Omri Ben-Zvi Goldblum: The lady at the front desk was super nice, but it took more than 30 minutes with here because the computer crashed multiple times. In addition to that, the car was not clean from the inside and there was no window wiper cleaner liquid in the car.

Miss Papo: They really need to fire that lady Jacqueline, she’s extremely incompetent and don’t think she has good vision so she can’t see the screen. What should have been a quick pick up ended up being one hour back and forth. She told me to call customer service in the store, WHY DO I NEED TO DO THIS WHEN YOU WORK AT THE STORE. UNTIL SHE IS FIRED DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!
Gemologist John Heusler: Avis/Budget is extremely poor in keeping their vehicles clean. Upon pick up it was super dirty inside and out. Plus no windshield washing liquid. This is twice I rented and never again.

Dave Lalonde: Can not give this location a low enough score. The three things I expect when renting a car are that it’s clean, it’s been serviced, and it has a full tank when I pick it up. The car had 1/4 tank. It still had a jacket in the back from the last renter and smelled like someone was smoking in it the night before. It’s obvious nobody even thought about cleaning this. On top of that, the service engine and oil change overdue messages where on. I would send someone to look into this location Avis. It’s bad.
Kara Moore: BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!In the midst of renting from this location, the low tire and change oil soon indicator lights came on, so I called the location and they told me to take the vehicle to Dobbs. Dobbs patched the tire and completed the oil change. About a month later, Avis sent me a notice stating I was at fault for the "damage," and they automatically debited my bank account in the amount of $160.BUYER BEWARE.
Mohamed Adan: I fill up for fueling a full tank. And she charged me over $24 with no reason. Be careful before you leave. Read your papers and fixed with her curreption.
LaVonda Johnson-Rush: Avis rental car receives a no star rating from me signed a very dissatisfied customer that was once loyal!!!! This was the worst experience ever from the beginning the end very poor customer service. I won't ever rent from Avis again nor will I recommend them to anyone. They really didn't deserve this one star rating they made me choose otherwise it would have been a no star..went to check in no car available at all finally get a car that was not cleaned nor sanitized went return the car a man out of uniform sitting in the lobby claiming to be an employee wanted me to give him the keys stated his sister who was supposed to be on duty went to drop off a vehicle at another location very unprofessional and unorganized. You all went down Avis!!!!!
Nick Paventi: Absolutely abysmal customer service. I had a reservation for ~$400 for a 4 day one way rental, but the agent at this location (Haris) changed or entered different information which caused my rental charges to balloon to over $1200 for my rental....and this was after I returned the car a day early too. On top of that Avis customer service was atrocious when trying to explain this to, because its all outsourced overseas, it took multiple phone calls and emails to even get someone could process the h#ll I had to endure all because Haris wanted to overcharge an Avis Preferred member because I needed a one-way rental.Do yourself a favor and avoid this location and Haris at all costs.

PhatGurl79 taylor: Jack went above and beyond to make sure I got taken care of. I had trouble with my debit card and he was so patient and waited until I got things clear and able to finish the rental process. The entire staff was welcoming and polite even offered to take me home after I returned the car. I know enterprise offers pick up and drop off but I didn’t make arrangements and they were still willing to take me home. Thank you Jack see you guys soon. Highly recommend the Page staff for all your rental needs.

Angie Kelly: Car had expired tags over a year. I got pulled over two times. I called the enterprise after the first time and was told they will see its current when they run ur plates. Well I got my license ran and everything. Guy was not concerned w getting the proper sticker on the car. Got pulled over a second time it didn’t take as long. Back left tire was low entire time had to air up daily or every other day. Took pics. Car was filthy on the outside I had to wash it to see out windows. I complained to office upon return and got a 20 percent discount and “free upgrade” which idk what I. We’d that for off next rental. I said that’s cool but honestly I feel like I should get more it was more stress than it was worth. U don’t expect that from enterprise and I never had problems before.

Emily Huxtable: I was on hold for over an hour and a half to two hours. I was told the day before to just call and I could get picked up to get my rental vehicle that I needed as my vehicle was in an accident and I had no way to get to work. I was in a new city and didn’t know anything. Insurance set up a car with this company but they didn’t have one available until the next day. Which is fine. I called around 3:30 and was on hold until 5:30. I was then unable to get my rental which I needed to get to my work. And I was basically told sorry. Can’t help you. Call back tomorrow which tomorrow I have work until 5 so can’t get it then either. So I have to drive a car that my inspector told me not to drive for my safety. Because I have no other way to get to work.
