I purchased a couple of "I worked out - not combing my hair too" ponytails, and noticed they had every Color & Style for every famale mood. They eagle eye watch you - but there were some suspicious characters being fussy while I was there. So I got in and out in 1/3 of the time I would have normally spent browsing. Only 3min from the loop/forestpark. Parking was fine.

Elle Lang: This place is poorly managed, does not have knowledgeable or very helpful sales associates, and since the covid pandemic are closed randomly for in store shopping , (when their website states they are open, and the store is open with no notice on the doors ) when other locations are open and have never closed.As this is a corporation , not an LLC, this is extremely weird.Just went in to pick up a few things and was told by the sales associate that I would not be able to purchase anything except online for pickup.This is beyond unprofessional.

It seemed like it was going very well, the manager seemed sweet, gave me her number, I confided in her about what was going on at home, and that I really needed this opportunity. Told her I take care of a little one, and that I was willing to work as much as needed. She told me she would email me my paperwork and background check stuff, and that it would take about a week to process, contacted her a week later. She proceeds to tell me her boss is out of town and that we can't go further in the process until she comes back. So she said she would let me know as soon as she returned. It is now December 1st, and she will not respond. You would think for someone who don't have any workers would have kept in contact with me. On top of the fact that this was UNPROFESSIONAL AS HELL.

I was looking at their watches because they were cute and affordable. The store clerk was literally standing guard in front of the watches like they were Richard Millies. Need I tell you they are behind the counter so I couldn't see especially with her standing over me. Also we were getting followed around the store by an older gentleman acting like he was doing inventory. Uncomfortable and bad shopping experience. This is not Saks. Get some cameras and door sensors if you're that worried about stealing.

While clerks seemed friendly enough, they insulted us by following us throughout the store and snatching things out of the elderly woman's hands as if they assumed she was attempting to steal. I am proud to say that t g is is not the culture in my city. It reminded me why I live in an area where diversity is the norm and people have a mutual respect for all people. I'm certain the staff was unaware that 2 of us are retirees and at least one of us is the owner of a very successful business. The service was horrible in the end and the prices were more expensive than other locations in that city. This is why its natural hair for me.

She didn't throw the dry liner away, just returned it to the shelf. They got upset and started implying that I was trying to get smthn free...2.99??? I will never go back, I have a them on video passed that I recorded them returning used makeup to the shelf so watch out ladies....smh

She even showed me the icon on the back of my debit card showing that it is wireless technology enabled for payment at the POS device with a single tap of the card on the screen to make the purchase. No more inserts or swipes. How convenient!

She grabbed his card from his hand and swiped it. Then told him to press the green button to accept the charge. He told her her was having trouble seeing the green button. She reached over pushed the button and then threw his receipt and card at him as if he’d wasted her time. My father isn’t an emotional man however, this experience made him feel terrible. Customer service is your job ma’am. Being rude and ugly to older adults is disgusting. If you don’t like what you do move on. There is never an excuse for being mean.
