Valerie Fischer: I went to this store to get 75% off items, when checking out, the emailed coupon was expired by 1 day, so I told the associate let me look at the coupon on Retail Tell Me Not - She stated the store does not take coupons from that app. The coupon on the app didn't expire until July 11, 2022, I was in the store on July 6, 2022. Cindy E: The semi-annual sale is on and the place was hopping. The bins of foaming soaps were spilling over and the new fragrances were nice. I got a good assortment to add to what I already have at home, so I am set for awhile. This is my favorite BBW season.

Daisy Fisher: I shopped at Bath and Body Works yesterday. I went for the Semi Annual sale. I received customer service from Carla that was above and beyond. After shopping in the store. During my checkout process I decided I wanted to exchange one of the fragrances. The sales clerk who waited on me was not accommodating. I asked her could I have the lotion to Country Apple. She said I don't have it. I informed her that there were over 100 bottles at the front of the store. She offered no assistance. Then, I asked if she would radio/walkie talkie someone up front to assist. I replied, I don't have a walkie. She didn't try to get a walkie or ask anyone for assistance. So I only bought one item. As I was walking out the door a gentleman who works there and is always friendly, waved at me and thanked me for coming back. He was standing with Carla, I immediately said, I would've bout two items but the cashier would provide any assistance. He even had a walkie in his hand. He apologized for the cashier lack of service. Carla immediately said, how can I help you? Pick out the fragrance you want and follow me to my registerYou don't have to get back in the long line. I got my lotion to my body splash and made another purchase. Carla, deserves to be highlighted. She even went to find walkie for the cashiers when I was leaving. My GOD brother was on the cell phone listening. He was so please with Carla's service that he complimented her. Then, sent text messages to his mom and sister to go make purchases at Bath and Body Works Semi Annual sale. They both were excited to learn about the sale and were eager to go spend money. Carla, thank you very much for your great service. Also, tell the gentleman thanks for always making me feel welcome at the Blvd Boones Crossing location in Chesterfield, MO. Thank you! Thank you for making my day!

Hilary Shoemake: Every time I go to this location it has a great variety of product. The workers are even better. They are super nice and helpful every time I go. I recently had eye surgery and the associate did the shopping for me (candle sale) since I wasn’t allowed to lift heavy. They them loaded the candles in my car. I will always drive a little further to the chesterfield location!!
