Vellos Purputidis Official: It’s rare to find genuine cuisine from each restaurant’s homeland. It’s very rare to find Greek restaurants that serve genuine Greek food as I am Greek. My wife however, she’s from Russia. We decided to have Russian for dinner while on our stay in St. Louis. Astoria Restaurant not only didn’t disappoint, it was remarkably genuine. You will find amazing Russian dishes, the wife had the soup, I had the pork shashlik which just melted in my mouth. Miss Svetlana and her staff were super professional and made us feel warmth and welcomed. Every ingredient on our plate was natural and you could taste it. Please please please try this amazing warm place when in St. Louis. We found our new place whenever we visit again. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ann Monroe: I have been a customer of Imos pizza for.over 35 years. I received all drums with my order in which I did not request. I called my order in. I spoke with the assistant manager and was told we give the customers whatever is in the bag when we open it. Common sense would tell him if he only had drums he should call the customer and see if that is fine due to most customers like a mixture or one of the other! This is the first time I have ever had this issue and a manager who does not offer a replacement or resolution! I do not eat drums! The Customer satisfaction is a low priority evidently for this store. Hence the poor RATING! If I could give a zero I would

I called to place an order for our office lunch and apparently caught "Casey G" on a bad day because their attitude was uncaused for. Maybe adding phone etiquette to your training exercises will help? Because speaking as if you have something else better to do and rudely hanging up isn't going to cut it. Then, we finally receive the order only to see that the pizza slices were tossed all over the place and WRONG. I can totally understand being overwhelmed in customer service, however please be mindful that your service reflects your business. If you do not care to give adequate service to your PAYING customers, then by all means, CLOSE DOWN!
