My husband standing in the gun center, totally ignored. I walked by and was immediately asked if I need help.The only difference between the people being asked if they need help and my husband is race.

Tony Salvatore: I went to get some lawn fertilizer there today and I was met with the rudest customer service I've experienced in my lifetime. The woman behind the counter started shouting at me that I didn't have a mask on so I turned around and headed out the door which was only about 5 feet from me. As I was headed out she hurled an insult at me by saying "I saw you at church Saturday and you were the only one NOT wearing a mask". She crossed the line because I don't know this person and it is none of her business what I wear or don't wear to church!! I've been going to this place since 1985 but no more!!!

I have personally experienced this many times before and now refuse to shop here because of it. my employee and my wife have also experienced the same ridiculous behavior. I really don’t know how this place has stayed around this long. For some things they are only local place to buy certain farm items but I would rather drive to Washington, Mo where many competitors with nice people work
