MANBEARPIG 7734 (manbearpig7734): They really need to pick up the pace at checkout. 15-20 mins in line to give up your money is too long. People start rethinking their purchases after their knees start to hurt. If yall can't get people out the door in a timely manner you ought to put some chairs or something by the lines.

Eric Eggers: Men's selection is kind of mid. We could barely find any unique pieces. I've been to other Ross's and they usually have some fun finds in the men's section though. Might depend on timing and location. Overall, I love Ross.

Aleta T: Corporate understaffs these stores to up profit margins which means you’re going to stand in line for 30+ minutes while one cashier does all the work & management stands around and does nothing. The shelves are bare because they also expect that one cashier to stock in between sales. Every single time I’m here no matter what time there is a long line because they only have one person working the registers. Either staff the store and pay your employees fair wages or shut down and become online only.

Even if this was the case, it’s completely fine. Attitude on the other hand was extremely uncalled for. Not pleasant at all. As a former owner of a business, presentation towards a company is everything.

We were told that was in response to thefts. Employees at the front door were very polite about it but we're enforcing the new policy.
Beth Richardson: 1st time at this location! We had to wait to get inside, I guess too many people inside? There was only one line in and out with a security guard in the out line letting people out. This store must be a high shoplift store. It wasn't clean at all. Items all over the floor. There wasn't a lot of clothing selection for kids, but was a lot of toys! We was in and out in 20 minutes.

Yusuf Yilmaz: There is a great variety of products and affordable products in this branch of marshalls. I bought souvenirs and 7-8 pieces of clothing and left. I found the answers to some of the questions we asked the staff.

An amazing person: The clothes are either overly oversized or too small. I did not see a coat section at all this time. There used to be a lot of coats and clothes several years ago. Several years ago there were much better quality brands. One time we went here and waited 20 minutes to check out. It took them 3 different cashiers and a “manager” to come out to process a payment. Zero empathy and the manager did not even look at us. Bad service.

Brought them back within 24 hours and the owner would not refund my money. She insisted that repairing the tips would cost $4, but I phoned several cobblers--and put them on speaker-- they all quoted between $15 & $20. She would not refund that much.Everything in the store is junky. I can live with junk that lasts more than 24 hours. But this is too much.The store has signs that note 14-day refund period, but the owner claimed to me that all shoe sales are final--even though nothing in signs say as much.I believe that this woman is engaged in deceptive business practices and I am contacting the authorities.I tried to deal with her directly about this situation, and she was rude, arrogant and unbending. I can only imagine how many people she has ripped off.
Amy Zellers: Went in because I saw some St. Louis shirts and things in the window. There was also a sign reading 50% off. Asked lady as the register if everything was 50% off she basically yelled and saying NOTHING here. I asked where and she said NOT HERE. Just keep on to the next convenient store with souvenirs. Absolutely not worth dealing with the rude lady at the front of the store to buy ANYTHING.

V Ran: Right across from Courtyard by Marriott. They have a lot of cute clothes but they are very overpriced. Best price in the store is bottled H20- 50 cents.The lady at the front register was very unfriendly. She told me the tshirts on the wall were $12 but when I checked out she charged me $14. The owner (I guess) in the back was a little more helpful.
Krystina Rodriguez: I just purchased an item 20 minutes today, and never felt more uncomfortable in my life by the woman at the cashier. This women was rude , and unhelpful. All I wanted was to get a gift for a family member and this woman automatically accused me of the possibility of me stealing, and asked me to leave a suitcase right next to her. Now I had a suitcase, as well as my white male well dressed coworker whom also walked in before me and was not asked to leave his suitcase in the front. I was only looking for one item and she did not want hand me the blue nhl champion shirt. I wanted to see if the size would be ok for my dad. I had to request to look at it and she was hesitant to give me the shirt, as I was going to run right out the store with the item. This was embarrassing and disgraceful!!! I should not feel uncomfortable at store, and I advised someone to speak the woman working 6/14/19 at 1:25 pm. This is one Latina New Yorker that will never set a foot back in that establishment again.

After 15 minutes I called to see if there was an issue and the woman who rudely answered the phone did not even ask me my name or order number, but instead said “yeah someone’s I’ll bring it to you” and hung up. Deplorable.Update: I have been waiting now for almost 30 minutes and still no order has arrived to me. What a disgrace.

Joseph: Since moving inside the city limits, I have chosen The Galleria Macy's as my location. I find they have much more stock and better items than the South County Center location. Macy's @ Galleria carries a wide variety of men's Calvin Klein and Polo clothing and accessories, whereas Macy's @ South County only stock Calvin Klein socks. Inventory isn't always organized, but I don't mind digging around at Macy's Galleria until I find what I am looking for.

It's not too much traffic up there so the line was long at the register. As with most things in Macy's they are pricey. The store was clean, the sales woman was quick to tell me where I needed to go (in a very friendly tone), and thankfully they had a great sale going on. In and out just like I needed to be.

Not to mention, the female rep treated me like I was lying about not picking up the item. Wasted trip.

Kerri Bonasch: Very nice store except they are frequently out of stock on items I need. Items not even in the weekly ad. Have had to go to the competition if I want to find everything in one trip. Have included this comment in so many reviews. Guess the Analysts aren't listening.

Jessie Walker: I’m writing this review because of your team member, Lewis. I work in HR for a Casino and we just did training on Guest Service and Lewis nailed everything we teach as a company. He anticipated my need by asking me if I found everything okay (as I was clearly looking around the aisle looking a little stumped), I was thankful for him asking because I was having trouble finding an item. He offered to look in the back and did so while I waited. Even though he didn’t find the item, he found me a comparable one there and told me what other nearby stores had the one I was looking for in stock. He even gave me the product # to help the other target locate the item if needed. He asked me if there was anything else he could help with before we parted ways. Thank you Lewis for great guest service!
Pete Pagano: Not sure where to begin. What’s up with the parking lot? Yellow stripes, white stripes, red stripes, regular stalls, stalls w arrows, no parking every other stall, what a mess. Then, inside the store, order pickup isn’t at the front, it’s all the way over on the far side - opposite the entrance - of the store in, no joke, the toilet paper aisle. I didn’t feel like waiting in a line (plus, I’d already received an email from Target telling me that they didn’t have one of my ordered items despite definitely saying they had them at the time the order was placed) that wasn’t moving so I just canceled my order and bailed. This new setup, and remodel in general, is hilarious levels of bad.
Vikk 54: This target is great. I’ve never been to a target that I didn’t have a pleasant shopping experience at, but with this one being in the city it’s impressive that they’re able to keep it this clean, stocked, and organized. The employees are friendly and I can always find what I’m looking for. Underground parking is a big plus as well.

I enjoy shopping in a space where I feel safe and welcome. Environmentally conscious and animal friendly products are easy to find at Target, and they are reasonably priced. The store is always clean and organized making it a more enjoyable shopping experience. Thank you Target! As someone who is easily overwhelmed by clutter and disarray, this is a HUGE bonus.
Chem tutor: Do not recommend Online order pick up at this location. Instead of being at the store entrance pick up is now pushed all the way to the end of the store (behind groceries) and all you will find is an empty red metallic cart. Which genius came up with this idea?
Steve Nagy: Trying to shop here, but you can't find a cart that isn’t the worst cart you’ve ever had?Somehow, magically, the rest of the world no longer has any of the worst carts…they’re all at this store.If you were one of the terrible carts at this Target, you would want to join a cult in the woods so you could try to start a new cart life that didn’t involve being one of these Target carts…but you can’t run from yourself, we all know that...but when you know that being one of these carts means being so terrible and no one likes you, you’ll try anything to escape your terrible fate. So, yeah, the carts are really bad.
Tom Gaska Jr: Great store; however when it comes to newly released film this target location only seems to have the bluray releases and not the DVDs. I really wish they would get dvds too it's really frustrating having to order on Amazon right when a new movie comes out. Do better target.
