linens on your bed, remove them before checkout and take them to the laundry cart. You also have to take your own trash out. Given the cost ($70 per night) compared to nearby hotels, I don't mind doing those tasks.
Tina Jackson: Very clean very nice and helpful staffRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
John Hiertz: Beds are in plastic, you have to make your own bed and clean room when you leave. Place is a joke
Sue Hastings: Everything was perfect.
Tracy Gideon: Great place, great staff, clean , very good security. A good place to go when you have a loved one in the hospital.
Jeff Hendrix: This place was my home away from home while my fiance was in the ICU. I'm so thankful for all that they have done for me to be able to stay close to him while our world turned upside down. Thanks, Priscilla Belling
Rebecca Winemiller: Very clean and staff was wonderful
Amy Naugle: Nice relaxing place. Clean and quiet.
SpoonsMadeMeFat: Bare bones accommodations.Their .com showed pictures of a rocking type chair and a desk chair in the rooms. I had neither. The TV was unable to change inputs. That made the Fire Stick a no go.The pillows and beds need to be trashed.Odd stains were on the plastic wrapped beds. They do not accept reservations. This made trip planning impossible. The employees need hospitably and charm. They enforce masks here. Just say you have asthma to skirt around it.Large kitchen and seating for 15ish people, but covid practically shut it down.Free parking. All said, it's the cheapest place in town to sleep.I will return.
Jamie J: I feel like this place was far from being home away from home or a warm supportive environment for somebody going through very stressful situations and hospitalizations. There is no way this room was worth 70 bucks (more expensive if more guests) they may have put five to ten dollars into it. The bed, that is the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever laid on. Not only was a twin size it had a board in the middle of it, was wrapped in plastic, I had to make it myself with a holey sheet. The pillows are flat and only one pillowcase came in your linens bag. The walls are paper thin. I would look at other nearby hotels. This place needs revamped!

Budget Inn - St. Louis: what do users think?
Mark Lyons: I Liked It and enjoyed my Stay when I was there around the Holidays and I asked for A good room and they willingly delivered. My room was clean and fresh Bed was great , Staff/owners was nice . Know Drama with Surroundings . *I would like to think Hazelwood Budget Inn is still the same and will visit there again for SURE👍Noteworthy details: Efficient for a person who has a Simpler Way of Doing things not necessarily looking for Luxury, just a good SAFE Clean Quiet comfortable room and nicely ask/tell them that's what you Expect or want in your stay there etc..
Daniel Bahmani: Pros: affordable, parking, hot water/pressure/ not dirtyCons: the room reeked of cigaret smoke and just wouldn't go away. I asked to change my room due to the odor and they refused due to their rule of 10 minutes. Basically because I asked them in 20 minutes they didn't want to try.If you're in customer service industry, at least try to make your customer happy. I didn't pay you $57 that was worth $50, so why do you want me to accept that sub standard room??They were not at their desk at 11am when I wanted to check out, so I had to throw the card under their bulletproof window's opening!Maybe you get lucky or a somker, otherwise I'd avoid this place.*** I picked up my long sleeve cotton shirt from the trunk of my car and in reeked of cigarette smoke two nights later in Richmond Virginia!!That just goes to show how bad it was!
Lisa Spivey: This hotel need's to be shut down. It is drug infested. There's thieves it is a horrible hotel. Police are there every few day'sRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More

Hotel Saint Louis, Autograph Collection: what do users think?
Alonzo Jones: Upon arrival entering the room there was a 1/25 of toilet paper amongst two adults. To my surprise there were no additional toilet paper. fancy hotel with TVs in the bathrooms, but then I soon find the telephones didn't work. In addition to that I could not control my own temperature (It was chilly) that also did not function. On the following day I come step out of my room to find piles of the linens from the room next door in front of my hotel room door. Vacuum that was stashed also adjacent to room. I then express my concerns with the staffing downstairs once w "Shanae", then another w "Crystal". It took me 3 staff members (a gentleman off the clock) at almost 11pm at night to finally retrieve any of my concerns met. Before leaving this review I requested a call back from management "Drummond Riles" on 2 different occasions..Nothing.. So here you go Hotel Saint Louis...
Larry Rhines: I loved working there it's got the quality and professional standards that are second to none. I would also like the thank everyone I met there for the experience and dedication that is put in everyday by those there.
Matthew McKinney: Poor service, particularly for an autograph collection property. Left a message with a manager after being redirected by frontline staff (who were wonderful) and did not receive any follow up. Staff at desk were great, rooms and location were nice. Lobby outside the guest rooms were dirty with trash and old cleaning supplies left out on the floor. Would try one of the many other options in the city/would not return.
Carolyn Adams: This was my first time staying at this location and I absolutely loved everything from the people,,to the rooms,to dinner reception.. We had a balcony room which I loved and I also love that they have a rooftop bar and pool.Rooms: The rooms were absolutely gorgeous. Even came with the old school record player with the records.Food & drinks: They have a rooftop bar and grill where you can get drinks and order appetizers.
QB B: Really cool historic hotel...walk back in time to the 1920s...Art Deco, and tons of ornate historic character.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Joshua Knepper: The rooms are large and nicely upgraded. The staff is incredibly helpful. Within walking distance of the Arch, convention center and lots of restaurants.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Peter Jackson: It’s a great hotel. Clean, recently remodeled. I have had a lot of trouble getting room service delivered.
Robert Hillman: As far as the rooms go, they're really neat. The building is really cool. The front desk staff and bar staff are really professional and knowledgeable. Loved having a record player in the room. I did place a room service order at 1015pm (the website when you scan the barcode in the room says it's open until 11) and waited until 1115 for anything to show. Nothing did. Called them downstairs and was told it actually closes at 10. Maybe update your website or at least have it not allow you to put the order through or even give me a notification that it didnt go through. Otherwise a really nice place.
Daniel Molinares: Spacious rooms, excellent attention from the staff, they have EV chargers if you valet your car.
Bill Love: It's an awesome pet friendly property. It so hard to travel with an adult German Shepherd but we stayed there with no problems!I give the location 3 stars only because it St Louis- the hotel is close to the Arch and sports venues but it's still St Louis.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Clayton Russell: This place is a gem in St. Louie!Really cool building, right in the middle of the city. Hotel staff are fantastic and the rooms are eclectic and a really good size.Bar on the rooftop is a great addition and they just really took care of us here.Highly Recommend
