Abigail Porter: I have no idea how this place has such good reviews. We went to look at their jeeps and they have a ton! Probably close to 20, but every single last one of them has really bad frame rust. On the ones that looked a little nicer/newer if you look closely you can see where they literally paint over the rust to hide it, but the paint was bubbling/chipping off because they didn’t actually remove the rust like they are supposed to, they just painted over it. When asked how firm they were on price the man stated that they do not haggle, when asked if they would fix the frame rust the man stated no they sell them as is. This is dangerous and a safety hazard! If anyone decides to buy from here PLEASE do your due diligence and have someone knowledgeable look at all aspects of the vehicle and test EVERYTHING in it before buying as they provide no warranties or returns for anything and refuse to fix severe issues with the cars but try to sell them at a price as if there’s nothing wrong with them. It’s a shame to see so many beautiful jeeps sitting there neglected and rusting away.

They answered all of my question throughout on a prompt and professional manor. Additionally they were able to set up shipping for a very reasonable rate which saved me from flying down and driving back up. My experience with Midwest Autoplex has been outstanding. I would buy from them again.

Efoxy 82: So last week I came up to this dealership and purchase a car a 2011 Chevy Cruze after purchasing the car the same day !!!!!! all these warning lights come on and I've been having problems with this car since .I believe the car was rigged up for a test drive it and as soon as I got financed for it my nightmare began the very same day!!!!! Jeff was trying to help somewhat after telling me that his help was voluntary so basically I was stuck with the car that had all of these problems !!!! he sold me a lemon!!!! I have to come out of over $1000.00 repairs only having this car one week!!!! now how is that fair !!!with a car I literally just bought I know the car is as is but if I had known that it had all of these problems I would have never got Finance for this car I feel like I've been bamboozled so please to save yourself the stress in the problems that I am going through !!!!!do not go to this car dealership!!! take your money elsewhere you have been warned buyers beware!!!!!

Nicole Trueman-Shaw: I put a down payment and signed a contract for a vehicle on 3/20/2023. I was told it was being sent to Bommarito VW the next day for repairs that would likely take 7-10 days. On 3/31/23, I was was told the part the car needed was arriving that day. After multiple follow-up calls by me, I was told by the manager Frank Pettis on 4/5/23 that the part was back ordered for close to 30 days and that the car was still at Bommarito VW awaiting the part and repairs. Imagine my surprise when I drove to the Enterprise lot the next day and found the car I had a contract on sitting in their sales lot with new damage to the rear driver’s side tire. I went and asked why my car was sitting there and not at Bommarito and was not provided with a coherent explanation that made any amount of logical sense. Needless to say, I filled out the paperwork to decline the car and releasing the title back to the state. I used a family member’s “friends and family” discount certificate of which they only get one, and apparently can’t be guaranteed to work at any other Enterprise sales location now that it’s been used on a purchase that never went through full processing.This was a disappointing experience on many levels.

Lindsay Thompson: Do not come here!! If I could give 0 stars I would- this place scammed me. Last month I went in for an appointment with Darrian to test drive a car. After the test drive he wanted to run numbers with me. I should have known better but he took advantage of the fact that I'm a young, first time buyer who came alone. I told him ahead of time I was NOT buying that day and that if I decided to buy I would come back a few days later. Regardless, he "needed" personal information and for me to fill out forms in order to give me these quotes, but promised me that everything would be amended if I decided not to buy in the end. He also promised that none of the paperwork I signed would constitute buying the car or require any form of payment and that it was all risk free. I got the quotes and left WITHOUT the car. Two days later I called to tell them I was not going to buy and that everything needed to be amended and they said they'd get it done. A few days after that I come to find that they opened a FRAUDULENT auto loan under my name that I now have to work with the credit bureaus and law enforcement to get closed. I contacted Darrian and he falsely denied that he did this. However after checking with the lender and my credit bureau I can confirm that the fraudulent loan is very real. I've been in contact with the lender, filed a police report, and will be looking at lawyers to deal with this.So, if you'd prefer to not be a victim of fraud I'd stay far away from this place.

Matt Jost: Very disappointed. Made an online service appointment a week ago. I even received a reminder email to make sure to bring the vehicle in. Upon arriving (1 hour drive) was told, that my appointment was not going to be accepted, and that they would call me in 6-7 weeks to see when I could drop my vehicle off. I spoke with the service manager and was told that the appointment problem was "above his pay grade". As a long time, FORD owner, very disappointed in the lack of service. A simple phone call would've saved all of this, but obviously the customer satisfaction isn't important to Broadway Ford.

We paid $100K CASH and they don't have the part to fix the vehicle - this is impacting my business and I'm so disappointed that they didn't do a quality check before shipping the vehicle to us. I heard from my sales guy this was the "last" one in the country so basically they knew it was damaged but were determined to sell it anyway. They just gave us their scraps and took our money - now we have to wait until they find a part to fix it because it is completely undriveable and has been since we received it - we couldn't even drive it off the delivery truck because it wouldn't start up!! What a JOKE!

When it came in, I spent maybe 1.5 hours signing papers with Treff the finance guy (made it painless too), going over the features and then was on my way. No surprise ADM. They got me a Bronco in under 90 days, so pretty happy with my experience. Haven’t tried service department yet. Thinking about getting a maverick soon, will be trying them again, and I’d recommend to anyone.

The second car that I bought from them, a Buick, was a total lemon. The engine went completely out in four months. This was how they were doing business several years ago. From what I read, they have become all the much worse.

The down payment went from 1500 to 1700 quickly I paid the 1700 I didn’t like it but I needed transportation Then the paperwork began as I went over it I noticed the price said 11,000 I mention that he said earlier the car was 10,000 the sons reply was no it’s 11,000 do you want it or not I became slightly frustrated but needed transportation and purchased the car in spite of fast forward to October 26,2020 Mark Kugman repo my car not because of non payment but because he didn’t have any Current insurance information on file I was told due to close to closing time that if I bring my insurance information to them and it shows that I had insurance before tow date that he will take off tow fee Arrived October 27,2020 and broker faxed insurance information verifying I had insurance coverage before tow date Imwas now told that I will have to pay 250.00 tow fee or leave the car After excessively explaining that’s not what I was told I was so exhausted and my anxiety was almost uncontrollable agreed to Pay fee pulled 300 out my purse I asked with me paying 250.00 I would need more time to pay my car note which was due by the 30th clerk said she would call and ask so went to talk to my husband and let him know how they are using underhanded tactics and strong arm methods We return back inside and the clerk now says that I will need to pay the full balance of 575.00 due to now he don’t think he will receive a payment and if I don’t have it go borrow it and they will only hold my car for 10 days before it goes back to sale I said to the clerk Kugman is literally taking my car I was devastated on the professionalism and the sneaky crooked illegal tactics they pulled they are Just like the janky Illinois car lot we all read about If you are seeking a car please go else where this is not a good option I wish I would have kept looking You should do the same

Thank you Mark and I apologize for the shortness lol The process was painless and smooth with the purchase. I see bad and good reviews here but this is a used car lot guys. Do your own due diligence on what you are purchasing and remember it is a used car. Mark can not guarantee everything if it’s running and safe at purchase. Duane Furner: Looked at a Buick Enclave on Saturday and test drove the car. Heard noises in the front end so the dealership offered to take it in and have it diagnosed and repaired. They then told me that they would sell the car for $10k and would contact me on Monday with an update. On Tuesday I had to reach out to Rafferty Automotive to inquire about the car. They now say they won’t honor the agreement on Saturday, the price has gone up $500. This place is shady. I will buy from somewhere else.Edit: Owners response is a fabrication. I was not contacted by Rafferty a single time. AND the offer came from the salesman, not me. I simply said “what’s the best you can do?” and he came back with $10k. It was never said that it had to be run through the GM.
