Handi-Craft Co: what do users think?
Lindsey Resler: My wife and I have been using the Dr. Browns Options Plus bottles and they've been great. But what made it great was when we needed to find a replacement reservoir tube and I couldn't find the part listed on the website, their customer service (Rachel Rhodes) responded to my inquiries timely and got me the part I needed. Thank you!
Kati Atencio: My wife and I have used Dr Brown bottles for our daughter. I recently contacted the company about getting some travel discs as we were down to 4 discs amongst 10 bottles. They sent us discs that were sent to the wrong address. So they sent a second batch the didn't make it, so I gave a different address and they made it. Customer service was awesome! Long story short , they use UPS and UPS doesn't deliver to PO Boxes. We are true fans of their bottles and our daughter loves their pacifiers. Thank you for being a great company!
Devon Pucel: Our baby loves them! We ordered some size 3 nipples and I was shocked the box said they are headquartered in stl!
Brittany: The folks at Handi Craft [Dr Brown's Bottles] are very patient! I've been emailing, and calling about feeding issues lately. They mailed us some sample bottles, and nipples to trial! Wonderful customer service!
Mrs Melanie Odom: Best bottles ever!

Shimi's Life: We went for Emerson Family Saturdays event. It said its for ages 5+...but I personally think it should be ages 6 or 7 and up. Hard for 5 year olds to keep interest in crafts that are that advance. Had a good time in all, but my little one was ready to go after 30 minutes...especially since there was a 15 minute delay and lots of talking at the beginning. FYI this was a 2 hr session.
aviva page: We had an amazing experience with Danny! He was patient and made our molding experience fun!
KRISTIN L HOFFMANN: It's a must see! They have a gorgeous new location and will be opening a new print studio in a few months.
Patricia Brooks: Love what they've done to the building love the art displays and the exhibits.I used to work in that building over 30 years ago, when it was 9:05 International Liquor stores headquarters and warehouse... I plan on attending some of the affairs and doing some of the arts and crafts classes I'm going to love this.
Leia Zumbro: Love the gallery shop and all the shows. The classes here are awesome too!
Michelle: Neat store, a bit pricey but unique, handcrafted items. Nice staff.
Hal Harris: We were there on Third Friday, an open house that occurs every month. What an inviting and friendly place to encourage your creativity. Highly recommended!
Kelly Miller: Best in town!

Sincerely, The Craft: what do users think?
Lorelei Winzenburg: Love love love!! Beautiful store and amazing staff!
jane baker: Lovely shop. Stopped in before heading back home to Indiana and found lots of cute gifts.
sarah strausbaugh: This place is so warm and inviting and so aesthetically pleasing....just stunning space! And the staff are so sooo kind. I found two of the best crystals from here and will be back for much more! Thanks for creating such a lovely space
Kelly Schmid: Absolutely wonderful store. The staff is very welcoming and supportive. They have display sets of all of their tarot and oracle cards so you can make sure you connect with the imagery before buying. The classes are fun, informative and one of my favorite forms of self-care. Overall just a wonderful place.
ashley cornett: I've been going here for years and it gets better every time. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming!
Areli Ellsworth: I love coming here. Jade is very helpful when it comes to questions about crystals and spiritual things. I’m glad I came across a woman owned business. Being in the store I feel so at peace and relaxed.
Ever Since Never: Me and my younger brother just frequented this establishment. The vibe was welcoming and the store was very clean. The cashier Bianca was very friendly.
ebony jones: This place is magical. They have a very wideselecrion and a variety of items .
Anna L: I have not been to this establishment but I can say with certainty that the picture of malachite in their shop is fake. I’m 100% certain that is not real malachite. You can tell by the banding
Shawna Stewart: This store is so very cool. They carry crystals and an extensive amount of smudging blends. They have areas dedicated to different types of magick. The staff were amazingly helpful. I found many unique items and even experienced synchronicity while I was there. A wonderful experience. I can't say enough good things.
Christian Massey: New place for spiritual accessories. Good atmosphere and helpful reps.
Jessica Lambing: The selection of this store is great! The vibe of the store is so welcoming. Definitely my new favorite metaphysical shop!
Lorraine: I placed an online order and am so happy with my purchase! The store upgraded my shipping free of charge. My candle was beautifully packaged and even included a bonus smudge stick. Very lovely, quality products! I'm so thrilled and cannot wait to order again!
Shannon Jackson: Wasn't sure what to expect, I live in alton and was looking for a shop like this one and to say I was impressed is an understatement, this shop is beautiful, when you walk in you just feel at peace I found exactly what I was looking for, the lady at the register was very kind, will definitely be back 1000/10 ❤
Shameika Henry: A good friend of mine introduced me to Sincerely, The Craft as she knew the owner from a previous location. As I need items often and most of the time in a pinch, I am elated to have such a well stocked store in walking distance from work. There was a item I wanted and they didn't have it. Jade was kind enough to order it for me. I am a severe introvert, so the staff greeting me initially then leaving me alone is a dream come true. I often want to be alone with my thoughts as I shop. When I do have a questions, I am helped thoroughly and never leave dissatisfied. I am grateful to have found them.
Hannah McInnis: Lovely staff and wonderful selection. 100/10 would recommend.
Kanisha A Harris-Chavers: The positive energy from and within this shop is amazing and welcoming! The staff were excited about helping and so friendly! The selection of items is great and the shop offers so many resources for various paths and cultures. I can't wait to get back for more items and possible future classes!
Richard Anderson: They sell fake crystals. The malachite is plastic and it’s $35!! A lot of people that are new to crystals don’t know the difference between fake and real malachite and it’s a shame that this place banks off that. Please do your research on real crystals and don’t buy this places plastic “crystals”. I attached a picture of their fake malachite, if you google fake vs. real you’ll see that these are plastic. Shame.
Katie: Everyone is super sweet and helpful. Love this store!
Derek Taylor: I'm on a work trip & wanted a few gifts. Honestly, went there because it was open 30 minutes later than everyone else in the city. I'm glad I did. People working there were great, and were really patient with me reading the same things seemingly over and over before making my decisions. Great atmosphere, great selection of items & fantastic service.
Aris Witch: I found this store not even a week ago and i’ve already been twice! the staff is very nice and helpful and the store has things you didn’t even know you needed! i’m gonna be shopping there as long as the store is around! 1000% recommend to anyone

JOANN Fabric and Crafts: what do users think?
Janie Comerio: Samantha is an unprofessional manager. I ordered 2 yards of fabric on line, paid, received my receipt on Email and she couldn't figure out how to do the return. I was waiting for a simple transaction and was in the store for a good twenty five minutes. She was impolite and caused me a lot of time for what should have been a simple transaction. I did everything I was supposed to do. I even had to call this store while I was waiting inside the store at the fabric department for an employee to come and assist me as no one was nearby or in the department to measure my fabric for the return. Just sad on so many levels.
Mikayla L.: Quiet, easily accessible store, under stocked but quiet a pleasant location. Always check the back of the store for clearance!
Alessandra Abate: They have everything you need for crafting needs
Mr. and Mrs. Linnenbom: Rude clerks who have no time for customers. They really need customer training there badly. We'll never shop there again, that's for sure! What a sad, dismal lot of employees! The morale is deplorable.
Monica H: Had what we were looking for and it was on sale. Checkout went quick.
Grace Teague: Frustrating that the inventory is not up to date at all. Not sure why it's difficult to get an accurate inventory when everything is online, but I ended up only getting half of what I wanted despite checking inventory and placing a pickup order before leaving - not wasting my time driving to other stores, just order online.
Curt Balding: It has everything you could possibly expect from a fabric supply store.
Suzie irwin: Worst customer service. Went for an item that it said they had online. Couldn’t find the item, asked an employee for help and was told it is in the back and to check back next week. Called and talked to manager, Gabby, and she basically told me to order it online.
Terry Leible: Use your coupons to get the best deals.
Steve (Burnindaylight): Big store with small prices, Huge fabric selections and all types of sewing accessories. A perfect one stop sewing shop. You can even use their website to check in store availibility. Using their website plus your imagination does make it an one stop shop.
Kimberly Teague: Cute store. Such cool crafts
Laurel Wagner: The fabric selection was great and the cutter was helpful.
Precious Dela Rosa: I showed up well before close time, and the store was empty and closed when I arrived. Please adhere to your scheduled hours. If you want to go home at a different time, list that as your hours. Change the time on your door and Google. And then close at that time. Not a different time. I’m not trying to tell you what your operating hours should be, I’m just saying be open when you say you’re gunna be open.
Patsy Barnett: It's OK. Prices are high. I asked 2 staff members for spray glue. Each told me a different area, I didn't find it in either place.
cathy spengemann: Things are pretty pricey these days. This store has a lot of merchandise. Employees friendly but I did not have coupons!
Daniel Barnes: Halloween stock was low. Crafts are nice.
Shona Phillips: Their Quilting & Cosplay fabric sections have increased quite a bit, fun to see! Prices have stayed relatively the same, even better to see!!
Ross Just a guy: Nice store, nice people
Shannon O’Keefe: Staff was very helpful when I couldn’t find what I needed!
Emmy Dimes: These 5 stars are for Demarco! Thanks for the convo during check out and staying positive! Enjoy your frozen dinner, hope your break comes soon!Demarco needs a raise

St. Louis Art Supply: what do users think?
John House: Friendly and knowledgeable. They do not carry large watercolor sheets.
Spencer Hanning: Lucky to have St.Louis Art supply so close to home! Fantastic options, friendly staff, neat little store.
Shotsy Creates: I ordered online from Germany, and am in love with the products. Love these pastel watercolors so much and the limited edition yintico paint. There was some shipping confusion because I had moved to America, but it got to me in the end. Will be ordering more soon! I hope to visit in person someday!!! Thank you for your prompt costumer service for online orders ❤️🧡💛
Sandi Hague: Excellent products and service
Stephanie Crouch: I have not had the pleasure of visiting their in person location, but their service for online customers is amazing. I have now placed two decent sized orders through them, and not only are their prices more than fair, the shipping is fast and accurate. I've gotten both orders earlier than estimated which is so awesome. I can not recommend these folks enough.
tyler belcher: Selection of great art supplies, and fountain pens (which is what I was looking for). In a bit of a weird spot..
Ashton Cousins: Absolutely PHENOMENAL customer service and extremely fast shipping! My order shipped out an hour after I placed it! It was packaged safely, with an adorable sticker. Don’t hesitate to order from them!
Hanna Wilson: It's February 2023 and the lady said I can't come in without a mask. There was a marker written sign on the window that the lady pointed out after I walked in. Literally 0 other businesses are requiring masks in 2023. Find a new employee who isn't scared. No wonder there were zero customers in there.
Christopher Jarrell: St. Louis Art Supply curates a high-quality and hard-to-find collection of art and office supplies, with a Japanese emphasis. There is something for everyone's budget and taste. My order took longer than expected to ship, but it was perfect. Will definitely shop there again.
sharon phillips: I ordered a few items for my husband for Christmas. A pen, some ink, and a beautiful metal box to store items on his desk. Everything came so beautifully packaged and on time for Christmas. I had a little issue that I messaged them about and they responded right away and sent a replacement. My husband loved everything and was so excited to receive gifts from a small business. Highly recommend!
C. Jay Conrod: A great locally owned art supply store with great prices. If it isn't there it can be ordered, but just about everything I could want is there.
Gemini29 STL: This is a wonderful locally owned art supply store for your art needs.
Marie Sheel: They have a great selection of art supplies - the best of the essentials. The employees are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend St. Louis Art Supply.
Thomas Oliver: Best place in St Louis to get high quality art supplies from a knowledgeable staff of artists and people like minded to the artistic community of our city!
Chef Terri Milligan: Needed an item for a watercolor project and they came up in my Google search with the best price. Their customer service was great! I had accidentally purchased the wrong color on line and sent an email to them. They fixed it promptly and I received my order faster than any of the "big" art online supply stores. Plus they wrote a sweet "thank you" with my name and placed it in the box.
Hallene Darland: Posted nowhere on their website, they are not actually open.It also says they are open for in store pickup on Google. I drove a half hour to check out their supply and on their door it says they are closed. It's inconsiderate and they need to keep in mind that not everybody knows they are closed by word of mouth. Gas is expensive and I even looked at their website before heading over. Nothing about being closed. They don't deserve a bad review because of this. Im sure the store is great. So im giving three stars.
Phillip Clark: Well, they have a new customer.I popped up needing a pen and paper not knowing they are/were contactless, requiring online/curbside orders. I was having difficulties with the website not adding things to the cart, so I gave them a call and someone (I can't remember their name), came out and helped me curbside. They were really quick to help me and I got the pen and paper I needed to write letters. It wasn't just the customer service that I got, but the quality of everything which I saw on the site. In addition, I was told that the majority of things they have available online are available in the store, which is really nice to know for the future. Thanks to whoever it was that helped me in the nasty humid weather.I'll order online next time if I need anything else art-related, which is likely.
Crimm: My first experience there, i didnt realize they were online/pick up only so i made an order on my phone. I called and the gentleman working there was really nice and helpful with my order and picked them right away for me so I didn't have to wait, will definitely be ordering here more often!
Lisa Weigand: I am an online customer and absolutely love St. Louis Art Supply! I've had a custom watercolor pallet made and have purchased other watercolor supplies. Their prices are incredible as is their customer service. I am so happy to have found this company.
Jerry Fischer: Love this web site. Prompt and friendly service. Personalized with hand written thank you.
Matthew Gore: I placed an online order from them, which shipped and was delivered quickly... but I received a wrong item (only 2 items ordered). One of the A4 notebooks that I ordered was a much smaller size (A5 or so). Fine. Mistakes happen. But I emailed them about it on Monday, and then again later in the week, and never heard back. UPDATE: On Friday, I got an email and refund for the mistaken item. I suppose that they're dealing with labor/covid delays like everyone else, so no big deal.

Herbaria: what do users think?
Eva Beshears: Very lovely shop on The Hill featuring quality soaps and essential oils. Because I live 3 hours away I mostly order online BUT I come to STL several time a year and always stop in for replenishment of oils, soaps and goodies. My favorite are their essential oils like Patchouli, Lavender, Basil and Orange.
Jess Watson: Bubbles the shop dog is adorable. Always pass it on the way to work but never stopped in. Wish I did sooner. The tour is amazing and I learned a lot about fragrance vs. Scent. Also very reasonably priced which I was surprised about. There’s smaller trial size bars if you don’t want to commit to a scent
Kim Cerveny: I love Herbaria soaps. And I love visiting to pick out new scents to try. The shop dog is the sweetest.
Stephanie Schatz: The are very friendly and knowledgeable. My first trip here they gave me a tour and I got to see how the soap is made. This is the only soap that I have found that doesn't irritate my extremely sensitive skin. It cleans well and leaves skin moisturized. I'm very excited to try their other products!
anna clark: Awesome soaps and other body/skincare products! Super friendly and helpful staff, will be ordering online once I’m back in Atl!
Craig Sindel: Great experience shopping super helpful. Had pre wrapped Christmas selection's. Perfect!
Tim Milk: Marvellous soaps, pure and natural with beautiful fragrances, make bathing a pleasure!
cile stl: A very nice and interesting place to visit. Gave my 2nd chance after COVID.. now from 4 to 5 stars, definitely well deserved
seth morrow: WE LOVE HERBARIA!We live in Texas, but my wife is from STL. On a visit to the Hill during one of our trips to STL to get some Italian Food (praise God) we stopped by herbaria. It was that day that we smelled all of the incredible smells and heard all of the benefits. It was that day that we threw out the bottled body wash from the grocery store. This was 5 years ago, and since then every time we're in STL we buy a dozen bars and in between trips we order them. In a pickle we have purchased individual bars of soap from other companies in our area to hold us over until our Herbaria order arrived, and they all pale in comparison. Our skin is so soft, we have significantly less blemishes, we aren't covering ourselves in chemicals, and our shower smells SO GOOD. The price is so reasonable too, the bars last forever. They also have a shave bar that's better than any "insert manly grooming company here" shaving soap I've used. This isn't a game people, get you some soap. Also I feel the need to clarify since this is such a diehard review that I am in no way being compensated, I just love their soap that much(But I wouldn't hate to be sponsored by Herbaria, if I could walk around like some sort of human NASCAR with it on me I would).
Ádám Ferenci: Beautiful shop, lots of choice, local ingredients and helpful staff. Easy recommendation.
Stewart Drolet: Great tour, great soaps and selection. Friendly and helpful staff.
Susanne Evens: My favorite place for organic soap for humans and dogs, lavender products and herbal bug spray.
Justin Glose: Selecting the right soap is a very personal decision - Herbaria makes that choice easy! Fantastic quality & customer experience.
Laura Waddell: I love this store so much. It’s the best soap and the people are so helpful.
George Sackett: We have been Herbaria customers for a number of years. Their soap is the best that I have experienced. It is a great balance of a volume of lather and the longevity of the soap. What I mean is that lathers well but still lasts a long time. Their shop can be overwhelming with the many events of their soaps but the individual bars are not so fragrant and are quite pleasant to use.
Jill Gramlich-McClure: Absolutely was amazed, loved the tour, best soap shop ever!
Barb D: Great experience. Learned all about how soap is made. Lots of different soaps to choose from.
Jasmine Alade'Fa: The staff were extremely nice, they even game my friend and me a tour of the shop and where they make a lot of the products, which was very cool. They have a large selection of things too and I look forward to trying out the bath bomb I bought!
Matt Fernandes: Mind blowing variety of great natural soaps. The staff was incredibly friendly. I didn't have time to take the offered tour, but will next chance I get! This has to be the best smelling store in town.
Valerie Redeffer: Love this place so much. You walk in and it just smells so warm on welcoming!!! My mom is in town and I will be taking her today. I'm so excited!!! I have given this soap for gifts also! The Avocado oil I use on my 1 year old son's hair. His hair has grown so fast and is vary healthy!
Ethan: Update... Looks like my email to Herbaria hit their spam folder and was innocently missed. They immediately reached out to me and refunded my purchase based on their satisfaction guarantee. Really appreciate a company standing by their word. As mentioned in my original review, smell is subjective. I'd definitely recommend doing business with this company.Wanted to try something new for my beard oil and support a smaller business. The Good: Very fast order processing and shippingThe Bad: Scents are not good for me. That can be subjective but both that I ordered were very artificial and unpleasant. The beard oil also is very thin, feels watered down.I emailed the company inquiring about a return 4 days ago and no response yet. I might understand if returns are not allowed on these types of products despite the "guarantee " but at a minimum would expect a response to let you know.
