Jorge Gomez: Everyone knows this program is malignant though we'd like to elaborate.A malignant program is a program that treats its residents unfairly, has a toxic unproductive learning environment, pits residents/groups of residents against each other, and does not listen to resident feedback. I am/we are fourth year residents at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology and we see disturbing trends. The Mallinckrodt is not so much malignant as it is racist. For white residents, things are fine and the sky is pretty for the most part. Some toxicity bleeds through. For the minority or first generation resident with no connections who seem vulnerable, they are harrassed, intimidated, bullied, many times by the weakest, most insecure faculty, and predominantly by the program director (Dr. Gould) who is a part time interventionist who needs to keep up an appearance that she is doing her job. If you are not a white person, please avoid this program. Until at least the program director is fired. And on top of that you have the narcissistic immature self declared vice chair of education (Bhalla) going arnd harassing residents he doesn't like. The end result is a chaotic unprofessional situation no one wants to be in.

Alicia Reese: The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. We walked in and were immediately hit with a "What are you here doing?" No Hello or even a HI. She barks orders at you or gives you short one word answers. Saying Thank you is met with an "mhmm" or a "yup"
Jane Mrozewski: It is very frustrating to try to make an appointment here. I was on hold for 15 minutes the first time I called. Than I finally pressed 1 to leave a message, No one ever called me back. Four business days later, I tried to call again. I was on hold for 18 minutes, then finally pressed 1 again to leave a message and was disconnected! I called back again and was disconnected. I called the main hospital to try to get connected to the actual imaging center to see if I could make an appointment directly through them. The tech I talked to was very nice but could not make an appointment. It has to go through their scheduling center in Creve Couer. I guess I will have to start going somewhere else because I can't even make an appointment.
Mike Norman: Just FYI, if going for imaging the tech doesn't get there till 8am. So don't come here till after 8am. Wish I knew that before getting there at 7am

Gary Zamora: Worst dental office in my 50 years of going to the dentist they almost killed me by jamming that plaster stuff down my throat I started vomiting I had to spit it out in the sink then they had already build my insurance company telling the insurance company that the dentures were complete and then I had received them they lost the first set of impressions that I gave them so they wanted to do a second set when the second set didn't come out they wanted to do a third set worst manager office manager that I can think of some of the worst technicians they lie when they say they're going to call you and their frauds their insurance scam artist s they already scammed my insurance company had a $3,000 for dentures I never received I'll give them a minus 10 stars
Bella Zzzz: Worst dentist in North County! They tried to check my husband with three cups of the stuff they make the mold with! They lied about calling us when the first denture molds were lost or not good enough! My husband actually started choking he had to scramble out of the chair to vomit! They lied to the dental insurance company saying the dentures were completed and requested payment, which they received..then.....you get the picture? My husband has been waiting for dentures from Forum Dental for over three months and will never receive them!

Jessica Williams: I have had significant difficulty scheduling + contacting this practice. When I first established, they were not clear that I would only get the exam on day 1, and have to schedule the cleaning later, for which they were booking 6 months out. They then said there is a 300 person waitlist and I would have to call every week if I wanted to hope for a cancellation. My next appt was fine and went on without a hitch. However, my final straw was them cancelling my third appt on the morning of (I had already told work I would be leaving early), and they were only able to offer me an appt 7 months out. They should not be taking on new patients. Additionally, they are very difficult to get on the phone. I was able to get a new patient appt (cleaning + exam) at a different practice within a month. I am eagerly changing practices.
Marc Hirshman: Well run office and I’ve had good care from all the different dental hygienists I’ve seen over the years. They recently implemented new reminder system so it’s a bit overboard on the number of call, text and email reminders I get for appt.

M R: This is one of the best dental practices in the Midwest. Professors from Washington University and Barnes Jewish Hospital are among their patients. But the reason to go there is the incredible skill (and therefore gentleness) of the doctors and hygienists. The staff is skilled and welcoming. Whether you need normal cleanings and checkups, or the highest level of complex general dentistry, you will be glad you chose this practice when you go for the first time!
