Barbara Strashun: If I could give this store zero stars I would. Have had nothing but problems and lack of communication since we ordered a gas range directly from the store and it came damaged and missing the gas tubing that we'd also ordered (and also not at the scheduled delivery window). We had to go out and buy the tubing so we could use the stove until a replacement arrived. After calling the store they transferred me to general customer service where I was on hold over an hour before reaching a live person. She took all the info and assured me she'd email a confirmation to me about the replacement, and would credit us for the missing tubing. She also told us we'd receive a call to schedule the replacement delivery. Not only did we not receive any emails, we also never received a refund for the missing item or a scheduling call.... and discovered after calling the store once again, that a replacement had been scheduled without even consulting us to make sure we'd be home! I have called this store numerous times over the past week and a half and spoken to a manager (Jonathan) about getting a refund for the gas tubing, who assured me it was on the way - still don't have it, and he won't return my phone calls now - it's ridiculous! I even tried calling the store manager, who also never called me back. The lack of customer service is astounding. I'm fed up with Lowes and especially the South St. Louis store, and will be contacting the credit card company to dispute the charges.
