He was very knowledgeable about the kayaks and was able to help me determine which type I wanted to purchase. Very nice and large store with lots of merchandise to choose from.

Bob H: I was there on 9/14 at 11:25am. Several employees throughout the store offered help as I shopped- very nice! When I got up to check out at the registers, there was one register open, and the gentleman behind it was having some sort of issues waiting on a lady. Our line grew to five people, at which time the cashier went and found someone to come up and deal with the issue. After waiting about three minutes, with no other cashiers in sight, I left my items on the counter, and left the store. I don’t get it. Lots of employees, but only one cashier. I’m sure I will not return to that store.

Shelly Rone: I had been looking to buy the NordicTrack Vault Complete for a while. When it went on sale, as a Labor Day Special, they were flying off the shelves and I couldn't find one within a 100 mile radius. I happened to call and check at the store closest to me. Steve's team just had two delivered. There were several complications which made it not an easy process (it was kind of unbelievable and comical, in fact) but they still made sure I got one. I used up a lot of their time yet they were so accommodating and nice! They even loaded that heavy thing up in my car for me and wouldn't even accept my offer to buy them lunch. What a great group of fellas! Amazing customer service!!!!!! Thanks guys! ; ) ; ) ; )

I don't know if it's their fault or the mall's fault that it was weirdly hard to leave because the exit escalator and elevator we're both broken. Their inline selection was nearly only one of each size per model except for kids, so they of course managed to not have my size in the model I wanted.
