The MANCAVE: what do users think?
Danielle Wittman: This place is pretty neat but there are many thing I didn’t like about my stay. The place was filthy. Urine still in the toilet, bed looked like a 12 year old threw the blanket in and then tossed the pillows on top. I walked about in my socks and they were nasty...dark brown and sticky. There was a door next to the kitchen with a sign on it emergency exit alarm will sound if opened....when I got there the door was opened and there weren’t any alarms....the door didn’t have a lock on it at all and made me and the others girls staying there with me very uncomfortable. The place is really cool it just needs some work and cleaned way better.

The Residences at Forest Park: what do users think?
Benjamin Barmaan: Have been living here for nearly two years. I love the apartment complex and the staff here are extremely nice, helpful, and welcoming. The building comes with nice amenities. Most people who live here work at Barnes. The rent is pretty reasonable for the area and the units are really nice. Highly recommend this place.
Graham Steffaniak: As I write this the fire alarm is going off for the 50th time (not exaggerating) . It has gone off in the middle of the night. multiple times a day.
John Noel: Best place to live in the CWE. Great location, right by the park, nice apartments with great shared amenities and two courtyards. Walking distance to the park and many good restaurants, as well as the big medical center. The staff is excellent, building is always clean, maintenance is taken care of promptly, and any issues are responded to quickly and fixed without having to ask twice. Highly recommend!
Chris Smith: Beautiful building with helpful and kind staff. Melissa is an absolute doll. Really love the dog park, the old hotel feel and the new coffee machine. One the best managed properties in the CWE.
Erica Barnell: I have lived at the Residences for 5+ years and prior to 2019, I would have given this location 5-stars. HOWEVER, new management took over this apartment complex in 2019. Since then, I have had my car broken into, I had barely any heat for the entire winter with heating bills $400 / month because of a broken furnace, many of my appliances broke and went unfixed for months, there is always dog poop on the floor, a homeless person LIVED in the lobby for over a week because the management refuses to pay for proper security, they front desk refuses to do their job (like sign for packages) and are often rude and difficult to deal with if you have problems. I do not recommend living here...
Angela Vitale: Even during this pandemic I don’t regret living here with most businesses closed. The building is lovely, my apartment is full of light with many large windows and walking around the neighborhood is still an interesting treat. Forest Park, a block away, has everything and much, much more than I could ever ask for in a park!
mary moebius: Ouch! Accustomed to only doing positive reviews online, I had to make an exception here. Our daughter lived her for 4 years with an initial wonderful, conscientious, friendly, accommodating crew at the front desk, and quick and thorough maintenance response time. However, there was then a rapid turnover of staff, policy until final check- out and move mid-May. The new manager had absolutely no desire to help, to find out answers to questions and was totally inept with everything from trying to figure out how to take payment from our guests who rented the guest apartment to using the service elevator for the moving company to the "walk through" upon move-out demanding repairs and cleaning that had pre-dated the move in, were normal wear and tear resulting in the security deposit not being returned. Quickly turning contentious, it seemed better to forewarn others who might be considering a move to the building. There are many other options in this lovely area.
cheerharan thakur: Just moved into this wonderful old world building with all its modern amenities. Want to thank Samantha who went out of her way to make the whole move in experience totally painless.
Diane Greble: I love living here. The front office staff, Naomi and Jen, are friendly, helpful and have contributed to a terrific stay since August. The fenced in dog park is so convenient for these cold, snowy days, and there are even treats for the dogs when they come in. The building is clean and well-maintained with lots of storage and a great gym. You walk into the front lobby and you feel like you are in the Plaza Hotel in New York. It's a real classy place and you'll be happy if you make the move.
Shirley Saylor: The property office is super helpful and friendly. The facility of the place is very good. I love here and will keep living here.
Malena Plut: Living at Forest Park Hotel is like living in heaven! Not only is the location right in the heart of the Central West End, but the glamor of the building is unbelievable. They also give free champagne on tours when you see the property!!!
Cheryl Immethun: Beware. This property was sold last year. The management has been unfriendly and services have declined since I moved in 2 years ago. To top it off, they are raising rent $200 a month, they did not notify us in advance, and current residents will not have any improvements made to their units.

Quadrangle Housing Company: what do users think?
Rachel Jackson: I would give them zero stars if I could. Extremely predatory business with patronizing staff. These people are absolute slumlords. I cannot fathom how any one with a semblance of a moral compass can work there and I continue to be irritated about my experience with them 4 years after living there.
Miguel Vazquez: Be very careful with Parallel / Quadrangle housing, especially if you are a graduate student at WashU!!! Parallel / Quadrangle housing is a subsidiary company of the University but they claim to be independent. This effectively translates into them having more tools to collaborate with one another for the extortion and exploitation of students. For instance if the University, any of its departments, schools, chairs or advisors decide to stop paying the students for their work. But want to keep them working for free, Quadrangle may make use of small letter abusive text to prevent lease closure (and students leaving) demanding for this absurd sums of money. They would claim they have nothing to do with the University so they cannot do anything if changes in income occur due to the university abruptly changing student status. Other options (like getting someone to take over the lease) will be processed at the slowest possible fashion (several months just for their approval). If conversely, those absurd sums of money are not paid to Quadrangle in full, then the University claims that the person owes money to the university and refuses to provide diplomas / degrees until full payment of the absurd sums of money to Parallel/Quadrangle occurs. So better to stay away from this company. Especially if you are associated with the University!!!
Hannah: They are always responsive and friendly. I knew I was going to stay with them for the rest of my graduate program the first week after moving in. My friends who visited my apt were all impressed by how well maintained my apt is. I recommended it to anyone who asked me about renting an apartment in stl
Zhaohan Zhang: I have lived in one quadrangle apartment for three years. Apartment is updated. Maintenance is always fast and good. But lost package happens, especially in recent two years. Have complained several times, but never got a solution.
Ran Wei: I used to love quadrangle housing a lot and recommend them to everybody I know because how friendly and helpful Ellie and Paul are and how responsive the maintenance staff was. They made me feel like living in a warm community. However, I heard and experienced myself that some staff in the office are really cold. I wish Stacy could have been more helpful and compassionate.
João Dimas: Friendly and competent staff. Ms. Margaret is always nice and helpful.
Seokjoo Youn: Critical:Professionalism
Sheng Chiang: The properties are good. However, the lady who answers phone calls is rude and inattentive.
Alexander Haber: Apartments for WashU staff and faculty are really nice and updated. Maintenance is top notch, fast and friendly. Very convenient offers if you are new in Saint Louis (rent includes cable, internet, electricity, water, everything, you don't need to take care of anything). Couldn't pay on the first day because European credit card maxed out, they waited until I received my first salary
Hyebin Kim: While I decided to rent a different apartment for personal reasons, I definitely recommend this company and was impressed by their service. Ellie kindly walked me through all the available properties (which were A LOT) they have within my budget and move-in time frame. She always responded within a day, and even gave me a heads-up when they have new rentals that meet my needs. Definitely recommend to graduate students looking for a housing AND a good service!
Kershee J: Very quick to respond to work orders. Easy to communicate and very helpful.
girish sharma: I have lived with quadrangle housing for 4 years now. They are the best for students. Very quick maintenance. Even when you are locked out they will come in 15 min, even on a holiday. Really happy and helpful staff.
Eric Lee: The staff woman at parallel properties is very unkind and extremely slow to respond. Never responds to email. Her attitude is "why is everyone bothering me? Leave me alone. I'm angry enough already." If she's really unhappy with job, she should quit and go somewhere else instead of making everyone mad.
Jerry L.: Racist individuals, and want to show you housing options where only individuals of color live! Inclusive practices, and the staff at the leasing office are not welcoming! Should get cultural training -
Sisi Cao: good experience!

SF Shannon Real Estate Management LLC: what do users think?
2uin ton: Wonderful place feels like I'm at home.
Ann Scharfenberg: We truly enjoyed our stay at Emma’s Suite. There was outstanding communication before and during check in which made our arrival super easy. The apartment is comfortable with many personal touches that made it feel like home. We were able to easily explore St Louis during our stay. Overall a great value and we would stay again.
Misty Barnhart: First thing first it was haunted! The bathroom mirror kept slamming open and the pots and pans would sound like there bing banged under the cabinet but then we would check and it would be neat. But it was close to the city wish was a plus.
Cassie Booth-Johnson: Cute space, comfy bed. Lots of extra special touches that shows the host cares! Very clean!
Ron Freiburger: We had a great stay! Accommodations were perfect. Karen was very attentive to all of our needs. I highly recommend staying at this property.
Lynn Watkins: Great Place! The rental was great and everything went smoothly. Thanks for providing a nice environment for my event. The decor is a little dated, but nice and clean, nonetheless. My guest enjoyed themselves and everything was provided as requested. I was pleased and will definitely utilize the facility again. Thanks again
Kathy Roux: I live at one of their properties. They work hard to keep up with maintenance and enforcing the tenant rules.
Charles Tanner: It’s been almost two months and I have only compliments for the management team. My move in was seamless! They also handled a “troublesome” tenant professionally and swift as possible. Overall, the neighbors are decent people.
Becky P: SF Shannon is absolutely the BEST!My family and I have stayed at 8 of their places, some more than once, in the Tower Grove, Central West End, and Grand Center locations. We love the historical charm in each unit, but with modern conveniences. Their units are well thought out with all that you need and you won't find any place cleaner than these! There is some noise, but that is part of the experience of staying in the city. Parking has never been an issue. Access to the key for the unit is very easy and accessible. There are some items in the fridge for your convenience…….and let’s not forget about those Trader Joe’s snacks that are provided! You will not regret staying at one of SFShannon's places. They respond quickly to any of your needs and try their best to accommodate you.
Suzanne Renard: We feel at home in our little apartment at 4161 Magnolia. The wood floors give a rich feel to the space. It's a pleasure to cook in the kitchen with the original deep enamel sink and big pantry, with the back door open to the trees and the sounds of birds. It's amazingly quiet for being right in the heart of a big city. The maintenance staff is very responsive, efficient, and professional. We got lots of support on moving day--a warm welcome and information on the details of life in this beautiful building, from use of the laundry room, to enjoyment of the serene garden area. Architecture like this cannot be found in many cities. Cheers to SF Shannon for the great service they do for St. Louis in maintaining these venerable, historical buildings--and treating their tenants so well! Tom and Suzanne
Daryl Roberson: Very nice apt complex. Friendly people and take care of their residents.
Marcus Atkins: Overall my experience has been great. Very accommodating and fast regarding my requests for and fixing maintenance issues and are very lenient to tenants and rent who've been tenants for years . Externally, the constant repairing of the elevator is a bit of a concern as far as safety using it. Need more parking options especially during the weekends.
Tyson G.: Booked a place through AirBNB in St Louis called "Chopin" ran by SF Shannon. Would definitely stay again. Easy walk to The Foundry and plenty of other places to walk/eat/drink. Cozy place to stay with small extras like snacks, drinks, etc that made it feel very welcoming!
Karen Levin: Very comfortable, cozy, and providing all that you need. A great location, and across from a beautiful park.
Nicole Cobb: I had a wonderful experience staying at an SF Shannon apartment – highly recommended!
Jenny Temple: Our stay with SF Shannon last weekend was perfect! It was the perfect spot to stay with our daughter. The apartment near Tower Grove was lovely! There were so many thoughtful touches from cold drinks in the fridge, to breakfast foods, to snacks and candy, and a wonderful selection of teas. Our daughter LOVES tea and she was quite impressed with the selection. Everything was so cozy and inviting from the moment we stepped in the door. There was a lovely collection of books, movies, games, large TV and very comfortable furniture and beds. Even the fold out couch was extremely comfortable. We loved all the beautiful windows and stained glass accents. The kitchen was small, but mighty. I don't think we have ever stayed somewhere with such a well appointed kitchen. It has everything we could need and some fun snacks and coffee and such. The neighborhood was wonderful. It was located across from a large beautiful park. We enjoyed poking around the farmer's market at the park on Saturday. It was also just around the corner from the botanical gardens.
Gail Abato: Great apartment. Very comfortable and well stocked. This was our second stay and we’ll definitely return when we visit our daughter at school.
Terri Halverson: Returned to Herman’s Hideaway for another great stay. We love the location. Apartment is cozy, comfortable, always clean, and we appreciate the bagels, eggs and treats that make us feel welcome and cared for. Thank you!
Tom Makarewicz: The entire staff is always super considerate and accommodating. Communication to tenants is thorough and timely. I appreciate the excellent care and maintenance devoted to this venerable building. Nothing but full satisfaction with SF Shannon.
Julio Mon: Greetings. It is not the first time that I have stayed in one of her apartments. They are excellent, comfortable and above all, very clean. I appreciate the opportunity. Thank you and much success.
T&C Christian: My recent stay at Anna's Retreat was so accommodating, and full of lots of thoughtful extras that made my stay extra memorable. The space is furnished with charm and unique touches that provide cozy comfort. As a courtesy, thoughtful amenities of sweet and salty snacks, along with eggs, bagels, butter, cream and coffee had all been provided! The bedroom's queen mattress and bedding were super comfortable. I also really appreciated the closet storage, luggage racks, and empty dresser drawers for staying organized. The bathroom was bright and outfitted with ample towels and toiletries for my five night stay. Anna's Retreat is nestled in the midst of a lovely neighborhood setting with great walk-ability, with a local eatery and coffee shop right next door. My hosts were very communicative and attentive to my comfort. The self check-in process was a breeze, and the new digital key system is a nice upgrade. I highly recommend Anna's Retreat as the perfect combination of convenience and cozy!

St. Louis Luxury Apartments: what do users think?
Colton Newlin: Gallery 720 was my home for the past three years while in school. I'll break my review into three sections: (1) Management, (2) Apartment, and (3) Location.Management: During my time, the members of the leasing office were responsive, friendly, and helpful. The move-in and move-out process was seamless on my end. Ms. Lily, one of the security guards at the front desk, instantly became an integral part of my life at Gallery 720. If I needed to pick-up a package, Ms. Lily was there. If I locked myself out of my apartment, Ms. Lily was there. Ms. Lily always addressed me by name and greeted me any time I entered or exited the building. Having a staff member like Ms. Lily really made my experience at Gallery 720 above and beyond. The maintenance staff was equally impressive. I never waited more than 48 hours for a service request to be completed. They were respectful of my space, friendly, and efficient.Apartment: I lived in the "10" style studio apartment on the 9th floor. I had nice views of the city with the floor to ceiling windows. However, note that during the summer, the windows let in a lot of heat (even with the blinds closed). I'm not sure if the entire building is this way, but the studio apartments have central air conditioners attached to all the apartments. This resulted in some interesting smells coming through the air vents and a lack of individualized temperature control. It's not an ideal set-up, but it really didn't bother me personally. My unit was equipped with a high efficiency washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. The apartment really does look nice and I received several compliments from friends that would visit. Additionally, considering the market-based price of similarly situated apartments in the downtown area, the asking price for rent at this apartment is very reasonable. The fourth floor amenity level is exceptional: the largest gym I've seen in an apartment building, rooftop pool, hot tubs, grills, business center, and a rentable event room.Location: The building is locked to outside visitors from 6:00pm to 6:00am which is a must in downtown St. Louis. I've seen some terrible things outside my window in the late hours of the night, but I've never felt unsafe inside the apartment building. Downtown St. Louis isn't the safest place, obviously, but Gallery 720 does make sure that its residents are looked after. Setting aside the crime, the location is perfect for downtown living. You can get to the arch in about 15 minutes on foot, about 10 minutes to get to Busch stadium, about 20 minutes to Enterprise Center, about 5 minutes to America's Convention Center, and about 2 minutes to the downtown Schnucks. There's plenty of nightlife and restaurants all within a 10 minute walking distance of the apartment.Overall: My decision to live at Gallery 720 was perfect for me. The location suited my needs for school. The apartment was equipped with all the amenities that I could want. The management and staff at the building were phenomenal. I'm confident that Gallery 720 deserves a 5/5 review.
Leah Simon: Gallery 720 is by far the best place that I've ever lived!! I lived there for almost 2 years. There were 2 members of the office staff James & Lance that were always so helpful and friendly. I was moving from my hometown 2 hours away but they made my move in process so easy. One of the security workers Ms. Lily was also amazing. Always so friendly and she always had kind & encouraging words to say. The building was always so clean and quiet. There were times that I thought I was the only person living on my floor. I had two jobs so it was very nice to come home to peace & quiet. I also loved the fact that no 1 could just drop by to see me with the 24 hour security that this property provided. If you are looking for the prefect place to live, please consider Gallery 720 or one of the other 3 locations that they have also located in the downtown area. I'm sure that the staff at the other locations are just as amazing as the Gallery 720 staff!!! Thank you for everything!!!
Ladybug Libra: The most rudest people they have no manners called to have a tour the lady that answered the phone was very rude
Karl Palmer: This place was amazing!! I loved my time living here and the staff was very attentive to all of the residents!!
Lindsey Clark: I can’t say enough great things about my apartment! Quiet, clean, and outstanding customer service anytime I need anything! Highly recommend!
Anna Ruggiero: Awesome place! Love living here and the staff is amazing!
Donna Millar: My husband and I have lived here for 3 and a half years. We have never lived in a place where we have felt this safe in our home. Having 24 hour security makes such a difference for well being. Management is the best we’ve ever had. Any maintenance issues we have had have been resolved within 24 hours of putting in a request. The amenities available to residents are top notch. Anyone considering moving here will not be disappointed.
Briana Hollmon: James D in the management office makes this feel like a home and not a rental. He works to hear the need and works to meet the need. He is caring, understanding and a great listener.
Joshua Peters: The leasing managers and security officers are trash there's always a new one every 2 months that are ignorant they never answer the phone. Upon moving out they will charge you! Stay away from this place. They have predatory rental practices.
Jennifer Jones: I’ve lived here for over 4 years and one of the things I love is the quick turnaround and availability of my maintenance guy Darvis! He is the best!
Naomi Taylor: Simply beautiful
Cherie Rajan: Amazing building! Such a lovely staff (both leasing office, security, cleaning), always willing to help and answer questions! I’ve lived here for almost a year now and haven’t had any issues. The apartments are modern, sleek, and have great finishes. The in-unit washer/dryer is so convenient and the amenities (pool, hot tub, grills, patio, pool table, TV, kitchen, etc.) are all great! Would definitely recommend!
Shanitra McNealy: I am updating my review from last year and decreasing my rating. I moved here to Gallery 720 in May 2019 and originally loved my place. Center of downtown and so accessible to so many places here without having to move my car. James and Lance, the leasing agents were great and very accommodating , however, since lease ended 11/30/19, I have yet to receive my $500 deposit back from the company. It is stated that you are to receive it back within 30 days and it is two months later, and no one has provided me my deposit back. I can never talk to any of the owners (or those in charge of cutting the checks) and all I have received are empty promises. They have claimed to have mailed my check twice, however, neither has made it to my mailbox. I have stayed in several apartments and this is the first one where I am having such a difficult time getting back what they had no problem taking. Most places, provide your deposit back within a couple weeks, if that long. I hate to have to let those future residents know but people have to be made aware. Yes, the apartments are nice and the guys in the office are very kind and sweet but to treat residents who take care of the place, follow the rules and don't cause any problems like this is uncalled for. So, BEWARE........it's February 11, 2020 and I still have not received my deposit back and no one can provide me a direct answer as to why. It works for them that they are not registered with the Better Business Bureau bc if they were, I would definitely file an official complaint. My suggestion, sign the lease with maybe a deposit waiver, therefore, you won't be waiting as long as I have once you move out. I'm just very disappointed, very disappointed.
Desma Walker: Gallery 720 was an amazing place to live! I hated to leave there, but I’m a travel nurse so I only stayed there for 7 months and I loved it. From James and Lance in the leasing office being so sweet and amazing, to the nice pool area, to the comfort of my studio apartment. Also, depending on what floor and side of the building you live on, you’d have a great view of the arch!
Joe Thomas: I loved living here! The place is always clean, staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, very easy to communicate with management and with its location you can pretty much walk anywhere you needed to go downtown. I would love to have another work assignment in St.Louis so I could stay here again. Highly recommended.
Tony Watson: Secure and Friendly
Michael Bradshaw: Love living here the staff is awesome and super nice. They are always available to help and solve any issues that may arise
Laura Bradigan: I had an excellent experience with my short term lease on a furnished studio. The room was squeaky clean with brand new appliances. The management was helpful and kind every step of the way. I felt safe with the 24/7 building security and secured parking in the garage next door. There is even a skywalk that’s takes you directly from the building to the garage. I never had any problems with noise and my neighbors were friendly. For the size of the studio, safety, and convenience I think it is an excellent value. Travel nurses peep this spot!
Noah Wierenga: Have lived at Gallery 720 for 4 years now and I LOVE IT! The leasing staff are extremely nice and always accommodating. Sad to have to move after a great time here due to my job. Very secure building which I love, there is a security guard 24/7 and all of them are great and friendly to talk to. Maintenance has always been quick and responsive when I did need them for something in the apartment. Great views of the downtown area and within walking distance to the Ballpark or Washington Ave. Definitely a complex worth checking out if you are considering living Downtown!
Emily Decker: I have a very good friend who lives here and I'm always so jealous when I come here and visit him. Not only are the apartments gorgeous with amazing views of the Downtown area, but I always feel like I'm being taken care of when I visit. The staff all know me now and are so great about helping me with packages, directions, recommendations and more. I once even forgot my phone on top of my car in the parking garage and one of the staff walked all the way back to the garage and got it for me!! How amazing is that?! Seriously, when my lease is up on my apartment, I am going to try and move here. Thank you for being great to even the guests of residents!
Rachel Dickey: I love the staff and positive atmosphere at the Gallery Luxury Apartments. Whenever I have needed anything they always come through for me. I am so glad St. Louis’s downtown is back on trend!

Mansions On the Plaza: what do users think?
fssharp: Great amenities and excellent maintenance team.
Sarah Barnes: This place is for seniors. Very clean, and the apartments are nice in size for one. Very expensive.
Andy Feliciotti: Mansions on the Plaza was a great experience! Kristen helped us find an apartment and made our long day so much better. The amenities, like the coffee machine, are really enjoyable. It's also great knowing someone is always there to sign for packages. The whole staff is friendly and professional! I also appreciate all of the doors allow people to buzz in so you don’t have to worry about what entrance guests go to.
Lornie Mueller: Today is national pie day. The offer for the wonderful amenities at Mansions was a piece of pie to celebrate. How exciting! I had 3 bites of pie crust which were discarded and one cherry. Hopefully, the rent increase will provide a more fulfulling experience.
Miriam Vidal: Do not pay deposit unless you are 100% sure it is the apartment for you and you will look no more. In our opinion this is a great option for your retired parents, not so much for your college student. We paid the deposit because it was the last unit available that fit our needs and we were told somebody else was looking at it but we were starting our search. We asked if there were other college students living in the community and because of “housing regulations” they couldn’t tell us. In less than 48 hrs we realized we made a mistake and that was not the environment for our daughter. We tried to withdraw our application less than 48 hours later, but they refused to refund the deposit even though they made us believe they had a strong demand and they were renting the units very fast. In a phone call we went from pre-approved to already approved. We only submitted the application for our daughter, my husband as guarantor ($75 each) and $850 deposit (no support documentation whatsoever) and we were “approved” right away. Their contract says that the deposit is not refundable once you are approved. We can’t assure you it is a community favored by retirees because we decided to cut our loses and loose $1,000 before making our college student daughter live there among grandparents. Please, look for other reviews of people living there. I couldn’t find any review by a college student (or parent of college student, just one story exactly like ours in yelp). On the other hand, there are many reviews by satisfied older people. It seems like an amazing community for older people. Kristen was very professional and we liked the tour but we couldn’t get any information about students vs retirees living there. We had to go by the reviews and the 5 gentleman 80+ we saw at the pool when we visit (yes, it was Wednesday at 10:30 am but we didn’t see that in other buildings we tour the next day around the same time). We decided to rent an apartment in CWE, on a newer building with all the security features as this one and retail on the ground floor so there will be more light and people around the building. Cost is about the same. It might not be as safe as University City (BTW, this apartment is in University City, not in Clayton) but she will not be far from a young, bustling and vibrant environment. She is young and she will need to be careful but putting her is a community that is “ideal for retirees” is not the answer (that’s how I found this complex and Vanguard Crossings described in a housing guide, unfortunately hours after we paid the deposit).
Elizabeth Rosen: We absolutely love making our home at the Mansions. Beautiful apartment, friendly environment, great amenities and the facility is very well run by management. Could not be happier after having lived in our home for 35 years. Feels like we are living in a luxury hotel. Thanks Mansions on the Plaza!
Yasuo Ueda: This is the excellent apartment especially community and maintenance. How wonderful they are! Also we appreciate management team of this facility very kind.
Yvonne Ray: Thanks Kristen Williams! You have been such a great help in making sure we had all the information we needed in selecting our next home. Your caring attitude and winsome personality made us know we were making the right choice...Mansions on the Plaza.
Alan Buxbaum: We love living here.the amenities are first class; the neighbors are friendly, and the staff is always on top of things. When we have any kind of problem at all, they respond almost immediately. This is, quite simply, a great place to live,
Madhumitha Rajavel: I worked with an agent named Colleen and I cannot sing enough praises. Quick and thorough!! Definitely recommend.
Roger Jones: Nice place
Diana Schmidt: The Mansions is comfortable, friendly and staff are responsive to every call. I feel very at home here. There are just enough activities to keep us busy.
Charles Middleton: Great place to live! Parking, mail boxes and elevators are all convenient at almost any time of day. The apartments are first-class and if anything needs attention, the staff is prompt to handle. Located close to I-170 for easy travel but there's plenty of businesses nearby for almost anything. Good neighborhoods for walkers and runners!
Tonya White: Don't move here their apartments are dirty customer service and management are poor and their are doing FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES. BEWARE....
Edith Tashma: I absolutely LOVE living here. Management is excellent and everyone is gracious and responsive. Ive told all my friends how happy I am since I’ve moved in!
Anthony Bills: Marvelous!!
LeeAnn wayne: I need a silver spoon so I can live here. Very accommodating.
Bella Donna: PS They do allow pets.
Debby Reid: Mom sold her condo and moved to Mansions on the Plaza. The Staff and Management are FANTASTIC! It's safe there and so much fun for Mom. It's all ages too. I am thrilled she's living in a lovely place surrounded by nice people, clean and FUN. SO HEALTHY for her. I am impressed! The amenities are wonderful!
Zach Smith: Mansions on the Plaza has to be one of the best places to live in St Louis. The staff and management are absolutely incredible -- always going above and beyond anywhere possible. To give an example, they updated the lights in our unit just because we said it seemed a little dark. Just wait till you hear about the amenities.... my wife and I absolutely love this place.
Brian Hill: Fancy place but very pricy.

Parc Frontenac Apartments: what do users think?
Dr. Christi Griffin: Great wine, wonderful music and a perfect evening to meet my neighbors.
Emmy S.U.: Excellent event!
cori ryan: IAN, Liberty, and Joey are awesome! Showed such hospitality and personality at the resident event on the rooftop this evening. I LOVE living here.
Nick Heiligenstein: We love the events held for the residents!
Lisa Lohse: Ian is the best setting up events!!
Paula Germino-Watnick: Amazing events
Madison Ballman: super fun complex events!!
Roni Hildreth: So happy for Arthur's help as we are settling in our apartment. His positive attitude and excellent work deserves to be recognized and compensated!
Bill Herndon: Excellent location and great staff.
Mike Barlow: Maintenance and repairs for Parc Frontenac can be somewhat hit or miss depending on who you get to fix the issue and the repairs needed. That being said, I had a good experience dealing with Liu Zhu (resident services associate) who was very nice and helpful throughout my request.
Zachary Du: I would definitely avoid this apartment. The building is too old and very badly maintained. Cockroach is a HUGE problem!!! During the middle of the night, when I go into the bathroom and turn on the light. I would see a blanket of cockroaches at the bottom of the tub. Absolutely disgusting!!!
Arielle Soldatenko: Arthur did a great job fixing my sink and disposal: efficient, prompt, and done correctly.
Lingli Linda Zhang: Fast response, impeccable wall repair.
Meredith Gong: I have lived here for almost a year. Since my move-in, the people here are really friendly. Melanie is always helpful and has helped me solve several problems. I really appreciate her generous help!! If you are a student, this should be a suitable place for you. It offers 24 hours front desk and good maintenance, and the people here are really friendly!!!
Angie Kritz: Beautiful apartment units here. We loved it!
mike ridenhour: All of the staff and maintenance go above and beyond to help the residence that call Parc Frontenac home. I have lived here for 3 years and anytime something breaks or I have a question for the front desk personal, they do a wonderful job to help me. Do not pay attention to the people that stay in the AirBnb's that are owned by Mac Properties. They treat the staff and residents very poor and trash the common spaces. If you are looking to live here, welcome, but if you are here for the weekend, don't be surprised if the staff don't take to kindly when you treat the place I call home like a cheap motel.
Sophia Evans: I am always happy to see Phil at the welcome desk at Parc. He is very personable as well as capable, and handles situations calmly and professionally, despite having to deal frequently with residents who are upset by situations that are not at all under his control. [Side note: I have also noticed unhappy google reviews left by people who stayed for just a few days in the airbnb apts that unfortunately exist in this otherwise lovely apartment building, and to them I say please feel free to not stay again. My home is not designed to be treated like your hotel, please go stay in an actual hotel rather than disrespecting the permanent Parc residents and mistreating the Parc employees]. Phil has gone out of his way to help me so many times. Definitely stands out as one of the top employees at Parc Frontenac since my time living here!
Kevin A: Tielere is an outstanding part of the Mac community and makes living at the Park Frontenac pleasant and seamless! He always greets you with a smile and goes the extra mile to help with packages or anything else that the residents need. And best of all, he's really nice to all of the dogs in the building! We're really lucky to have Tielere at our building!
Tola Porter: I love coming home to Tyler at our front desk. His kindness, quickness to help, and positive attitude rub off on me and brighten my day. He is a great ambassador for Mac because his attitude of helpfulness and warmth reflect wonderfully on the company smart enough to hire him.
Syeda Sabeeka Batool: Terrible doorman called Phil. Aggressive, rude and ill mannered. He is always arguing with people about parking and elevator use. My friend is moving out because of his behavior.
Christopher Lawrence: My experience at Parc Frontenac was great! The staff are friendly, helpful, and you can tell they enjoy what they do. Can't go wrong with Mac Properties!

Mansion House Apartments: what do users think?
Eli Olson: I have never dealt with a more frustrating management staff. While staff members are in the building every weekday, nobody is ever available or willing to talk/answer questions. Nor does anybody in the team answer emails. Especially Brittany. Took me a whole MONTH to get a new set of keys, despite almost daily begging at the front desk, via phone, or through email. Then took $180 off my security deposit for a “deep clean” after I spent 4 hours scrubbing down the apartment myself. As for the amenities, a lack luster gym. Sanitizer/wipes are NEVER restocked. The pool, will open mid June and close late August. During that stretch, the pool is often closed for weeks at a time for “maintenance”. It’s probably closed more than it’s open during pool season. The free laundry room downstairs is nice, but more than half of the washers/dryers are typically broken/out of service at any given time. Lastly, the fastest WIFI you are able to get in the building is around 15 megabytes per second. I looked into the topic extensively with AT&T/Spectrum and that seems to be the fastest that location is able to get. Is the building at fault for slow wifi, maybe not, but a con nonetheless. While the rent prices are reasonably affordable, the building/garage feels fairly safe, and the roof/pool is beautiful (when open). None of it is worth the headaches that accompany. I am glad to be out of here.If anyone has any questions regarding the living situation, I’m happy to answer questions.
Peace Nlekwuwa: The worst apartment I've ever seen, the parking for visitors was terrible. I got to the front of the building and could not enter, I struggled with the door while the staff at the reception just looked at me, thankfully the staff that was to show me the place came to my rescue. The lobby and entire building was extremely hot. The pictures online did not match the apartment at all, the apartment was completely outdated and uncomfortable, the bedroom didn’t even have a closet. There was barely any storage space. The only positive was that the staff that showed me the apartment.
Katherine Perry: The apartments are small over priced and poorly managed. My daughter move in date was changed multiple times. When she finally moved in the apartment was dirty like someone moved out that day. The garbage disposal did not work neither did the air or heat. Put in the work order two weeks still not fixed. Not to mention property managers are rude and disrespectful to add insult to injury. The only reason I gave 1 star is for the roof top pool. Save your money keep looking for a better place!!!
Kay K: It’s a terrible place to live. Without my authorization, the staff here tossed away my goods. When I returned, I was told that the items will be thrown away in 2 hours!! When you lose your key, it costs $145 to replace it, while you can get a copy from Home Depot by 3 bucks. But when you are trying to ask help from them, it took forever for them to get back to you. I was stuck in a room without wifi for more than 2 weeks, because the apartment management here never replied your email. I will not renew the lease here after living half year. Also they never told me these policies or never replied my emails, but imposed fines on your account in a second. Here is a recent update:I had an extremely disappointing experience with this apartment complex. Not only did unknown individuals freely enter the building, posing a safety risk to all residents, but the management team showed no accountability for their mistake and failed to apologize for the security breach. Additionally, I received fines on my account for leaving what I believed to be personal belongings in the business center. The management failed to communicate that leaving personal items in the center was considered trash, and I was not notified that fines would be imposed. When I tried to address these issues, the front desk employee who authorized the unauthorized individuals to enter the building was not held accountable. I do not feel safe living in this environment and would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Please think twice before considering this apartment.
ROHIT BHUSARI: Very bad experience with the leasing, they will be asking for too much extra information for leasing an apartment that is not even required, They will trouble you the best they can while leasing an apartment, and will not rent here again.
Irfan Ishak: The building itself is great. But the management here is a joke! Not professional. Brittany the property manager never at her desk. They’re not here to help. They will blame you for everything even they are the one who gave you troubles. I signed the lease and it was a mistake and I’m leaving. What a joke management.
TONYA NATURALLYNATURAL: Linda Stephens is a liar and she works for their company, they just want your application fee and admin fee, they make it seem like they can get you in the perfect apartment but it’s all A LIE.. DONT TRUST THEM, DONT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!
Tay N Tonya: Where do I start, we spoke with Linda Stephens, who clearly doesn’t know what her job description is. We called to inquire about a studio apartment she made us think she was gonna get us in, told us she would do everything in her power to get us the apartment we want… LIESSSSS. They just want your application fee and the admin fee, save your money and go to Gentry down the street. These people are loser and hungry for money, DONT RENT WITH THEM..
Brittany Leffler: You have no control over the temperature of your own apt. You have almost no contact with a human ever and have to do almost everything via the computer ever since they were bought out by a corporation. They nitpick everything. You are only given one keyfob to get in and out of the building as well as only one key to get into your apt… and if you lose either it’s expensive to replace. The free laundry, price ranges and security are about the only positive things about this apartment complex.
jordan vaughn: Had a few problems along the way but not enough to go lower than 4 stars, Any wrongs were always righted and Brittany does a good job running things. Nice apartments and a cool maintenance team as well.
Toni Tee: Absolutely awful communication, They will never answer the phone. Would not recommend.
Jose Murillo: Absolutely awful communication, They will never answer the phone. An email reply will take a week, on top that once you try to move it they make it impossible due to Brittany taking a vacation every other month and the employees being hired and quitting after being asked to do stuff they weren’t trained to do. Would not recommend.
nakell hawkins: It’s unprofessional, the building is beautiful but the staff needs a lot of work. I understand it’s hard to find good help but this is just sad. I feel like if u work at a job for years you should know your job. And smile because you could give the wrong energy or attitude to the RIGHT person and it’s so many outcomes that could happen. No threat I like the courthouse you know ? But soon I’ll be reaching out to the owners or I’ll pay a lawyer to reach out . I’m very nice nd friendly so WHY BE WIERD nd HAVE A ATTITUDE smile boo life is great well mine is
Rubab R: Never gave us back our security deposit and everything was left spotless. They simply just stopped communicating once we returned our keys.
Christopher Lawrence: I lived here for a few months when I had a previous housing situation fall through and really needed a place to live. Family members from out of state were helping me look for housing so I didn’t become unhoused. Found Mansion House and was toured by Keyana. First off, she misquoted by $1,000 for a 1b/1b furnished unit, even after clarifying cause I thought the price sounded low. Then proceeded to tell me that my application was denied because I didn’t meet the income requirements (which I would have if she didn’t misquote me), and only admitted she misquoted me after clarifying the income requirement (2.5x). Eventually got a unfurnished unit cause I really needed somewhere to live. After I moved in I was told I owed an extra $100 in rent that was NOT included in the lease for a ‘short term fee’. Keyana initially couldn’t explain the fee cause it wasn’t in the lease, she had me talk to her manager who tried to brush it off as a mistake and said that they told my mom (who was helping me find housing options). She was also told that she wasn’t entitled to details of my lease because my name was the only name on the lease. The manager then proceed to threaten to “take me to collections and ruin my credit” if I continued to refuse to pay an additional $100/month that was not included in the lease. Also be mindful that when you sign the lease you acknowledge that they told you about the lead and asbestos in the building (which Keyana never actually explicitly did). These people are true scum. DON’T RENT FROM THEM!!!
Eastside Huncho: Please do not rent here, I’m currently getting ready to sue. They have no common sense or knowledge about the law, they hold grudges for mistakes they made and if another resident accuses you of anything even if you didn’t the office will not look at the cameras they will just assume you are guilty. I regret ever moving into this place and rather stay elsewhere.
Rita Poon: Freezing Cold in the winter. Very poorly run property.
Matt Byrne: If you enjoy having no heat in the winter and no air conditioning in the summer than by all means lease from this apartment. Absolutely horrible management. You will regret living here.
nancy treu: My son lives in St. Louis. He moved there for his first job right out of college. He toured some apartments and we went with him. Valerie was so helpful in helping him make his choice. He chose Mansion house and has been very happy with it. He says it's run well and he loves the location. It's 3 blocks from his job and with the metro access to the train station, airport and Uber when he needs it he doesn't even need a car. He will be moving up from a one bedroom to a two in the next few months and he plans to stay at Mansion House. Great job Valerie and your team!
d feinstein: Ms. Valerie is the sweetest! Great place to live and in the heart of downtown! Great view and caring maintenance. Definitely a great experience living here!!!!
Frank D'Apolito: The covid virus prompted an early departure from the “Mansion.” They took the opportunity to keep my security deposit with their charges. This despite paying the remaining 2.5 months that I was NOT there. They unilaterally created charges to keep my deposit. It was absurd. It is not a “Mansion” and it is NOT a place to rent! Why a one star? Because the system does not accept a ZERO!
