Kristy Haeckel: The staff is always so friendly and willing to help. Usually, when I go and am the only one in the shop, so they always help me find whatever I'm looking for. They have a wide variety of cookie cutters and food coloring options. Some other bits and bobs, too, if you are looking for something specific.
Sue Wilbert: Impressive selection of cake making, cookie baking, and candy making supplies. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.
C.J.-18 47: I was in over the weekend and at first I thought the place was lovely. Very clean and well organized considering how much merchandise there was in the place. I thought it was lovely until a asked the lady behind the counter a question. She was so short and rude. Didn't answer my question and just moved on to something else like it didn't matter. I for some reason continued looking around and found what I was looking for on my own. After I saw her treat another customer with the same rudeness I put my ideas back and left. I am always willing to spend more a buy from a local business but I will not buy from someone who is rude with a can't be bothered attitude. I went to Joanne's and the lady there was very helpful and sweet. Very very disappointing. 12/10/2022

I didn't get the woman's name who helped me, but she was so sweet and helpful! This is the cake I was able to come up with, thanks to her.

Janie Comerio: Samantha is an unprofessional manager. I ordered 2 yards of fabric on line, paid, received my receipt on Email and she couldn't figure out how to do the return. I was waiting for a simple transaction and was in the store for a good twenty five minutes. She was impolite and caused me a lot of time for what should have been a simple transaction. I did everything I was supposed to do. I even had to call this store while I was waiting inside the store at the fabric department for an employee to come and assist me as no one was nearby or in the department to measure my fabric for the return. Just sad on so many levels.

If you want to go home at a different time, list that as your hours. Change the time on your door and Google. And then close at that time. Not a different time. I’m not trying to tell you what your operating hours should be, I’m just saying be open when you say you’re gunna be open.

Kellye Markowski: Today Joanns has a 20% off coupon for ordering online and picking it up in the store. I used that while in the store, selected the item off the shelf, paid for it online and now I am forced to WAIT. Wait for their system to show I made a purchase. I am told it might be up to an hour until their system reflects the purchase. They can’t look at my receipt showing I made the purchase and apparently their system is snails pace slow. What a HUGE inconvenience to their customers! I’ve done all the work for them but I’m made to WAIT with the product in my cart for their system to work. I wasn’t the only one in the store standing around waiting either! JoAnns should either speed up the electronic process or give everyone 20%!

Barbara Trice: Jo-Ann's is a wonderful place to buy fabrics and crafts, but it always takes you too long to get out of the store because they do not have enough check out personnel. It is always a 20 to 30-minute line, no matter what time of the day it is. If you are on lunch hour you cannot take that amount of time to stand in line. Maybe they need a self checkout line for small items.

Liz Kelly: Got a custom frame quote for a 24x36 poster with single mat, plexiglass, and simple black frame. $2,014.46. But with 65% off it's only $702.46! Took it to The Great Frame Up store and had professional service for a double matted, glass insert and simple frame for $375. Their sales are meant to deceive.

And when I asked about something I couldn’t find I said “do you know if you have that?” And she didn’t really seem to know.. did not help me look or look it up/ask someone else. She was okay with saying she was unsure. There were 3 employees and only one on register, with a line forming.Hobby Lobby has a much larger selection to choose from. Not sure about other Michaels.

debkitty williams: Oh goodness where would I start, Michaels is one of my favorite stores ever I may creative artsy-craftsy person always have been very meticulous and this store has everything you could ever imagine and if you can't find it just ask they'll tell you and if you need to order something simple, the prices are not that high I enjoy sharing my projects on social media. The people are amazing, their very polite, they're very helpful and I love to come to Michael's !!
Jean Montgomery: They had the paint I was looking for. I liked the cashier. She helped me with a barcode payment I had on my phone. She warned me that all Michael's stores will soon be remodeled with automated self checkouts like grocery stores. I don't like that. I prefer people checkers, because they help with coupons and app barcode or phone email barcode payments. I find that there's always something that needs assistance during checkout there.

Explorers: They did a great job with the frame, but the waiting time and follow up is laughable.We got a frame done that was supposed to be a gift and the person at the desk had informed us that there may be a delay by a week at the most. We were fine with it, but it's been a month of waiting and there is zero update. We call them and the person says it's ready for pickup! Wait, what?! We went there and all they say is the store's policy is to call only once and let the frame sit for as long as six months. Doesn't this sound ridiculous? They never called to begin with, but there was not a single follow up for a whole month? Would recommend Michaels, but not this one for sure.
