Imani Spates: So last time i tried to go for an emergency walk in they told me that they had set times for when they let people in and they only do 10 people at a time. Called to figure out what those set times was and instead was sent to 1-800 dentist who had no idea what i was talking about. What are the times ?? Ebony Hawkins: I had a great experience getting my too right wisdom tooth out they were very nice and welcoming my doctor dr.sul was really good and his assistant rish was very cooperative with me knowing I was scared of the process but it ended well and I am not in pain I go back next month!
Amanda Kallas: I cannot even put into words how thankful I am for STC Urgent Dental!! I had sudden excruciating pain in two of my teeth and don’t see a regular dentist. Fortunately I was able to make a same day appointment. These two teeth have been bothering me for years.Dr. Sul was able to extract them. He was absolutely amazing, the process was painless. I also wanted to thank Rish for making me more comfortable and explaining things thoroughly. If I could give 100 stars I would!

Dr. Johnson was very nice and answered my questions truthfully. For what I had done it was very quick and professional.I highly recommend them if you need emergency dental work done.Thank you ladies.
Kentessa Lawson: .5/10. The only positive about this place was the receptionist.My appointment was at 6pm, I was not taken back until 6:41pm. I came in for a temporary crown that broke. Instead of the doctor/ dentist doing anything useful, he proceeded to pick at it with one of the metal tools he had, not only further breaking it but leaving me in pain I had not been in when I first arrived.He was not gentle at all and the only thing he did was tell me to go to back to my dentist because they probably have a permanent one waiting for me. EVEN THOUGH, i told him multiple times that that dentist is now outside of my network. He persisted that they couldn’t do anything for me. Which is funny because i read a review of someone in the exact same situation at this office and they were helped.Would not recommend at all.

Brian Schrift: I had a crown fall out while eating dinner on a Friday night. After calling around several 'emergency' after hours numbers for local dentists and did not get anywhere, one of the call backs referred me to the STL Urgent Dental in St Charles. I called at 7:30 PM on a Friday evening and someone picked up the phone and very quickly made my appointment for Sat morning. She was very pleasant and professional. The online check in process was easy and when I arrived on Sat I only waited for about 10 before being called back by Debbie, Dr Suls Assistant. She was very pleasant, professional and effecient. Dr Sul and Debbie took great of me and had my crown reset and I was in and out of there within 45 min. Great experience!
Tosha Johnson: Had to make a sudden visit while traveling to their office. Very thorough and comforting during the entire process. I also was very surprised how quick and efficient they were at getting everything completed. Thank you Debbie, and Dr. Sul for all your help!
