Tab ord: These guys deserve 10 stars. My truck broke down when passing through St Louis with my family. Luckily I broke down near this dealership. GM towed the truck to Elco. They diagnosed the collapsed lifter and fixed it quicker than I hoped. They went above and beyond to help. Their staff was responsive and the repair was done properly. Thanks!

Jim Hartwig: I test drove a 2016 BMW 428i yesterday. The car seemed to be ok after a visual inspection and good test drive. So I took it to a BMW repair place nearby for a pre-purchase inspection. The mechanics discovered the car needed about $7,000 in repairs, including a tire that had a bulge in the sidewall. None of the other repairs and routine maintenance the car needed were things that had to be addressed immediately, but were definitely ones that would have gotten worse in time and would have had me running to my mechanic repeatedly (think big $$$).I returned the BMW to Elco and explained to the salesman that the car needed too many repairs for me to consider purchasing. I mentioned the bulge in the sidewall, since it was a safety item. . Jim, the salesman, admitted that he knew the tire needed to be replaced. If he was aware of this safety item, why would he let me take the car out for a test drive, and on the interstate no less? That’s a violation of ethics in my book.I don’t expect a car dealership to know everything that their used cars need, but they should not let a used car off their lot with a bulge in a tire if they are aware of it. What else will the dealership hide from potential buyers?

Jerry Petersen: Several poor experiences with the dealership. I had to drop my car for several days for an issue with Stabilitrac warning light. I was told they couldn’t fix it and I needed to take the vehicle to a collision center. I brought the car to Novaks off 364. I explained what Bommarito told me and a man at Novak went outside with me, looked underneath my car and said that I only need to have an alignment. Two weeks later, the car loses all power with another warning light. I have the car towed to dealership and after several days I was called to come pick it up. This time they told me it was a software update that they had failed to perform on one of my previous visits. On both occasions, I was charged a $198 diagnostic fee. I received a call a week or so later to ask how the experience was and I explained above. Since then I’ve had several conversations with the service manager (since Easter) that I have continually had to follow up when he was to recommend a solution and call me back. Just this week I was guaranteed a call back from the service managers boss. The call was never made. I will never go there again!

There was no giving me the go-around and no extra fees attached to the car, except for the necessary fee for all the inspections and temporary plate. After a 20 min test drive and seeing the price, I was sold. Everything after that went to quick. They let me leave my old car in the lot so I could come back with a ride to get it and even let me come back again when one of my fobs for the car didn't work and they fixed it in 5 minutes. Everyone was so welcoming and so professional and thorough. I will highly recommend them to anyone I know. My mom is already looking at the vehicles in their inventory. Thanks, Bommarito!

Ado Karajic: Bad customer service and lying practice. Spoke with salesman Kip Rodgers about a car, test drove, went over numbers and talked briefly about our trade-in. Ended up walking from the deal, then was immediately called to come back soon as we left the lot. After the weekend Kip called us back wanted us to come in check out our trade in and he sweetened his offer. He was off the next day so we waited until today to come back and see him. Texted him at 12 we would come in for the car he said “okay.” Then at exactly 1pm he texts me the car was sold yesterday even though we made an appointment for 1pm. I live 40 mins from St. Peters and that was a very disturbing message to get after wasting my time, money, and effort. I’ve been in sales for years and own a company…. This salesman was transactional based and not relationship.

I made an appointment to have my car serviced because my service parking break light is on which was about 3 weeks out. After waiting three weeks, I get to the dealership on a Friday and was told that I would have to leave my vehicle and it would be serviced on Tuesday. I ask the advisor what was the purpose of making an appointment and she said that was just to be put in line to have my vehicle serviced. She said the service center was behind with more pressing issues and had customers with engine and transmission issues. I asked was she going to provide me with transportation until my vehicle was serviced and she said no. I informed her that I could not leave my vehicle without transportation and she couldn't garentee that my vehicle would be serviced on Tuesday. The advisor was very unprofessional and seem to not care. I did get an oil change and tire rotation while I was their. I asked what was the cost and after being told the cost, I asked if the dealership had any specials or coupons which then I was offered one. I feel that if I didn't inquire, I would not have been offered anything.A few days later, I received a call asking about how my service was. I informed the lady of my issues and bad experience. She took notes and was very apologetic. She told me that she was going to send an email to the GM and service manager about my experience and someone would contact me. This has been probably 2 months and I still have not heard from anyone. I still have an issue with my vehicle and have been debating on if I should make an appointment or try a different Cadillac dealership.
Jessica Schultz: Super disappointed in the service received from this business. Scheduled my Cadillac for an oil change for a Saturday morning. Selected for the appt that we would need to use the shuttle to be taken back home after drop off. Received several text and email reminders about the appt. My husband arrived this am and was told that there was no shuttle, loaner vehicle or way for him to get back home. We were never contacted to let us know we would have no transportation options for this appt time or we would have adjusted. Andy and Wendy did help and asked the servicemen to rush the oil change and bumped him up in line to only have to wait an hour for the oil change. However, for a $91 oil change, I would expect a much higher level customer service and accommodations.

The staff is extremely short with you and they talk to the customers like the customer is beneath them. I have used it this dealership multiple times in the past for service with my old car and never had any issues at all with the service department, but the used car sales on the other hand is completely different. They used extremely unprofessional tactics and made my wife very uncomfortable when they didn’t want me to join her in the finance office. To be honest, there is too many complaints I have to even put in a review. Someone from the dealer is more than welcome to reach out to me if they want to hear my full complaint. But this business will never get a dime from me again, or anyone I know. I plan on telling everyone I know about the treatment we received

Joshua Rittinger (Joshua Young): I bought two vehicles from them. The first was an Oldsmobile. It was a decent car, it got stolen (not their fault). I paid it off anyway. The second car that I bought from them, a Buick, was a total lemon. The engine went completely out in four months. This was how they were doing business several years ago. From what I read, they have become all the much worse.

The down payment went from 1500 to 1700 quickly I paid the 1700 I didn’t like it but I needed transportation Then the paperwork began as I went over it I noticed the price said 11,000 I mention that he said earlier the car was 10,000 the sons reply was no it’s 11,000 do you want it or not I became slightly frustrated but needed transportation and purchased the car in spite of fast forward to October 26,2020 Mark Kugman repo my car not because of non payment but because he didn’t have any Current insurance information on file I was told due to close to closing time that if I bring my insurance information to them and it shows that I had insurance before tow date that he will take off tow fee Arrived October 27,2020 and broker faxed insurance information verifying I had insurance coverage before tow date Imwas now told that I will have to pay 250.00 tow fee or leave the car After excessively explaining that’s not what I was told I was so exhausted and my anxiety was almost uncontrollable agreed to Pay fee pulled 300 out my purse I asked with me paying 250.00 I would need more time to pay my car note which was due by the 30th clerk said she would call and ask so went to talk to my husband and let him know how they are using underhanded tactics and strong arm methods We return back inside and the clerk now says that I will need to pay the full balance of 575.00 due to now he don’t think he will receive a payment and if I don’t have it go borrow it and they will only hold my car for 10 days before it goes back to sale I said to the clerk Kugman is literally taking my car I was devastated on the professionalism and the sneaky crooked illegal tactics they pulled they are Just like the janky Illinois car lot we all read about If you are seeking a car please go else where this is not a good option I wish I would have kept looking You should do the same

Thank you Mark and I apologize for the shortness lol The process was painless and smooth with the purchase. I see bad and good reviews here but this is a used car lot guys. Do your own due diligence on what you are purchasing and remember it is a used car. Mark can not guarantee everything if it’s running and safe at purchase. Rob Shuler: From my first communications via text with Erman about the Acura TL I was interested in buying as my daughters first car, to signing the paperwork, the experience was above and beyond. The price was exactly what Erman quoted me. No “hidden” fees that I would be required to pay at other dealerships. It was definitely worth the two hour trip.If the excellent service wasn’t enough, the passion they have for automobiles is in the air. I asked if my daughter could get a picture with the owners Lamborghini Huracan, not only was I able to get a picture of my daughter with the super car, he let her sit inside. I bought my car from them not even a year ago (December 2021) and to this date have spent $18,765 fixing things. EIGHTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS. It’s been in the shop longer than I’ve driven it. Also found out that it’s been in an accident, the airbags no longer work and all of this was not made known to me. Absolutely go anywhere else. Save yourself the time and the headache and go anywhere else please.
