Le'Ana Crittenden: This location has been the only location I have gone to and received such amazing service. The customer service is top notch, the location is clean and cared for, AND the manager is so amazing! I appreciate that she has taken the time to follow up with me following my reservations and that she has made so many accommodations when concerns have arisen. They customer attendants also are a breath of fresh air and make the process as smooth as possible through the open and closing of contracts. The entire team reflects how their leader focuses on attending to the customers needs and also being personably professional. Their service can be classified as luxury simply because of their demeanors and attentiveness. I will definitely be booking future reservations with them. Keep up the amazing work!

Jack Rabbit: I believe the representative that I worked with name was monica she was great… over my total experience with budget was awful I requested for a certain vehicle didn’t get it they gave me a ford expedition that had a ticking noise coming from it told them I didn’t feel comfortable driving it was told where I picked up the vehicle they didn’t have anything to accommodate me, the care went dead on me and had to get it towed to the airport location still had to wait an hour in the line. Did get a bigger vehicle but it puttered the entire time also when I returned the vehicle I filled the tank up and the the check in guy I believe was Travis looked at the gas hand and I still was charged with a fuel fee of 106.00!!! I was charged over 1400.00 and am they still took a deposit of 200.00 and my card is a major credit card!!!!!!!This was just overall unacceptable and unprofessional if I could give budget zero stars I would!!! I’m highly disappointed and wouldn’t suggest anyone to get a vehicle from here!!!!

Carrie G: when we showed up for our reservation, the singular employee there walked outside and left us waiting for at least 15 minutes. we finally got the car and headed to our home state for a family member’s funeral - an 800 mile/12 hour drive. somewhere in the middle of nowhere Mississippi we got a flat tire out of nowhere. this was absolutely due to the negligence of Budget, they clearly didn’t check the tires before giving us the car. we’re lucky we weren’t injured. anyway, we had to wait for roadside assistance, then drive an hour in the opposite direction to get a new car. this set us back so much that we had to get a hotel ($170) and rent the car for an additional day ($200), and we almost missed the funeral. THEN we got a letter in the mail informing us of the $400 roadside assistance charge for THEIR negligence. took hours of phone calls with customer service (who were largely unhelpful and several times just hung up on me when they didn’t want to answer my questions) to only get a partial refund. save your time, money, and effort and just rent with enterprise or hertz.
kathi buescher: The employees were friendly, however, they did not have the car I reserved available - despite having a confirmed reservation. So, I got stuck with having to "upgrade" for an additional fee. It was very crowded and it sounded like others had the same issue. In addition, while driving out of the parking lot you could tell it had been smoked in. It was a hot day in August and the car reeked after having the windows rolled up. I let the attendant at the gate know as I did not want to get stuck with a fee for someone else's bad habit. When we left to go home, I returned the car hours early as I wanted to make sure they didn't try to charge me for the smoking fee - which they did not, however, they did charge me for prepaying for gas, even though I declined EVERYTHING. That was another 20 minute wait to get that straightened out. Next time we'll try someplace else.

Hiroko: I got this location 15 minutes before my reservation. There’s nobody there at office and I’m still waiting. I’ve never had experience like this before.Plus the Car I rented was not clean. I waited almost 3 hours for someone to show up. I felt sorry for the worker.. it was not her fault! She is over work! I came from a different country and was very embarrassed that I was hours late for my meeting. Hertz! Needs to hire and do better!
Andre Cole: I waited over an hour because they had cars but not clean cars. The manager, Toni, was the rudest person I have ever met. Several people walked out. Guess who will never get my money again?

The first thing is they didn't evaluate the car which lead to them not seeing the small crack that spread while I had it and of course that comes out my pocket. The gas level on the slip was surely not the gas level it was on but I didn't complain. The car was very dirty outside and inside still had trash from last customer. When I dropped my car on 7/8 they acted as if they didn't know until I called. The person put me on hold and never came back or called. I had to reach back out! Then I see a extra $300 almost $400 charge and I was clueless. No one reached out to me about it. I had to call again. Come to find out they charged me for like 4 more days!! Of course the ticket, from the garage when I dropped it off, was missing from my file. The employees are crooks! I believe the employees are using the cars and putting the charge on the customers! Luckily i was able to speak with the manager, who seems to be the only honest and respectable person in the office. She agreed to refund for the days i didn't have the rental. Im thankful for that but also it could be a month and a half for my reimbursement! Whatever you do, Do NOT go to Hertz and especially not this one!

Steve Burgess: No problems with the car, but they rip you off for gas. I filed up 1/2 mile from the rental location, and they charged me $39 saying it was not full. The guy who checked it in said he would email me a receipt, which I never got. It's very hard to get a receipt online, but when I did today it showed the charge. Called, and they say I have to send in a copy of the receipt. Of course, I assumed they were honest, so I did not keep a copy of the receipt. The tank was completely full, and they know it, and the attendant talked me into leaving without getting the receipt before leaving.

Their lack of communication is ridiculous. Clifton Copeland: I rented a car for a few hours on Monday & returned it on Monday (after hours, so they received it Tuesday). I was told that there MAY be a $200 hold placed on my debit card until I returned the rental. There wasn't. There was a $500 hold placed on it.By Wednesday, the hold hadn't dropped so I called in. It took me 8 tries for someone to actually answer the phone & said she'd call me back. After 3 hours of waiting, I called her back. She couldn't explain the $500 vs. $200 hold. I learned that the vehicle return hadn't been closed out, which is why the hold was still there.She said she would close it out momentarily and that I would receive an email right away. It finally closed out Thursday morning and the hold was released from my bank during the night Thursday.There was no vehicle walkaround (to make note of the damages which were already present) and it hadn't been vacuumed. The maintenance light was on and wasn't told of this. I called into the location before leaving and was told that the vehicle thought it needed an oil change, but it hadn't been 10,000 miles yet.Also, the receipt had me going 3X miles. I drove nearly 200 miles. This location just seems all-around incompetent. I do NOT intend to use it again.

shay_loca: I was just given a vehicle that smells like the inside of an ashtray. I cannot breathe in the vehicle and also happen to have asthma so I actually really can't take a 9hr roadtrip in it. This has RUINED my experience trying to go to my Aunts funeral in Mississippi. I don't know how Hertz is going to compensate me but I know I'm not paying for the vehicle and I know that I will NEVER use Hertz ever again. I'm in tears due to the additional stress this has caused on top of my loss of my Aunt. Customer service is dead. I've been on hold for an hour.

They do not like to rent to folks and will do everything to scare you away by reiterating their rental terms, rejecting bank cards not issued by a major bank, charging a 500 $ deposit for debit cards, and also denying renters younger than 25 although the Hertz website has an age limit of 20. Poor customer service they act as if they have some great power.Do not go HERE!!

Dave Lalonde: Can not give this location a low enough score. The three things I expect when renting a car are that it’s clean, it’s been serviced, and it has a full tank when I pick it up. The car had 1/4 tank. It still had a jacket in the back from the last renter and smelled like someone was smoking in it the night before. It’s obvious nobody even thought about cleaning this. On top of that, the service engine and oil change overdue messages where on. I would send someone to look into this location Avis. It’s bad.
Kara Moore: BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!In the midst of renting from this location, the low tire and change oil soon indicator lights came on, so I called the location and they told me to take the vehicle to Dobbs. Dobbs patched the tire and completed the oil change. About a month later, Avis sent me a notice stating I was at fault for the "damage," and they automatically debited my bank account in the amount of $160.BUYER BEWARE.

I had a reservation for ~$400 for a 4 day one way rental, but the agent at this location (Haris) changed or entered different information which caused my rental charges to balloon to over $1200 for my rental....and this was after I returned the car a day early too. On top of that Avis customer service was atrocious when trying to explain this to, because its all outsourced overseas, it took multiple phone calls and emails to even get someone could process the h#ll I had to endure all because Haris wanted to overcharge an Avis Preferred member because I needed a one-way rental.Do yourself a favor and avoid this location and Haris at all costs.

Even though the policy stated that it is non-refundable. However, I booked the reservation via my mobile phone and I could not see the notice of the non-refundable policy that this booking cannot make a cancellation. Once I filled up the payment forms, my reservation was locked to get the mid-size SUV cars. So I contacted to customer service for Priceline, the staffs still insisted that the reservation was under the policy and could not get refund from cancellation. The second issue is the car company that I went to today for the customer service, I did not know that renting car from national needs to make a security deposit for $400 with credit card. And I cannot use debit card unless I have a round trip flight. I don’t have my credit card with that payment $400. So I could not rent the car for the whole process that I have been making reservation for. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life from booking a rental car from Priceline and poor service for communication at National car rental company. I wish you’d never have some kinds of my experience as I do.

Jack Reeves: I switched over to National after poor experiences with a different rental company at STL. This location is very well run. I always get a solid car, the checkout process is fast, and the people working here are kind, courteous and attentive. I would recommend using this location.

Steven Gentry: National Car Rental @ St. Louis Airport! Executive Elite for many years, arrived and only 3 small cars even in the aisles! I had to book a Luxury Car in advance since National now has a "650 mile" limit on the Full Size SUV's I've been renting for years! They did not have what I booked in advanced available and I was forced to wait for a vehicle. they placed me in a Premium Crossover 5 door. But, it gets better, they changed my contract to reflect that this was the "class" I had booked! Placing the higher rate in effect as well as the "650 mile" limit! All without my knowledge since as a "loyal" customer I do all of the transactions via the App. Lucky for me I only traveled a total of 596 miles! Too close for comfort! I only discovered the terrible dealing they have done to me days later upon reviewing my emailed receipt. I am a loyal National customer but, St. Louis is now on my "Do Not Trust, Verify Everything List" unfortunately!
Pam McKinzie: I had exceptional service on 5/19/23 from the time I was picked up by the shuttle from the airport to when I was dropped off on 5/21/23 by the shuttle at the airport. The employees were so nice and helpful!!David B. Was just wonderful when I picked up my car at the Emerald Isle! I forgot the ladies name that checked me out after I got my vehicle but she was very nice. The shuttle drivers were so nice! The lady that drove the shuttle on Friday afternoon was so funny! The gentleman that drove the shuttle on Sunday helped with my suitcase and I wanted to tip him but I didn’t have cash on me. I usually take care of my bags myself. The vehicle I got was clean and nice! Check in was quick and easy! The young man who checked me in was nice and helpful.
Michael Kaine: Difficult to figure out the pickup and drop off locations after hours when the shuttles stop running, it is great!!
Sarah Lucas: My first experience with National was a good one. Pick up and drop was quick and easy.

Sheila Pickett: The day that I picked up the car I completed my paperwork and was given my total, I handed my credit card to the young man and the first thing he said was is there enough to cover the rental,(if I didn’t have enough to cover the car I wouldn’t have given it to him) for him to ask me that in a room full of customers was embarrassing. The car was damaged when I got it , but when I returned it the young man Ilou Jackson took care of the return of the car and was very patient and understanding of the situation. Two stars for that location and five stars for Mr.Jackson.

Brad Beggs: Good selection of clean cars well-located just west of I-270. Service is friendly and fast.
Henry Chin: The parking is tight. Do inspect the truck before you leave. The first 12’ truck the AC did not work, going to Texas or any state where it’s hot, the AC need to be working.There were knobs missing for the AC. Who ever rented the truck last left trash in the cab. Got another 12’ truck where the AC did work, and there’s knobs for the AC. Some trash on the dashboard. Who ever rented the truck last had dirty shoes. From the floorboard, there’s signs that someone been walking in some puddles. The low tire pressure light was on. The rep say that the truck was returned 24hrs earlier and they did not reset the sensors. Once you know how to reset the sensor, it only takes 2-3 minutes to reset the sensors. Wish that there were some D ring tie down points on the floor. The lowest tie down were not low enough. There is a backup camera, wish that it was on all the time and not just when I select reverse. Who ever rented the vehicle, two of the vent diverter are missing. The vehicle does have a USB port, can connect a device to play music. This is very important when going across state, if your going to be using the truck in town this would not be a big deal.

I paid the rental charge in full and then the charged me the $496. I suspect they kept my account open and charged me for another customer's rental. Be wary and check your credit card for extra charges.

They go out of their way to accommodate and I would recommend them to my friends.

When I went to pick it up they did not have the modify reservation. The price went up $300 and the person basically was like it was jut modified and you are out of luck. Took no responsibility for the error on Avis part. I would not recommend renting from them
