PhatGurl79 taylor: Jack went above and beyond to make sure I got taken care of. I had trouble with my debit card and he was so patient and waited until I got things clear and able to finish the rental process. The entire staff was welcoming and polite even offered to take me home after I returned the car. I know enterprise offers pick up and drop off but I didn’t make arrangements and they were still willing to take me home. Thank you Jack see you guys soon. Highly recommend the Page staff for all your rental needs.

Angie Kelly: Car had expired tags over a year. I got pulled over two times. I called the enterprise after the first time and was told they will see its current when they run ur plates. Well I got my license ran and everything. Guy was not concerned w getting the proper sticker on the car. Got pulled over a second time it didn’t take as long. Back left tire was low entire time had to air up daily or every other day. Took pics. Car was filthy on the outside I had to wash it to see out windows. I complained to office upon return and got a 20 percent discount and “free upgrade” which idk what I. We’d that for off next rental. I said that’s cool but honestly I feel like I should get more it was more stress than it was worth. U don’t expect that from enterprise and I never had problems before.

Emily Huxtable: I was on hold for over an hour and a half to two hours. I was told the day before to just call and I could get picked up to get my rental vehicle that I needed as my vehicle was in an accident and I had no way to get to work. I was in a new city and didn’t know anything. Insurance set up a car with this company but they didn’t have one available until the next day. Which is fine. I called around 3:30 and was on hold until 5:30. I was then unable to get my rental which I needed to get to my work. And I was basically told sorry. Can’t help you. Call back tomorrow which tomorrow I have work until 5 so can’t get it then either. So I have to drive a car that my inspector told me not to drive for my safety. Because I have no other way to get to work.

Ankit K: I've had multiple bad experiences at this location. First time I waited close to 2 hours for the car to be available, they offered me a discount for not giving them a negative feedback. Second time I had to wait around 20 mins for someone to bring a car from another location. Third time time I needed it for my work and was scheduled to pick it up at 8 am and received a call from them at 7.55 am when I was 2 mins from the location, telling me it is not ready and if I can wait to pick it up. They didn't have an ETA when it would be actually ready and expected me to wait for an unspecified amount of time. I was told all their cars needed an oil change. Don't book at this location if you need the car for something time sensitive.

Real Lovely: Great location if you work downtown and need to rent a car QUICK!! I made my reservations online, and when I got there Mr. Rice had my car ready to go. He went above my expectations, and made sure I was completely satisfied when I picked up and dropped off my rental. I'll definitely use this location again!

Melanie Danner: We reserved a car for our honeymoon to be available today at 10:30. Enterprise was unable to provide a car for us, told us to try calling other locations rather than helping us out. It’s 1:00 pm and we have still received no help or car. We are cancelling our reservation. We won’t be using enterprise again and will not recommend to others.
Miles McMillin: 2-stars because the rental car that Enterprise provided to me was all kinds of beat up. Scratches and paint missing all over it and I had to wait 45-minutes at a body shop when I called the store to let them know when I would be there and was told the car would be waiting for me. Several phone calls later, a driver finally arrives. I dropped off my car for them to pick up and then was charged for an extra day when Enterprise wasn’t able to get an employee out that same day to pick up their vehicle at the body shop. Learn to take better care of your customers.

Colie McCoy: Terrible customer service and conflict resolution! If I could give this location a negative rating I would. They had my reservation on file for over a month. Then they transferred my reservation to another location without informing me or my insurance company and when it came time to pick up my reservation, there was nothing available. They offered no apologies, no help, and no alternatives! I was left with no means of transportation during a week of family celebrations, moving, and work!!!!! They did not care and again they offered no apologies!

I supposedly got a good deal at another car rental place and it was outrageous on how they had additional things that came up after you agreed to renting. I decided to check at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on S. Brentwood and they were Great! They worked with me and I had a rental car for about 4.5 months. They were very gracious always ready to help and made me feel like I was borrowing a car from my brother...though he may charge more. They were all fantastic! I will go back and I have told my co-workers and family about how great they were to me.

Katie West: This office illegally parks cars in the restricted space to access cars in the handicapped space. I wasn't able to get into my car and the branch manager refused to move the car. No acknowledgment of being in the wrong or apologizing for breaking the law. Obviously no consideration for handicapped people using this shopping center.

Aaron Frech: When I first walked in, I was hesitant seeing they were renovating the entire Enterprise Office. However, after being greeted immediately by Gabriel (even while he was assisting another customer), I took a seat and waited my turn. Colin came up after he got off the phone with another customer and assisted me. He made polite and professional small talk asking about my holiday and how my traveling has been thus far for this trip. They went over all the information thoroughly for the rental and displayed the features of the car we rented in an efficient time. Overall experience was 10/10 or in this case 5 stars. I felt like a valued customer.

Which to me, if you're a plus member and have a reputable relationship, you should be able to bypass alot of that, but anyway, that's just my opinion. MOSES OSBORNE III: They never have clean decent cars. I will never rent from the Creve Couer location again. Enterprise Rent A Car is an excellent company. But the staff at Creve Couer location, are the worst people ever. They run your card, before letting you know the amount to be charged. I have been a long time customer of Enterprise Rent A Car for more than 10 years.
Be' YouNique: I had a reservation REFUSED by the manager, Cody Ayres, who SAID he was cancelling it... On Dec 16,2017 @9am. And I still have not been given a explanation as to WHY????? I am a frequent renter, a Enterprise Plus Member and a Employee Family member!!I had a humiliating experience at the Creve Coeur location with the MANAGER Cody Ayres! He interrupted a perfectly good reservation that Veronica had COMPLETED. Reopened the reservation and began badgering me about WHO did my resrrvation, threatened to cancel if I didn't answer him. And he did just that!!! I left the place of business walking, no pickup or definitely NOT a drop off, in the cold (30degrees) 3 blocks...no coat because I was dropped off!! I contacted escalations, rescheduled my planned trip, TRIED to enjoy my holiday, and didn't hear from ANYONE until Dec. 27th. Who immediately defended Cody's behavior. How 99%of the time, Cody is A GOOD WORKER. Well, unfortunately, I received his 1%. I emailed the Area Manager, Jeff Wilkins on Jan 7th and I STILL have not heard back from him(a week later) I want to warn you.. !!! He's a COCKY little guy behind the counter!!!!
