And need lesson in customer service. followed me in the store saying there's a limit of 5 wigs to try, told her I'm aware and that I only tried 3. Used very poor choice of words when I told her I had a stocking cap. Jump in me and my friend conversation when she suggested I try on a curtain wig is if I couldn't pay for it. Discussed with her unprofessionalism we felt it would be best to leave and never return. one star is to good considering the way I was treated. And if it wasn't for my training I would have went straight off and did some damage. That day was her lucky day!!!

After I found my unit, I dropped it off to her, so she could prep it. I then made my appointment. The day finally came and again it was amazing. The time slot given to you is yours alone and the privacy of the Glam suite, I appreciated it. I am a Pixie Girl so after the installation, Ms. Ebony came and did her thang. They listened to me and I trusted them. I will definitely be going back!

She has devoted her time for me, kept the privacy between her and me in her one-customer salon, accepted who I am, and helped me to gain confidence in myself. She worked hard to accommodate my needs -- finding time to fit in my busy schedule (very responsive), looking for wigs that are best for me and of course styling those wigs to make them look incredible on me. She listened carefully to what I like and provided useful suggestions for my style. During the installation, she cared about every detail (more than 3 hrs to finish because of her perfection). The week of installation, I had a wedding, and my hair was perfect / shined throughout the ceremony, only because of Nikki’s work. Besides hair styling, she also gave me many beauty tips. Just Elle: I go here to buy my wigs. They have a nice selection. I just wish the customer service from one of the employees was better. Due to Covid you can’t try on any wigs yet eyebrows and piercings are still being done which confuses me a bit. Other wise it’s a cool place to come shop for any of your hair care needs. I had a lay away, which I had an emergency situation whereby I wanted to just get something else not my money back and she wouldn't give me something else for my money already paid. Once I went back after a while to complete the total owned I washed this wig that was suppose to be 100 percent human hair and it matted up like a dogs behind. I regret paying 300.00 for this wig which wasn't even a lace wig nor skin part. She has really bad sellers experience and sells bad hair and doesn't stand behind her products. She will smile in your face to rope you in but once she gets your money she doesn't smile and grin and show you any type of business professional courtesy. I will never go back here be warned. Wished I had read reviews on her prior to. She is a con artist she smiles in your face and backstabs you once shes has your money. Run fast do not do business with her, brags about the car she has because she rips honest people off and offers no solution to her customers.
