Park 44 Apartments: what do users think?
BJ Whiffen: Great and speedy response to air conditioning problem. Larry is the best!
Aunya Harris: Loved living here. I miss it so much. It was so clean and kept up nicely. Selena was an amazing property manager and maintenance was wonderful. Highly recommend.
Mualla Ozcan: I have lived here for more than 1.5 years and I can say that I had no issues at all. If you decide to live here, your neighbors will be mostly WashU postdocs, grad or med students. You will feel like you live on campus. Their management staff is the best, Selina and Dottye were always so kind to me and when I ask for help they fixed the issues pretty quickly. I moved to Park 44 from overseas at the beginning of 2021 and before I moved here, they let IKEA and Amazon guys drop some furniture at my new apt so that I directly stayed at my new apt from day 1. When I was expecting the delivery of my passport from the consulate and asked for their help to keep the package in a safe place, they even observed the USPS mailman and helped me get my passport smoothly. I will never forget your favor to me! When I hear stories from friends living in other apartment complexes, I feel so thankful that my first experience in St Louis was the best. I appreciate everything you did! ♥️
Christopher Kaiho: Having a good onsite management and maintainance team makes a big difference. The management is responsive and has followed through very effectively. I had a broken drain and other maintainance problems and they were fixed right away. I was pleasantly shocked and very impressed. The units are reasonably clean, well maintained and also, surprisingly, relatively bug-free. I recommend this building for people working in this area.
Sunny: Banner Management owns and maintains this property. Their management staff is god awful and I advise future tenants to look elsewhere. There are plenty of apartment complexes being built in the area so I advise you stay away from Park 44 and the Enclave At Winghaven in O’Fallon. Don’t be fooled by the property managers sweet talking while you visit or when you sign a lease
Safal: Park 44 Apartment is a great place to live. I have lived here for about six months now. It is close to Forest Park for a walk/run, Whole Food, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, library, etc. The management team and maintenance staff are excellent. The maintenance requests get completed promptly. They have covered parking, on-site laundry, and a shared outdoor courtyard. Come check them out.
Reza Ghasemi: I have been living in this place for 5 years and I would say that it is the best place in CWE. The place is super clean, calm, safe, and close to my workplace (WashU Med Campus). Very safe area, nice & supportive staffs, great maintenance and services. I would definitely recommend everyone to live in here. Good luck. Reza
Emily M: My first apartment in St Louis. Instantly felt comfortable and welcome here when I was given a tour and then when I moved in. I've lived here for over a year now with no complaints. Maintenance is always timely and the apartment is the perfect walking distance from restaurants and the park. Apartment itself was all updated when I moved in and really clean. Office staff are always so friendly!!
Matei Stefanescu: I was a resident from 2018-2020 and aside from the apartments themselves being modest (not luxury) this is an apartment you’ll want to get before their prices go up.The maintenance team is superb getting to my requests most often within the day. The leasing office is professional and helpful where they can be. The location is likely one of the best in STL for this budget range with a 15 min walk to the heart of the west end, and a 25 min one to Forest Park. The residents are also pretty chill. The appliances are brand new, at least mine were. I have zero complaints. Again the only detracting factor is that the apartments themselves are modest and smallish, but for what you’re paying for I couldn’t ask for a better experience. There are other apartment complexes in the central west end that I know abuse their residents or are in dangerous locations, and I can confirm that this is a gem of a place if you’re fine with the humble design.
mahdjoub hamdi: I suggest this residence for those who are seeking for a nice and quite neighbors. The administrative stuff is nice, professional and very responsive.
Samantha Wogoman: Highly recommend these apartments! Management is helpful and friendly. Studio apartments are surprisingly spacious with lots of closet space!
B. S.: The staff and maintenance does a wonderful job in the upkeep of the property they are always attentive to make sure your requests are answered in a timely fashion.
Debra Wang: Staffs are friendly! Heat and air conditioning are included in the rent! I have been living here for 13 months and my packages have never been lost or stolen! Maintenance staffs are also friendly and helpful!
Nischal Khanal: Moved into this complex about three months ago and have loved it here. All the appliances were replaced with brand new ones prior to my moving in. I submitted a maintenance request for a few things I noticed after moving in (a missing blind, closet door out of alignment, etc.) and all of the issues were resolved within a few days. The management staff have all been wonderful to interact with and very responsive to questions and requests. The quality of the building is above average (no cracks in ceiling/walls, kitchen counters and cabinets and bathroom tiling and fixtures in excellent condition, etc.) The laundry machines are located on floors 2 and 4 and have multiple machines so I rarely find myself waiting even during peak hours. Internet was already pre-wired for Spectrum so it was an easy setup.Overall a great place to live at a fair price for a college student!
Camryn Bates: Amazing and a steal! Great and safe location in the CWE. I loved my little loft so much. High two story window and lofted bedroom. I had a Juliet balcony AND a rooftop balcony. So so so much closer space and multiple full size mirrors which made the upstairs look so cute and modern. People are quiet and neighbors are respectful of each other. Getting packages and letting people inside through my phone was always easy. Shared laundry but was never a problem and could usually get all 3 loads done at once. Trash Shute super convenient and recycling available which is important to me! Garage is well lit and safe, but I did get my car nicked by the poles in the garage a few times because the spaces are a bit tight, so just be careful when parking. Good water pressure in shower. Maintenance team very nice and friendly and always responded to any issue right away. Best thing about Park 44 is the extremely nice and supportive management. Always respond to anything you need right away and always so happy to help. We even got new managers halfway through my stay and the new ones were just as wonderful. Small downfalls would include the kitchen and bathroom being a little on the smaller side. Not much overhead lighting in the downstairs. And in my first couple weeks I had a few roaches... but the maintenance guys came and sprayed and set up some traps right away, which took care of them for the rest of my stay. The hallways always have a funny smell to them, but the smell in my unit was fine. It is an older building, but you don’t realize that because of how modern they have made it look, with all new appliances, and carpet cleaning/wall painting in between residents. Would absolutely recommend Park 44 apartments for the unique and cozy style, safe vibes, and quality location, all for a reasonable price. If I ever move back to St Louis I will definitely be moving back there!
Sami Holder: Awesome place to live. 6 minute walk to Whole Foods and Shake Shack! 10 minute walk to Forest Park. Nice apartments and very safe building. Only downside is the lack of washer/dryers.
Brandon Jocher: Very nice apartment complex. The loft bedroom apartments are designed nicely, and are recently renovated. The first floor comes with a small patio which is great, and overall the building is kept clean. Indoor and outdoor parking is also very convenient.
Laura Collins: I have lived at a variety of apartment complexes in Saint Louis and Columbia and Park 44 has been the best by far. The office staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. The maintenance staff complete work orders quickly and efficiently and are friendly as well. I have not had any issues with noise here, it is typically quiet both during the day and at night. Covered, secure, underground parking is an extra fee but definitely worth it. The location is great--walking distance to BJC hospitals and the Central West End. Park 44 is an amazing place to live and I highly recommend it!
Jamie Moffa: I love the loft style apartments! They come with stainless steel kitchen appliances, plenty of floor space, and plenty of closet space! Some have a half bath downstairs, which is really convenient. Some also have a balcony or patio. I love my patio, it's great for studying and reading outside. The apartment has minimal noise, and great staff and maintenance. The central outdoor area looks beautiful as well, and has grills to cook on. Overall a great space!
Alexandra Mei: I just moved here and love my apartment! The team here is very helpful and welcoming, and any maintenance needs that have come up were addressed immediately by Larry. The loft apartment is spacious and has a lot of character. And the location is perfect in the CWE: quiet yet close to everything.
Brian Sondag: Lived here for 3 years and have had a good experience. Maintenance is very quick with responding to requests and the management is very friendly.

Forest Park Apartments: what do users think?
Oliver Fend: Shorted them ONE DOLLAR in January due to a typo. They are now busting my head with 400 in "legal fees". I shouldn't have to pay for their willingness to waste so many valuable resources because I owed them A DOLLAR.400 dollars for "legal fees" doesn't add up. Certainly for one singular dollar owed. There is a fat bonus in that invoice that they force me to pay. Shady.Everyone's situation is unique but everyone has to deal with the conniving s--- head who's name ryhmes with die.Fake beads in good faith.
Shaquil Higgins: Forest park apartments are NOT fair.
Terance Dell: Worst place to live they are rude and money hungry
Duantae P: Fake leasing agents answer the phone or scan u on apps so beware apartments have scamm artist that will take your credit card info your application through email ID like your renting through place than we got to have check stub than oh we need a cosigner , they stole my aunt an I cards an idenitys an moved right in so beware plus idk if the actual renters kn ow this
KING M00K: Worst place ever
yoseph worku: I wish I could get a negative star for both this apartment and lier money loving management! They literally told me that I could move in in 2 days and persuade me to apply right away! Then boom, nobody responded for my call after my approval, when I go in person they told me they will call me, and not to come with out appointment, I called them thousands of times and begged them to tell me the move in date! Funny thing is that they told me it will be after 20 days! And they changed the move in fee from $85 to $490 for some unknown reason and they lies a lot My God! The homes are really small! The management is really rude! It’s until you apply! I canceled mine because I can’t start my deal with someone who lies and being rude! I wasted my application fee but I thanked God that I didn’t find out about this after I moved in😠
Natalie Lehmuth: Property manager is extremely rude. Was not notified of a lease renewal. Checked my portal December 2021 and there was no lease renewal offer. I even emailed the property manager asking about lease renewal and they never emailed me back. Now, April 2022, they want to take my rent from $625 to $1100 WITHOUT notifying me. Lied to me saying it’s my responsibility to check the portal, Which I did. The property manager is very rude and unprofessional.
Nick Kennedy: I had a showing scheduled a week in advance and I'm 12 minutes late because there's no parking and a ton of construction (no notice posted on website). When I get to the door it's locked, there's no one else there and the guy is going on lunch.
Keith Griffin: Shout out to miss valerie Davis, professional and takes job seriously
Steve Donald: Robert and Valerie is starting off well appreciate their hospitality so far
Donna Hobson-Coleman: New regional m manager is awesome her name is Valerie Davis things are looking good looking better looking us up for us residents very friendly lady very professional we welcome her board and appreciate her services
Shay Gee: Going to be moving here soon will update my review as time goes by. So far my experience with getting so the answers I needed for what the apartments provided and required was pretty good the woman we spoke to carried things out professionally while making us feel comfortable. The apartment we were shown were renovated and look pretty nice. The elevator does look like it breaks down a lot and it's the only elevator so be prepared if you have any heavy furniture. Will update u once I've moved inUpdate: didn't hear back from the people in charge of letting us move in we've called several times and put money towards the deposit had to look for somewhere else to move to
Zac Nixon: Management never returned security deposit despite several inquires as to why i had not received it. Water leaked up from the floor (I lived on the second story) after rain, maintenance responded by bring a mop.edit: Its a bit late to respond to this, provide me an email I can respond to and I'll reach out. I don't want to post my contact information on a public forum.
Tamajah Jones: I use to stay here. I would not recommend to anyone. The woman that moved me in was as crooked as you can get and they NEVER input my rent after the first month!!!! I was sent to court and when I took my money order receipts to the law firm they assigned, they magically disappeared and the law office stop answering my calls. I ended up getting locked out and evicted and was never served! The new property manager at the time didn't even know I was scheduled for an eviction because there was no paperwork anywhere on me. I was showed my profile in the system and my rent history was wiped clean. The worse example of a management company ever!!!!
Gloria J Nelson: I've only been here a couple months and the rental office personnel have been wonderful.
Conrad Fisher: Public areas not very well maintained
latracia Sims: I like
Roshonda Rodgers: The office manager is so rude. There is a bedbug infestation and they don't want to pay for heat treatment. My next door neighbor had mold so bad they moved out.I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone
Ravi Sharma: This place is worst you will find in Saint Louis, unsafe location, pathetic management, they will cheat you with the rent, they may charge you more as per their whims, they will lie and will threaten even after you have given the needed notice to vacant, they don't follow rules or clauses mentioned on contract, noone in office to resolve your concerns, wanted to move out within 2 weeks but stuck, invest your money wisely.Response to below:I tried several time the number you are providing, but noone responds to the call, more to it, why not resolve it here, on public forum.I have simple concern, I am paying more than what is mentioned on your website, explain me how, and why I shouldn't be moved back to the rent mentioned on your portal. And most importantly why a tenant would at all stay or renew forget about being loyal.
Edward Carroll: They are racist they denied u apartment if you are white you put a 50.00 holding fee down you get denied and it take you for every to get your money back you try to go get your money they be racist to you and tell you do not come back to the office or they will ask you to leave

Cortona at Forest Park: what do users think?
Taehoon Bang: Lived here for 2 years. I moved away from STL now, but I am realizing how great cortona was compare to other apartments. It's not just amenities, but the leasing members who are willing to communicate.
Emily Curran: Cortona not only has spacious and updated apartments, but also great amenities and the friendliest staff you’ll ever meet. The maintenance team was very responsive and took care of anything I needed. Same with the leasing office staff. I loved the occasional resident events that made Cortona feel even more like a community.I’m definitely going to miss the amazing pool and having a fully-equipped gym under the same roof.I highly recommend Cortona apartments to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, quiet, and friendly place to live!
Luke Bourgeois: I lived at Cortona for over two years. I can't say enough about how great the management & maintenance team was!Sam in the office was such a pleasure to interact with. She was always so kind and responsive and such a joy to communicate with. Mary Grace was super helpful and amazing also. Naomi always kept us tenants up to date on important happenings in the area. Tim on the maintenance team went above and beyond numerous times when my apartment needed repairs.Highly recommend living here, the events were soooo fun! I wish I could move back in! Loved the luxury living at Cortona!
Christine Schapperle: I loved my studio apartment! It was such a sweet set up! The leasing office knew me by name and they were always super friendly. The events always had good food and great vibes!
Otniel Echagarruga Gayle: A great apartment community with absolutely amazing management and maintenance team. Everyone working here is an absolute professional. Maintenance is always very prompt and works around the clock to help you with your needs. If you have emergencies or urgent requests they even come late at night. The leasing office does all the right small things that make you feel at home; from holding packages for you to leaving them in your apartment (upon your request), they really do help you out. Sam and Mary were the primary people I dealt with for most of my stay here and they were very kind and accommodating. My limited conversations with Jake have also been the same experience. Even the security guards that patrol at night make you feel well protected. My family visited a while back; they arrived late at night and they saw the security guard at least 3 different times within the span of about 15 minutes of me walking them around for a quick tour. That says a lot given that most of the time security simply stays stationary somewhere. These people actually walk the premises and the parking lots and everything. Whoever is doing the hiring and managing of the property is doing a great job. The only critique I could possibly have is relatively small. The building is kept in great shape most of the time however I would say the hallways, elevators, etc. could be cleaned a little more often. The gym has everything you need to lift weights or do cardio, but it also could use some more attention cleaning-wise. I often find dust/dirt on the floor but its relatively minimal although it'll be a random chunk. The floor mats in there recently started lifting up and it hasn't been attended to, at least not that I've seen. Im sure the hesitation is due to there being a giant, heavy cable machine on top of it. Again, they're minimal things that are honestly blown out of the water when you factor in the rest of the property management's work. I would recommend moving here, especially if you are new to the area like I was.
Hayden Stroh: Hands down, the absolute best apartment I have lived in. Zero issues. They make everything easy, and any problems were dealt with the next day with maintenance. The leasing staff is the friendliest I have ever dealt with, and put on great events. I will only live here if renting in St. Louis.
Sundeep Bhatia: What a bittersweet moment that I’m leaving Cortona at Forest Park.I moved to STL in 2019 from California and struggled to find a place I can call home & the pandemic did not help. Thankfully I came across Cortona, it was like love at first site. Im not just talking just the apartment but the staff was just phenomenal all around. Each and everyone worker was super helpful, understanding, and went above and beyond every time. Maintainer is like magic, they are so damn fast! The apartment is insanely great. The pool is to die for and great for hosting friends & bbq. The neighbors were super kind, generous, and fun. Cortona has events every couple month to get the community together, like, cocktail hour, game night, holiday parties & even events for your doggo. I have a 110 pound shepherd & they welcomed him like their own. The place has a grooming area for the doggo that allows you the wash your dog and blow dry them, not to include the huge dog park. If I did not purchase a home I would have lived here until I did, I absolutely love this place and will miss it dearly. Thank you Cortona for this amazing experience!
Thomas Christensen: Staff here are truly amazing. I spent a few months long distance with my boyfriend & they always would give me free parking passes for as long as I was visiting. They always were hosting nice events too (happy hours, food trucks, etc). Amenities were great, but the units were a little basic and small, but still nice. Highly recommend!
Ugur Kay: This is a late review so things may have changed but here is my experience.I lived here for about 4 years and moved out in the middle of the pandemic. In the first two years there was an incredible staff getting everything right. And then the building was sold to another company and things started to get worse. The staff has no idea how to manage such a large building. I doubt that they ever lived in a big city or have any experience with condominiums. They were so terrible that I've seen them stage a bogus scene for what appears to be a manager visit.First of all if you move to this building you should know that anyone can walk in to the building. The main entry is open during the weekdays. They only close it during the weekend. Side entry's are card only. There is however no security during the day time. The management may decide to enter your building unexpectedly. You are only notified a few days in advance. They have to replace CO2 detectors twice a year and cannot plan ahead of time. The first administration was extremely cautious, making every attempt to respect everyone's time and privacy. Later management treats it as a college dorm. The management handled the pandemic poorly. Ignorance was clearly apparent. They have made little effort to educate tenants and have essentially pretended that nothing is happening, other than the placement of disinfectants throughout the halls. People became infected with Covid, and we had no idea where they were residing. Management was never proactive in keeping everyone informed. There is no generator for such a massive building, which is common for such condo-complex in many cities . We've seen outages that lasted days, and everyone had to empty their refrigerators to avoid being poisoned by spoiled food. This happened several times. When there is a tornado warning in the winter (which happens a lot), expect to be in the dark. I once got caught in an elevator and had to contact 911 for help. Firefighters literally saved me.There is a pool and a gym, however tenants cannot use it. With strangers around, the pool, in particular, transforms into a vegas-style party pool. People drink excessively, and there was always a mound of debris around the pool that has not been cleaned in days. The pool was always dirty. The gym is too small for the size of the building and is frequently overcrowded in the morning and evening. The corridors were also constantly filthy. There isn't enough vacuuming or cleaning. The building is severely understaffed. The materials utilized in the units are total garbage. Cheap plumbing is a constant source of problems.Happy hours are typically planned to create a phony sense of community. Under the original management, there were well-organized ones, but it eventually became a burden for them. The personnel does not put in adequate effort. You can have good BBQ once in a while, but just once a year. They should invest more into community events however it is still good that you get the chance of meeting with your neighbours and make friends. They do a few things correctly. First and foremost, package management is efficient. In four years, I have never had a missing package or any difficulty obtaining my package. They have separate parking spots for electric vehicles, and the monthly parking fee is inexpensive. If you have a car, the location is fantastic. You would not want to live here if you did not have a car. The forest park is not easily accessible. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the park, and it is not a safe route. However, once in the park, there are plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling. There is a fantastic coffee shop nearby and Jimmy John's is a plus. Highlands plaza is safe and quiet to walk at night. The structure could be ideal for recent graduates searching for a place to live. I would not recommend this building to working professionals. Every day, fresh possibilities sprout up in the city.Things could change under new leadership with greater urban expertise.
Cody Andel: Lived here for 4 years and loved it. Great staff, great residents. I highly recommend.
Gracie Gralike: I loved living at Cortona! I lived there for 2 years. Before Cortona, I was living in a property that was horrible at responding to my emails, didn’t have reliable maintenance and was cheaply built. Cortona was a great choice for me and made me trust living in an apartment community again. I loved my unit! Yes, the price to live here is a little more expensive than some of the other properties in the area; but in my opinion it was worth it. The pool is the best in St. Louis. There are also monthly events to meet other residents. There’s a nice gym, coffee machine and a reliable maintenance team. The office always responded to all my requests. I recommend this property to anyone looking for an apartment in the St. Louis City area. The best thing about Cortona is the life-long friends that I have made. I still keep in touch with all of them and hangout frequently with the ones who still live in town. Definitely check out this property. You won’t be disappointed!! Living in Cortona was amazing and connected me to some of the best people I have met in my life!
Brian G: I lived at Cortona for two and a half years (left due to relocating to another state). Not always the cheapest option in the range, but the amenities are nice, build quality is excellent, requested in-apartment maintenance is handled promptly, and in some ways most importantly, the management is excellent. I've lived in apartments where the management was unresponsive, negligent, or unleashed destructive in-unit renovations without prior notice, and even management that was adequate but unremarkable, but Cortona's was and actively positive aspect of the living experience.Amenity-wise, the gym was pretty decent, the pool and hot tub were nice (and a common way to meet people), the grills got a lot more use from me than I would have expected, the package drop-off system was a convenient quality of life feature, and it was a nice touch to have the coffee-maker in the lobby. Maintenance was variable, but a lot of that came down to staffing, which I assume would be pretty much the same for any apartment in that range. The (usually) monthly social events were a great way to get to meet other people around the building.Location-wise, the area is pretty safe, and a nice short distance from Forest Park, and conveniently-but-not-overwhelmingly close to the highway.Overall, I'm glad I ended up opting to live at Cortona as opposed to some of the other options I considered before moving to St Louis.
Zainab Alshukri: I lived here for almost one year, amazing comfy incredible place to stay. The staff friendly, polite.I enjoy every moment staying here and i highly recommend for renting in Cortona.I never regret and i will always choose this place to stay in.
Alex Moore: I have been calling this property as well as Encore since Monday 12/8 to schedule a time to tour and no one ever answers! Totally unprofessional. If you are this unresponsive now imagine how you will be if I moved in! Definitely not taking that chance 👎
Franco Carotenuto (LFA Goalkeeping Academy): My wife and I lived here for 2 years. During that period we welcomed home a young son and the environment was great for both a young couple and young family. Amenities like the pool, gym, work space, coffee bar, etc. are exceptional. The staff is friendly, prompt and professional. We loved our time at this place and recommend to anyone whether you are a single young professional or student, a couple, or a young family. The community is great and the apartments are very nice and well kept. Thanks Cortona for a great two years.
Alexandra Compton: I moved in May of this year, sight unseen. I was nervous, but it had come highly recommended by a friend who lived here in St. Louis. It was one of the BEST decisions of my life. I was moving away from all of my family, and most of my friends except one for work so I knew basically no one. This building is amazing for so many reasons. The amenities here like the dog park created a great place to make friends not just for my dog, but for myself. The pool in the summer was always a great place to socialize, and having a hot tub that’s open year round is a serious plus. Something else that stands out is the way the staff goes out of their way to make sure we’re taken care of, always with any questions, big or small. They also plan events for us monthly, and do things more often if possible like food trucks. I’ve never lived somewhere that makes you feel so at home or had a staff that goes out of their way so much to make sure the residences always feel welcome. I also feel very safe living here. I’ve had to take my dog out at crazy times, and don’t feel uncomfortable or worried. I cannot recommend Cortona enough if someone is looking for a new place to live!
shelby saxon: I lived here for 3 years and had a stellar experience. The staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. The maintenance team responds quickly to work orders and the overnight crew is available for any issues that come up after hours. The facility is top notch, including the gym, pool, lobby, and apartments. Sam and Naomi run a great complex, and they have even gone out of their way to help me with personal matters when things came up. It was truly difficult for me to leave this community after such an excellent experience!!!
Asef Aziz: Wonderful place to live! Great front office and amazing resident amenities.
Mitchell Smith: Cortona was great! Leasing staff are very friendly amenities are first class and well maintained. Would recommend Cortona to anyone looking for a new home in STL.
Danielle P: Living at Cortona is perfection! It's near the highway to get you downtown or anywhere you need to go in STL. The apartments are spacious with updated appliances. If needed, maintenance requests are always done in a timely manner (but most I ever really needed was a new light bulb). The pool/hot tub becomes such a fun area in the summertime or you can relax in the cabanas and have a BBQ. One of the best parts, which is hard to find anywhere else, is the staff. They put a lot of work into planning fun happy hours and truly do care about all of their residents. l have lived here for 3 years but will be moving out of state for work. Every other place I look at in the future I will compare to Cortona because it really is top notch.
Jennifer Beatty: I absolutely love living here. I cannot say enough great things. I am a new St. Louis resident and moving in the middle of a pandemic was a pretty daunting task. The team at Cortona has been a dream and alleviated so much stress during my transition and since then. It is so wonderful to have an inviting, beautiful place to call home. I recommend living here with incredible enthusiasm!

275 on the Park: what do users think?
Shelly Williams: THIS IS MY EXPERIENCEONLY. Management is awful and changes every 90 days. If you email too many times as you cannot get an honest answer to your request they will deem you as harrassing staffSoooo you encourage contact and ask residents to keep in touch via email ??Multiple issues with continued utilities being turned off. Building has gone downhill as well as property. Not seeing all of the promises of amenities and upgrades. There is no sky Park, grilling area with working grills, no upgrade to pool, no gym, no nothing. Go anywhere else. Moving in a few days. Grateful tho for my wonderful neighbors that i will stay in touch with.: I was a resident from 2020 to 2023. Hopefully the property will come back as it deserves to.
Helen Young: The rent is very expensive considering I live in a studio apartment. There is no fitness room and no place for yoga. I was told I could potentially share yoga here for the residents to help with my rent and then construction happened and that never came to fruition. It took two months to fix my heat and I went without hot water for three days even though I'm paying for mine and everyone else's gas to heat the water. All that to say, I love my little space near the park.
TJ Ford: Please note that any positive reviews are almost exclusively about the leasing/sales team here. Residents were given cash incentives to leave positive reviews. The leasing team is very friendly but this review reflects the actual physical “community” and its management company.Moved here during the summer of 2022. Posting my thoughts as I wish I had heeded some of the other online reviews. New "management" has been even less responsive and communicative than the team when I moved in.Issues:- Managemento Generally does nothing to solve concerns. They are dismally inconsistent with simple things like responding to emails, and responses are often week(s) late while failing to directly respond to questions or offer solutions. Every quarter they try to open some new line of communication (the latest one is an AI-texting system) instead of just increasing staff and getting their hands dirty.o Multiple residents have brought concerns about being asked to move into either an a) uncleaned unit or b) unit that did not comply with agreed upon terms (like no carpet).o Some utilities, including gas, are not individually metered. This means that management will try to charge you for other peoples’ heat. They also nickel and dime for things like “community fees” (disclaimer: this may fund the "community events" scheduled during the 9-5 workday).o It seems like the current investor is trying to throw cheap fixes at everything and that the general contractor is a major "lowest bid wins no matter what" guy for subs.- Safetyo I (as well as many other residents) had multiple packages stolen from the mailroom. It took weeks for management to change the system from the first incident. Packages were visibly torn open and rifled through. Management did nothing to compensate residents nor did they outline a process for fixing the threat to security.o Multiple residents have reported vehicular break-in’s in the property parking lots. There is no nighttime security, although there was for a while this summer.o TV’s have been repeatedly stolen from common areas, which are illuminated around the clock and on the main floors.o Multiple bike thefts have been reported.- Qualityo Maintenance is slow to respond to resident requests. It seems like they are undermanned and underequipped.o Construction and renovation is laughingly behind the schedule I was given. Any communication regards closures or buildings having their heat/water/electricity shut off for entire days.o Most buildings still use an external laundry trailer.o The gym was supposed to open in November but is still barred.o Outdoor amenities are not as advertised. The pool has mold spots, is make shift, and makes a seedy motel look like the Ritz Carlton. Outdoor pavilion has decaying furniture and broken grills. It’s a shame that such beautiful, historic buildings have fallen to such incompetent, greedy hands. The lack of concern for residents (and lack of business acumen) is staggering.
Valerie Hurt: Everything was great
Hendrix Hendrix: Jasmine & Allison were extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and wonderful! Thanks for the fantastic Hospitality.😊
Nick Telarico: BUYER BEWARE: Amenities not as advertised, no in-unit laundry, no gym, everything is under construction. They've cycled through 3 or 4 property managers in the short year I've lived here.Update: Things haven’t improved much, but Marshiana does seem to be taking care of things quite matter-of-factly as she can. I appreciate her efforts.
Megha: Don’t move here unless you’d like to experience harassment. You don’t get to control the heat in your apartment and the management decides when to turn it off or on. So goodluck shivering in your own apartment in extreme cold weather :) You won’t ever be compensated for falling sick, its the price you pay for making a bad decision to move in here. The laundry room has been shut for last 9 months so enjoy those trips to your friend’s place to get your clothes washed. And you won’t get your packages. So don’t even try ordering anything here. Things that I ordered online to gift people for events were all stolen or lost. So I had to go empty handed to big parties, what fun! :)They installed a lock to the building door that doesn’t have a code, so enjoy your trips to the lobby every time you have anyone or anything coming in. Yes! A separate trip for every incoming guest :)The management here changes faster than the turnaround time for maintenance requests. So that means none of your maintenance needs are going to be met
Jae K: I live in the Annex building. Marshiana and the rest of the staff are pleasant and easy to work with. I have no complaints thus far. Keep up the good work.
Michaela: Please read before you want to rent or even apply!!!!!I am so glad and grateful that I read the ratings before I sign contract. I would give zero if possible. I am not a resident here. I was just an applicant who setup the application portal online but ended up with somewhere else. I kept receiving phone calls from Jasmine along the application and she was very welcoming and reachable when I still had the tendency to sign the lease. After I told her that I would not proceed with the application and pay LibertyRent one-month rental for the credential approval, she stopped calling couple times a day to push me for the contract———I totally understand this normal business practice. However, I got my first thousand dollar bill couple days ago while I neither am a resident nor have signed any contract. I wrote email to Jasmine thinking she was reachable and helpful and I never got replied. I had to call the office but no one ever answered the phone. I also forwarded the email to the management team but still got nothing back. I am so glad that I slowed down with the leasing process after I read the Google comments and quitted after thinking over. I couldn’t imagine how frustrated being a resident there and encounter some issues while the management never responds. I thank all the people who put warnings and commented here. If you read till here, please take a moment to think over about applying and you will never need to receive the ridiculous bill as I did. Some updates: they outsourced the bill to a third party to collect it from me. This is ridiculous. I had to dispute the bill and requested the third company to provide me with a signed lease (which for certain doesn’t exist since I never sign it). Please think over and over again before you even attempt to apply!!!!!!!
Haley Boswell: My partner and I toured the Westmoreland studios recently with Jasmine and had such an amazing time. She was able to answer all of our questions and work within our budget. Jasmine went above and beyond to ensure we got our application turned in (when there was a deadline she called before her lunch break to remind us!) She really deserves a raise!!
shaddy ponton: Horrible management. I have spent two months without water pressure in the toilet, a clogged pipe, today i dont have hot water, i’ll do myself a favor and move out after two months.
Jenna Renken: Jasmine did amazing showing me around 275 today! really highlighted all of the amenities 275 has to offer! Thank you Jasmine!
Josh Deffenbaugh: Came for a tour scheduled at 2:30. Had to wait 40 minutes for staff to "finish" their lunch. Apartments listed on website were not those available. They said the building was built in 1960 when it was actually built in the 20s. Real estate agents tried to push us to sign a lease by offering same-day deals. Took them 10 minutes to give my ID back. The agents were incredibly disorganized handling elevator maintenance, packages, and they did not have their own office. They sit in the lobby to handle business. I do not recommend booking a tour here.
Kendrah Underwood: We have new management that is headed in the right direction by hearing resident concerns and quickly acting to improve our experience. Thanks, Marshiana Shaw, new property manager for hearing and addressing my concerns. I'm looking forward to a better experience under her leadership at 275 on the Park
Gavin Gasparovic: I would not recommend living here. The building is poorly managed and maintained. There is no sense of community and the amenities advertised were mostly not available during my stay. Issues often go unresolved with management for long periods of time.I would run away from this building and rental company.
Kathryn Lavender: Jasmine was the best tour guide and so sweet!
Meg Grice: Current resident here, and probably considering a move in the future once my one year lease is up. This place is not worth your money. Not only are these apartments outlandishly expensive, you are expected to pay the entire property's utilities on top of your own. While the front desk, maintenance and assistant staff are usually very accommodating in person, the level of monetary respect is underwhelming. The Annex (where I currently live) isn't too bad for condition, but you'd expect that of a fairly new building right? Any of the other buildings on the property are constantly going through renovations, broken elevators, pests, you name it. The worst of it is, no one is properly compensated for these inconveniences (aside from snacks, so revolutionary). It's a classic case of "let's make money off of you while performing some of the most bothersome upgrades while you are still trying to live here, like no power." Imagine trying to deal with that in winter.Definitely have more I could say, but to keep it short, don't live here. Rant over! :)
Tara Johnson: New management is awful. Liars and unprofessional! The place is so ugly inside and dirty I would never recommend these apartments to anyone
Jetuwr Davis: I had a tour here recently with Jasmine from the leasing office. She was well-prepared, asked good questions, and showed me every apartment I requested. She went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered. Although I don’t think this place is a good fit for me, she was really helpful throughout the process !
Oksana Goncharenko: Had absolute pleasure working with leasing office of 275 on a park, and especially with Jasmine Newton, she helped me to find a perfect apartment. She was amazingly helpful, professional and pleasant to deal with. Stress free, fast application process, all because of Jasmine. Thank you.
kayla simpson: Just moved in here in November and i wish I didn’t. Got told if I move in by said date we wouldn’t have to pay first month rent which was super nice, but the apartment wasn’t even ready for us to move into AT ALL!! The first week was nice whatever problems we had they were happy to fix. Fast forward some time and now they don’t even respond to emails or anything. I have tried getting in touch with so many people at the office and no one gets back to you. I have even gone to there office and left mynumber with someone new and they still ignored me. I have been requesting works order or even trying to talk to someone about how to set it up and they couldn’t care less to help anyone I have been emailing about ROACHES AND BUGS being in my apartment and they don’t care about that. Honestly if you’re looking to move just go else where and save your money for someone who deserves it. They have been having issues since a flood of last year and that causes your rent to go up 100 every single month you have to pay even though you didn’t live here at the time of THEIR problems. They seem super nice and all for you at the beginning but it’s just a ruse.

Montclair On the Park Apartments: what do users think?
Joseph Bell: Great apartment!
Black Dynamite: Ian is the best event coordinator and throws the best. Would recommend living here but get a 2 year lease
Mohit G: I love this apartment building! The units are great, the community of residents is really friendly, and the staff is super helpful. You can’t beat the location either!
杨彤: Lots of activities and kind staffs
Pavan Sai: Montclair apartment is the wonderful go to live community where you find friendly staff trying to help in any way possible and access to all amenities is the main thing I like about the apartment. All the rooms are wonderful to live.
pushpalatha reddy: Good one with all amenities😊
Michael Borror: I love living here.. the staff is great and helpful. The apartment is close to the attractions and close to my doctor's. I also love the events the apartment has for their residents.
William Lee: Great place to live. Events got better in the past
Nokomis Ramos-Gonzalez: Posting here to give Margaret Lee a positive review as she was fantastic during the move-in process to the Montclair, always happy to reply to my emails very quickly, she provided me with a lot of help and guidance, particularly as this was my first time living in the US!
Heath Rutledge-Jukes: My air conditioner grows snow, maintenance doesn't seem to know how to fix it. Also, the laundry room now no longer takes my card and keeps getting declined but when I pay the $1400/month rent it works just perfectly :)Not worth the cost. Maybe it would be if they had solid upkeep on their amenities. I would say if you can get it for $1050/month you would be in good shape but otherwise there are better apartments elsewhere.
DefenderofBacon 2: Water pressure hates working
Krs DG: The fire alarms here are always going off I feel like I live in a fire station
Sukhamoy Som: My daughter lived at Montclair for three years but recently had to break her lease in an emergency situation. On July 11, 2022, the concrete roof above her car in the underground parking lot collapsed and totaled the car. We decided to look for another apartment out of her safety concern as she could have been seriously injured if she had been there at the time. What is more infuriating is that there were signs that something is wrong in the parking garage roof as white powder like debris was falling at times and would make marks on the car. In spite of reporting the problem through written work orders, Mac Properties did not take any preventive action.Montclair apartment gave us the option of sending the car to a body shop of their choosing (Collier) which had no opening for months. Montclair could not even give us an alternative parking spot for the car while we wait for repairs/for a rental/for a new car. Therefore, we were forced to create an insurance claim. When our insurance evaluated the car, they decided to total the car so in the end, we did not receive any compensation from Montclair. My purpose for writing this review are multi-fold:First, I want a thorough investigation to find the root cause of roof collapse and to determine whether there is any water damage to the concrete roof and pillars. Incidents like this should not be allowed to be pushed under the rug for the safety of everyone still living there or working there.Second, it was unfair for Mac Properties to charge my daughter two month’s extra rent for breaking the lease when the management can’t even provide a minimum safe environment.Third, Mac Properties should have at least reimbursed us for the hardship caused by the roof collapse in terms of reimbursing substitute transportation which we requested to management but was denied.Pictures below taken on the date of the damage by Montclair apartments and my daughter:
Claire Jennings: Great building, friendly staff, great location. The major downside we have experienced is that management and maintenance just come in whenever they want. They will literally let you know the night before they decide to do a random inspection. Have an important Zoom meeting? Doesn't matter. They'll insist that you let them do whatever they want.
Abigail Bell: Bizarre things happen here. A friend had their car totaled when a pipe burst in the parking garage (which is nasty, with extremely tight spaces, gross leaks onto your car, terrible smells), and there was a recent event that traumatized a lot of residents– who now would like to move but are unable to have the cost of breaking the lease waived even after some gruesome experiences. There was another unit I knew of that had a dead bat left on their AC unit (visible out their window) for weeks despite requests to remove it. The trash is often overflowing out of the dumpsters and there is tons of broken glass surrounding the back door where my dogs have to walk every time they go out.I didn’t listen when other students told me about all of the nasty and unbelievable things that happened to them, but I ended up desperate to leave within months of moving in. Even though the location is perfect next to the medical center, it’s not worth it.
Pamela Moore: Quincy has been so helpful to me since the first day we met. Even thought I moved in a couple months ago, I can still call her for anything. She's always willingly to help me get things straighten out. I didn't want Quincy to go unnoticed. Thank you so much Quincy!
Mei San Tang: AJ is helpful and thoughtful when it comes to front desk matters. He is always proactive about packages. I also appreciate his positive energy - chatting with him when I get home at the end of a work day always help make my day!
Alexis Bruner: Andrew is a star employee! Always helpful, never fails to greet residents with a smile, and makes Montclair feel like home.
Addy Mims: Kafilat always greets me with a smile and positive energy even though she works long hours both Saturdays and Sundays. She’s always kind and helpful! Very thankful for her!
Adam Maleki: Since I moved here which is less than 2 months, all staff so far have been so friendly, kind, and caring. I should start to review most of them gradually, but here I wanna thank Andrew, not only for his everyday kindness but also because he helped me take my mattress to my apartment; without his help, I wasn't able to do that.

Aventura at Forest Park: what do users think?
Brittany Weir: We LOVED living at Aventura. Tanner the property manager and Jim the head of maintenance really made us feel like family. They took care of every need and personally invest in their residents. There were fun social activities periodically that really added to the community feel. Our dog Watson also loved Aventura. We were truly sad to leave and had a great experience there.
Aaron Surrey: lived here for two years…it’s fine, pricey for what you get. I stayed for the second year because moving is a hassle and anything nicer in the grove or CWE would’ve been more expensive.Pros: proximity to BJH and Forest Park, decent sized apartments, modern fixtures/appliances, maintenance requests quick, less expensive than equivalent apartments in CWE.cons: walls are thin…fortunately most people who live at Aventura were fairly quiet at night. The package system was laughably bad, essentially had to dig through mounds of packages in a closet to find mine. To be fair, it looked like they were installing a new system as I was leaving. Parking was at times terrible, particular in the summer or if you return late at night. For example, consistently during the summer last year I would come home late after a shift to find no parking available. When I brought this concern to the leasing office I was told that parking was "not guaranteed"...they make you pay extra for a parking spot...and that we could park on the street (need to obtain a permit from the city) or to start paying for the absurdly overpriced carport. Just silly. The apartment is literally adjacent to the freeway so it is noisy outside. If the amenities matter to you, the pool and gym are tiny and not worth the rent upcharge. Pool was claustrophobically crowded on the weekends because it's so small.Would I do it again? Eh maybe. Definitely my least favorite apartment I've lived in, and I'm not convinced the cost was worth the apartment+amenities provided. But that being said if you want to be walking distance to BJH or Forest Park in a nice enough apartment it only gets more expensive.
Mysfit Dani: My roommate and I lived here for two years and we absolutely LOVED it! From the leasing agents, actual apartment unit and amenities. Walking distance from the medical area and to Manchester if you want to grab a bite to eat. Also right off the highway if you need to get somewhere. The community is gated, so we always felt safe. Maintenance was also friendly and handled work order requests in a timely manner. We only moved out because we graduated. Otherwise, we would still be there! One of my best places I’ve ever lived!
Corianna Baier: They give you very little for your money (very small and strict amenities) and will take a large portion of deposit for no reason. Lots of little problems that shouldn’t happen with what you pay. Nothing special.
Monica cox: I have heard many great things about Aventura I want to move here so bad but they say they don't have any available 😔
Amber: My husband and I LOVE living here! The staffare friendly and personable and the property isclean and safe. Maintenance requests (I've onlyhad to make one and it was for a kitchenfaucet) are addressed promptly! I work remoteso l am basically here 24/7 and I've never had asingle issue. I am sad to be moving out of state, otherwise we would be staying here for years tocome. Great property close to so many greatthings, including Forest Park, WashU, CentralWest End, and the Grove. Very walkable! I highlyrecommend Aventura if you are looking for aplace in the city. Our dog also LOVES the park we go thereprobably 2-3x a day. There is no way he couldjump over the fence I noticed a review said that when I was looking at this as an option. That has not been a concern at all. The park is safe and we have met a lot of the neighbors there with their pups!An older review (6 years old) said somethingabout the trash being located in aninconvenient spot. They offer valet trash nowand have since I've lived here! It's veryconvenient!Did I mention they also have a pool and gym!?
Daniel Robison: Woman at the front desk in their leasing office is very helpful, friendly and makes things as easy as can be with residents. Quick with responses on maintenance issues as well as move in and out concerns
Angela Brown: I haven’t experienced this place but looks extra nice to me. Seen outside of it. Saw details online.
Tejas Sangoi: Excellent apartment complex to live in! Great management including maintenance staff who do quick repairs and amazing amenities. Have lived here for 7+ years with no regrets!
Jennifer Oeffner: I have been a renter for the better part of ten years, in several states and throughout St. Louis, and Aventura is by far my best experience as a renter. The apartments are beautiful, the grounds well-maintained, and the neighborhood is awesome. The leasing office and maintenance team are responsive, prompt, and wonderful to deal with. This is also the first time that a property didn't try to nickel and dime my security deposit; they are upfront and clear about deductions, and very fair. I was sad to leave!
Vasu Mantravadi: Aventura was my lovely home for the past 5 years. Safe, clean, quiet, walking distance to the Grove and beautiful Forest Park, with friendly and responsive leasing office staff. It's been a wonderful place to live and I will miss it!
______: Great property and management!
Darrin Dowdy: We moved to Aventura 5 weeks ago. In the beginning it was all that it was promised to be. We truly believed it to be the hidden gem that the website promised. Everything was great until about 2 weeks ago. Due to some life changes, we made the decision to get an Emotional Support Animal (ESA). We emailed the Property Manager, Lora Garmer, in an attempt to obtain information about documentation/fees required by the community. At this point, it seems that Lora decided to make this a difficult process.Lora replied stating that we would need to have a medical professional complete the attached form (Reasonable Accommodation Request Verification Form) and required us to provide certification for our service dog. I clarified that it was not a service dog but an ESA and asked if the same form would apply. She replied, “Yes, the form would still apply. As long as the pet is certified as a support animal, it shouldn’t be a problem.” Lora is a housing professional, with YEARS of experience, and responsible for a multimillion dollar property. Is it possible that she is not educated in the the subjects of disabilities and the Fair Housing Act?Seeking clarity, we reached out to our local HUD office. They explained that completion of the form nor certification of an ESA was required by the Fair Housing Act. The information could simply be included in the ESA letter given to the housing provider when requesting the accommodation. So, with that understanding, I emailed Lora to ask if the the ESA letter would be sufficient as long as it address all of the questions from her form. She replied stating that Anna Rohlfing, Regional Manager with MLP Management, still wanted the form completed and taking a new stance of “We don’t necessarily need something that shows the animal has been trained depending on how the form reads.” I replied to see if she would clarify “depending on how the form reads”. Lora responded with “The most important piece is getting the verification form back completed.” As for training, her response was “The training certificate is not necessarily required but if you have it we can include it in your file. Of course we asked what would make the certificate required. The next day we received an email from Anna Rohlfing. She apologized for the delayed response. Trying to provide clarity, she explained that once the medical provider had completed and submitted the form (this is new) directly to their office, they would verify the information and render a decision. She further explained that they would not require the certification and apologized for the confusion that may have been caused by the wording of the previous email. I don’t think she knew that Lora had actually required it twice at this point. Anyway, we thanked Anna for her response and decided to follow the law.The next day we went to our doctor with a copy of the Fair Housing Act and the form from the complex in hand. He wrote the ESA letter to satisfy the law and the questions on the form. Shortly after, we emailed the ESA letter without the “required” form to Lora and Anna. Within 30 mins we were approved. I guess that form wasn’t so important after all.At the completion of this ordeal, we believe that Lora Garmer and Anna Rohlfing intentionally complicated this process by requiring an unnecessary form, initially insisting that the ESA be certified, and attempting to delay submission of the letter/form by requiring the medical provider to be the one to submit it to their office. Logical questions are: How many others have they misledinto completing or possibly even forced to complete their coveted and bogus form? How much money has been wasted on unnecessary co-pays and training fees? If there have been none before us, thenwhy us? We can’t read minds and it was never openly stated but their actions seem clear. Americans with disabilities should look elsewhere or be prepared to possibly have management challenge you at every step.
Ai Zhang: I’ve lived in this apartment for 10 months. Overall environment and maintenance are nice and leasing office replies emails in a timely manner. However, since we have to work from home right now, it’s important to keep silence for other residents to have a good rest and work environment. But you can still “enjoy” the vibration from bass almost 24/7 from your neighbor. Sometimes I woke up from a nap because I felt the vibration on my own bed or hear the bass when I lay on my side. While, leasing office only send them notifications when they played music during silent time. But it’s a special time right now, I can’t work at any other places. It interrupts my rest and work seriously!!! Even after I sent them a written note and manager sent them email notification, I can still hear the music and feel the bass. I’m thinking to call police if this situation continues.
Nathan Emmons: Positive:Professionalism,ValueI lived at Aventura for several years and enjoyed it very much. Lora and Tanner in the front office are prompt, professional, and courteous. I would recommend Aventura to a friend.
Caroline Nottingham: This has been my first year living in St Louis and moving to Aventura was the best decision for my transition. It's walking distance to the hospital and to restaurants/bars on Manchester. I have never felt unsafe, even with late night dog walks, and value the security of the gates and cameras. Property managers and maintenance team are beyond fantastic and will quickly respond to anything you need. The community is well taken care of, dog friendly and very quiet as it's mostly professionals/families. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to call home!
Joel Nolette: Aventura at Forest Park is expanding its footprint, it appears. We've enjoyed living in the main complex, and if these are new apartments for rent, I imagine they'll be even nicer than the existing buildings' apartments. As of the date of this writing, exterior looks done, though interior is still under construction.
Brian Ho: Definitely live here if you can!I've lived here for about 5 years. About 2 years in I needed more room and decided to stay here (and move into a bigger apartment on site) truthfully because of the management. They were super helpful about everything: working with you if you needed something and the maintenance really cares about how this place is kept. Lora really cares about her residents and its amazing how much she is here to help you. I can't recommend this place more.Other things to consider is it is ridiculously convenient to live here if you work at WashU med or SLU--you can walk or bike to these places. Hwy 64 "40" and 44 are minutes away so its a great central place. The CWE and the grove are right here and expanding so there are bars and restaurants galore. (you can walk to Sauce on the side!)Nice pool, safe, and of course high end nice features in the apartment. But definitely stay here if you can because of the management, especially Lora.
Georgie Philip: I lived at Aventura for 4 years and it is honestly one of the most well maintained apartment complexes in the city. Management cares about its residents, keeps the place clean, the gated aspect makes it a lot safer, and units are new with ample space and amenities.
Tamara Pejovic: I love Aventura! Roby at leasing office is very helpful.
Maren Cowley: This apartment complex had the best staff of any araprtment complex I have ever lived in. The staff was always friendly, helpful and planned great evening get togethers for the entire community. Aventura is also located in a fabulous location in walking distance of Barnes-Jewish hospital, Manchester Avenue, and from Forest Park.

St. Louis Luxury Apartments: what do users think?
Trent Strobel: Simply fantastic. Truly.Apartments had nice, modern finishes, which was a big deciding factor when I picked the place; for the money, you really get a lot of value. AND IT IS CLEAN. The building as a whole is kept virtually spotless and not once was I worried about unwanted visitors with the security staff watching the entrances.Speaking of security staff, one thing that was a big deal to me when I was shopping for a place was having a secure package room for anything I ordered online. The last couple of places I lived at had trouble with people coming in and stealing packages after they were delivered. Not once did I have any issues with package theft at the 720 Gallery. Security was always at the desk 24/7, and any time I had a package, all I had to do was ask, and they would go retrieve it from the secure room for me.The amenities on the fourth floor were also nice, in good shape, and clean. I had people over all the time and would use the hot tubs or the gym area. Also a nice quiet office space with free wi-fi, which is a bonus if you are ever in a pinch and need it or are looking for a place to get some work done.Maintenance was on top of their game; any time there was an issue, they were very quick to remedy the situation. Darvis, the head maintenance guy seemed to really know his way around the place and was always in and out in no time. I don't think I ever waited more than 24 hours to get something fixed. The management staff really made it a great experience. I've lived in several different buildings in the St. Louis area and I have to say, whoever owns the 720 Gallery property needs to give James and Jody a raise and make sure they keep them. They are awesome at their jobs, make guests feel welcomed, and are a hoot to be around. They really went above and beyond from the time I was just shopping for a place to live, to the time I moved out, and made the whole process fun and easy. Any time I had questions about anything, they had answers or knew where to point me to find them.
Colton Newlin: Gallery 720 was my home for the past three years while in school. I'll break my review into three sections: (1) Management, (2) Apartment, and (3) Location.Management: During my time, the members of the leasing office were responsive, friendly, and helpful. The move-in and move-out process was seamless on my end. Ms. Lily, one of the security guards at the front desk, instantly became an integral part of my life at Gallery 720. If I needed to pick-up a package, Ms. Lily was there. If I locked myself out of my apartment, Ms. Lily was there. Ms. Lily always addressed me by name and greeted me any time I entered or exited the building. Having a staff member like Ms. Lily really made my experience at Gallery 720 above and beyond. The maintenance staff was equally impressive. I never waited more than 48 hours for a service request to be completed. They were respectful of my space, friendly, and efficient.Apartment: I lived in the "10" style studio apartment on the 9th floor. I had nice views of the city with the floor to ceiling windows. However, note that during the summer, the windows let in a lot of heat (even with the blinds closed). I'm not sure if the entire building is this way, but the studio apartments have central air conditioners attached to all the apartments. This resulted in some interesting smells coming through the air vents and a lack of individualized temperature control. It's not an ideal set-up, but it really didn't bother me personally. My unit was equipped with a high efficiency washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. The apartment really does look nice and I received several compliments from friends that would visit. Additionally, considering the market-based price of similarly situated apartments in the downtown area, the asking price for rent at this apartment is very reasonable. The fourth floor amenity level is exceptional: the largest gym I've seen in an apartment building, rooftop pool, hot tubs, grills, business center, and a rentable event room.Location: The building is locked to outside visitors from 6:00pm to 6:00am which is a must in downtown St. Louis. I've seen some terrible things outside my window in the late hours of the night, but I've never felt unsafe inside the apartment building. Downtown St. Louis isn't the safest place, obviously, but Gallery 720 does make sure that its residents are looked after. Setting aside the crime, the location is perfect for downtown living. You can get to the arch in about 15 minutes on foot, about 10 minutes to get to Busch stadium, about 20 minutes to Enterprise Center, about 5 minutes to America's Convention Center, and about 2 minutes to the downtown Schnucks. There's plenty of nightlife and restaurants all within a 10 minute walking distance of the apartment.Overall: My decision to live at Gallery 720 was perfect for me. The location suited my needs for school. The apartment was equipped with all the amenities that I could want. The management and staff at the building were phenomenal. I'm confident that Gallery 720 deserves a 5/5 review.
Leah Simon: Gallery 720 is by far the best place that I've ever lived!! I lived there for almost 2 years. There were 2 members of the office staff James & Lance that were always so helpful and friendly. I was moving from my hometown 2 hours away but they made my move in process so easy. One of the security workers Ms. Lily was also amazing. Always so friendly and she always had kind & encouraging words to say. The building was always so clean and quiet. There were times that I thought I was the only person living on my floor. I had two jobs so it was very nice to come home to peace & quiet. I also loved the fact that no 1 could just drop by to see me with the 24 hour security that this property provided. If you are looking for the prefect place to live, please consider Gallery 720 or one of the other 3 locations that they have also located in the downtown area. I'm sure that the staff at the other locations are just as amazing as the Gallery 720 staff!!! Thank you for everything!!!
Ladybug Libra: The most rudest people they have no manners called to have a tour the lady that answered the phone was very rude
Karl Palmer: This place was amazing!! I loved my time living here and the staff was very attentive to all of the residents!!
Lindsey Clark: I can’t say enough great things about my apartment! Quiet, clean, and outstanding customer service anytime I need anything! Highly recommend!
Anna Ruggiero: Awesome place! Love living here and the staff is amazing!
Donna Millar: My husband and I have lived here for 3 and a half years. We have never lived in a place where we have felt this safe in our home. Having 24 hour security makes such a difference for well being. Management is the best we’ve ever had. Any maintenance issues we have had have been resolved within 24 hours of putting in a request. The amenities available to residents are top notch. Anyone considering moving here will not be disappointed.
Briana Hollmon: James D in the management office makes this feel like a home and not a rental. He works to hear the need and works to meet the need. He is caring, understanding and a great listener.
Joshua Peters: The leasing managers and security officers are trash there's always a new one every 2 months that are ignorant they never answer the phone. Upon moving out they will charge you! Stay away from this place. They have predatory rental practices.
Jennifer Jones: I’ve lived here for over 4 years and one of the things I love is the quick turnaround and availability of my maintenance guy Darvis! He is the best!
Naomi Taylor: Simply beautiful
Cherie Rajan: Amazing building! Such a lovely staff (both leasing office, security, cleaning), always willing to help and answer questions! I’ve lived here for almost a year now and haven’t had any issues. The apartments are modern, sleek, and have great finishes. The in-unit washer/dryer is so convenient and the amenities (pool, hot tub, grills, patio, pool table, TV, kitchen, etc.) are all great! Would definitely recommend!
Shanitra McNealy: I am updating my review from last year and decreasing my rating. I moved here to Gallery 720 in May 2019 and originally loved my place. Center of downtown and so accessible to so many places here without having to move my car. James and Lance, the leasing agents were great and very accommodating , however, since lease ended 11/30/19, I have yet to receive my $500 deposit back from the company. It is stated that you are to receive it back within 30 days and it is two months later, and no one has provided me my deposit back. I can never talk to any of the owners (or those in charge of cutting the checks) and all I have received are empty promises. They have claimed to have mailed my check twice, however, neither has made it to my mailbox. I have stayed in several apartments and this is the first one where I am having such a difficult time getting back what they had no problem taking. Most places, provide your deposit back within a couple weeks, if that long. I hate to have to let those future residents know but people have to be made aware. Yes, the apartments are nice and the guys in the office are very kind and sweet but to treat residents who take care of the place, follow the rules and don't cause any problems like this is uncalled for. So, BEWARE........it's February 11, 2020 and I still have not received my deposit back and no one can provide me a direct answer as to why. It works for them that they are not registered with the Better Business Bureau bc if they were, I would definitely file an official complaint. My suggestion, sign the lease with maybe a deposit waiver, therefore, you won't be waiting as long as I have once you move out. I'm just very disappointed, very disappointed.
Desma Walker: Gallery 720 was an amazing place to live! I hated to leave there, but I’m a travel nurse so I only stayed there for 7 months and I loved it. From James and Lance in the leasing office being so sweet and amazing, to the nice pool area, to the comfort of my studio apartment. Also, depending on what floor and side of the building you live on, you’d have a great view of the arch!
Joe Thomas: I loved living here! The place is always clean, staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, very easy to communicate with management and with its location you can pretty much walk anywhere you needed to go downtown. I would love to have another work assignment in St.Louis so I could stay here again. Highly recommended.
Tony Watson: Secure and Friendly
Michael Bradshaw: Love living here the staff is awesome and super nice. They are always available to help and solve any issues that may arise
Laura Bradigan: I had an excellent experience with my short term lease on a furnished studio. The room was squeaky clean with brand new appliances. The management was helpful and kind every step of the way. I felt safe with the 24/7 building security and secured parking in the garage next door. There is even a skywalk that’s takes you directly from the building to the garage. I never had any problems with noise and my neighbors were friendly. For the size of the studio, safety, and convenience I think it is an excellent value. Travel nurses peep this spot!
Noah Wierenga: Have lived at Gallery 720 for 4 years now and I LOVE IT! The leasing staff are extremely nice and always accommodating. Sad to have to move after a great time here due to my job. Very secure building which I love, there is a security guard 24/7 and all of them are great and friendly to talk to. Maintenance has always been quick and responsive when I did need them for something in the apartment. Great views of the downtown area and within walking distance to the Ballpark or Washington Ave. Definitely a complex worth checking out if you are considering living Downtown!
Emily Decker: I have a very good friend who lives here and I'm always so jealous when I come here and visit him. Not only are the apartments gorgeous with amazing views of the Downtown area, but I always feel like I'm being taken care of when I visit. The staff all know me now and are so great about helping me with packages, directions, recommendations and more. I once even forgot my phone on top of my car in the parking garage and one of the staff walked all the way back to the garage and got it for me!! How amazing is that?! Seriously, when my lease is up on my apartment, I am going to try and move here. Thank you for being great to even the guests of residents!

Grand Flats | Modern, New Luxury Apartments: what do users think?
Omar Garnica: I really enjoyed my time living at Grand Flats. The building is new and very well kept and the amenities are great. Alex, Bri, and the maintenance staff were always very professional, attentive, and welcoming. I highly recommend everyone come check them out.
Joseph Brown: We moved in back in June 2020, Beautiful building, very modern. This leasing staff is very friendly, The maintenance team is great.
Kevin Eblimit: I've been living here for almost 2 years now and it's been a wonderful place! The staff are always friendly and more than happy to help with any issues that come up. Work orders get done rather quick, and if an immediate fix isn't available, they offer other great solutions in the meantime to compensate.Parking is semi pricy but it's worth it as it's a gated lot and very secure, plus your spot is reserved. I personally haven't had any major issues living here.
Alix Goulden: I recommend getting all special offers in writing before you apply. I had a leasing agent offer me a great deal, and told me to apply and he would get it in writing. After I paid the application fee and they ran my credit, someone else from the office called and told me that the deal would not happen. A waste of time, $50, and a hit on my credit report.
calvin Duantae: I love these their very pet friendly great staff leasing was quick n easy my friend loves her apartment rent is well worth it ive never seen my lil pug more happy in their doggy spa
David Noble: I came across Grand Flats as I am in transition from being a homeowner for over 20yrs due to a traumatic death in my family. The experience was awkward and frustrating and at times overwhelming. Their Leasing Consultant, Ahjonee' Morris was not only very professional, helpful and delightful to work with. She was an excellent partner in coordinating logistics with me to view the property with an interior decorator prior to me shopping for furniture and other items. This young lady has a bright future ahead!
David Chunn: This is what I'd tell anyone that's considering living here: it's worth the money. We have never lived anywhere where a maintenance request was acted upon so quickly or where staff actually followed up afterwards to make sure that the issue was resolved. For the first time in my experience as a renter, I feel completely confident that any issue that arises will be taken seriously and not ignored. The facility is really nice and well maintained The location is great and is in a fabulous and iconic STL neighborhood. Randi, Jeaneen, Craig and Ben are exceptionally nice and professional and a pleasure to work with. Before we signed our lease, we were hesitant about whether we were making the best decision with our money. After being here for less than a month, we now feel that we should have made that move to South Grand Flats earlier. This place has set a new standard for us.
Caroline L: I was planning to sign a lease here but came across several issues. First off, they didn't have correct rent amounts on their portal which lets you apply for each apartment. Therefore, after completing an application, I found out that the rent for that apartment was higher.Randi Bailey, general manager of the complex, put in higher rent in the lease. She also told me "amount x" included rent and utilities but it did not. If I would have signed the lease, I would be overpaying for rent and also had a $95 surprise charge of utilities which I was told were already included but were not. Ultimately, I felt like I was told incorrect information in order to get me to sign the lease.I was also disappointed as when I told senior VP of Asset Living, Tyler Johnson, about the issue, he told me he'll have someone from the complex contact me to go through the lease. The next day, he changed his mind and told me I needed a lawyer for help with the lease as the staff was only there for "customer service." It was disappointing as no one thought Randi's behavior was inappropriate and I never received an apology or explanation of how this could have happened. They didn't want to help me and made it clear they didn't want me to live there.
Tatiana Gochez-Kerr: I moved in right before Covid 19 shut down the city, which means that right after I arrived basically all the cool amenities went away - can't use the gym, the pool, the common areas, the free cocoa, most packages aren't put in Luxor, etc. Given all that, I still give five stars!I'd like to preface here that I've lived in a variety of apartments and townhomes over the past twelve years. All at a MUCH lower pricepoint than Grand Flats. This is my first time in a luxury apartment complex, and boy they did not undersell it. Although the endemic issues native to apartments remain - some noise issues, sharing hallways and elevators and trash/recycling services - the noise is MUCH lower than I'm used to in cheaper apartments. In fact, other than the occasional outburst of the dog next door, I usually don't hear much at all. I'm used to footsteps overhead, yelling through the walls, singing, coughing, sounds of talking or TV...none of that here! It's amazing! The dog park and the garden area are much smaller than I had thought - I moved here from out of state without touring in person first - but they do the trick when I can't get my dog out for a proper walk. There are THREE parks within walking distance, and tons more residential walking areas with safe sidewalks and lamps for light at night.Phenomenal proximity to many of my favorite StL restaurants, very thorough and routine cleaning of all shared facilities, the apartment is so new I found manuals in all the appliances when I moved in. The balcony is fantastic. I have been told by a neighbor that living on the street side is worse, because a lot of emergency vehicles go past. I'm on the parking lot side and have no issue.I'm super impressed with the security measures, and even though things take a little longer with pandemic restrictions, anything I have issues with is generally resolved within a week. Anything that has gone wrong has been basically a minor inconvenience at worst, which if you're used to cheaper apartment living, is insanely great. And I love my fridge. In short, I was originally planning on a short term rental while I searched to buy a home, but now I'm planning to extend my lease for at least a few more months. Quarantine in this complex has been so darn easy I barely noticed any inconveniences!I also love my closet. And my balcony. And I think the AC ecobee unit is pretty neat too. Ooh, and the shower is great!
Holly Carter: Beautiful building, amazing staff, awesome amenities! Best place to live in Tower Grove!
Meghan Jones: I cannot say enough about the positive experience we have had so far with Grand Flats and their leasing manager, Jeannine. We were looking at a few of the newer loft buildings in the area, and from the moment we stepped in, we knew we were home! From the first time we visited, we could feel the warmth of the community. The building is gorgeous with any update and amenity you could want. Jeannine has been an absolute delight to work with and knowing she and similar-minded staff are there secured us in knowing this was the right place. She has made the whole process easy and stress-free. I am so grateful to be moving into a community with such great energy!
Sulin Ledger: I just relocated here from Florida due to a career choice. I have always lived in a home or townhome. I flew in 2x from FL to find housing. I was so discouraged and felt a sense of doom not knowing where I would live. I was driving back to my hotel and came across Grand Flats. I literally stopped the car and ran inside to see the inside not expecting to have a tour or listen to their pitch. Needless to say I found my HOME! You ask me what sold me on Grand Flats, their customer service Jeannine. I felt all I needed was a doorman, and knowing now they would be my doorman. Their up to date layout and modern flare with the love of tenants and pets sold me. This facility is an all in one. I love the inside homey feeling that you can come down and relax with the big screen and feel your in your own apt. I like all the little things they do for us, they say the smallest things are the biggest things in life. Since moving from FL I am at a lost since this is my first to move 37 yrs ago. They took all the guesswork out for me, Jeannine stated, not to worry they will do it all for me just come home, they will do the rest. When you talk to her on the phone you can tell she's happy through her voice when she speak to you, such a wonderful personality and demeanor. I would love and challenge anyone to call this HOME!
Emma Knoke: I absolutely love living here. Everyone who works here is so kind and thoughtful. The customer service is amazing, they are so quick to respond to any questions you have and really go above and beyond. They are also incredibly pet friendly! My two dogs LOVE the dog run (they aren't the biggest fans of how many baths they are now getting since there is also an ACTUAL pet spa room, but I sure do love it!!!!). The gym is amazing, the pool is amazing. I love my apartment, and I feel so safe living here. I really cant say enough wonderful things.
Kenneth Anglin IV: Awesome new building! Beautiful pool, and high end finishes! I would highly recommend this to be your new home!
Luke Durkin: Great new community! Beautiful amenity space in a neat location, and the staff is very helpful!
Shaurya Patel: Grand Flats has been an amazing experience, from getting into contact with them and their friendly staff, to the process of becoming a resident, they have made me feel at home. The building is beautiful and the rooms, amenities, and modern lifestyle are stunning!
Jon Dewey: I lived in many different apartment complexes across the country and Grand Flats is one of the absolute best. The apartments are elegant and modern, with plenty of space and natural light. But what really sets them apart are the awesome management and staff. They are extremely helpful and routinely go above and beyond their duty to make everything as easy and comfortable as possible. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else in STL.
Gina Kirkwood: I helped my daughter move in here. Beautiful, clean apartments with new everything. I would rate 5 stars, but moving in was painful. We weren't allowed to park the moving truck in the parking lot, and walking from the street to the door was miserable. Please find a way to make moving in/out more convenient for your tenants.
Olive Renwick: Made an appointment with leasing office to view an apartment over the phone last week. We arrived for our appointment waited in the front entry way for 15 mins and then left. No one was ever at the desk.
Akira Bradford: Grand Flats has been a great place to live! Friendly staff, quiet neighbors, brand new, clean, and modern environment. Love my place here!I would highly recommend Grand Flats to anyone - I even referred a family member to the community who is moving in soon!
Brooke Simmons: Grand Flats is so beautiful! Love the modern yet homey feeling they give. The office staff is super helpful and nice. The pool is sparkling and so relaxing after a hard day at work. I highly recommend these flats. Check them out, you won't be sorry!

The Orion Apartments: what do users think?
Jodi Eckstine: Loving my new home at The Orion Apartments! All the staff have been so friendly and welcoming. Move in was a breeze. The neighborhood is lovely, and all the other residents I’ve met so far have been great.
Sharyn Michalczyn: This Orion/STL is so conveniently located and the staff is great. They are very helpful and the set up is perfect with Whole Foods on the ground level. Justin, the Assistant Mgr was very helpful to me personally, in retrieving some misplaced packages.
Mitch Peterson: The Orion is awesome in every way. We will hopefully be back soon for another stay. Teddi and her staff are all top notch and some of the nicest people we have ever met.Mitch P
Maxwell Todd: I moved to The Orion a couple of years ago and have really enjoyed living here. The apartment building itself is very nice and maintenance has been quick to attend to any requests. The staff in the leasing office as well as the concierge at the front desk have always been kind. It is great to have so many restaurants and stores within walking distance as well as Forest Park. I am happy with my choice of choosing to live at The Orion.
Shelby Long: These are great apartments. I toured with my friend the other day and we loved it! When I finally can move to Central West End in St Louis, I will be moving to the Orion. The kitchen was so nice in the apartment and the location to St Louis and things to do was way cool. The staff was so nice, Jason was so pleasant and friendly. And they are pet friendly.... Highly recommend.
Jerrilyn Smelser: Very amazing place and the manager runs everything so precisely that it is a smooth transition to move in.
Shannon Barrie: The Orion CWE exceeded our expectations. Amazing location with all the amenities. We loved the evenings by the fire on the very spacious rooftop. The staff was super friendly and and attentive. Teddi the manager was exceptional in communicating and accommodating our stay. She knows how to ensure guests feel welcomed! From the outside plants to the fresh scent in the hallways, the building was very well maintained. Highly recommend living/visiting!
Kelli O'Neill: Awesome management! People who CARE!
Dave Shelton: We stayed here over the summer and our overall impression of the place was amazing! The building was so clean and the hallway we walked down to the rooftop pool smelled really good. We enjoyed our evening out there near the fire pit. Everyone we met were friendly. The manager customer service is on point and made us feel right at home.
Laura Albaugh: Wow, this apartment is absolutely stunning! It was clean and decorated so lovely. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Teddi went above and beyond during our stay. She has such a charming personality! The pool was just what we neededfor a little relaxation time. We also enjoyed the morning coffee. We can't wait to stay here again. The location was perfect! Thank you Orion staff!
Jeff Meyer: Place is fantastic. It’s a real gem in the Central West End. Very clean and in great location.
Tina Fries Adams: Perfect location. The staff all go above and beyond to make sure everyone is satisfied and happy. Beautiful atmosphere and very clean. I would recommend this place to everyone of my friends.
Berenice Morlet: Thank you - Jeff. Excellent service and quick response too. I made my service request in the morning and was all set in the afternoon. #lovelivinghere @theorionapartments
Robin Brody: I'm not living at the Orion yet, but Stacie in leasing has been amazing! She took the time to walk me through the entire building and point out the amazing amenities! What an amazing building in a great location.
Cristy Miller: I moved to The Orion in October and so far the staff, the building and everything has been great. Leasing office staff is very nice, responsive and thoughtful. The neighborhood is amazing too.My move was easy, thanks to the staff and concierge in getting my movers where they need to be. The apartments are very modern and quiet (good neighbors!).I would recommend The Orion, hands down.
Nelly Rome: Update to my previous update:TLDR: staff is nice, can be snippy sometimes, but aren’t we all? Building is pretty + kept very clean, Whole Foods is downstairs, coffee shop + hospital/ER/children’s hospital are all a stone’s throw away, don’t use any 3M adhesive on the walls, take pictures of your move out. 4.5/5 for the lack of communication post move.If you need to cable manage for baby proofing please only consider cable covers that sit on the floor or a playpen to avoid cable management altogether. We had covers that were adhere to the wall and upon removal before moving out of state, we realized that the adhesive came apart. We replastered after cleaning off the surface but it was a mess and we didn’t finish replastering before needing to catch our flight. Don’t be us. It’ll eat a chunk of your deposit, rightly so.I had to reach out about the deposit/final tally a month after I left. Damages and cleaning fees were racked up, our own fault, but there were other wall damages and something about the door getting stuck that I was unable to account for as everything was in working order when I left for the last time. That said, I’ll eat the deposit because my interstate move was a nightmare and I don’t want to deal with anything west of the Hudson River ever again unless it’s California.Update as of 4/20/22:The staff has changed but is still wonderful. Teddi had been managing the building almost solo for about a year and doing a great job by not letting the stress get to her. Some issues have come up with regards to water damage on one of our doorframes that leads to the balcony and while the situation has tested my patience, Adam, who is on the maintenance team, has been quick to respond and fantastic at dealing with an issue that the current team inherited.Still loving the Whole Foods downstairs as well as the community. Quiet hours per the city are enforced so if you have a family or work at BJC, this is the building for you! Proximity to Shake Shack and the new First Watch location across the street are also fantastic bonuses to living here!—We’ve lived here for over a year now and the staff and the community are incredible. Even in the midst of COVID, the staff has checked in on us and made sure that we’re comfortable and have everything that we need. We get clear email/paper communications about what is happening in the building in terms of any work on the parking gate, the Luxer package lockers. The staff is so responsive and available for all of our needs. The maintenance staff is also phenomenal- they’ve come in on weekends for maintenance emergencies and are always happy to help us clean up after repairs. The amenities are beautiful. The pool on the roof is lovely and the Euclid room is beautiful. Both the Euclid room and the courtyard are perfect for working from home without being in the apartment! The staff is what’s sold us on staying here. They’re so kind and know everyone’s names and are always happy to help. If you’re looking for your next apartment, this is an incredible community with lots of options.
Drew: I've been living here since December of 2021. It's really been a great experience — management keeps the building clean and in great shape, my neighbors are quiet and respectful, and parking is convenient in the garage once you get through the Whole Foods area.Highly recommend the Orion and wish I had moved here sooner.
Lindsey: I moved here from out of state, in the middle of the pandemic and was grateful to call The Orion home for almost a year. Conveniently located above the Whole Foods and in walking distance to Forest Park and many restaurants/coffee shops/and other shop fronts. The leasing team is professional and maintenance was responsive. The system for packages made me feel comfortable ordering anything to the building, and the parking is secure and safe. Overall a clean, welcoming, and lovely apartment community.
Ben Simpson: Orion is a great place to live in the Central West End. The new Management has been very professional and attentive to our needs and concerns and the Maintenance Department is always very responsive and timely in any repairs. Love our home and our location. 5 stars!
Steph Todd: Great location, the staff is friendly and the units are solid!
Tony Vo: Located close to everything, particularly the trails of Forest Park and a Whole Foods in the lower retail space. The amenities (lounge, gym, courtyard, pool, grill, package service, etc) are a real convenience, and the building is well maintained by responsive staff. Great place!
