Maurice Rogers: first off I called about 4 times around 5pm no answer phone kept hanging up on me I ordered the deep dish pizza pep and sausage pizza wasn't deep dish at all looks like they tried to take their regular pizza and turn it into a deep dish pizza was as thin as a hand tossed pizza basically a square hand tossed pizza it was pretty good full of typing like always but not really what I ordered and was expecting as I've had the same from different locations throughout the north county area so I know what it should've been

If she was stressed or upset she definitely food not show it.. she did everything with a smile and the most sincere sounding "have a nice day"

Rene Jordan: If you decide to order and pay for something online and they don’t have it be prepared for them to just take and keep your money. They won’t say anything until you get there and when you do pick it up they won’t bother to offer anything else or fully explain how to get a refund. You have to go through all these steps and loopholes to get YOUR money back. Their system seems to be way outdated. So if you do decide to order from here call or order in person.

Danny Ballard: Poor customer service! Yes they were busy atm I went at 830pm. Little Caesars on West Florissant, worker had to come to the door to unlock it, asked me if I had an order or door dash. When I said no I'm placing an order she insisted they were out of bread sticks and ICB. I just took my money to SteaknShake, at least they were not turning paying customers away at the door because they didn't wanna cook any more food.

Alex Fischer: Trust the reviews on here and avoid this location at all costs.Placed a pick up order. It was ready on time and waiting in the pizza portal, the only problem was the order was missing items. When I asked the staff at the front, they shrugged their shoulders and didn't seem interested in fixing the problem because of how busy the store was. I was told to complain to corporate.Spoiler alert: corporate doesn't seem to care either, as they haven't responded.
Katina Bennett: Just horrible service I ordered the new pretzel pizza to which I have been waiting to return for years to have it delivered and it taste nothing like it did when it first came out unfortunately. I had very little to none of the cheese sauce which is what makes it stand out the cheese sauce on the pretzel crust however it was mozzarella cheese and too much red sauce on a pretzel crust. Then nobody answers the phone I don’t know why they even have a phone. So I call back the next morning and speaks to the manager Brian gives him my information of course because he’s too busy to talk or call me back. I use to work at the Great Clips in the same plaza that represents good service but this Lil Ceaser’s I guess just don’t care obviously.

alaan robinson: I’ve order from this location twice, the first time I ordered stuff crust and received regular, I figured that they were just busy and let it go. Then I saw the ad on tv that the pretzel pizza was back so I tried it again last night, I ordered 2 pizzas the first one was so undercooked that all the topping slid off when I picked up a slice and the cheese in the stuffed crust wasn’t even melted then my second one wasn’t even mine(it had someone else’s name on it). Both pizzas were so bad they went in the garbage. The customer service agent at their help line said I was submitted for a full refund but it’s up to the refunds department after a review of my complaint so I may not even get my money back.
Katie Chandler: This location has gone down hill. If you want your food made wrong and want to not get what you paid for (yes, I mean missing items from your order), this is the place to go. Front end staff has no idea what is going on, leaves food in the warmer instead of giving it to you. Tells you its in the locked warmer when its behind the counter. It's like the right hand doesn't communicate with the left hand at all. This has happened multiple times now so do not recommend this location.

Jenai: I order 3 pizzas, sausage, pepperoni, and bacon online Saturday. After my order was ready I went to pick it up. I was told my bacon was given to another customer and was asked If I wanted to wait 15 minutes for another one, I said no and just took another pepperoni instead. It was not fresh like my 2 other pizza's. I bought the pizza's for a work event, after opening the boxes we then noticed that the 2 new pizza's were not cut, but the old pepperoni was cut. We had no utensils at work that's why we order pizza, but to have to pull apart piece's of pizza with gloves is embarrassing. So make sure to check if the pizza is cut (even tho its suppose to be cut)if you don't have utensils.

Alexandre Hochstatter: By far the worst service I have received in at least a year. I ordered online and my order was set to be ready around 8:15. I received the email that my food was in the pizza portal at 8:11. I arrived at 8:19. I asked the girl behind the counter multiple times to check on my food. She every time refused to speak to me other than to say if your names not on the screen it’s not ready. After 40 minutes of waiting and attempting to ask, I finally got to speak to someone else who found that my order had been waiting the whole time. No one cared about the wait. No one cared that my food had been sitting 40 minutes. Everyone had attitude that I was upset.

Katelyn Beauchamp: Made and paid for our order online at the 220 N Florissant location and they had never made our pizzas, the lights were off outside and inside, front door unlocked, was able to walk threw the whole store and still couldn't find pizzas. Someone could rob them blind right now. Had to call the police so they could try to lock down the store and am currently trying to still get refunded or at least reinbursted.

Quinsonta boyd: The picture tells it all. I asked them what happened and they acted as if it was normal. They made several pizzas for another customer and there was way more crust then cheese or toppings and told him thats how they cook their pizzas. They replaced my cheesy bread but i’m glad i looked at it before i left.

Daniel Hellums: Have eaten here alot of times got most everything on the menu and I must say I love pizza! People who work here are useually pretty nice and in good spirits. Rarely have to wait very long either. Never had a problem getting my food done wrong unless I ordered it that way lol recommend the Ceasars pizza any day of the week!
