Janie Comerio: Samantha is an unprofessional manager. I ordered 2 yards of fabric on line, paid, received my receipt on Email and she couldn't figure out how to do the return. I was waiting for a simple transaction and was in the store for a good twenty five minutes. She was impolite and caused me a lot of time for what should have been a simple transaction. I did everything I was supposed to do. I even had to call this store while I was waiting inside the store at the fabric department for an employee to come and assist me as no one was nearby or in the department to measure my fabric for the return. Just sad on so many levels.

Mr. and Mrs. Linnenbom: Rude clerks who have no time for customers. They really need customer training there badly. We'll never shop there again, that's for sure! What a sad, dismal lot of employees! The morale is deplorable.

Suzie irwin: Worst customer service. Went for an item that it said they had online. Couldn’t find the item, asked an employee for help and was told it is in the back and to check back next week. Called and talked to manager, Gabby, and she basically told me to order it online.

Steve (Burnindaylight): Big store with small prices, Huge fabric selections and all types of sewing accessories. A perfect one stop sewing shop. You can even use their website to check in store availibility. Using their website plus your imagination does make it an one stop shop.

Precious Dela Rosa: I showed up well before close time, and the store was empty and closed when I arrived. Please adhere to your scheduled hours. If you want to go home at a different time, list that as your hours. Change the time on your door and Google. And then close at that time. Not a different time. I’m not trying to tell you what your operating hours should be, I’m just saying be open when you say you’re gunna be open.
Patsy Barnett: It's OK. Prices are high. I asked 2 staff members for spray glue. Each told me a different area, I didn't find it in either place.
cathy spengemann: Things are pretty pricey these days. This store has a lot of merchandise. Employees friendly but I did not have coupons!

Shona Phillips: Their Quilting & Cosplay fabric sections have increased quite a bit, fun to see! Prices have stayed relatively the same, even better to see!!
