Tyrel M.: NOT GOING BACK. This is a mediocre beauty supply store on Washington made to look trendy. Me and my friend went here to get some hair products. I was looking at their watches because they were cute and affordable. The store clerk was literally standing guard in front of the watches like they were Richard Millies. Need I tell you they are behind the counter so I couldn't see especially with her standing over me. Also we were getting followed around the store by an older gentleman acting like he was doing inventory. Uncomfortable and bad shopping experience. This is not Saks. Get some cameras and door sensors if you're that worried about stealing.

Khristine Short: Myself, my friend and her aunt decided to patronize this store. While clerks seemed friendly enough, they insulted us by following us throughout the store and snatching things out of the elderly woman's hands as if they assumed she was attempting to steal. I am proud to say that t g is is not the culture in my city. It reminded me why I live in an area where diversity is the norm and people have a mutual respect for all people. I'm certain the staff was unaware that 2 of us are retirees and at least one of us is the owner of a very successful business. The service was horrible in the end and the prices were more expensive than other locations in that city. This is why its natural hair for me.

She didn't throw the dry liner away, just returned it to the shelf. They got upset and started implying that I was trying to get smthn free...2.99??? I will never go back, I have a them on video passed that I recorded them returning used makeup to the shelf so watch out ladies....smh

Ja'nia Moore: Today 6-8-23 I was purchase 5 items and noticed that on my receipt when I got home it was 6 items I was charged twice for one item. I called them and they said when I come back with items they are going to take care of it. To be continued. Check your receipts before you leave the store. They refund my money and said they were sorry. But I know that they knew what they were doing.

They will do anything for you to spend money the older man thinks it’s funny when you bring it to his attention...I was in a rush stop in for last minute supplies for a class an grab about 10 eyebrows pencils asked for the .99 ones but as I walked out I looked at my receipt and noticed that he charge me $1.19 it may seems small for some people but for you to flat out lied in my face and told me they’re $.99 when I informed him he just looked at me and start laughing (Praying)Only if I had time to turn around and get a refund but you know they don’t do refunds we have to purchase within the store ....please check prices and check your receipts!!! Not a fan of foolishness like this

A large variety of beauty products for African-Americans, clothing, a huge supply of wigs in various forms (human hair, lace-front in human/synthetic hair, synthetic hair, afro-puffs, ponytails, etc), Bundles of hair (braided, loc, loose).Hair scarves, hair ties, hair accessories, hair rollers, hair appliances (pressing combs, blow dryers, curling irons, etc.).Nail supplies galore. Facial products. Items for a beauty salon. Chemical products (hair color, hair removal, hair processing).Jewelry, shoes, purses, hats and snack foods. I'm probably missing something. I don't know if they style wigs. Ido not believe they do. You have. To purchase a wig cap before trying on any wigs. Great store and they keep it fully stocked.

Aisles and aisles and aisles of stuff. Walls of products, hair, shoes, clothes, wigs, bangles and bows, gel and mousse, hairspray and dye too! Just about anything beauty supply related you will find there. The location is a bit unnerving, and there's not much room for parking, but once you manage to SAFELY get inside, you'll be fine.

The staff is always friendly here at the Gravois Plaza location. I'm so glad there's a store near me! I shop here mostly for my hair, skin, make-up, clothes. Beauty supplies...you name it, it's here and most of all reasonable price. Not some janky hand written price but competitive prices. They constantly stocking shelves with new items. Yes, they will order special items for you as well. This is my experience.

Will not return.
the 666: Every single product I got did not work almost completely fried my hair and the bleaching process did not even work and I've done my hair plenty of different times in different colors in the contacts that I spent $25 on ripped as soon as I opened them I'd suggest going somewhere else like Walmart or Sally's Beauty
