Gateway Arch Riverboats: what do users think?
Jason: Not worth the admission price.
Joe Baumgarten: Had a great time with a unique view of the riverfront.
Crystal K.: DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! 5/2023Absolutely would never recommend!! traveled to St. Louis for our anniversary and had plans switched around to make sure we were available for the dinner cruise. Super excited wanted to surprise my husband with a nice dinner and Cruise. Rescheduled our baseball game to make sure we were there on time only to enter the boat be seated and realize how disgusting the food is. I asked for a side of ranch that was brought to me, bubbly and room temperature. My husband starts to eat his salad when he realizes what is in our plate. Absolutely disgusting!!!! we decide to not make a big deal for everybody else on the boat and ask for a manager to take a look at what was going on. All she does is say I apologize would you like a refund? Would like a refund???? yes I would like a refund and I would also appreciate if you would have offered to pay for us to have dinner elsewhere; that's the least you could have done for the inconvenience . I made it well known that this was our anniversary dinner. But all we got was and I’m sorry we can refund you for the dinner, but I dont have a way to refund the online fees. Have a good day. I would stay away from this place because you don’t know what is going on in the kitchen or food products.
Viliamu Fanene: A nice getaway to downtown STL. There wasn't too much to see but on a nice day it's relaxing and educational experience.
tyrone watson: Great food!
Shawntee Stuller: It was great fun and kind of informative. The speaker in the back doesn't work, so I could barely hear the director. My husband missed most of the tour from being stuck at the bar from 7:30-7:45, we ended up being able to head back together. Got some pretty cool pictures together and paid the 30 for the cool filters added to the one they take at the beginning 😄 🤣All around fun.
VERA BENOIT: Very friendly people. Tom was great and so was Marcus. Thank you guys! Totally good time
Tina Blair: Family fun!! A historical riverfront tour of St. Louis.
Mike Fritts: Nice peaceful ride. Interesting historic commentary. Will undoubtedly go again.
Peter Sanders: Cruise was dissapointing at best. If you want to know limited information about the 5 bridges and two power houses you may enjoy the trip. There was nothing about the history of the river or the paddle boats or even the Gateway Arch to the west. I would not recomend the boat cruise.
Terry Copper: Not worth it. Beautiful view of the homeless camps and graffitied walls.
Tamara Miller-McClinic: Fun and amazing staff. The music and food are good. We really enjoyed ourselves
Mark Broadwell: Great "paddle wheel" boat ride with your guide down the Mississippi near st Louis. Boat had a pair wheel on the back but was driven by a standard gasoline boat motor.
Elijah Nelson: I liked it.
Cynthia Bell: Wonderful
Lisa Whetzell: Was a beautiful and wonderful evening. At first seemed like staff was not prepared but then as we got on with it, there was a big improvement.
Carla Chambarelli: Excelente
Wayne Mossop: My better half and I enjoyed the little trip up the river on the Tom Sawyer. You get some more history of the city which was cool
Lei Widdershoven: Very disappointing River boat tour. Nothing interesting to see. Poor seating at the deck.Old rusty boat. It was sold to us as a Architectural tour, but is was nothing like that at all! The Arch however was great!
Sherry Stern: Interesting and diverting excursion on a sunny day.
Greg Payne: River boat cruise, different perspective of St Louis. I would do it again as a 1st time tourist.

Vin De Set: what do users think?
Eric Farson: Fantastic experience. The food and service here are some of the best in St. Louis. Period. Everyone was friendly - the host, waitress, and manager. I have never experienced this before at any restaurant in St. Louis. They really went above and beyond. I got the seabass and it was amazing. The patio is fantastic and also one of the best in St. Louis. I will be back once they reopen!
Eyreka Peterson: Edited 9/19/2022 to add that it is not shocking that this placed caught fire. Like I said below, major systemic issues.I wasn't going to write a review, but the service I received on a Friday evening (8/26/22) was so bizarre I've been thinking about it all weekend. I called the Thursday prior to inquire about reservations for 3:00 p.m. drinks and dinner. I was assured that it would be so slow at 3 that reservations would not be needed. I arrived at 3 p.m. with a party of 4 and no one was in the lobby or bar area so we waited around. A woman came through the door from outside on a mission and stopped in her tracks and asked "do you need something". Not rude, but certainly not kind. We explained we were there for drinks and dinner and she let us know there was no waitstaff to help us yet. Cool, I've worked food service before, I know how it goes right at opening. We asked if we could start with drinks and apps and were directed with a curt finger that it was outside. The bartender asks if we're going to order drinks and food, we say yes and order. We start towards the tables in the dining area and the bartender tells us we should sit in the bar area so she can bring out our apps. I let her know I need to sit at a low top table and there are none in the bar area. We proceed to sit at the table closest to the bar in the dining area. We are only there for a few minutes before she comes over to tell us that the table is reserved. There are zero people in the dining area. It's 3:20 p.m. I let her know that we're planning on ordering dinner and that I can't sit in a high top table. She assures us she has something over in her section. She seats us at a cheap cabana couch, directly in the sun (it's 98 degrees out) out on the deck. It has a tiny table that our drinks and apps barely fit on. We are boiling. We finish our apps and drinks and decided not to stay for dinner (because how even at that table). As we're leaving there are 2 tables seated in the dining area. No reason for us to have been moved. The drinks were great, the food that we had was delicious, the service was the absolute strangest thing I've ever come across. I'm willing to make excuses for 1 person having a tough afternoon and providing subpar service - it happens. When it's multiple people and multiple instances - that's systemic.
Brittany Griffith: Many thanks to Mike and the manager for making our day. The service was good and prompt. See you again soon :)
Malcomn Roach: Still a good place for Sunday brunch. Prime rib is awesome
beautybyraelynn: The women at reception was insanely rude to my group. I felt like I was dreaming… she ruined our evening from the moment we walked in. I never write reviews but I couldn’t help myself.
Ryan Daigle: Always a delicious meal. We've been going here for about 12 years and they always impress!
D M: Absolutely perfect brunch. Danita was our wait staff person today and she was wonderful!
Salvatore Scotto: Nice place, good dinner, staff friendly.
Issa Lifestyle 1: There was mouse droppings on the table. No one working there even attempted to cleaned it up. Horrible first impression. The hostess working Sunday 8/28 around 10:15am did not greet us when we arrived, she said something to a server then continued to eat her bacon. I said "hello" and she replied, "Can I help you?". Immediately I felt the quality of the experience sink to fast food level. I let her know we were there for brunch she asked "Do you have a reservation?" "No we do not." She shoveled the last of her bacon into her mouth, grabbed 2 menus with her hands she just put in her mouth and walked away. We reluctantly followed hoping to recover the ambience of the experience but at this point we are already not feeling welcome. We were guided through a small bar area and sat near a window in the back of the room. Immediately we noticed the droppings on the table, but the hostess had already gone back to the host stand. We never even sat down. I walked back to the host stand to bring the issue to the bacon eating hostess' attention to which she said 'it isn't feces or else we would be shut down'. I advised her that was exactly why I came to tell her instead of taking a picture. Her reply was "Go ahead take a picture cause it's not that." I replied,"OK I will." The person I was with had to ask for a different table, it was not offered to us by the hostess. She said 'the only other space I have is this or that', pointing toward a table in the corner by the door of the room we had just left. We walked over to the table ourselves. As I noticed she was not going to formally seat us, so I took it upon myself to retrieve the menus we left at the poop table and of course to take the photos of the mouse droppings on the table and in the window seal as suggested by the hostess (see attached). It took us about 10 minutes to find a different place to go for brunch; the entire time no one attempted to investigate or clean up the mess we reported. As we left the manager tried to speak to us but it was too late. I couldn't leave that place fast enough. People deserve to have a choice what environment their food is in especially during pandemic times. Definitely looks like rat sh't!!! I will not return.
Michael Wallace: Weather made it perfect. Their rooftop experience is top notch. And their servers are attentive
Jim Williamson: Rooftop bar with a view of the arch
Grant Young: Just stepped out of Vin De Set and couldn’t have been more displeased. We showed up at open, after being advised to do so on a Friday as it will get busy. So we showed up and got ignored until we told the hostess we’d like to have a drink and apps. After being pointed to the bar, through the window, we headed over. One party doesn’t deal well with high top chairs, so we headed to a 4 too under shade after being told “I won’t be able to give you service but that’s okay, I’ll till serve you”So we sat in the shade and maybe 3 minutes later we’re told the entire area was reserved and we had to sit in the sunniest area of the roof top. Had we not ordered, we would have left. This was the oddest and most uncomfortable experience I’ve had in any restaurant, not just in St Louis. If you want bad service, rude staff, and to be lied to, accompanied with honestly good food and cocktails - this is your spot.
Suzie Scrivner: This is my second time here. The food is great! Courtney our server and Bryson the bartender were wonderful. The woman at the hostess stand made me feel like I was intruding. She even came to me and my table at the end of the night to let me know that they were closing at 10. I did not see her tell any of the other patrons that they were closing. I will not come back to this place. We spent over $500 and felt like we were being kicked out early. There were four of us. We asked who she was and were told her name was Sharee. We still had full drinks and desserts. Please put a smile on your face when you are greeting customers. Don’t make them feel like they are not welcome.
Beverly: What happened? Last year we had a lovely birthday dinner with wonderful food; the set menu was fabulous, and the staff were incredibly attentive. This year it was just… bad. The baked brie with strawberry-basil marmalade would have benefited from a more generous serving of the marmalade, but that was forgivable. The coq au vin was absolutely flavorless and dry—confusing given that the dish is literally cooked in red wine. Interestingly, it was served on the same dish shape as the steak even though there was liquid on the dish (still somehow flavorless). The veggies were reminiscent of those served in an elementary school cafeteria. The strip steak was overdone, and the best that I can say about it is that it can be used in leftovers. (Un)happy birthday!
Janeth Hernandez: We had the steak and frites very disappointing. The steak was so fatty and tasted like burnt rubber. Drinks were bland and below average. Prices are far too high for the quality of food. We’ve even been here twice because we really wanted to like it since it is walking distance from our house. Never leave reviews but felt like I should.
Steve McCormick: I feel like it is overpriced. $33.00 / person for a 3 course brunch. They used to have a brunch buffer that was worth 33.00. The service was excellent.
Coleen Hill: Excellent staff, food and rooftop view! One of my very favorite St Louis restaurants. We have not had a bad meal yet. Also wonderful desserts!
cufta05: We dropped in based on a Google search on restaurant with a terrace. Also, we thought it would be possible to order a coffee because of the French restaurant. Unfortunately, our thinking was wrong. The quality of the coffee was terrible. The service was bad. The employees together with the manager did not seem to know where to put us. We wandered around to find an area for "coffee drinkers". The manager who was on duty did not care when we told her that the coffee was terrible. Overall C-Coffee 1.5/10Service 5.5/10
Cheryl Andrews: Great food and service
Mark Leibu: Probably better for dinner. Sunday brunch, so and vs so
Eric W Thompson: Good view outside on the roof. Fine food with attentive service. Prime rib was awesome.

The Boom Boom Room: what do users think?
Roman Landa: We purchased tickets online to the Friday, May 26th 7:00pm show. Arrived on time, doors closed, nobody there. Tried to contact via calls, messages and emails, have not received any response. How I’ll get my refund?
Michael Carnes: This place is awesome, good drinks. Awesome performances. If they lowered the volume of the music by 10% it would be flawless.

Hailey Snell: The show, the performers - 5 stars!!!!The food - 2 stars. Entrees are wayyyyyy overpriced for the quality of the food. The appetizers were better. The service - 3.5 stars. I think our server did the best she could, she was clearly very busy, but that meant she wasn’t able to come by our table very often. it was difficult to order more drinks. Maybe they’re understaffed?Overall, next time I think I will just skip the dinner show and go for the late show :)

Irena Harrington: We had been to the boom boom room at its previous location and was expecting a similar show in a bigger venue. We had previously attended the dinner show and had to attend the late show this time as the earlier show was sold out. The late show is definitely different. Every number ends with pasties. There is less mystery and teasing as is usual with burlesque. We truly felt like we were at a strip show instead of a burlesque show. The performances were well done, the choreography was excellent. We were seated directly in front of the speakers and it was so loud we could not tell what song was being played. The audience was drunk, loud, and we were flashed numerous times by members of the audience.Parking: Parking is hard to find and on a main street. All Parking is paid.
Kat Burcar: Last night we attended the Valentines Day event for our anniversary. We had never see a burlesque show and we weren’t so sure what to expect. The whole night was fabulous! The performers, the setting, food and vibes…WOW! Thank you for a memorable night out!
Patricia Carroll: Overall, the food, drinks, and entertainment at the Boom Boom Room combined to create a 💯 unforgettable experience. As a fan of locally owned and black-owned businesses, I'm happy to support this St. Louis treasure. 💪🏽💜Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Douglas Mejia: "Yo Fam, I was recently at an aerial class in St. Charles and overheard one of the other teachers talking about how she and her friends were writing fake bad reviews of the Boom Boom Room in an attempt to ""take down"" the place. Like, seriously??? 🙄 So petty and negative. Despite her negativity, I decided to check out the Boom Boom Room for myself and bring my S/O along. And let me tell you, it was a 🔥 night to remember. The performers were 🔥🔥🔥 and so talented. Way more talented and beautiful than that twenty-something teacher. It's clear that she's just bitter. 😒 One thing that really stood out to me was the food. I had read other reviews that weren't great, but it seems like they've really stepped up their game. My S/O and I had the strip steak and chicken spiendini, which were cooked to perfection and served with creamy mashed potatoes on the side. It was all 🙌🏽."
Samantha Cooper: I'm not one for fancy entertainment, but the Boom Boom Room definitely changed my mind. I'll definitely be coming back for more. Five stars for sure! #boomboomroom #burlesquesupperclubFood: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Kevin Taylor: Yo, I hit up the Boom Boom Room with my boys for a night out and it was off the chain! The show was fire, with some of the most talented burlesque performers I've ever seen. And the food, let me tell you, it was some of the best grub I've had in a minute. I'm talking juicy steaks, finger-licking good fried chicken, and all the fixin's you could want.
John King: Hi ya'll I 'm not one for city slicker entertainment, but the Boom Boom Room definitely converted me. I'll definitely be coming back. Went with my buddies for a night out and boy oh boy, did we have a blast! The show was top-notch, with some of the most talented burlesque performers I've ever seen. And the food, let me tell you, it was some of the best grub I've had in a long time. I'm talking juicy steaks, finger-licking good chicken, and all the fixin's you could want. The server made sure our drinks were always full. What time is it? Shot O'Clock.
David Perkins: Hey y'all! Just wanted to leave a quick review for the burlesque show I went to last night. The show was absolutely dazzling and the drinks were strong (watch out, they definitely pack a punch). Our server Dean was amazing and took great care of us all night. The food was also really good - we got chicken and steak and I'm not sure why people have complained in the past. I asked Dean (we became friends after a few drinks) I heard they had to fire their old chef and hire a new one, so maybe that explains the improvement. All in all, a great night out and I'd definitely fun fun fun.
Michael Wagner: As a self-proclaimed elitist with discerning tastes, I must say that the Burlesque Supper Club exceeded all expectations. The venue, the largest burlesque venue in the county, boasts a level of opulence and grandeur that is truly unparalleled. From the moment we were greeted by the impeccably dressed doorman, we knew we were in for a treat. The ambiance of the Bombshell Bar was electric, with the perfect balance of vintage charm and modern flair. Our server, Dominic, was an absolute delight, expertly navigating us through the menu and making excellent recommendations. The food was absolutely divine, with a wide range of sumptuous options to choose from. And of course, the show itself was nothing short of extraordinary. #thingstodoinsaintlouis #bbrstl

Stephen Edwards: Wasn't too sure about going because I didn't know what to expect. But it exceeded my expectations. The show was sooooo cool. 🔥 And not only that, the food was actually delicious. 🤤 And the drinks were good too and not overpriced. 😍 #burlesque #theater #dinner #show #fun #delicious #drinks #goodtimes #happy #surprised. Sorry, I love hashtags.
Scott Clayton: "Absolutely AMAZING! 🔥 It was our first trip to St. Louis and I wanted to book a dinner show to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Had NO idea about this place. I called and spoke to Brandy, who was extremely helpful in assisting me with making a reservation choice. There are lot's of choices like the dinner choices, the show dates, and special needs, and when we kept adding people to our party, they just made our table larger. 🍴 From start to finish, it was no less than spectacular. 🤩 It is an orgasm of the senses. 💥 Upon walking in, we were greeted by the perfect door lady who was kind, not tough. You start at the front bar, The Bombshell Bar, and get your first drink while Crystal is on the mic wishing people happy celebrations and hyping up the crowd to vintage and electro-swing music. 🎤 Hard to imagine, but it works. 🤔 It is evident that the staff works to make guests feel welcome. Each room has a different vibe and since we were celebrating, we chose front and center for our experience. Dominic, our server, was exceptional. She guided us through both the cocktail and app menu with ease, offering great choices. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient! 🙌 The food was very good. 🤤 The icing on the cake was the incredible burlesque show performing. Madam Molitov, The MC, I highly recommend everything about the burlesque show in St. Louis. 🎉 The catchphrase is, ""the more you drink, the better the show gets."" Makes me laugh, but, you don't have to drink for it to be a great show. 🍻 #burlesque #boomboomroom #stlouis #anniversary #30thanniversary #funnightout #bbrstl"
John Austin: I had an amazzzzzing time at the burlesque show in Saint Louis! The performers were sssssuch talents and the energy in the room was electric. Plus, the drinks were flowing and the crowd was a blast. I'll def be back for another night of fun! And turn of the flash on the cell, they aint about the flash. Either was the table next to us. oops.

William Allen: Went here for anniversary dinner. I have been there many times, and I have never been disappointed. First, our table had rose petals, and last, we were treated to a delicious cheesecake dessert. The main course was a delicious melt-in-your-mouth filet with a side of loaded mashed potatoes. This was preceded by a crisp Caesars salad. I will return.
Celeste Peart: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5More
Charles Vasquez: One of the best steak Oscar's I have ever had. The ratio of sauce to crab to steak is perfect. The bread is phenomenal for no reason. I didn't care for the voodoo lobster but it was good.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Cece D: The food was superb. Service was awesome. Sweet potato casserole was delicious I had never tried it before. My friend and I shared the tomahawk ribeye and it was still enough for us to take leftover steak home! And it was prepared perfectly.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Lobster Voodoo …More
Derek Dowell: Our server Alexus gave us an incredible evening. Give her a raise!
Heather McLean: Service was excellent from Weston; he's a class act! The steak was amazing as usual. Sides were luke-warm, and that was the only thing preventing a 5-star review.Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Fred V: Essen war gut aber exzessiv überteuert ...
Shatyona Thomas: I forgot to take a picture of the food, which is so not like me. I believe they are under new management at this location bc this experience and the taste of the food was melt in your mouth delicious. My husband got the lamb chops I got the salmon with oscar (crab and asparagus)on top. We also got the lobster mac and the drinks. I can't wait to go back and this time it wont be a year.
Joseph Ensley: Can't say enough good things about this place! Great cocktails, great atmosphere, and fantastic views of the Arch! (It's literally across the street from the Arch, and we could see it through the windows) We had Alexis as our waitress, and she was fantastic! The food is always to die for! They were able to fit our table of 7 in with pretty short notice, and we had a great post-graduation celebration! Definitely try the Creme Brulee!
Sheree McDade: The service was horrible, once we sat down. We felt disrespected by the waiter. Foo came out cold and sides were never bought out. We could of went someplace else and gotten better service for the money we paid for our food.Atmosphere: 3/5Recommended dishes Stuffed Chicken Breast …More
brad allen: I have been looking forward to my first visit to Ruth's steakhouseOur booth had food stuck to the wall. Trash had accumulated under our table. No spoon provided for stirring tea and sweetener.Bathroom only had one working faucet. Blood splattered on one wall. The pay at table tablet worked when it wanted. Our wait service was very good, but did not provide customary utensils for a restaurant of this " quality "The steak was very good.

The Great Food Exposition: what do users think?
Jim Frehley: It used to be better. Took advantage of Prime Time promo so lunch buffet cost about $8/PP. Went around 1pm and fairly busy. Food on par with Golden Corral with better atmosphere. Sushi bar replaced with cold cuts. House made ice cream is gone. Mac and cheese not good today. Corn on the cob big time overcooked. I love shrimp and they're on the buffet but they just aren't good. Rarely do I see someone get shrimp which would normally be a big mover. Gooey butter was almost all crust. Definitely wouldn't pay normal price. EDIT/ADD Sadly, this eatery was a casualty of the pandemic. Closed for good.
Micheal Brown: When is this place going to open back up. It's been long enough ya think.
Andrea Vincent: The best! From breakfast to lunch and brunch. My husband and I are so saddened that it has temporarily closed. We question if it will ever reopen.
Rob Bob: Time to open back up.
WEAPON XVII: They are not worth it for 27.99 and they don’t have enough food options to choose from.
Magon Lunnemann: I dont recommend this placeat all. They should have public health inspection for food handling/ sanitation. What I witnessed was nstead of changing the salad bar with fresh toppings, the worker just flicked all food that was dropped on the ledge of the salad bar to back to the correct bowel on the salad bar.. just think how long the food has been on the edges, who all come in contact with the food. This is why people people sick from restaurants. We told a hostess, it seemed like she wasnt concerned about the issue at all! . After I witness how they employee handle the food I will would not recommend this place to noone negative 10 for rating
Nathan Ralston: A great place to eat.
Lisa Schnieders: Went on christmas eve 2019 , what a disappointment! Food was horrible , shrimp tasted old and chewy . Meat was dried out . The soup was stuck to sides of pan looked like it had been sitting for who knows hows long . The buffers area was dirty and not kept up . SO DISAPOINTED COULD OF WENT ELSEWHERE FOR CHEAPER AND MUCH BETTER . THANKS FOR THE BAD CHRISTMAS LUNCH
Cindy Gamewell: This was once a great buffet. Who ever heard of Deli meat on a the dinner buffet. Sushi is now only Wendsday and Friday. All the food is a down grade from what it once was. Very disappointing. With the price you pay it should be much better.
Sunni Odle: The food was not the quality it was advertised to be. Very disappointing. Will not go back. Waitress was great.
Stan Bray: 2 for 1 buffet for seniors on Tuesday with prime rib and some other types of food.
Jim May: It seems like the food on seniors night is not as good as it is on other nights.
Dan row: Always something good
Tyrone Beamon: Nice buffet to hang out with good company.
Darcella Craven: Food was dry, cold and way too salty. The service was terrible. Very slow and nearly every one there behaved like we were inconveniences.
Black & White Roofing: Yum
Diana Sandefur: Go hungry because there's a lot to choose from
alton johnson: No complaints!
Jeff Rebhan: Under staffed also food is not what it used to be. Not saying it's bad but there are better places
Christine Mitchell: OM-GREAT food! Even if you don't gamble you can enter the main entrance and enjoy a lovely buffet experience. Seniors (50) are half price on Tuesdays😉
Frank Merz: Something for everyone

Lakeside Café at Saint Louis Zoo: what do users think?
Rick Krueger: Service extremely slow waited almost 30 minutes for 2 orders of pancakes and they were like rubber
Emory Kempf: Eat here if it prevents you from getting too hungry while at the zoo. The food is poor, and that’s unfortunate. Surely there’s not a law that says the food at a zoo should be both expensive and have poor taste.
Marina Pursley: My husband and I stopped in to get an early lunch before we kept exploring the rest of the zoo. Food was tasty and service was fast. As always 😁
Logan B: One of the slowest lines I’ve ever been in. Half the customers left after waiting too long and that’s the only reason it got shorter. It was almost impressive how little the line moved.
Alex Burks: Not the worst food, but mediocre to the point of being inedible. Great zoo, deserves better food. I say that they should feed the current stock to the animals and reconfigure the menu. : - )
pamela Davenport: The food is delicious there and that's a family place to goKid-friendliness: They have good kids meunFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
James Baker: Went for breakfast with my wife and 88 year-old mother in law. We called ahead to see what food offerings there were for breakfast because mom is on a soft food only diet because of her age and condition. She can't chew food so I have to mill everything for her. We ordered her a scrambled egg and wanted to just order a single pancake but the server said "No, we aren't doing that, you have to buy a stack." We explained why we just needed one pancake and offered to pay for a stack but she refused saying, "No, we don't do that." So we get a stack and the pancakes are huge. Big enough to make 9 servings for mom if we cut them into 1/3's. She eats about 6 oz. of food per meal as she weighs a whopping 88lbs and is 4' 8" tall and in a wheelchair. I think the menu should allow for a true "Child's or Senior" menu. It was a complete waste of food since we ended up throwing half the egg and 2 & 1/2 pancakes in the garbage so we could walk around and enjoy our day. The food was tasty but the unwillingness of the young lady behind the counter to simply help us in avoiding such a waste of food give us pause to eat there again. It's a big deal, food waste, and simply allowing someone to order a smaller portion of food would be a good practice. I don't care what the cost is but I don't think everyone walks around with a cooler full of ice to store leftovers in for 5 hours while walking around the zoo while pushing an 88 year old around in a wheelchair.
Asifbhai Huddani: Fries, nachos and burger are really good and hot. Little busy but not that much. They don’t give Cup lead and straw (great by Coca-Cola). Please stop providing Heinz catchup, mustard, mayonnaises and relish small plastic packets and save environment.
Koren Tarwater: The food in here is so good. Of all the zoos we have visited, this one has the best and most options and it's all so delicious
monica davis: I love going to the St Louis Zoo but the only thing I don't like is that the prices of their food is outrageous but I guess that makes up for getting in free
Austin Anthony: Totally rude people.. cold food and they just throw your food on the plate like they DGAS... Don't eat at the zoo!!!
Susan Bennett: Not enough seating for a crowd.
Aaron Barbee (A-A-Ron): Lines are a bit disorganized. One line had 2 cash registers for it, but you won’t notice that until you get to front of the line. Staff did clean up a spilled soda pretty quickly but they’re not here to be your best friend.Sandwiches/burger are cooked already (and wrapped up) so all of your toppings are on there, whether you want it or not. Everything was hot though and did taste good.
patrick mckechan: Good food not to bad of a priceKid-friendliness: Small kids Menu
Alan H: A clean, air conditioned area to grab lunch. The cafè, including the kitchen, seating area, and bathrooms were clean. Prices were a little higher, but reasonable when considering this was at a zoo that is free. Staff were friendly.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals available
Charles Gene: The young man Joseph with the glasses that rang my friend and I out was super kindThank you
Elizabeth Grueninger: Very busy. Quickly got through the line. Quessidila was hot and delicious. Not as expensive as we thought it would be.
Deepak Sharma: Coolest cafe in town
S M: Very nice place to stop for a quick meal. I'd rather eat here than McDonald's any day of the week.Features: Masks were needed inside while ordering.
Kelly Murray: Dine in: Yes Outdoor seating: YesMore
