Adrianna Simpson: I feel completely let down and discouraged. The only good thing from this is, I know to never deal with them in the future. The very first red flag I noticed with this company is the false advisement. The vehicle I wanted was listed on their website as having 20,000 miles however when I arrived that very same car had 50,000 miles which is a HUGE difference. I alerted the finance manager of this and he checked the website and seen the difference in the mileage and stated verbatim "oh, its just a few more miles" I'm not sure of their definition of few but that's significantly more miles than what was advertised and extremely misleading so if you see their cars online, please pay attention to the mileage when you arrive at the shop.The second red flag was the fact that I didn't receive my title until multiple days AFTER the plates expired. The safety test was also outdated and done months before I even purchased the vehicle so they didn't provide me with a recent safety form either.I purchased a vehicle 12/17/22 and the check engine light came on 1/7/23 so I informed the sales agent immediately of this issue. I took my car to their shop premier auto and was quoted a price of $1,300 for a vehicle I've had it less than 5 months. Suddenly when I came with a male, the price changed as if they were misleading me because I am a female and know nothing about cars. I visited the sales place to see what can be done about this only to learn that there is a severe disconnect with communication between the auto repair shop and the sales place as they weren't ever on the same page. Ultimately after so much back and forth, the end result is I still have to pay for the cost of the repairs and I'm held responsible when I'm sure there was an issue with the car before I purchased it. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, you're under the impression that you're being taken care of and you'd genuinely hope that's true but after purchasing, you're left cover the cost of repairs yourself despite that fact that you just purchased the car. negative reviews spread significantly faster and it outweighs anything positive about the company as it ultimately sets the tone of how the company truly feels about its customers so hopefully, you all take this as a warning and decide not to do business with this place.

Each time they have given me the number for a salesperson to call, instead of directly connecting me to them. Each time I’ve called and left that salesperson a voicemail. Every single time I haven’t received a call back. If this is how they treat prospective customers before you’ve even done business with them, I can only imagine how badly they treat you once you’ve made a deal.

Joshua Rittinger (Joshua Young): I bought two vehicles from them. The first was an Oldsmobile. It was a decent car, it got stolen (not their fault). I paid it off anyway. The second car that I bought from them, a Buick, was a total lemon. The engine went completely out in four months. This was how they were doing business several years ago. From what I read, they have become all the much worse.

The down payment went from 1500 to 1700 quickly I paid the 1700 I didn’t like it but I needed transportation Then the paperwork began as I went over it I noticed the price said 11,000 I mention that he said earlier the car was 10,000 the sons reply was no it’s 11,000 do you want it or not I became slightly frustrated but needed transportation and purchased the car in spite of fast forward to October 26,2020 Mark Kugman repo my car not because of non payment but because he didn’t have any Current insurance information on file I was told due to close to closing time that if I bring my insurance information to them and it shows that I had insurance before tow date that he will take off tow fee Arrived October 27,2020 and broker faxed insurance information verifying I had insurance coverage before tow date Imwas now told that I will have to pay 250.00 tow fee or leave the car After excessively explaining that’s not what I was told I was so exhausted and my anxiety was almost uncontrollable agreed to Pay fee pulled 300 out my purse I asked with me paying 250.00 I would need more time to pay my car note which was due by the 30th clerk said she would call and ask so went to talk to my husband and let him know how they are using underhanded tactics and strong arm methods We return back inside and the clerk now says that I will need to pay the full balance of 575.00 due to now he don’t think he will receive a payment and if I don’t have it go borrow it and they will only hold my car for 10 days before it goes back to sale I said to the clerk Kugman is literally taking my car I was devastated on the professionalism and the sneaky crooked illegal tactics they pulled they are Just like the janky Illinois car lot we all read about If you are seeking a car please go else where this is not a good option I wish I would have kept looking You should do the same

Thank you Mark and I apologize for the shortness lol The process was painless and smooth with the purchase. I see bad and good reviews here but this is a used car lot guys. Do your own due diligence on what you are purchasing and remember it is a used car. Mark can not guarantee everything if it’s running and safe at purchase. Katie Suozzi: Won’t ever go back to this dealership for service. Avoid working with Doug Grills if you can. He’s rude and appeared annoyed to be checking the car in for service. When picking up he was even more unpleasant, a true jerk. While I was waiting for my a vehicle a mechanic walked by and shouted “I f’ing hate this place”. Overall an awful experience. The only reason this gets any star is the gentleman who pulled my car around, he was very friendly.

Our XC90 Recharge SUV is absolutely stunning! Joe M., my #1 sales associate at Dean Team, is the BEST! We met Joe in Sept 2022 - just browsing the Dean Team lot! His knowledge of all things Volvo is second to none. I appreciate his patience as I couldn't settle on an XC60 or XC90, Hybrid or not, interior/exterior, color trim level, etc., etc., etc.)... so many decisions and tons of questions (Lol). My husband was like - just pick one, please. My comment - I will after I complete my research (Lol). Thanks again Joe! Megan Ingalls: Service department supervisor, “I’ve had oil changes that take 2 weeks!” I would not recommend for any routine services. The staff is rude and claims to be the victim in all situations. This dealership offers little to customers aside from their inability to complete a task in the time they agree to. As a young female, I feel I was further disrespected as the service staff of middle aged men found it easier to push my concerns to the side rather than address them.

I recommend out of state buyers stay away from this dealership. They are not thorough in their inspections and won’t offer fair compensation for their errors. You just can’t trust them.

This dealership should not be selling cars. This is the only thing that got their attention.The entire staff is unprofessional and untrustworthy. From beginning to the end of the process, nothing happened on time or as promised. When the car arrived, it smelled of cigarette smoke. I tried to remedy the issue and speak to the sales manager, Scott. He too, is a part of the problem. He continued to reiterate that he had 6 people in the car, but no one smelled smoke. He was essentially gas lighting me. I took the car to the local dealer who definitely could also smell the cigarette smoke. But to the current moment, the sales manager continues to ignore my calls. I still haven't received the final bill of sale that was promised to be overnighted by FedEx. Can't even register the car! Avoid this dealership.
Eromoseh Elijah: I was shopping for a car and I saw a Yukon Denali online with a $46, 000 price tag, I called the number to know whether the car is available, Jennifer Crawford picked the call and said the car was available. I drove down to the dealer (DEAM TEAM VOLVO OF ST LOUIS, in Manchester road). A couple of concerns:First, Jennifer told me that the prices online are only for military veterans, so she gave me a new price way more than what was on their website, which is the most ridiculous lies I have heard in a long time.Secondly, I found out the spare tire was not in the car, I demanded a replacement, Jennifer went to talk to her manager, came back to me and said, I have to pay for the replacement of the spare tire.Thirdly, I told Jennifer(sales agent) not to run my credit because I already got an approval from my bank, she told me she cannot run my credit without my authorization. Immediately I left their office, I got an email from Equifax, that DEAN TEAM VOLVO ran a hard credit check on my credit.What Jennifer Crawford did was unprofessional, unethical and unlawful.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TEAM VOLVO TO ANYONE.

Paul and Brian were very communicative regarding any questions I had pertaining to my purchase. Would absolutely return to purchase another car from them. The cherry on top was the willingness to drop 1k off the already great price of the car. Loved my experience from beginning to end. I felt well taken care of with Paul, Brian, and St Louis Volvo.
B F: The general manager of this dealership, Scott, refused to sell me a vehicle through an out of state purchase until local buyers had an opportunity to purchase the vehicle, or if I used their financing. The local buyers that showed up throughout the day were not interested, as I simultaneously tried to purchase the car for 8 hours. Throughout this time, Scott gave me the run around to allow for local appointments to test drive the car and give them priority. Scott sent me a purchase order without calculated tax to waste more time, and told me he knows more about those appointments than I think, so he won’t take my deposit while I finish the purchase. Once Scott finally allowed me to purchase the car because local buyers weren’t interested, he raised the deposit amount from $1,000 to $3,000 and refused to repair the cracked windshield that ultimately FAILED state inspection (for several reasons). The car was held for days after my bank sent forms and payment because staff were on leave and not checking until I called. I had to become an expert in this process just to keep things moving efficiently. Either this is their way of doing business, or this was personally done towards me as an out-of-state purchaser. Regardless, Scott made sure to make each step of what should be an exciting process, purchasing my first Porsche, the worst sales transaction I’ve experienced.My local friends in Missouri had not heard good things about this dealership, and this transaction grounded those rumors. While I should have listened to their advice, the car kept me in the fight to make this purchase. Please understand, it was a FIGHT.

Mark Thomas: This review is specific to the oil change I just had. It was the first maintenance I’d had on the car since buying it used from this dealer. I was pleased that there was no upsell into a “recommended” service package. The price was fine but it would have been nice to honor the 15% off any service coupon I had just received. Fine print says oil change not included, but the goodwill goes a long way. The oil change took just over an hour, but that included fixing a nail in the tire. The waiting area was quite and clean which I liked.Besides the coupon, the only other bummer was that the car wasn’t run through the wash. I’ve become used to from other mid luxury dealers, although they do push hard on the upsells.Now if I can just get the sales guy to stop ghosting me about the We Owes.

The customer service was horrible Jennifer was my point of contact.The manager lowballed me on my trade in a 2020 dodge Charger R/T with some great upgrades!! Then I did not receive a call back on the status of the vehicle. So I text Jennifer to find out was going on she said the manager needed a co-signer or 30 % down which is Ridiculous!!! The thing is I went through my credit union and was approved for the amount of the vehicle!! The credit union asked she was I going to come sign the paperwork.. so tell why the finance manager asked for the obscene down payment.. this company is a rip off I will never refer anybody to The Dean Dealers none of them they are a ripoff buyer beware Dean Team is shifty dealer not consumer friendly I hope they never sell another car!!!!!!

Took our vehicle in for a 30,000 mile service and upon drop off had a question about a parking sensor that seemed to be extremely sensitive lately. Instead of listening or caring the service advisor was extremely rude and brushed it off and said they wouldn't do anything about it. I was then told that I needed new rotors at 30,000 miles as they "may" cause a vibration and would be $600 if not replaced when they did the front brake pads. Well weeks later and no issues so would have spent $600 for no reason and am not sure what the tech saw that would have led them to that conclusion as I asked and they were not warped or anything of that nature.Prior to picking up my vehicle I received a voicemail that my car was ready after my "piston rings were replaced" well this was not in relation to my car.In picking up the vehicle I was attempted to be charged around $180 for the oil change as part of the 30,000 mile service even though that is part of Volvo's complimentary service. I was asked if I bought the car from them and that it was out of warranty so it didn't apply. I was able to push the issue and they credited it but I wonder how many other individuals they have gotten to pay this.Lastly I did attempt to submit an issue to the dealership through their site in regards to all of this after this experience as everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt. Well I get a call days later from the dealership asking what car I am interested in buying. I explained the situation and the individual seemed confused. So first of all they literally didn't even look at the submission online and kicked it to their sales team but also that they were so oblivious that nobody read the submission before calling and trying to sell me a car.

Would give them a lower score but its not an option.

A couple of days later, we found a better car (same year, make and model, similar millage) at All Star in Bridgeton. Concours was unhelpful, and our choice to buy elsewhere reflects that.

Emmanuel Porter: Never Ever buy a car from Concours Auto. Shady, wrecked cars! So I paid my car off and I am due a gap insurance refund. Beware their high gap insurance cost that they say you have to have by the way. So I went in signed the paper which was not filled out. They said they would fill it out. So the said it would take a couple of weeks to get the check. I wait a week and a half and call about my refund. The lady in charge of the gap insurance refund said she was waiting on my call to know where to mail it. OK.... So I give her my address and a week later no check in the mail. So I call back and ask can I pick it up she says no let me call and cancel it and I'll call you back. That was this past Monday, it is now Thursday 1205am 6/23. No call and no check. Its $120 dollars. Where is my money Concours Auto Sales.
Brandon Caloia: One star the guy didn't even talk or explain anything test drove a trailblazer ss. The transmission was slipping badly. The door handle was hanging off. The back hatch shocks were bad and the check engine light was on. Worst place to go to. Don't buy a car here!!!!

Have Jeep, Will Travel: We purchased an 07 4dr wrangler from Abby back in June of 2015. After some confusion on my end in getting her the proper documentation for my financials, we were able to get financing through them. My credit is not good by any stretch of the imagination, and yes, we put money down on our car, but that was fully expected and made clear at the beginning of the process to help approve the loan. When we bought the vehicle we were made aware that it needed an egg valve replaced and since they hadn't had it on there lot but 24 hours, since Abby was looking for this vehicle for me, they made an appointment for us to bring it back and they would fix it. After the vehicle purchase and initial repair, mind you we bought this vehicle AS IS, we left on vaction and were gone for 10 days out of the country. When we returned we found the egr repair did not fix the check engine light. I called and Abby had us bring it in. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. They did some work to it. Thought they got it fixed and sent it on its way. I then was gone for work for 2 weeks. Came home to find the egr vable code still on in the jeep. Called Abby again, she had us bring it back, and replaced the whole EGR valve with an OEM valve. While at there Shop this time they found a water leak at the water pump, and replaced the water pump AT NO CHARGE! I cannot say enough nice things about Abby and how she is as a person. You don't find many people with her values anymore. I will definitely be back to buy from her!

Steve Schepker: The problems with my truck, electrical or otherwise, could not be found. The truck was left for several days and issues could not be tracked down. They are recurring again, at least one of them for sure, but only on an intermittent basis. I will have to return the truck for service. The dealership is cooperative. I lay this at the feet of Ford.
