Elle Floyd: If I could give zero stars I would! The same pizza I ate the little girl in front of me ate. With in 10-15 min we were both throwing up like crazy!! I then was in and out of consciousness and i ended up having to go to the hospital by ambulance. It ended up being salmonella!!!!

KT Chica: Scary food code violations! Staff with long hair not up or in a net, and dragging along cutting board! Touching food items with no gloves on and gross long fake nails with some nails missing! Table in the center with cut mushrooms sitting there for 20+ mins. with container on the cutting board, next to cleaning supplies and rag, next to papers and supplies!!! Piles of food scraps on the cutting board and floor! Piles of containers not safely placed and next to the food line! Pizza came out weird and the with few mushrooms and onions, just thrown on in one area of the pizza. Staff looked unhappy and like they didn’t care about the customers. The taller guy in grey at the register was very nice and efficient…he was the only good part. I never experienced such a horrible situation from CPK. Intervention is needed!

Hailey Warren: I’m not surprised at all by this rating. The problem is the service. I waited the 15 minutes for this $18 personal pizza, walked up to get it & they dropped it.. but they didn’t say a word to me and just started re-making it. When I finally got it, it was missing half of the toppings and was too flimsy to eat lol. And the employees wouldn’t help anyone at the counter, they’d just yell at them to order on the kiosk which wasn’t printing receipts with order #s so people were confused. Not a fan.

Ankit Kumar: Wait time is crazy. They were not baking pizzas as first come first. People who ordered after us got their order (same pizza) before us..they seem to know the customers.

Devin Bates: Used to be my favorite spot in the St. Louis airport and pre-COVID had a lot of good meals there hence the three stars. But recently gone downhill in a bad way. The soup is now very watery and lacks taste. The pizza is sloppily made and undercooked although still decent for an airport. The service is not ideal. The place needs a manager to keep the staff in line/actually working.

Stephanie Green: Stopped at this location because it was across from my boarding gate. There were at least 3 people waiting for orders in front of mine. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while the employees bantered with each other and someone who stopped by to talk. The manager came out and told the cashier I was waiting and she needed to take care of the customers. The cashier was mouthy with her and told her she would get to it and to not tell her what to do if she wasn’t going to do it herself. As I observed, what I noticed was the staff being loud and mouthy with each other. The cashier who grudgingly took my order walked out of the store then returned after about 10 minutes. When I finally got my pizza after almost 30 minutes, it was barely warm and not done. 100% will not return or recommend.

Candice Kassab: Shocked by the staff. They are rude to guests and talk about them out loud while they are standing waiting for their food. Looked they were careless with the pizzas while they were being made. Very disappointing to see staff act this way.

McDaniel Hamilton: Sept2022: 1⭐: I would not recommend this location and this work crew at this time.I stopped by this location because I used to frequent one that was adjacent to my job in Washington, DC. When I walked up to the counter, I stood there for a while. One of the workers behind the counter said aloud, "If it's not on the shelf, we don't have it." None of the workers greeted me or said hello or even can I help you. The workers seemed indifferent when I was standing there. One of the workers finally said, is somebody going to get him at the front? One worker walked over to the register and just stood there and said we only have what's over there in the cooler. So I said I want a pizza, do you have that? Yeah, what do you want? I placed my order and she gave me a ticket. While standing there, a guy shuffling trash around in the front and then goes to arrange the food containers on the cooler shelf in the display. He was wearing the same gloves he was using to organize and bag the trash at the time. Several of the workers were touching other items using the same gloves on their hands. It took 37 minutes for me to get the pizza that I ordered. This whole process, the workers, and the location was nothing like what I experienced when I was in Washington DC. This location left a bad taste in my mouth for California Pizza kitchen.

kristine Hokema: Nothing like being the only one there watching as the employees chat, party, get free fryes from the Burger King next door, banter at each other at each other meanwhile no one makes a move to make your food. One gal finally does. ..taking her sweet time so she doesn't miss the conversation. Finally goes in the oven, when it comes out, it sits......while wnother worker searches for gloves. .then boxes, then starts to make my box with one that is already grease stained. Asked for her to use another one. She then proceeded to just make boxes. While my single pizza sat. Another worker cherps......anyone want a refund.......and i took it. At this point ive waited over 30 minutes. I would be really surprised if they are t trying to kill this business. Absolutely flabbergasted at the whole thing.

On the 4th time he came over to ask how the food was and I said I am still waiting for silverware. This happens every time I go there. We ordered the California cob pizza on thin crust. The crust was over cooked, the chicken on the pizza was very dry and the pizza itself was very bland. It was quite frankly the worst pizza I ever had, we should have sent it back.

CJ: Wow. $40 delivery for an 8 inch diameter pizza and a "12oz" cup of soup. The soup cup was filled barely half way full. At least they bagged up a complimentary FOUR croutons. So, 6oz tomato soup for $7 and nearly $20 for a pizza that was smaller than the frozen ones you get at walmart. Nothing beats getting robbed.

Harry Reinagel: Worst experience I've ever had. Was waiting for over an hour and never even got served. We asked waiter if we were going to get served, then he sent manager, manager yelled at top of her lungs the servers name. Still didn't get waters or any type beverages... or food. Do not come to this location, I don't know if they are headed for foreclosure but sure as well might be. Never again.

Not sure if it was the chef or the the fish but it was just average, no variety of texture other than a bit of char. And corn is really inexpensive as a side so I didn’t feel I got much value, I think there was a little cheese in the mix but nothing else noticeable, a hint of lime maybe?Overall it was okay. But I’ve had better for less money.

Jessica Lyss: My friend and I went to dine in at CPK. Staff was friendly but then we order our salads, I got the new summer watermelon salad and my friend got her usual Italian Chopped. Don't get the watermelon salad so not worth it. I think I saw 2 nuts in salad total and they forgot my cheese as well as watermelon was not good either. My friends salad was not the same and no one bothered to tell her the salad is different (new version) it was not very good, old one was better. My pea soup was awesome and my friends margaritas pizza was good though had to pay extra now for thin crust. Defining disapointed

However the pizza came "The Works" and most the toppings felt raw like the mushrooms and green peppers.Also I ordered a Margherita and it was un drinkable. I had 3 sips. The server offered to make a new one. The second one was a bit more tolerable. But i still couldnt finish it. I was charged for both. So I spent $14 on 2 drink. It was explained that drinks cant be voided (really? Fine.) But when I returned the first drink I wasn't made clear about the policy. Just felt like cash grab.I gave 2 stars cause my son liked his pizza and sprite.
